Mount Shasta Brewing Company Weed Reviews
Really good experience the food was awesome. The specialty beer brewing was incredible. Highly recommend the juicy blonde and the lumarian lager 🍺. The Reuben sandwich was also incredible cooked just right worth stopping by if you’re in the area.
If you’re traveling along Interstate 5 in California, a must place to stop is this brewery. The beer is delicious, the food is great, and the atmosphere is over the top. Kid & dog, friendly, with outdoor seating. Being near Mount Shasta is also a plus if you’re wanting to visit a great place within that area. The owner was attentive and answered all of our beer questions, as well as the brewery history, as he just bought it a year prior.
We had a blast here. The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly and the hazy is delicious. We played cornhole, shuffle board, and a game of cards before we headed North. We will be back!
Passing through town, we had a fun evening at this place. Great beer and wine, tasty food, and friendly service (by the owner!) The vibe is so eclectic and warm. The decor is quirky and cool .There was fun karaoke with locals. A real feel-good time! It made me wish I lived here.
Cool little brewery in Weed, CA. Love the living room seating area! I enjoyed the Lady de Luna witbier.
I stopped in here with my newly rescued dog Maybelline on the last day of a 9 day road trip. They have ample outside seating, the inside was the most eclectic brewery I've ever been in. The lager was perfect and friendly service too.
Came here while on vacation and the owners are amazing. Super friendly and They told us about the old dairy and about the area. We were happily surprised that coors light was on the tap list! I know. I know. We are at a brewery, but sometimes you need something lighter and they get that! The jalapeño beer is top notch!! I had the pulled pork sliders and had them add jalapeños and they were amazing! Came with 4! Who does that?! Hubby had the fancy named Reuben and he loved it as well. Parking lot is huge, bathrooms are huge and clean and have cute decor! You can see they love what they do and it shines through in the food, drink and atmosphere. I would definitely come back when in the area!!!
Mt Shasta Brewing Co. Worth the stop. Amazing food, service and locally made beer. Thank you Brianna and Mike for your amazing service. Grown Up Grilled Cheese with chips and house made Pico. Lots of parking for big rigs. Great Wi-Fi
A great spot and a dedicated RV parking lot for Harvest Host members - need to level up but plenty of space. Great food (Ruben and vegetarian flat bread pizza) and beer. Very knowledgeable bartender/brewer. Jalapeño pickle beer was nice! Great music and tons of indoor and outdoor space with games, fire pits and the alpenglow of Mt Shasta is the background. Fantastic stop. Would love to come back in summer.
I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere of this establishment. The unassuming exterior belies a very comfortable interior atmosphere. The upstairs banquet room has a beautiful dance floor. The beer was good and the food was priced well. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about their food and beverages.
First time visiting, and we will definitely be back next time we’re on our way through town. The atmosphere was eclectic and welcoming, the beer was fresh and cold, the food was tasty and hot. My partner and I split the Reuben and added potato wedges (cut from red potatoes, bonus points for real potatoes!!) thank you Mt. Shasta Brewing for being a delightful pitstop on our journey through Northern California.
This place is well just cool. It is in an old Creamery. The beer was cold and the pretzel was amazing. Go into the other room and you have to order at the bar but they are supper helpful. Took my two kids and a friend and we had a good time.
After being on the road 10 hours i swung into the brewery in Weed, unfortunately i missed dinner service so i just grabbed a beer and a growler to go. Joseph the bartender was pleasant and helped me decide on trying some beer. I honestly forget which beer i ordered, it was an ipa and also a lager. Both were delicious and i took a growler of the lager to share when i get to my destination. Will be a stop whenever traveling to Oregon.
Wow, I LOVED this place! After a 2 week winery tour up the CA coast, I was READY for a beer. This place did not disappoint. The porter was phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. I had the pretzel too, and that was great. They are dog friendly, the perfect spot for harvest hosts, and the service is top notch. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful staff and good food. Chuck thanks for the good evening. Juicy Blonde, Larger, and Porter are amazing if you are looking for something besides a IPA. Ruben and Braut are really good.
We got the Brisket Bratwurst and pretzel with beer cheese, sauerkraut and mustard. All were soooooo good and priced so well! We had a Lady De Luna while waiting for our Togo order and really enjoyed it! Fast service and friendly staff. We can’t wait to come back, we we’re definitely impressed 🤙
The building is awesome (it's an old Creamery) but the beer is even better! The new owners and brewer are really making it THE place to go in the area. Great people to talk with too. The food is great too! I recommend the Ruben sandwich. The Brewer smokes the corned beef in-house. Best wings in town, and they have a Brisket Bratwurst that is locally made. Whatever you order, make sure to grab a side of the beer cheese that they make with their own beer.
We stopped in Weed, CA for some freshly brewed IPA from the world famous Mount Shasta Brewing Company! We got a flight and settled in to an afternoon of drinking. At one point we were joined by a cat on a leash. The also serve bar food if you’re hungry too.

Went here for the Jalapeno Amber and tried the Lady De Luna, omg these beers are amongst the best of their type. Hurry up and start bottling these!!! they are so good and need to be tried by everyone! Get these beers to the masses!

9 different beers on tap, ample outdoor and indoor seating. Has corn hope, pool table, and shuffle board. Cool chill atmosphere, it's definitely a brewery I wouldn't say it's really a family friendly place. Beers were good I wouldn't say great but had some interesting flavors.
As one reviewer said it, this place is eclectic. It’s a great find if you are heading over Mount Shasta and looking for cold, craft brew and a bite to eat. The hazy IPA was refreshing and the brat on a pretzel role was good. Menu is limited, Weed is a very small town, but certainly worth the visit.

disappointing experience --- this is a local spot for all in the community to come too, or so we thought . its one of the places that the younger generation has to go , they host a variety of shows including punk shows , drag shows and up an coming bands and are right next to the collage --- however it seems they have forgotten what the collage kids , punk movements and the younger kids stand for, and what community is . those groups have always been about change, and community is everyone regardless of status , political affiliations, sex ,gender ,race . my issiue is - We had a migra watch training set up to help the community during these trying times across the nation. permission for event was agreed too , first they changed the time , then decided to cancel the event because they felt hosting a group to help protect some in our community was to political --- feeling disappointed that a place that makes its living off all in the community does not feel the need to represent and help protect all in that community....
