Me and my family came here for the first time and the food was extremely tasty , everything we had was delicious.
Lady was nice and gave a free food, it was really yum fresh quality the place is clean, and the workers are nice.
Authentic and homestyle. Some of the best I’ve tried.
Stopped by the other day and the food was so delicious, the tamales were also out of this world! Amazing Guatemalan food.

Is a new place. The food is good, but needs to be improved. They don’t have a menu or a price list. Very clean.
Never had Guatamalan food & they recommended garnachas. Loved it! Mellow & hearty.

Me gusta este restaurante, pero tienen que mejorar el servicio. También las cosas que venden no tienen el precio y que flojera estar preguntando. Deberían de ponerle precio a las cosas. Gracias
The only Guatemalan thing about this place is the name. There is no authentic Guatemalan breakfast. When I saw the name I was expecting eggs with beans and fried plantains they didn’t have but what they do have is American food.

I asked for a table for 8 people and the woman who served me never prepared it and I was standing there for about 15 minutes.

This neighborhood has some gems for food spots. This is not one of them. Microwaving food and serving it as "restaurant" quality is wild.
BIG WASTE OF MONEY!! Everything I ordered was microwaved, THE FISH, FRIES,RICE AND BEANS , SHRIMP AND CHICKEN, And I know it was because when they took the food to the back I heard the beeping and the door close of a microwave. In them doing so our food was extremely dry and rubbery. How they microwaved my fries is beyond my comprehension. I ordered shrimp and She literally gave me 4 small pieces of shrimp and it was 6 dollars. A total rip off. Not a " Restaurant" I would recommend. Huge disappointment for the area. I had high hopes for this place. This is not a good quality place. Never going back here again .
I was rooting for this place. I never had Guatemalan food before and it’s unique in the neighborhood. - Sodas are authentic, but it may be an acquired taste. Would still recommend that others try, not my cup of tea. - Cashier was kind and recommended the only dish I somewhat enjoyed. The lady serving me food however was standoffish and seemed bothered while I ordered. - Stuffed chili pepper was decent and was the dish the cashier recommended. - Fried chicken was pretty bad. They’re competing much better quality chicken in the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. Never, in any setting, have I ever disliked fried chicken, except for here. - Same can be said about the tamale, which was only half wrapped in banana leaves and then in aluminum foil. It tasted like reheated frozen food. - This is an establishment, but food reminded me of the food vendors on Roosevelt around junction blvd, which I tend to avoid. They may want to reconsider their menu if they can’t ensure quality. Making decent tamales alone would have made me a frequent customer, but I definitely won’t be coming back. I wish the business well but they need to rethink their business model, the surrounding businesses are neighborhood staples or newer restaurants providing a higher quality overall or even convenience stores with pre-cooked food like Hmart, that would give them a run for their money in taste and prices.
DO NOTT GO HERE ! we paid 200 dollars for a hour wait for the food to be cold , drinks over sweetened , there was literally a piece of metallic sponge in our chicken as well as the cheese they used for the empanadas were horrible the flavor and texture absolutely horrible . Do not recommend this place !!! Save ur money !!!
