Best Bk I’ve been to great service, excellent speed and the food was almost like the ads. That 7/11/25@ 11:30 crew was awesome.
This place has made an amazing turn around - they must have new management Service is friendly, food is always hot, and orders are correct. The place is clean, and doors are unlocked during business hours. I am so glad they got their act together & have new competent people!
The staff was great, they accommodated our wishes for fresh fries. The burgers were excellent, and the restaurant was cozy, with plenty of seats and clean tables. Absolutely no complains. Good job guys! 👌🏽
This has been one of my favorite by far . this woman made my day. She was very polite , and made good conversation. which i’ve never had at a Burger King. Thank you for making my day .
amazing staff! had a blast talking with the crew while waiting for my order, all teens so it made for a great conversation! i do unfortunately have to knock off a star because of the manager. she seemed a little high strung and got easily mad at the staff working. i got my food and ate in. all in all, great staff except for the manager, i didnt catch her name but i think it started with an E or something like that. thanks!
It's one of the better burger kings or it's one of the worst, I've been there a bunch and get a variety of outcomes. This last couple times they were pretty good though
It's a nice easy on and off Burger King. Great location off Route 81. Either north or south. Very easy to get to. And one of the Better Burger King chains I have been to.
Food is good here, relative to other fast food or burger king locations, service can be slow or fast very hit or miss. Slow times they have said it'd be 20 to 30 minutes. Fast times it's immediate.
The people behind the counter were incredibly nice and helpful.
Be advised that they put mustard on their cheeseburgers. I didn't know that. I ate it, it was ok but wish I knew before hand so I could've said no mustard. The BK by my house doesn't do that.
A L W A Y S great service from the staff however the company/owner needs to salt on black ice days. Shame on them for not respecting the safety of their staff and the customers. Did a graceful donut in the parking lot, slid to the exit and nearly got rear ended in the drive thru lane. Get beyond the greed and get back to people.
Food was typical Burger King food. My Whopper was cold....but tasted good. The help seemed confused. Order got mixed up. I'll be kind and say "maybe" they were having a bad day.
Standard Burger King place. It wasn't busy when we went but the service was super slow. Maybe it was break time for the staff or they were short staff. Once our order was done the food came out pretty quickly though.

Went through the drive thru at about 9pm Guy working the drive thru was very friendly and seemed like he cared about his job When we got the food Everything except the burgers were cold…. Onion rings, French fries, chicken fries, chicken nuggets… And also forgot the zesty sauce for onion rings
The manager that was on had a horrible mouth, I left bad for the old guy that was waiting, the cashier was great though, as we got part of our order and part of someone elses.
Needed a place to wait out the torrential thunderstorm. Stopped here to have a meal as the heavens dumped a furious flood upon the immediate vicinity. Despite the lack of business, and therefore stress upon the staff, the food was disappointingly slapped together. Burger was sloppy, mozz sticks & fries were cold. Red cream soda was delicious and spot-hitting though. Service was impersonal and unresponsive.
Highway stop to use bathroom and grab food. Bathrooms were nice and well maintained. Cashier was wearing a politically and religiously charged hat, which seemed inappropriate for a fast food restaurant.
Slow service and barely lukewarm temp. There was no one ahead of us, so we thought the slow pace at the window was because they were waiting for fresh cooked food. That was soo not the case.

Food was decent but the staff forgot to give us our burgers in the drive thru and we had to go back. They also forgot to give us one of our orders of fries and gave us root beer instead of Coke. Staff definitely needs to pay more attention to what their customers are ordering.
In all of my fast-food-ordering history (there is quite a bit) I can honestly say I've never received anything cold. Literally everything in our order was room temperature to cold, right from when we got the bag in the car. The food doesn't even need to be hot, just warm is fine... But room temperature/cold onion rings is just nasty. Drove the 5 mins home and unpacked everything to see if it was just the fries & onion rings that were cold... Nope, it was all room temp./cold, burgs included. I know temp. doesn't bother some people, but I just took a few bites and had to throw it out. What a waste of everyone's time and money.
Starting to dislike this place more and more. Had a couple bad experiences recently but decided to give them another chance, since they are the closest place for me to get lunch on my break. Well, they have issues getting orders correct and then when asked to fix them get snappy and rude. We purchased the 2 for 6 Whopper meal. One with a Whopper one with chicken. Fries and onion rings. Plus a large iced mocha. Easy peasy right? Nope. They charged an additional $2 for the onion rings, which should have been free. The iced mocha we ordered was not a large but a small. When asked if they could make a large we were told that we were charged for a small so that's what we got. We offered to pay the difference and the lady just repeated herself again! So, after the almost 20 minute wait for our incorrect order, we had a total of 5 minutes to eat and get back to work and on the clock. I'm done. Would have only given 1 star, but the extra is for the other employees who aren't as bad as the rest. This place needs a manager upgrade. Until then, I will get my lunch from the local gas station. They are expensive but the service is much better and faster.
Tried to dine-in today at 8:11pm on 10/03 and the lights inside were off and the doors locked, however they were taking orders through the drive thru. No sign informing of this. Sucks when your vehicle (as mine is) can't fit through the drive thru due to height. Really limited the customer base.
Very slow service even when ordering ahead. The food quality has a lot to be desired.
It appears this place is suffering supply chain issues or perhaps poor management. The drink machine was broken along with other issues. There were paper signs posted on the place where you ordered your food at the drivethru, stating all that they didn't have from drinks to junior buns. The woman at the pickup window was less than friendly and hollered at what appeared to be a child, telling them to get in the kitchen, and the child replied, "NO!" I hoped that was not an employee answering in that manner. If a child, I think it improper to bring your child into your place of business. To top it off, my wife's order was prepared wrongly. She asked for no onions but got some rather large ones on her sandwich. There was also an overabundance of mustard, which my wife had to scrape off with a napkin. Overall, this had to have been the worst fast food experience ever. Unfortunately for us, it was the only option we had to get something to eat that late at night and in that area. The next place was many miles away and was already closed for the night.
Asked for 5 cheeseburgers. 2 with nothing but the meat and cheese. All 5 were missing EVERYTHING but the meat and cheese ( rocket science?) The fries were cold and seemed to be missong that finely ground salt that helped make BK our first choice. Not a straw or napkin to be found in our bag. They stuffed quite a lgorderinti 2 bags ( we decided to eat outside, it was 72 degrees) difficult to carry and one ripped , spilling fries out everywhere. Not an enjoyable meal at all. OH, and as I was leaving the ER, lol I thought I would look at the menu on my phone to make the ordering process easier. Planning ahead. Firstly..I SAID..I DONT WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. ON MY OVERCROWDED PHONE. 🙄 Then, after painstakingly writing all the food and prices down it was $12.00 more than the online updated menu dictated. #neveragain
Very very bad location. I had to stop for a break and a quick bite, but I regret it. The line was slowly moving, one person at the cashier and prep, and only 2 more in the back. The floor was dirty, self-order machines are out of work and I understand why, they can't accommodate orders and there was no condiments.
Ordered a mix and match deal and when I got home, had a missing whopper with bacon and cheese. Immediately contacted burger kind and they offered $1.30 refund for the mistake - less than the expense of the bacon let alone the whole sandwich. Mistakes happen, I don't expect everything to be perfect but I am very disappointed. The people at the drive-thru were very pleasant and the food we did receive was pretty good.
We've stopped here several times. It is generally not clean, takes quite a bit of time to get your food, or even your order to be taken. Last night, the buns on the burgers hadn't been toasted, and the fries were cold and not crispy at all, and the soda tasted like water. Of course, we did the drive-thru, so by the time we realized we were back on the highway. We'll pick a different exit from now on.
Today was my first disappointing experience at this location. I usually order fries, and a drink, which are hard to mess up; today, I asked for an Impossible Whopper, using speech, then I wrote it on my mobile phone,..not here, we don't stock it. I was able to get a vegetarian lunch next door at Circle K. The next time I want to try this burger, I'll visit Cortland.
I have stopped here many times when coming back from Syracuse. The food is good, but any time I have stopped after 6 pm, the service is terrible. 10 minute wait times minimum in the drive thru. Last night took almost 5 minutes to get food once I paid. I was sitting at the window so long a 2nd employee came to the window and wanted me to pay again, this time for the car behind me. They tried to give me the wrong food multiple times.
They say they are open until 11... but they close early, due to lack of staff. With 2 employees and a manager staffed that’s enough to run the place! So I had a large party of people to order for and came not far after 10pm. After waiting for 5 mins with no response to a well lit “open” restaurant, I decided to pull around to the window and stare down any hiding employees, who were eager to walk away from sight. I decided since I got the attention to pull back around to the order screen. and once again no answer, even after sounding my horn in frustration a few times. Eventually I pulled around again where a young man explained that they have been closing early due to a lack of staff. What a joke. Change your info online daily so people know what’s going on!
The absolute worst service ever...order not right, fries undercooked, wrong drinks, waited 15 to 20 minutes at drive through. Tattoo's and face peirceings on the rude women at window
Got two burgers, asked for added jalapeños, no mayo, sub bbq. They made a regular one, took it back and asked for it to be corrected, lady gave attitude stating "there are no jalapeños" and i stated how that wasnt the only issue. shouldve told me about the jalapeños when you handed me the food tho. then they gave it back to me with no ketchup. I gave up. lol
Read through a lot of these 1 star ratings after having a pretty dumb time here. If anyone else goes through these I just remembered you can probably call the Better Business Bureau because someone else said they tried submitting a complaint only to find out it just gets sent to the management of this location which means nothing is going to get done. I wish I could leave no stars. We tried stopping here for dinner on our way up to Syracuse, it wasn’t even 5pm. We went to the drive thru just for someone to say that their terminal is down and they are unable to serve us through the drive thru without any other info or instruction. We thought “okay we’ll park and go in.” We tried to use the front doors only to find out they’re locked? There were people in the lobby and some kid running around. No signs posted anywhere that the lobby might be closed or that you can’t order through the drive thru (ie: at all). I’d be more mad about it but I’m assuming whoever works here must have a pretty dismal or miserable life in order to treat everyone so terrible or prepare the food in such a subpar manner (which I gathered from the other recent low rated experiences). Will never stop here again and will tell others not to as well. As well as try to call the Better Business Bureau.
Was greeted at the drive thru in a very poor manner. Had to repeat myself way too many times. My drink was not even close to what I ordered and the one working the window needs to up their people skills. I like going here because they have Surge (which I ordered and didn't get) but now I'm debating on whether I will be going back now. Update. 6/21/19 I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches and the used sausage instead of bacon. Not a huge deal except that I don't like sausage and could not eat them.
I arrived at the drive thru at 10:30, when every website I checked said they closed at 11:00. Another car and I pulled up to the drive thru at the same time. As soon as we pulled in they turned their lights off. The employees came out to their cars while we were still in the drive thru line and rudely yelled that they were closed. One employee started yelling at, and arguing with the driver behind us. Either the hours should be changed on the website or they should remind open until their posted times.
The manager Elaine. Her voice and outright hate of the company is felt with every order. I pull off and save my money when she's there. She needs to clean the drink machine too because the water is brown. It's nobody's fault you work at Burger King except your own. There needs to be a young happy person running the location. Not a fifty year old hermit.
This place is absolutely horrible. Shake machine down ....almost everything out except Dr Pepper and Fanta ....Tables were dirty . We were sitting in dining room and they locked one of the exits with dining room almost 50 percent capacity at the time with no informing anybody on anything. I asked if they said my number which clearly they said yes with an attitude. They happened to say 78 twice . Whatever ill never stop there again. Maybe thats their goal!!!!
Awful staff!!!! I was there at 9:30 this morning. I went in and no one was at the register and two men were already in line waiting. So I decided to use the kiosk to place my order. I have never used one before and found it extremely easy and awesome to use. I was almost done placing my families order when an older lady finally came to the register to tend to the two men. She told the two men it's people like that using those kiosks that are going to make people lose jobs. I was furious I just left and we went to the gas station and got food. What horrible customer service!
Seems like our experience was similar to many others. Arrived to the drive thru at 10:02 PM after a SU basketball game for my husband to try and grab something quick on the way home. We sat there for a few minutes and nothing. Drove around and could see two people just standing in the office. No one acknowledged us, nothing was posted about being closed. Online said the location was open until 11 PM.
Grabbed a quick bite to eat for lunch and ordered inside, but ate in our car. The cashier clearly had no clue what was going on, and I had to reiterate my order about 3 times. Also, I suppose a whopper with no bun translates to a whopper without the appropriate toppings as well.
Failed to take any orders at registers for over 20 minutes even after expressing to the staff that I didn’t feel comfortable using the automated screen to place orders twice. Not friendly to disabled customers. Left without be served. Poor management decisions.
I ordered two whopper juniors and a coffee. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday Oct 6, 2023. 25 minutes in the drive through. Burnt coffee and cold whoppers with cheese not even melted. It was a disaster. I left service 0 stars because it seemed like no one cared or was even working.
we had to repeat our order several times at the drive thru window, and when we pulled around we saw that it was because the lady who took our order (the manager) was chit chatting. we asked for zesty sauce so many times and still didnt get it until the last time we asked. our food was sloppily thrown together and the fries were cold and unsalted. there were way too many pickles on my burger (not a big deal, I love pickles and can just pick them off) but my tomatoes weren't even spread out. all of my toppings were just in a pile. same with my husband's bacon on his burger. his burger was not even cooked thoroughly. not to mention our fries were dumped into the bag. won't stop at this location again
This was horrible. We repeated our order about 3 times before they got it. We waited 20 plus minutes with two maybe three cars ahead all with one person in the vehicle. By the time we got our food we kissed wanted to get back on the road. I checked the bag and we got a totally wrong order! And some food was even cold. They didn’t give us enough straws too. Terrible service.
Took longer to order through drive through and rude staff. Missed the wrap and they dont know how to make a decent burger. Worst BK ever been to.
Took forever to even take our order. Then when we got food it was wrong. When we finally got our mozzarella fries they were dried up husks of sadness just crumpled Into the container. Very disappointed.
I don’t know whats going on with bk lately but the service sucks not only at this location but several others. They either have no food, soda or slow service. Went to this location twice in the last two weeks. First time waiting 20 mins for a whopper and last Saturday went there for breakfast and they had no egg. Why even open? Wont be coming back.
Absolutely pathetic so called Manager! I was charged$5.80 for the $5 meal. When I questioned it the Manager couldn't tell me why it was more than $5 for my meal.. place was extremely understaffed and service was slow and poor. The so called Manager refunded my money and told me to leave because I questioned the price!! I will be complaining to the corporate offices too. I will never go back there!
Ordered cheeseburgers and fries .fries cold and soggy . Burger so cool cheese isn't even melted . Literally whole meal like warm . Did not get what I paid for.
I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one even took my order. Went inside and there was only 2 people ahead of me and they still made me wait for 10 minutes before taking my order. The person bagging the orders was too busy joking around and flirting with the few customers inside to be bothered to wait on anyone. If anyone is going south on 81, find a different place to stop unless you absolutely need a BK fix.
This is not well run. It says it opens at 6 am, and I have got here at 7:15 and still not open. Service is slow. The run out of stuff on a regular basis. No hamburgers on memorial weekend. No milk shakes today. They have an all in one soda machine, which is not good if you order a plain ice tea. It ends up tasting like what every soda that went through the machine before you get your ice tea. And it’s been this way for years.
I can’t give any stars for food or service I didn’t stay long enough for that. Very disappointed with the service people were receiving at 10:56 a.m, at 10:53a.m someone asked if they could place a lunch order, cashier went to find out. Whoever she (management) came towards the fronts where the orders come out and said “The sign says Lunch serves at 11:00 (know it is 10:56), we will not start taking orders for lunch until 11:00. If you don’t like it go to McDonald’s and get your lunch. I was shocked when heard from someone representing your Restaurant. Our family left, we did not go to McDonald’s we went to another Burger King just the other side of Central New York. Way better service and attitude and atmosphere.

We tried to come here after a sporting event and a worker came out and told us they were too busy to help us. Some of us had already placed orders but she locked the door before we could get our food. We will not be returning to this location. I would also like to note that there was only 3 cars in the drive-they and 2!cars in the parking lot. Keep in mind that we told her that there were only 7 people on the bus. She wasn’t even a manager!
The service was the worst services I have ever had. I asked for ketchup the guy actually threw them at me. Then I realized that all my order wasn't given to me so I went back up to the counter to ask for the rest of my order returned to my table and realized it wasn't what I ordered. The people in the back were yelling at each other. It was unreal. I will never go there again.
Showed up and was treated rudely by the staff after coming in and using the restroom before ordering, apparently the lobby was "closed" even though it wasn't locked. This was during regular hours, not late night. After being very rudely confronted and told to go to the drive through, we opted to just eat elsewhere.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I'm not sure why I keep giving this location a chance. The original building burned to the ground, so a shiny new one was built. The staff is rude and act like they'd rather be anywhere else but work. My order is always incorrectly fulfilled. The food is always cold, improperly prepared and haphazardly wrapped. The dining room is rarely open. People are leaving the drive thru to go elsewhere, the wait times are so long. If you try to go online and file a complaint, they'll "turn it over to the management team at the store level so that they can fix things internally". Sooo, they'll do nothing. Great. At this point, they either need to close the location completely or hire more staff.
Had to ask for a top to a drink. They didn't give me the other drink I ordered so had to yell hello to get someone's attention even though the cooks saw people standing there and didn't bother to get someone for the complaints of other customers. Nothing was stocked as far as straws,lids or napkins. There shake machine is down 99 percent of the time. Food served lukewarm and not fresh. Sloppy sandwiches. Very poor restaurant quality and staff.
We ordered a Whopper Jr. and a chicken sandwich and a small coke. We received a full-size whopper, 2 orders of fries and the soda was packed to the top with ice and very little soda. The whopper was ice cold and looked like it had been made hours prior to our order. It was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant we have ever had.
Screwed up my breakfast order again. Happens more often then not. Not worth going back to store to complain. Cold fries cold whopper nasty girl at window. Called manager and was spoken to Like it was my fault. People in restaurant but doors were locked watched an elderly couple try to leave but couldn't. Fire safety issue if I ever saw one. The owner or corporate needs to get Involved.
If you want to serve mediocre food fine. Just don't charge me $18 for cold food please. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Place was busy. Why is the food cold then?
The food was fine, the issue is the employees aren't good at taking orders, I order a wopper and wanted just mustard ketchup pickles and onions, it's not the normal stuff but shouldnt be hard to do, I went back twice (ended up eating outside because this place is still closed on the inside, I walked through the windows) and the third time even after to the man in grill directly. They still made it wrong and I gave up. I got to watch the manager sit on her phone for the 40 minutes this took. ended eating my fries on the way home and not eating with my family. This was terrible and I understand why they can't open their doors. Their not prepared in the slightest to even work a drive thru.
This place is a mess. Went in for breakfast last weekend. Took for ever to get waited on by the girl behind the counter. Then 3 people came in and all of their orders where wrong or cold. The drive thru was not working and the menu boards where down. 10 minutes into lunch they where still fixing breakfast orders. I got home and my order wasn't correct either. Not worth even being open. No one cares.
Terrible experience. 20 minutes in drive through. Then would not let us place 2 orders from one car. I have never had such a bad experience at a burger king ever. The workers lied and said there was a policy against more than 1 order in drive through.
THIS LOCATION SERVES EXPIRED FOOD. DO NOT EAT HERE. I used to go here once or twice a month, the food wasn't great ever really. Last time I ordered a fish sandwich, the bread tasted like coffee grounds (or at least similar to it). Otherwise little to no flavor. I swung back around to ask for a replacement and when going to walk in I overheard employees talking about how many items were expired. From what I overheard management knows and isn't doing anything about it. This is obviously disgusting and dangerous. How BK permits this is beyond me. I've eaten here a dozen times and now I know why things never tasted right. Other things overheard include: -Grease traps rarely of ever being cleaned or swapped out (should be once a month minimum I belive?) -Soda machines rarely if ever cleaned -Food being expired by over a month and still being served I'm shocked the manager is ok with this, especially in such a small town. Your food could seriously harm someone by making them ill. Shame on you.
Second bad experience. Asked for coke and Dr pepper, got 2 Dr pepper. Two meals, 1 fry, my burger was warm at best. Kid who took my order was either working in 2 hours of sleep or high or both. Could barely understand him. I'll drive to Cortland before we go back.
The worst whopper I have ever had. Missing onion, missing slices of tomato, only half the amount of lettuce, very little mayo. It didn’t even taste like a whopper. I can’t believe they charge $7.5 for it.
Ordered the Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich as it was the spiciest thing offered, requested NO tomato, and medium fries. While the chicken was being cooked my fries were taken from the warming station and placed in a bag. A few minutes later I overhear the cook say they're out of the fiery glaze. The guy who took my order told him to just use the creamy sauce. I assume this was for someone in the drive through as he surely would have told me there was an issue with my order since I was right there. Meanwhile my fries are still chillin' (literally) in a paper bag a foot away from the heat lamps. A few more minutes pass... Eventually I get my food and we head out. My fries are as cold as the stainless steel counter they'd been sitting on for 8 minutes. The sauce on my Fiery Chicken Sandwich is anything but spicy, and there's a thick slice of tomato in there as well. There was one car in the drive through. A couple were in line before my dad and I. Not a busy time. No reason for such a mistake. Seriously, the ticket clearly said No Pickle. No reason to be out of a sandwich's signature sauce. No reason to pull fries so far ahead of the sandwich being ready. Disappointed.
Today and for the past several years, this place can not get an order correct and when it is explained to them that you are missing items you paid for there is always an attitude from workers ! And I mean snotty comments coming from someone who is being paid to serve the public . Come on guys figure out how to keep things correct and hot. And learn how to communicate with people on a simple but courteous manner ! This place is terrible period and it takes forever. And I mean forever to get your food. And then it is not correct or even warm. We the public are paying and you need to step up and fix the issue . I’ve never had a good experience here !
The Burger King in Tully has got to be the worst around. The employees just don't care how long you wait to order and when you do get your food, your lucky if it's like warm. The food is always served cold. Or in my case it was frozen in the middle. The hash rounds are so loaded with grease and cold. You can mention this to management and it doesn't matter. I do not recommend stopping here.
this place was terrible. good was cold soda machine was out of several types of soda. not a clean table in the dining room. Wrong information on the order screens. Specials that where advertised didn't exist. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Decided to order online and go in to pick it up as the drive through is always slow. Never again. The cashier was sitting in a chair behind the register, three women were working the computer but two were just standing around watching the third and making wise cracks and cat calling me waiting for my food. One of the women wass in full biker gear repeatedly yelling "are you done? Are you done" at the one woman slowly working. The whole rack was full of food from the kitchen staff and it still took them 10 minutes to put a burger and small fry in a bag. Hard to believe if you weren't there.
I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes and no one said anything so I thought it was broken. I decided that I woukd pull up to the window and order there. I was told that I would have to drive back around and order at the speaker. Seriously? Last time I went they gave me the wrong drink and told me I would have to go back to the speaker and order another one so I could get the correct drink. How is this place still in business? Staff is rude and the orders are never correct. Drive the extra few minutes to go to a different fast food place. Do not go here.
Got a Double Whopper took 2 bites and realized 1 of the burgers was raw. Not undercooked but raw. Fast food at its finest
The urinals were clogged and overflowing said my husband & son. The food was okay but the place was extremely dirty. If you wanted a clean table to eat at you had to do it yourself. The wait was okay. The lady with the bun in her hair was helpful when you got her attention and was the only one who would seemingly help the front counter area. Thank goodness we're just passing through.
I stopped here twice . . . Two times too many!! My first time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries . . . Fries were ok . . The burger and bacon was not quite done . . Or cooked all the way . . . The second time . . Friday July 19, 2024 . . . The girl who worked the counter was very loud and focused on herself . . Arrogant to the patrons and the manager was more interested in changing the drawer over instead of getting customers through . .. my fries had black burnt stuff on them . . It looked like they were sprinkled with fruit flies the burger was ok . . I will not be returning here . . Very unprofessional
If you’re expecting a warm meal, you’ll get cold or, if you’re lucky, lukewarm. If you’re a picky eater, or just want something a little more specific, the adjustments you’d like will not be what you asked for. If you think your meal will look like the photos they have posted, you should know better, but this location goes above and beyond to make it look as effortlessly done as possible. The drinks are pretty good.
First, the gentleman who took our order tried to rush us through ordering and after adding our first meal immediately gave us a total instead of asking for anything else. We only ordered a chicken sandwich, the new Philly chicken crispy wrap and a 12 piece chicken fries. When we got our order I checked to make sure everything was in the bag. I guess I should have checked because my 12 year old son opened up the chicken fries and there was only 4 fries. We checked the receipt and he rung us up for 4. Which is funny because he repeated the order back to us and said 12 peice and I said yes 12 piece. The screen didn't reflect our order for us to see. Also, the wrap was falling apart and completely and made it very hard and messy to eat. It honestly looked like he was the only one working. We are traveling home from Canada and have been on the road for hours so turning around wasn't really an option, but I would not suggest stopping here and waiting until Cortland to stop for food.
SO SLOW. If you want to get out fast don't come here.. Been waiting for 12 minutes so far and counting in the drive thru.. Edit; it was 32 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. When we got to the window it was 5 minutes to 10:30 when they start selling lunch and was told they couldn't make our burger or fries. The manager was rude, and kept forgetting things we asked for. Laughing and talking about other customers while handing me things out the window.
"I am absolutely livid. I just walked out of your establishment feeling completely robbed and insulted. I spent over $100, and in return, I was served food that wasn’t even fit for consumption. It is a total scam to charge premium prices for such bottom-tier quality. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was utterly repulsive. The entire place had a foul, lingering stench that hit me the moment I walked in—it was genuinely nauseating and should be a massive red flag for any health inspector. How you expect people to sit and eat in a place that smells like that is beyond me. Between the overpriced, terrible food and the disgusting environment, this was the worst dining experience of my life. I feel completely scammed out of my hard-earned money. I will never set foot in this place again as long as I live, and I will make it my personal mission to ensure everyone I know stays far away from this disaster of a restaurant. Consider this my first and final warning: do better." A little advice: If you're posting this on a public review site, adding a photo of your receipt or the "sad" food can make your complaint 10x more powerful because it proves you were actually there.
Waste of time coming to this crap hole. No lights on took 15 minutes to get some one after we ordered through the app. Received the fries and there was only half a fry in a large containers then didnt give me my lemonade place can't ever keep employees and the employees they do have suck at their jobs food is always crap they should shut this one down
Filthy restaurant and $16 for a whopper meal. Person handling my food had no gloves on. No thanks.
It’s Tully and it’s Burger King. Was a last resort after the mountain since no pizza at the gas station. I should have just ate snow. Everything cold, could t get the order right even though a two cheeseburger meal is rocket since. Next time I’ll wait to get back home. Never ever, ever again. Was in 1/10/26
If you hate your job that much not to take care of simple things, then please quit. Was not a lunch rush and I was the only customer in the store waiting for my order to begin with. Terrible service overall the last two visits. Last visit, burgers were so cold cheese didnt even try to melt.
This shouldn’t be called “fast food.” Every single time I stop here they’re painfully slow. Why? Why are you so slow? I can’t even conjure up a valid excuse. There was only one car in front of me this time. Also, their menu screen never works. The only reason this sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant is still in business is because of the traffic from 81.
We went to get lunch at Burger King and the lunch cost us $27 for a fish sandwich and onion ring and a medium drink a chicken sandwich minus lettuce plus cheese medium fry medium drink we got our food and it was cold and we specifically ordered onion rings and we got charged for them and what they gave us was French fries with 3 onion rings Hi there, how are you? Awesome, don’t go to Burger King. on top. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Hardly ever open , half the menu is unavailable, food quality was low. For such a great area the past 3 years this place has just went further and further down hill. Say they open at 8am (only bk in cny that opens that late) but wont start taking orders until 830 845
This place has increasing gone down hill the past few years being out of stock of basic items constantly unusually long wait times and getting orders wrong. Tonight after an extra long wait an employee tried to blame me for their menu having 2 different items with the same name in different categories like I was supposed to read the fine print to realize that.... No... Never again... Why are you defending the billion dollar company and blaming the customer?!?!
This place is horable coffee taste like water they don't give you your sauces. Ordered a snack wrap and got it with the chicken on the out side of wrap and honey mustard all over out side lettuce half in and half out. And the people were not that great and kept asking what when he spoke
Would love to give no stars. While taking our order they were trying to rush us while no one else was in line then, they gave us a drink that was covered in lemonade when we asked for napkins she began taking other orders. We asked for napkins again when she gave us the food and told us to check in the bag (which they were all at the bottom and covered in grease) as she was too lazy to grab any more. Terrible service, I hope I never see her again.
Made the mistake of thinking something had changed. The burger I bought looked like someone mixed the ingredients and threw it across the restaurant and it hit my burger. A disgusting mess. Also there were about 10 pickles on it. Couldn't even eat the fries because they smell like old grease. The soda was just carbonated water. Too bad I wasted my money, threw in trash can outside. Horrible! A total rip off to say the least. Oh, even the napkins were greasy!
The energy was there just the food was very sad. In other words, my honey chicken wrap only had a hard piece of Crunk parts of what should have been the crispy chicken. Instead, it was the leftover of the bottom of the chicken bag. The chicken fries were cold. The only real good part of the order was the fresh fries I happened to get. I used to run a burger king back in the days and would've let this food out my driveway window. I understand ya short staff, but that's no excuse for surviving trash food. But they all were friendly and good workers, but the quattery of the very bad 👎 🤔 😏 😕 😬 😐 👎. Will be there soon again to see if management took initiation to correct the staff. Not punch them but train them to do well in their absence.
Stay away from this location. It is a disaster. There is no such thing as customer service. They got my order wrong, refused to fix it and refused any refunds. A manager named Dave basically said, you got what I gave you and if you don't like it, get lost. This is totally unacceptable. Apparently, the GM named Heather refuses to write him up and this is constantly an on-going issue with the way he treats employees and customer. They claim not to have anything that you order and pay for, then Dave decides what you get and if you don't like it, you are told to get off. By the way, the food provided was stale and actually discussing. I can't believe this is considered acceptable by the franchise and/or ownership. No wonder Burger King has been bankrupt a number of times. They deserve it.
I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. The app apparently is not synchronized with the store locations. The first instance my order went through and the location didn’t even open for another two hours. Today when I went to pick up my order I with someone with dietary restrictions. We were informed they were out of impossible burgers. The employee was dismissive and the manager said to offer us something else. There is no other vegan options for substitutions and I requested a refund. I was told to contact customer support via the app for a refund. The response to my claim was “After further investigation, our payment processor has identified an elevated pattern of refunds on your account. Given you have met our threshold, we cannot offer you additional reconciliation at this time and hope you can understand we have further escalated your feedback to the appropriate teams and will be continuing our relentless pursuit of better and improving our guest's experience”. Threshold for reporting and requesting my money back for items I did not receive?! This is unacceptable.
I'm not understanding what this burger king isn't understanding about food quality. I got breakfast this morning and I was highly disappointed. My biscuits were burned. I'm talking a little more than just overcooked, they were almost black. For my croissants, each one of them only had half an egg on them, they quite literally cut the egg in half to use on both of my sandwiches. To top it off, my hashbrowns were only half filled. I'm surprised this place is still open. With how many times you have to return to this restaurant to get the right order, you might as well use the same amount of gas to drive to Cortland. At least they know what they're doing.
