I am such a hot mess today!!! I ordered on the app and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. The so sweet young man at the register was so kind and took care of my mistake with grace and kindness.
This Whataburger is always good. It gets a bit busy, but that is only due to its popularity over every other restaurant in the area (as well as its popularity over the 3 other Whataburger locations nearby). But they have always gotten my order right, the food is always good, and the employees are always polite and professional.
So great to come into town, spend time with family and eat my favorite burger place.
There was a LONG line at drive thru. I ordered inside and also some people ordering. After I placed my order, I thought I’d wait a good 30 minutes. I waiting about 5 minutes!! I am not from here and I admired how this staff works and how excellent team work was witnessed. THANK YOU so much good job guys !!
This is the best Whataburger that I have been to all year. The bun was fresh, the meat was hot and there was plenty of crisp vegetables. The restaurant was very clean, as well as the restroom. This is the Whataburger I remember. What a burger!!! I had the Whataburger and my husband had a coupon for the new double patty burger with bacon. He let me have a taste, and let me tell you, there's something special about that burger. It is full of flavor and so filling that my husband barely finished it.

What a GREAT place to eat. The people are perfect examples of the kinds of folks that like their job and what they do, which shows in how they act towards their guests. I will only go to this Whataburger since it was so awesome all 3 times we have gone there. Alex toom our first order andi will never forget what a GREAT impression she made on me. Ya'll go get your big burger and good company fix here!

I'm a regular...like every morning for breakfast and almost every Saturday for lunch. Adan, Alma and Carrie C are all excellent every time. They are all so very nice and know me by name now lol.
Atmosphere isn't their fault. Food is great. The guy who helped me out was amazing and courteous. Prices are high, but more appropriate than other places. I usually get the patty melt, but I'm also a sucker for any special they have usually.
I've always loved Whataburger, and this is my favorite stop of all time. Of any I go to, this one is ALWAYS on point. They are ALWAYS great.

I arrived late at night around 10:15pm. The staff was very engaged and helped me with my order and all the food was fresh and very hot! The staff that brought out my food was very professional, so I'd give him a raise cause he's really going above and beyond for your clients! He has dreads that are blonde at the tips. About 5'8. Give this guy a raise ASAP! Very good asset for your company!

For what was to be expected of a burger joint at 4:30 in the morning it was great. Food was fresh and so was service as no one was there. I had a friend from another state with me as well as others who had never heard of whataburger. Let’s just say that friend who ordered and let everyone else try it since it was so good will be coming back next time they’re in Texas. :-) Theu would ordered but restaurant started serving breakfast at 5am and they did not want breakfast so we left.
This is the place I don't want to review because I want it all for myself, like a secret for only the plp in town. The management and employees are totally in sync with one single purpose, serve warm, delicious food to make our lives just a little happier. By the way, they truly have the best salads in the entire Rosenberg area. Thank you for all you do.
Fast and friendly staff. Got my food out pretty quick. I walked in to make a Togo order due to the drive-through line being backed up, and I had been driving for 2 hours. On a side note, the mens bathroom was really clean and obviously cleaned pretty frequent.
Whataburger serves fresh veggies on their burgers (and I ordered EXTRA veggies) which makes it as close to homemade as most other restaurants. I call that healthy fast food and it's delicious.

Have you come in here and met Jasley yet, she is all about customer service, and what a personality. Just chitchatting away with customers that’ll give here the time. It’s refreshing to she a young person like Jasley still able to converse with others, because most young folks are tied to their phones. Great job Jasley.
This Whataburger is always good no matter what time of day I go. Every once in awhile my order will not be right but the manager on duty takes care of it if I call and let them know. Love Whataburger
A coworker waited a substantial amount of time for his food. A manager came in, during this time. Came up to him. Apologized and refunded his money. Commendable, she was not even there, when it took place. Saw it and dealt with it.
Very Long Day. Got up at 2:30, drove 6hrs, worked all day with no lunch, left work at 5, got drive thru on my way to hotel and not only did they give me EXACTLY what I asked for (burger was correct,#5 dry with all the vegetables and add jalapeños), but they were friendly, got my jokes, joked back, and of course it was "THE BEST BURGER I had all day.... it was a good end to my day.
Hitting the Whataburger drive-thru is usually a great experience, but what really makes it stand out is how friendly the cashiers are here. The guy was super nice and made me feel welcome, even when it was a quick stop. I went through the other day, and the real star for me was the vanilla shake. As soon as I got to the window, the cashier handed it over with a big smile and was super friendly. That shake is something else—so thick and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. You can really taste the vanilla without it being too much. The vanilla shake hit the spot. It’s definitely one of those little things that will keep me coming back, especially when paired with such friendly service. You can’t beat that combo of good food and great people. And the chicken nuggets were a surprise tasty treat!

We drove through. I haven't eaten at a Whataburger for many years. I used to love the hamburgers there, but when I had one recently, it wasn't as good as I remember. This location is very good, but the new hamburger is not. I am sure it was a corporate decision on the quality of the meat.
The food is usually always great... most of them do not have much of an atmosphere other than it's a fast food
I like when me and my family eat inside, there's almost no one there and it's pretty chill. I love to always get the spicy chicken sandwich combo, once they got the whole order wrong but I don't blame them, we came at like 3 am 💀 so I would give them some leeway.
This one is okay. The drive through is almost always long and super slow. They have not messed up any orders, but they have been a little short with me a few times. It’s better than I’ve seen before, however not the best I’ve seen.
First time ordering online at this location. Did not care for organization, the entire point of ordering ahead is for food fo be ready. I still waited about 10 extra minutes. When it took me 10 minutes to arrive. There is plenty of people working there that are sufficient to split between the orders from online and the traffic from drive-through. plenty… I will most definitely not be ordered from online anymore. Thank you through the drive-through. I suggest you do the same
Almost got it right. It was pretty quick for Whataburger. But my husband asked for no onions and it had a bunch.
No doubt food is always delicious👍 However, when using the app to pick up inside, you will wait. You can't use the app to order for drive thru pickup. The app gives you a specified time you can expect your order to be ready. I have used the app dozens of times and never once has the restaurant met the stated time. At times, I placed the order at home in the app , get to the restaurant and see people ordering at the counter and they get their order before I do. Same with drive thru customers. The only reason I use the app is for the so-so perks it gives you every once and a while.
After ordering no onions or cheese 3 times, getting them anyway, and having to scrape off onions and throw away the half of the bun with cheese stuck to it, I've been vocal about getting it right every time since. Took being obnoxious to get them to pay attention to what I wanted. The hamburger is #1 when I get it MY WAY. Took me years even to try a Whataburger and glad I finally did.

Went thru drive thru tonight expecting hot fresh food. I waited for my order. T h e cashier was great preparing food w/ care. However, the kitchen sent out some lukewarm food & stale fries. Disappointing from a team that usually have better food delivery.
I’ve been here multiple times, and every time my online order takes at least 20+ minutes to be ready. This time there were barely any people inside or waiting, and it still took forever. The blue shirt Hispanic lady was the only helpful employee at the time. Fries still came out cold too.smh
I usually go late in the evening or early morning. During these service hours there is a long wait . I was second in line . I ordered the chicken tender meal with the new Prickly Pear beverage. Delicious and super sweet. My order took roughly 17 minutes to 20 minutes from order to serve.( it was incorrect, but I got two orders of fries . I don't like fries . I do however love the onion rings. I order them everytime. My suggestion is to go During regular business hours . Unfortunately the drive at night /early morning needs help.
Everyone has been to a Whataburger. This one is as good as any of them. However, they switched coffee brands and the new coffee is very bitter. I've visited twice over the last month and confirmed it wasn't a one time deal. Please switch back to your original coffee and I will change my review to 5 stars
This place is too busy. Over the past year I've had 50/50 luck with my order being correct. It's a madhouse.
Went through the drive thru and oh boy were there a lot of screw ups on just my order. The employee nearly forgot two of my drinks, good thing I reminded him as I checked my receipt and I always check my bag and sure enough I'm missing two burgers. I drive back to go inside the restaurant, the lady that attended me was very nice and sincere about my missing food. I get home and find out all the three iced teas I had gotten were all unsweetened when I had ordered half/half on all of them. This will probably be the last time I go through drive thru, not worth the time wasted.
Don't bother expecting to be served if you go inside. Stood there for close ton5 minutes with no one acknowledging my presents. To my left was an older woman who appeared to be upset while waiting for the rest of her order, I looked behind me and there was a line that went back to the door, after about a nother minute with no one but employees running food to tables passing bye but not aknolowleding me or the growing line, I decided to exit to store and go elsewhere. I called but only received lip service from the employee on the other end. My previous experience at this locations a few months ago was so slow I thought there were growing the beef and potatoes in the field behind the store. I belive I will be bypassing this location for now on, thier customer service seems to be p!ss poor.
Ordering ahead at this location and picking up the food in a timely fashion was difficult. Placed the order nice and early for a specific time to go in and pick it up. Got a notification that the food was being prepared and would be ready soon so I headed over. Once I got there I waited over 20 minutes to pick up my order. I understand it was a busy time of day, but whats the point of setting a time for pick up and push notifications if they don't make a difference? The girl who helped was courteous at least when interacting with me, however most of the time no one was at the front counter which caused a kind of commotion.
I waited 25 minutes, after I ordered, to get my food. People who didn't even enter the building until after I ordered and sat down got their food before us. I only ordered a kids' meal and a bites meal, nothing big or crazy. They apologized but didn't even offer me a cookie or anything for the inconvenience.
Further thoughts below, but to summarize... this latest visit was an insult to my time and my money, which was a fun little surprise. I ordered at around 10:15 PM on a Thursday night, ahead of time so my food would be ready. I arrived at 10:20 to find the lobby closed and a line. Fair enough, I got in line. 30 minutes of waiting later, around 10:50 pm, and I'm presented with my food. I'd rather not wait, I'd rather have sat down and enjoyed my food, but things happen. Instead of my food, a sweet and spicy, dr pepper, fries, and a shake, I get... bad food. The Dr. Pepper was little more than soda water and ice, the fries tasted like dirty, old oil, and frankly, by that point, I just drove away, frustrated. The burger might be fine, I haven't tried it yet. Too irritated by the experience. The shake, visually, seems up to par as well, for what that's worth. To have an hour of my time wasted, going out, picking up, and driving home with bad food. To waste $18 on it. Infuriating. To this location's credit, the service was fine. Employees doing their jobs as best they could. But if this is the quality of food on offer, there is something deeply wrong here. In my opinion, it's despicable to take people's money, take people's time, and treat them this way. If it's a supply issue, close the store. If it's a staffing issue, raise wages and find/train quality people. As it stands, I won't be returning, which is a shame. I really enjoy and look forward to Whataburger after a tough day. It's my comfort food, and what was going to be a relaxing night is instead spent angry and typing out this review. Shame on you.
At this location, it really matters who's on shift. It might be awesome, or it might make you resolve to not go back. This trip took a little over 20 minutes from placing my order to getting it. I asked for jalapenos but easy on them. The girl who took my order even read it back to me. I got it with a handful of jalapenos dumped right in the middle of it. I had a choice between getting out in the cold rain to go in to show them (or ask for a spoon to scoop them off) or scoop them off with my bare hand. I chose the latter, which sucked since I was sitting at my steering wheel with a jalapeno hand. Despite my request to wait for fresh fries - which I attributed the long wait to- they weren't very hot and were all only about an inch long. Really y'all?
This location is kind of a mess ngl. If your doordashing, or even if you order online, most of the time they won't start making the food until you ask the register, and it takes forever. What's the point in ordering ahead on the app, if you won't have the food ready when you get there? I ordered something small like 15 minutes ahead and when I got there it wasn't ready, and I had to wait 15 minutes more. And one person who ordered at the register while I was waiting got their food before me.. and some of the employees are rude, especially to delivery drivers. They don't give you updates if it's a long wait, and they just act like you're botheing them. Avoid if you care about good service
Drive thru is so disorganized. I was given my order with 5 cars in front of me in drive thru line.and then waited in line 20 min just to exit the parking lot. Whataburger, please do better about this system. 🤨

I placed order for dine in. Then other people that ordered after me was getting there orders. I asked to speak to management and i let her know that i did not receive my order. She asked what i had ordered instead of looking for my order by the number they gave me. I asked for a refund. She gave it back without hesitateation. That was good but she did not even attempt to find my order nor check to see if they had made it. Bad service. Just saying!!!!!!!!!!

A thirty nine minutes wait to get wrong order and then wait an additional ten minutes to get the right one is totally unacceptable. I was hoping it took that long because they went to slaughter the cow and they made my burgers fresh, but that was not the case. Unfortunately I was not the only unsatisfied customer at the time of my visit.
DO NOT go here!!! Sat for 40 mins for ONE sausage biscuit meal. Was told even drive through was a 40 min wait and when we pointed out that was a lie and asked to speak to a manager, we were told they were too busy to speak to us and the others that were standing there to speak to someone!!!! Went there and ordered 3 simple meals and it took over 45 minutes to get to me. They have never been that slow. The evening manager has 0 leadership skills and she was very rude to all the customers. She offered 0 refunds and had an attitude when anyone asked a question. I understand the job can be stressful at times but whataburger put someone in charge who is woefully unqualified for a simple job like this. I will not be returning to this location and would rather drive the extra 15 mins to a different whataburger.
I only continue to order at this location because it is the closest to me. The last 3 orders I placed using the app have been incorrect! They take 10-20 minutes longer than quoted in the app. The orders are consistently wrong. A family member also order a week ago and was missing part of their order.
Sat in the line for nearly 40 minutes, just for my order to be completely wrong. Gave me extra items, i suppose to cover the amount i paid. The fries were COLD and the chicken sandwich tasted odd. I’d think for waiting nearly an hour my order would be done correctly!
i work in the fast food industry so i get it. but i placed an order for a medium fry on the app around 9:04. when i arrived i checked in curbside. i watched for 30 minutes as other people got their food as well by curbside while i just sat there and waited. i watched a guy pull up beside me at 9:24 and he got his food with 3 minutes. after 30 minutes i gave up with waiting and went inside and finally asked for my order. all i got was 1 medium fry it was honestly sad to watch.
Waited 45 minutes for cold food . Got my drinks and the tops weren’t on right so they spilled then finally got the food and my gravy was just sitting in the bag open .. got home to eat and noticed not only was the food cold but I got charged $2 to make my husbands burger a double but he got a single burger no toast in my chicken strip meal which let’s be real is the best part ! Salty fries !! Smh
11:30 at night, waited 20 minutes in drive thru after ordering a #8. After paying, gave me only a sandwich. I told him I was missing my fries and drink, he said I only ordered a sandwich. Not true, and a girl took my order. I said I just wanted the fries, and he charged me 2.50 for a kid size fries that weren't even full. Not happy.
Rude staff every single time. Half of the time they act like you're not there! I always try to order at least 15 minutes ahead of time on the app and it never saves me any time here! You'll run out of gas by the time you make it through the drive through line, and it's a miracle if you can get out of your spot if you opt to park and just go inside because of the backup the drive-through line causes. This isn't the staff's fault, but the parking lot layout is a joke.
A zero star rating, we waited an hour and 10 minutes for 3 shakes that were ordered online. We pulled teeth just to get an employees attention to even inquire about our order. And once we finally received our "shakes" they were completely melted. Whataburger is great but this location is trash

I'm tired of them us to be mi favorite spot always mes up my order. Last time I went they mestup mi order went back to fixed it they mest up again they gave me the wrong order no even close to what I ordered and the 3 time end the same day I went back I told them again no unions please I'm allergic to them and no mustard wat they do extra onions mustard and yellow cheese. Never again and they always forget the gravy even though you tell them like 20 times and the paties always raw .
Whataburger restaurants are usually clean places with well mannered staff and nice places to eat. My daughter and I dined in today and couldn’t believe how dirty the restaurant was inside and how much horseplay was occurring among the staff. We were one of two tables with customers and the drive through line was short. I can see if it was busy or short staffed, but neither was the case. I counted six employees clustered around and in front of the registers fooling around and yelling back and forth to the kitchen area. It was extremely distracting and unprofessional. Employees were also coming in and out constantly and laughing and also being loud. The floors had napkins, food, and other trash all over them and the tables had the same. It was clear that no one had swept the floors or even walked the restaurant in a long time, possibly all day. The bathrooms had trash on the floor as well. The manger didn’t seem to care at all, if one was even there. It was a bad experience and I regret visiting today.
Today I ordered a burger very very well done It came out as if it was microwaved it wasn’t dark Cooked as I asked . The grade of meat is tough always here . They took 30 minutes to get my sons order out. Why all the coupons ?
They need to fire this manager Ms. Nazma she’s horrible I order my food a salad and 3 piece tenders asked for extra ranch guy said I had to pay which I was completely okay with went back through the line ordered 2 sides of ranch and explained I just placed an order and I wanna “buy to more sides of ranch” she sends me up and I over hear her tell an employee “he says he never received his ranch” so I called her to window and advised I never said that I just wanted to buy two more sides of ranch she then proceeds to play with my intelligence like I’m an adolescent child and says “no not you I was talking about another customer” smh like I’m slow never again this lady is a complete liar and needs to be fired to the point where even the guy who previously took my order said to me “you see what I have to deal with” smh!!!
If I could, I would rate ZERO stars for this location! I was in the drive thru close to 8 pm on 3/8/24. I was told to go to Lane B, and several other cars were already ahead of me in Lane B. The guy coming out with the orders was going from car to car and asking for names. Absolutely no organization at the drive thru at all. Meanwhile, the customers in Lane A were getting their orders right away. I was able to get out of the line and go inside after about 30 minutes. People inside were also standing in the front waiting for their orders, and one lady said she just wanted a refund! A lady in the back who may have been a manager was saying she had to call a 1-800 number for a refund. One guy in the line walked out. Another lady in line was telling someone on her phone that it looked like she would be there awhile. There were multiple orders on the counter in the back near the drive-thru window that were just piling up. I asked for my order and the fries were already cold so I asked for fresh ones. It should not take nearly an hour to only get a #1. Horrible experience, and I will NEVER return to this location!!

The food was terrible and we had to go back to get it remade. While wait the Manager didn’t even offer us a complimentary coffee or tea for the inconvenience of coming back with the poorly prepared food. Her attitude is terrible and not what you would expect from someone who represents the company brand as a manager. Sorely disappointed.
This is the third time in 2 weeks I have gotten spoiled sweet tea clean the urns better make it's fresh and I will not get sweet tea there anymore

Came today around 4 pm and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru after ordering. Not for my food but for the cars in front of me. I arrived to the window paid and received my food in good timing but they had two cars infront of me still waiting for their food. I was in lane A and lane B was also long and blocking my way out. I had to wait for the cars infront of me to leave in order for me to leave which they took forever! Once I was able to get someone's attention (20 minutes later) I asked if they could move the car that was holding for the food and that's when they moved them out of the drive thru. Why did it take me complaining for someone to organize the drive thru?? My food was cold by the time I arrived home. Please have a better system. I wasn't the only one who had to wait to be able to leave the drive thru. The anxiety that was felt feeling trapped in that drive thru was horrible.
My order was wrong after repeatedly be specific about what I want it on my burger to get all the way back to work and find that it was completely opposite of what I ordered and then when I tried to call, no one answered the phone very very highly disappointed.. a photo with them on
WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION..I arrived at 1:20am today (4/2/25) and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced..The chick taking orders at the drive thru had the upmost disrespectful agitated attitude..DO BETTER. If you can't respect your customers QUIT AND GO HOME. Simple.
Walking in and standing at the counter the lady with blue eyeliner taking orders proceeded to talk about personal business to her co worker while I was waiting there. It was not busy I waited politely. A solid minute of this went by when I Interrupted and asked if she was taking orders and she cleaning. talking to a worker and didnt hear the size of the order correctly i am not a soft spoken person either lol. Ticked me off enough to post about it. Food was great as usual and the bathrooms were cleanish.
If I’m being totally honest a few years ago I would’ve enjoyed this but nowadays it just tastes horrible if I’m being totally honest , I think it’s time to let whataburger go just doesn’t hit the same anymore , the food is horrible the service is decent but doesn’t make up for the horrible, atrocious food.
This location is pretty trash. I have been coming here at least once a week for the last several months on my off day and although there have a been a few decent times, most are terrible. Service is always subpar especially when the one lady is at the register think her name starts with an M and usually see her up there. Actually better experiences when she wasn’t up there and I was helped by some other guy. Ordered through app and sat there waiting as I watched people come in after me order and get their food so Asked her what the deal was, she said there were only 2 of them back there when clearly there were plenty more back there. I said that doesn’t explain how the guy she just gave food to got his when he came in and ordered after I had already been sitting there waiting for my food which was supposed to be ready for pick up 10 minutes ago. She ignored me and magically my food was now ready. No apologies for wait or anything. They also forgot the meat patty on my son’s burger about a month ago and just gave a bun with lettuce, onion, and mustard on it. Emailed through app and submitted a picture and just got a later basically saying “oh well sorry, try us again please”. Not even a “oh no let us get you another one next time you come in”. I’ll have to start driving further to the location at 59 and 99 to get better service. If you come to this location, Just do the drive-thru it won’t take you any longer than “ordering ahead”
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Whataburger. My kids got sick and started throwing up shortly after drinking the Powerade they were served. We eat here all the time and have never had this kind of problem before. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they claimed they “took a sip” and said it was fine — but I honestly don’t believe they did. I’m frustrated and concerned that instead of taking the issue seriously, they chose to dismiss it. I just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Norin and Chyna need to learn how to greet guests and not be flirting and playing around with each other and their phones. Waited 30 minutes to pick up my order cause they were to busy screwing with eachother
Food was horrible. Meat too thin, bread tasteless. They even put a half slice of cheese on my burger. They were very busy and I was patient. Thinking that my fries would be hot n fresh. After the first 2 or 3, they went limp.
Why we didn't eat at this restaurant.. we waited in the line and finally it was our turn to order and there were 2 employees at the counter, neither one acknowledged us after waiting all this time in the line, both of them walked away. Then one came back and still didn't acknowledge us. Finally my husband tells me we can go somewhere else to eat. "Then" the young man says good morning. We were already headed out the door. That's really bad service after waiting in line for 15 minutes. I do not recommend this whataburger.. unacceptable 👎
We waited almost an hour tonight for 2 combos and a kids meal, and then almost every item we ordered had some kind of issue. I assume they're under staffed, but there seemed to be a decent amount of employees so who knows. Will NOT be returning to this location. The convenience of it being close to home is far outweighed by the lousy service.
