Lugar pequeño y cómodo, tenie variedades en sabores en el latte, el de coco es muy bueno, pero el de pistache se llevó las palmas, regresaré a probar el de red velvet. El latte frío de horchata es otra opción por si la tarde es calurosa a pesar de estar en otoño. Te hacen el 10% de descuento si llevas tu pasaporte de café

La Barra es una de las mejores opciones que he encontrado para tomar expresso, los dueños y los colaboradores son geniales, me gusta ver cómo son bien tratados los baristas por los dueños. Ambiente lindo, con excelente pan y galletas para acompañar. FELICIDADES A PARADIGMA

It was a real pleasure to find this tiny Cafe on our way home, They make a delicious cheese with Menonita and panela cheese slices in addition to a bunch of fresh lettuce, cucumber, apple and tomato 🍅. We also had 2 cups of warm whole milk chocolate to enjoy our snack ,prices are reasonable for the neighborhood standard. We highly recommend taking the chance to come here and see for yourself !!

The best espresso tonic I have ever had. The barista girl serving was so friendly, happy and polite. I have gone here atleast once every day that I stayed in CDMX. The coffee is brilliant, so well balanced and the fruity / bright notes shine through (even when mixed with milk or tonic). Really knowledgeable staff who brew amazingly across espresso and filter. Cannot fault this place.

This place is tiny and cute with a lot of unique flavors. It was close to where I was staying so I found myself here 3 mornings in a row. I tried the Red Velvet Latte (pictured), the Dirty Chai Latte, and the Horchata Latte. They were all really good and of course used very nice beans for the espresso. I enjoyed sitting on the little porch next to the cute turquoise car. Really nice shop overall.

The attention is very good. There's a lot of techniques that can be used to make you a delicious cup of coffee. The barist girl is energetic and you can have a nice chat with her. The pastry section is reduced but all is home made.

Aunque es un lugar pequeño, tiene muchas variedades de café y opciones para filtrados. Tiene unas 3 mesitas dentro del lugar y como otras 3 en la banqueta, pero la calle es tranquila, así que la mesa en la terraza/banqueta aguanta. Tiene opciones ricas, ligeras de alimentos salados, principalmente sándwiches, y también algunas opciones de repostería, el panqué de guayaba está delicioso!!!!!!

El lugar es bonito y la atención es muy buena. Probé el chocolate caliente y me gustó mucho. Fui a conocer este lugar porque aparece en el pasaporte. Recomendado!

La que atiende es muy amable, el café esta rico

No me gustó. Pedí un capuccino y pienso que me dieron un latte. Era una bebida muy larga y con una proporción muy desajustada, no pude sentir el café. Estaba muy caliente entonces la textura no estuvo buena y en sabor sólo persistía el dulzor de la leche medio quemada. La razón de la crítica es que el precio sí está en rango de especialidad y definitivamente no lo fue (al menos esta taza).

Coffee was 360 ml i guess, but it's not really good. I was missing flavor and it could be stronger. The color was a bit transparent, not a good sign for coffee Americano. All in all definitely to weak. There are for sure better options if you are a fan of black and strong coffee.

The chai tea I ordered only tasted like warm water, the pastry I ate had no flavor at all and was a bit stiff (it was a polvorón de nuez), the ambience was too loud (both the music and the waitresses), ans the service wasn't really good, because they didn't check on me or offered me more things after a while, and the purple-haired waitress wasn't too willing to accommodate my needs—I literally only asked if I could connect my computer and she was like "Mmm, yeah, I guess, mmm...", so I felt like I was being a bother instead of a client. I honestly didn't tip them because of this. Also, the tables are really small.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at Paradigma Cafe. Despite being one of the only customers in the café, the service was beyond slow, almost as if they didn’t acknowledge us. We both ordered chai lattes, which I found quite bland and watery. The flavor just wasn’t there. The service was quite rude, both when ordering drinks and when paying. It really left us with a bad taste, and I was greatly disappointed.
