Went through the drive thru, order taker is always friendly and has a smile when we get to the window. Food came out fast and hot and fresh. Definitely will be back!

Burger was really good but I had things to do that day so I wasn't profound by the mood setting.
I guess I don't get out much to fast food, but I was put off by not being able to place my order with an employee, but instead being directed to screens/kiosks to place my order. I didn't really want to have to learn and explore their online order experience, and though the staff kindly offered to step me through it, it felt as if I had to have a less pleasing experience to make it more convenient for the restaurant/staff (fewer staff required?). There was nobody else in the restaurant, and two staff out front, so they had plenty of time/availability to take my order, but no means. The one remaining open section of counter at the front was adjacent to some sort of (slushy?) drink dispenser and had a mess of spilled liquid on the counter, which was kind of distasteful. Maybe one of the available staff could have noticed it and kept it clean? My food (burger) was fine.
The food was good, the place was slow. When I got there we had to order on these big tablet like things and then tell the person working there our number and it was a little awkward cause the lady went to talk to her co worker and we were standing there for her to come back so we could pay with cash. The playground thing was also closed but it's no biggie.

The grill was not working and they did not have any burgers or coffee drinks. The employee's let us wait 10 min in line before asking for our order and never mentioned anything until we tried to order a burger. When I asked why there was no sign and why we were not told before we had to wait 10 minutes, the employees answer was she was busy. She was very soft spoken and I could not hear her with the plastic between us. I asked for her name and her managers name, but she proceeded to tell another employee to give it to me and left. At this point all employees disappeared and no one woul give me their name or take my order. We left and went to KFC and they had 100x better service.
Absolute trash. Went here for a late night snack. We were respectful and even tipped. Received the absolute worst onion rings I have ever attempted to consume. Literally just burnt pieces from old batches that they sold to me at regular price unbeknownst to me until I arrived to eat them. The taste was so burnt and disgusting, and I found maybe two full rings, albeit smashed. I also asked for 4 zesty sauces and received only one. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a Burger King.
Stopped here for breakfast. They had no biscuits and no coffee. Decided not to get breakfast here but had to wait in the painfully slow drive through line for the other people to get their orders before we could leave. It took us almost 10 minutes to get out of the drive through. If you value your time, go to the Starbucks 200ft down the road.

Wow. Honestly I read the review and gave them a chance anyways. I ordered online to make this faster since I was just passing by. THAT was a mistake. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before they got to me.Not only did they not know what my order was. Their fryers weren’t working so they couldn’t actually make my order. After replacing half of my order with available thing I waiting for them to give me my food for 20 minutes. I wish I never ordered online. I would have not stayed.

Literally the worst Burger King we ever went to. Couldn’t even get a simple cheeseburger order correct and the soda machine was broken but they didn’t tell us. We asked for a refund and the money was begrudgingly thrown at us.
