My order that was taken as wrong but was told to wait in curbside and waited for a good 20 minutes. Went inside and my food was on the counter and they forgot to give it to me. Didn’t even bother to apologize.

If I could give negative stars I would! Kids up here more worried about messing around than waiting on customers! Took almost 10 mins to get someone to the front to take my order. Another 15 to get it cuz they never called it out it was ready or anything! It was just sitting there!

The cook and other staff are rude call customers names scratching there head then handling food without washing there hands grabbing their self just very rude will never go back can't see how they stay in business

I usually come on here and review businesses in a positive light always in the most generous way, but this restaurant got to the last nerve of me employees don't wanna get their managers. Their managers are just being rude And not cooperating or at least being political to calm the situation of me waiting in the front for over five minutes with no one coming out to help cause your priorities a drive-through so I have a lobby???

I finally get fed up with my orders getting messed up and this time I asked for a refund. The person I spoke to said she was the manager. I wanted a refund because a cannot eat what they served due to a food allergy. I was told I would have to come back and they would make it again. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Now I am stuck at work and hungry and I can't even get a refund.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. If you put an order in, plan on waiting a minimum 15 minutes, and somehow your food will miraculously still end up being cold. This is not the first time it’s happened, and won’t be the last I’m sure.

Went in today for lunch they got the order completely wrong, first of all added pickles and extra at that I can't stand pickles and they put them.on everything we had, we asked for zero pickles and extra onions which were not present at all, the chicken wrap was rubbery and the condiments on the sandwiches were sloppily thrown on and barley present this McDonald's suffers from.alot of things yes, but let's start at the quality of the food.... would suggest any other McDonald's maybe drive an extra 7 mins and go to the one in tyler...

This McDonald’s in Whitehouse is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The cook need to be fired period. I order a #1 which is suppose to bread-meat-bread meat-bread. It came out as Bread-bread-meat-meat-bread and had some kinda of sauce in the bottom of the box and not even on the burger itself. If I could post pictures I would because that type of person that could not give 2 $hi?s about what he/she does and cares nothing for the company he works for. This particular location has always had problem because management does not do what they are paid to do. Came back on 10/24/2024 and ordered a Bigmac meal plain with only cheese. Got home and took a bite of it and it had the special sauce in the middle and the bottom of the burger. It didn’t even have any on the top which tells me they were trying to hide that it was in there.

Drove my food back for a refund! The burger speaks for itself, plus it was cold. Note the cheese. I complained about the fish sandwich and two different ladies at the same time was telling me how it only comes with a half piece of cheese. Can’t really see here but i didn’t even get that! You have to order and get charged for a whole piece! And surly they don’t sell enough of these to keep in warmer, not fresh. Worst experience at this location by far. And I’ve had a lot here. I will drive to the loop from now on. If people in Whitehouse would stop coming here maybe they would straighten up. Costumer service this visit was nonexistent!

The only reason I even gave a 1star was so I could write a review. Service and food is horrible, meat is so dry, French fries are stale, and old and they got my food wrong. I have never tasted something so horrible in my life’ this location has always been horrible but I keep randomly going back giving them the Benefit of the doubt and hoping they have improved & everytime I’m more disappointed than the last. Below is a picture of my burger they prepared and handed out to me as a customer who paid them for service. Im honestly really surprised they have not shut this location down. It definitely needs to be! With a 2.8 star google rating, that should definitely tell them something drastic!

This place is notoriously slow, so don't expect to get in and out quick with the drive through. I just had a friend stop to pick me up lunch from the drive through; we shared a 2/$5 Quarter Pounder with Nuggets. Nuggets were as expected, but the burger with completely raw on the inside. Only one of us had lunch today.
