I ordered the bogo offer they had and was quite happy with what I received. The order was completed a lot faster than I even thought it would for 2 specialty pies. I didn't drive far from where I was, but it was less than 20 minutes and it was ready by the time I arrived. Awesome.

The garlic stuffed crust was great the lemon pepper wings was very delicious with a kick and the papa bite Oreos with cheesecake in them were very delicious overall this was a good meal

Place was not very busy when I arrived. Looked clean and organized. Had my pizza ready for pickup. Gave me what I added and requested.

This is the first time I have ever had an issue with this Papajohns. I ordered my pizza well done however it came with burnt crust. This affected the taste of my pizza. This will not stop me from continuing to use Papajohns.

Okay here's the thing, the pizza, cheese sticks, and Oreo bites were great, tasted really good, and the staff were really nice, but how do you forget to cut a pizza? That's my only complaint and if I hadn't had to go find a plastic knife in a hospital to cut my pizza it would've been 5/5

On Feb 15th at 06:04pm, I went in for a store pickup and when I got there, there was a customer ahead of me being attended as soon as we both entered. After the person running the front was done with the customer, she then moved on to do other tasks. The customer behind me noticed that we were not being serviced right after the first customer, why? Get the customers inside, out as quickly as possible so you can attend to other incoming orders. That's my thought, customer in front of you is your high priority. On top of that, my order was messed up when I opened it. Quality check?

We have yet to have any issues at this Papa John's pizza. Every time our pizza is coming out fresh and has been on time and they have not once gotten our order messed up or mixed up with someone else's. They remain friendly and sociable but yet speedy and always deliver. we continue to go to this location just due to its wonderful customer service and consistency in product

I would give them 5 stars in the past, but when you cannot even bring me the 2 liter Diet pepsi, really! I have complained twice. after telling them the first time , I received an E-mail that they contacted the store and they would contact me. I do not to talk to them. I called them at 7:50 PM CST, they said they take care of it. They close at 11:00 and I'm still waiting, I told them I would contact the others at ANONYMOUS if I did not get my soda, tick, tick tick. I dropped Pizza Hut for this same problem and I use to shop at Targets too.

The pizza is good, as advertised but the delivery kinda sucks cause the person who delivered it asked me if I can go down and meet her at the parking lot which is right beside my apartment. That person had a "bad knee" from what I was told and couldn't go up (I live on a 2nd floor unit for context) I get it, we all need to work but at least meet the expectation of your customer which is for our food to be delivered to our doorstep. I didn't have this problem with other places, just this one. So yes, food is great but the service, particularly delivery is not.

Ordered ahead of time for a pick up at a certain time. It was ready but it was also cold.

Honestly, this used to be my go to. I randomly got Papa John’s one day when I usually get dominos and it was really good. So I started strictly wanting PJs. However, it’s now a 50/50 chance on if the pizza actually comes done. Half the time the dough is raw, like they’re trying to rush the pizzas out of the oven when if they left them for another 2ish minutes they would be done. I’m actually sick right now because of this and won’t be going here again. There’s also the issue that on my birthday I went to get a pizza. I ordered it online. It was a single large cheese pizza. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I got there 25 minutes later. I had to stand in the empty lobby for over 5 minutes, just to have a lady come around the corner and ask my name. I tell her. She said they hadn’t even started my order yet. They were dead. It wasn’t that they were slammed. I worked at dominos in Baylor area during college football season. I’d never fault a pizza place for being busy. She said they hadn’t started it because she had been on the phone and “never saw the order.” 30 minutes. You didn’t see the order for 30 minutes? I’m done with the terrible service and the terrible food quality. Just go to dominos or Pizza Hut.

We got half cooked pizza, the dough was barely cooked all the way, everything on the pizza fell off when we picked up a slice. And they forgot to give us the garlic cheese crust like we ordered

$5 for delivery fee and it's not going for the driver? Nah fam that's my tip. Pay your employees better cause how does a $10 pizza go to $20 in checkout and tip is not even included? I'm sorry but I'm not tipping outside of this bill if that's how you're gonna play it

This was the worst. I have never had problems till tonight. Ordered on line. Went in, and immediately told the one running cash register that the 10 inch cheese sticks were supposed to be free, but on line it had no promo code. Instead of getting the manager, because he didn't know what to do, he charged my card anyway. I got upset, raised my voice and asked him why he charged my card when he didn't take off the price for cheese sticks? Made him get the manager, and told her what he did, and she cancelled the order, and re did it. But that wasn't all. The 2 medium pizzas and the breadsticks were cold. I was very disappointed. I love papa John's pizza, and have never had a problem till tonight.

Pizzas and cheese bread wasn't cooked all the way through. Everything was doughy. The pizza knots that were cooked all the way through were burnt. We also ordered extra garlic sauce and didn't even get 1. It's not the 1st time they've messed up our order. Shame on us for thinking this time would be different. Never again.

I ordered a pizza that was half cheese and half 2 topping. The lady working the register noticed that the pizza sitting waiting on me wasn’t even cut so she proceeded to cut it herself and completely butchered the pizza. I usually wouldn’t complain but the half cheese was for my 4 year old son and he is very picky about his food. I get it that you are busy and maybe short handed but it only takes a few seconds to cut a pizza properly. Better ingredients better pizza terrible service. Even little Caesar’s doesn’t screw up a cut. Guess I’ll go to Pizza Hut next time

The latest shenanigans from this Papa Johns, I’ve seen a decline with this location & this pizza isn’t even the worst. Never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until I moved to Temple. We love Papa Johns and always hope that it’ll get better but I think that ship has sailed for the 31st location.

Such a horrible experience. The pizzas dough was raw and the delivery lady was not nice. She wanted me to walk to the front of the building to buzz her in while i told her there’s a keyboard to input number to open the gate. Finally she got in when someone opened the gate with their key. She then called me saying come down stairs. She made me go down the stairs and WALK TO HER CAR? I tipped well so the whole experience was annoying.

We ordered The Works pizza, sausage tasted weird, we both ended up with food poisoning. No one is checking freshness or not washing their hands.

Totally sucked order light sauce and got so much sauce could not even taste the pizza I usually don't order papa John's now I know why I don't the guy who answered the phone was rude as hell told him I didn't want anything extra and kept on and on what a disaster

I love papa Johns but last night totally surprised me…employees took my money then proceeded to give my $50 back because they “ don’t take bills over $20” I think it’s very stupid and low of them to not state that when placing your order over the phone. They told me that’s always been a rule but I have never heard of it and I’ve been eating there for years. I really think they should do a better job of informing you instead of wasting your time.

Disgusting pizza delivered by Favor or Doordash drivers long after its cold as ice. Has been this way for over 3 months now. Sad when Pizzahut pizza is better.

My family has enjoyed papas pizza for many years. Today was different. It took an hour plus to receive the pizza, very slow and quality was poor as the result. Cold pizza, mushy dough under solidified toppings and cheese. If the driver had some car trouble, he should have called manager, or, replaced pizzas.

Pizza was under cooked still doey cheese sticks where cold and brownie was still a little gooey in the middle. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time they have me more food and it still wasn't done the right way. So this time When I called to talk to a manager the lady was real rude to me told me she had to have all the food back or there was nothing she could do... Well I don't think you can get something back that people have ate and threw away. Then she popped off that well nobody else has had an issue today... I even offered to send her pictures of what I had left she told me no that wouldn't work.

If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Employee sneezed into her shirt with her bare hand covering her shirt with no gloves on and then proceeded to handle the pizzas out of the oven cutting them and boxing them and then sneezed again into her shirt with her hand over her shirt right where all the pizzas are and doesn’t wash her hands once. When it was mentioned she had an attitude about having to wash her hands. She also was not wearing a mask. I don’t normally leave reviews but this needs to be known about this location.

I ordered a large stuffed crust and an 8 piece wings to be delivered. Original cost with delivery fee and tip was $51. I had a $10 off rewards so it was $41. But when I received the pizza it was a medium sized pizza. I called to the manager working and she told me that she personally made the pizza and it was a large. I have ordered many stuffed crust pizzas from this location in which they were the normal large size. She would not do anything regarding this expensive incorrect experience. I informed her that I would no longer be purchasing anything from this location in the future. Very disappointed!

OMG! Simply terrible. My first time having a tasteless pizza from Papa's. And for sure or will be my last time, I won't order from them anymore. Their pizza was always good, I'll say even amazing, I don't know what happened this time. Whatever it was, I'm not coming back. Sorry, I will be deleting the app.

My company ordered a large amount of pizza's from here for a company lunch with a dedicated time. Not once did Papa John's state that they couldn't deliver my requests on time. I called 20 minutes after the pizza's were due to arrive and the MOD stated they were packing up their vehicles to bring the pizza. We had over 300 employees waiting to eat for their lunch break and we didn't have pizza to feed our employees. Needless to say, we had a lot of hungry, angry employees, on top of losing production. They are "sorry" for the delay, so there's that... I would say, moving forward work on your communication. If you're going to be late or cannot deliver on time, let the customer know. This was not just a "Friday night pizza date". Papa Johns was well aware that they were feeding an entire company. We, nor myself, will never order Papa Johns again. Have the day you deserve Papa Johns..

I ordered pizza for delivery. After a while of waiting i got a strange phone call from the store's number, a foreign man claiming to be my delivery driver. he demanded 50 dollars extra tip or else he would not deliver my pizza and send it with "the next guy" after spitting in it. I told him in that case he can keep the pizza after which he became violent at which point I hung up. Two minutes later our actual delivery driver showed up and was extremely nice and appreciated the tip I left online. I'm baffled as to what could have happened. It mightve been an employee playing a prank but at the very least the security has been compromised so ill never order from this store again.

Love the pizza, but the 3rd party drivers in this area leave a lot to be desired. I canceled door dash because they rarely followed simple directions. (Don't put in front of the outward swinging door. Ring the bell.) I won't order delivery from Papa John's ever again.

I stood and Watched a dude pick up pizza dough with no gloves no Beard cover at all throw pizza into air and then cook it ! I went on and bought the order ate 2 pieces. Maybe I was sick for 2 days after we got back to Waco ! Discussing not a way to run a business

Ordered my food through the app to go to my home in Jarrell so my kids and disabled wife could eat. After I input my address it didn't tell me that they couldn't deliver to me at all. The store calls and claims they don't deliver to my address and I will have to wait up to 5 business days for a refund. No customer service skills or problem resolving skills not to mention I now don't have anything to feed my family do to the amount of the order.

I HATE HATE HATE door dash. I don't want some random person touching my food order. Then after ordering I get a notification saying it will be door dash. I will not order from this location EVER again. Also, door dash person wanted another tip other than the $5 delivery fee and 20% tip I already included and was charged. If I could edit the tip I would change it to ZERO!!!!! This bait and switch is HORRIBLE and if I had know they would do it I would have WALKED the 100 yards from my hotel to Papa John's. **Update After my food was delivered by door dash she said they couldn't get root beer so they brought me Pepsi instead.
