Spumoni Thousand Oaks Reviews
It is a very nice place and the food very good and the staff very friendly I recommend them to go with family or friends I have even because you do your order of food or pizza online or on the phone have delivery at home and take it to you on time and the food always arrives hot thanks friends for their great work in these bad times that we are going through
First time trying this place and must say I’m very impressed! Service was exceptional and food was phenomenal. They have an extensive Italian menu selection along with made to order pizza. The penne pasta in spice cream sauce with shrimp was excellent! Nice wine selections too! Although tucked in a shopping center doesn’t seem ideal but you won’t be disappointed coming here! Definitely recommend!!!
Truly exceptional every time. I had the homemade lobster raviolis w tiger prawns in a sauce I'll describe as liquid gold. The bread, salad and wine list are amazing too!

Didn't even know they existed until very recently when scrolling through Door Dash. Ordered dinner to be delivered and it was SO GOOD. The lasagna was delicious and the bread they included was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
Incredible. Pure delicious. I haven't gotten Italian food this good in Italy. The gnocchi especially is pillowy and perfect. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
My family and I love this place. We order for carry out most of the time. They make it so easy to order over the phone and pick up. The food is fresh and so much flavor. They have a Gnocchi bar! Delicious garlic knots too. 😍
Amazing service. Loved the food and ambiance.
Ordered take out and food was amazing. Salad was fresh and balsamic salad dressing was unique. Calamari was fresh and light. Pizza was a perfect mix of thin crust and regular. Chicken Alfredo was awesome! No complaints. Bread was fresh and hot.
Great find and a must visit if you are in downtown LA. You can just pop in for last minute treats from our site at one of the small tables. Otherwise, you may be asked to sit down for a meal. Upon entering, you will see incredible pastries and desserts of beautiful colors and creations. Also, the kitchen is visible from almost all sides. You see how the chefs prepare the food. Great place to stop and relax and enjoy.
Have ordered here multiple times and my husband and I are always satisfied with their food. Their pizzas are delicious and fulfilling, especially their bbq chicken pizza, which is my go to. Orders are pretty quick too so the wait isn’t too long. I highly recommend if you’re looking for some new and delicious tasting pizzas!
I had the pesto chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken on their lunch menu and they were fantastic. finally finished off with some spumoni ice cream, our new favorite. The service was spectacular and the ambiance was on point. Will definitely make this our regular spot👍🏾.
Much more than a “pizza” restaurant...best described as an “Italian” restaurant. Lovely white table cloth dining. Excellent service. Entrees top out at about $25, but pizza and calzone can be had for as little as $15. Good selection of wines. Walking distance from the Marriott!
Update: this would have been a 5-star experience BUT! They overcharged my credit card. Even though I left a generous tip. Still they charged more than the amount I signed for. In hopes that I wouldn't notice? I don't like this sirt of dishonest behavior and won't be returning

Really great meal. Surprised it wasn’t busier because it was some of the best Italian food we’ve had in the area. Had the seafood risotto that had just tons of goodies in it. Very gluten free friendly.
I go back for food. Reminiscent of corner restaurants where Mafia whacks their rival bosses. No, not a first hand recollection unless watching Godfather movies counts. I really like the cooking. Mondays, the main cook takes a day off. But Mondays are still good The wait staff tries, but not very polished.

Been coming here on and off for many years. There were some years it was a regular staple for us. After about a year of not going, I placed an order to go. A medium pizza and a signature salad which totaled $45. For the last 15 years, any order, either if we dined in or out, the restaurant would give a complimentary small sampling of their olive tepinade and a few pieces of bread, which is delicious. But on this order we didn't receive this which may seem trivial, but after $25 for a medium pizza and a $20 salad, that would have been a nice extra. I understand our declining economy and inflation, but this is the tipping point for me. Won't be back. If $ is not an issue, try it. The food is pretty good and service has always been great. Very friendly staff.
Food was mediocre at best. My family and I had a large table one night and we all liked the low-lit Italian setting and the staff were very respectful. On the other hand, we were all very disappointed with the food that we had ordered. I don't remember exactly what I ordered but I remember that the noodles were undercooked and whatever meat I had was hard as a rock. There were similar complaints from the other members of my family. I would still recommend that you go here for dinner for the mise en scene and the great customer service.

Lunch salads were gross! Lettuce was brown. I cannot believe they would let such low quality items leave their kitchen. Server was polite but wasn't all that enthysedy about

Ordered delivery. Food was cold, bland, and received an incorrect pizza that was inedible. What appeared to be a dead spider?!? Also fell off one of my slices onto my plate. Really made my appetite bug off after that. That combined with the flavorless pizza and the bread that was still entirely doughy on the inside really sealed the deal. Wish i had orders dominos.
I came here with my parents for the first time after years that we had visited the Spumoni location in Stevenson Ranch years ago. Walked in, and we left wandering in the area while some dude, who was rude, pointed at a table for us to sit. We sat at the table and waited another 10 mins for him to show up and ask us what we wanted to eat and drink. He first showed up with some nasty warmed up frozen bread, and a bottle of san pellegrino. Later, we ordered 4 pizzas. The pizza was uncooked, raw and the dough tasted like frozen. The veggies were raw, clammy and smelled bad. The mozzarella was gummy and tasted like plastic. The server did not ask questions. The athmosphere was depressing, the smell was bad, the lights were turned down low. Low music playing through the speakers that made the environment even more gruesome. Could not finish the pizza due to immediate bloating and food poisoning!! The server, rude and disechanted, brings the check and kicks us out as we are swallowing the last bite. Bill was $110 wasted bucks! We left, with a bittersweet feeling and an acute stomach ache triggered by food poisoning! All night tossing and turning and not even 4 pepto bismol could not make it better. I dont know how they can claim to be 'italians' and by far the worst and most disgusting restaurant in the entire california! Do not go here unless you want to end up sick.
