Really good quality tea! Their jasmine green tea base actually tastes like a good jasmine and their tea prices are pretty good in comparison to run of the mill bubble tea places. Cheese foam is rich and tastes like a light salted cream cheese.

This was my first time here, and to be honest, the wait wasn’t worth it. Perhaps it was the drink I chose, but I paid extra for boba and received barely any—there wasn’t enough boba. I also had to wait 15 minutes for jasmine tea. However, I will come back to try another drink. I did enjoy the coconut foam on top; it made the drink different from other boba spots.

Worst location. Service was slow and unprofessional. The workers were all converged in the back abandoning customers at the counter. The location looked wet and dirty. The drinks were also badly prepared. I had to throw it out.

This is not my favorite location and would only get it when I wanted to treat my self. My last order was terrible. I've had the basic jasmine tea before but this tasted like the tea leaves were burnt. I ordered my drink warm with boba which mean I didn't get a clear cup so didn't notice there wasn't any boba until I got home. Ended up throwing it away because of how bad it was. Yea this is definitely the worst location.

Every single time I’ve ordered it takes forever to get the order. Even if you order ahead online you have to wait. The most recent time I ordered ahead and it took 30 minutes to make two teas when there wasn’t even a rush of orders, the place was empty.

Blueberry Tea

The Mango Coconut Blue was tasty but I got a diarrhea afterwards. Its cleanliness is in question. The pickup was quick. Will not come back.

I'm a regular customer. Always understaffed. Too crowded. Quality dropped. Today someone stole drinks at counter twice but staffs didn't do anything. Very disappointing.
