First time at The Hollow and it was very enjoyable.... Staff was Friendly and Helpful.... Was there for their Crawfish Boil and it was very organized.... Fairly short wait times while in line for crawfish everyone in line was friendly and courteous... Highly recommend....

I was there to enjoy time with one of my sons. He invited me so I went. This used to be IHop. Big change!! It's clean and a nice place. Their bartenders were helpful and served quickly.

Nice vibe at this neighborhood bar. Watched a UFC fight outside which was nice and with no cover charge to watch. Wish the servers would've come outside to take our orders. Had to go inside to order my dinner and drinks each time. Drinks were very good. They did mess up my tab but with no argument quickly fixed it. I would definitely come back.

Nice vibe at this neighborhood bar. Watched a UFC fight outside which was nice and with no cover charge to watch. Wish the servers would've come outside to take our orders. Had to go inside to order my dinner and drinks each time. Drinks were very good. They did mess up my tab but with no argument quickly fixed it. I would definitely come back.

Nice Stone Oak bar for game time, casual drinks. Although the smell was tough to sit through—Fabuloso meets cheap wax plug-ins with a hint of aged maple syrup (used to be a IHOP).

Philly cheesteak was good. Ribeye steak was way undercooked. Gnats at the bar and in the drink. No spout covers on any bottles while super slow at the bar. TVs were super loud for no reason. Men's restroom was not handicap accessible. And surprise 4% processing fee to your bill which is illegal not to disclose. Katie the bartender was polite otherwise I'd give 1 star.

First visit to this bar, after our first drink, we ordered food but the kitchen was closed (2 hours prior to the posted time for kitchen closing). Disappointment. So, we ordered a 2nd round of Moscow Mules. She made them without ginger beer because they ran out. Disappointment. The replacement drinks were very suboptimal. Also, after the game on TV was over, the bartender turned the volume way up (music had been playing previously). This means we listened to commercials LOUDLY.

The servers all wear skimpy tight clothes which makes male customers act poorly. The food seemed like frozen packages that were warmed up. I can’t really imagine why anyone would choose this place if they were able to drive a mile in any direction for something better.

No iced tea.......only plastic American cheese for the burgers.......no coffee. I mean a sports bar/restaurant without COFFEE? Delicious Philly cheesecake egg roll appetizers...Good chicken fried steak though not all that big. Tasty onion rings. But you really need man sized glasses and more soda choices if you can't fit a tea maker in the kitchen. Place used to be an ihop so I'm not sure why the limited non-alcoholic options

Me and my friend Rose came here last night with her Service Animal who is legally documented after being there for about 20 minutes, this Fugly drunk lady approached us asking us to leave because animals can’t be inside after realizing she’s the owner We began to explain to her that legally we can he has his documented proof on his vest and we can show it on the phone. She proceeded to hassle us nonstop and very Aggressively that if we could go and print it out, she would be fine which one is illegal and 2 we had more than enough proof anytime I would try to input my opinion she would put her hand up and say, sir you can’t talk to me do you speak for her? ( talking about my friend rose) she has an ugly attitude towards men in general I found out she’s on her third divorce so that makes sense not that that’s relevant to this issue but the ending conclusion after buying two rounds of drinks and tipping our waitress was we just up and left because she wouldn’t stop harassing us and wouldn’t accept the legal answer we gave to her question which is that the dog is legally a service animal and can be in that bar. All in all she represents that bar as a whole and we are utterly disgusted with our experience and will be taking a legal course as her kicking us out for having a service animal isn’t legal and her verbally attacking us is NOT Acceptable AS AN OWNER she couldn’t even say her words properly and the Service Animal was literally just laying down the entire time not trying to approach anyone touch anyone’s food just doing his legal obligated job as a Service Animal

So we ordered fried pickles, came out cold, sent back and was just refried so they are now soggy with grease. Had to send back the breakfast sando as it was burnt and cold on the inside cheese wasn’t even melted. We also ordered chips and cheese, chips where so grease and cheese was congealed and in edible. Food was complete crap!!! Had 2 chips and nothing else off it but was still charge for me the dish. Will not be returning.
