I went into subways this morning and I was definitely disappointed. When I walked in I was standing there waiting for the guy at the counter to take my order. He then took my order and when it came down to pay that when we had a problem. I told him that my online account had a coupon to make my sandwich a meal. He told me that he doesn’t know anything about a coupon after I told him to scan it. Then I told him there was a sign outside saying a half a sandwich with a drink and chips $6.99 and $3 extra to make it a foot long. He then told me that he doesn’t know what I was talking about and just rang me up without the deal that was on the window at the restaurant. I don’t know how subways can have a sign up and not honor the poster on the window of their own store. I just paid and left!!

Went twice in three days, thanks to the coupons, which are good deals. The regular prices without coupons are laughably high. The first day I was served a 6 in ham on Italian bread that was hard as leather. Very irritating. Second chance was an Italian on Italian bread that was fresh, soft, chewy and delicious. You shouldn't serve old dry bread just to save a half of a loaf from two days ago.

This Subway must be under new management as there were two new staff I didn't recognize as I go here frequently. Staff didn't speak English well and couldn't answer questions about the sandwiches they sell and almost screwed up my sandwich. I will not be coming back here for a while.

I live close by and frequent this place. Every time my roomate and I go, everyone is so miserable. Like I get not wanting to work. However, there as pleasent as a pit of vipers. It's easy a man and a lady with braids (multiple times) so Rude, like I'm bothering them with ôrdering. Get a new job if your than unhappy. Im a CS rep for about 15 years NEVER would I act like that.but food was on point and clean.

They close the doors before the time they are supposed. Hate standing outside on baystreet to wait for my food. Especially when the open hours are till 10pm.

Bread is always stale. Vegetables look old. Doesn’t seem very clean behind the counter.

Every single time I place an order through DoorDash, they don't ever make my food correctly. Something is always missing! One time I ordered a veggie patty on my sandwich and they added everything BUT the veggie patty. How can you forget when it’s literally the MAIN part of the sandwich?? Never once has my sandwich been made the way I ordered, and I try time and again hoping they’ll get it right this time . They always prove me wrong! Never again will I order from this place. Let me not forget to mention their nasty attitudes!! Highly recommended another Subway establishment!!

order completely wrong, toppings were placed on the wrong sandwich, nothing was right, missing bacon. did not follow aps list for foods condiments. chicken wasn't cooked properly and the store wasn't even busy

I never received what I ordered. I used the subway app, and when the order was on the way at 7:30PM I opened it to find that it was completely off. I asked for a meatball marinara but got two soggy chicken sandwiches that tasted TERRIBLE. After calling the store over 20x at 7:45PM I had to DRIVE to the store since the website said it was open until 9AM, but it was already closed up. Looks like someone played hooky and I had to deal with the soggy aftermath. I PAID $30 for a disgusting meal that went straight to the garbage. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.
