Avis sur Naree Thai Anaheim
Nare Thai is one short block away from the Long Beach convention center and worth the short walk. The walk there is up a really steep hill so I wouldn't recommend walking for those in a wheelchair or have difficulty walking. Food was really good with a few dishes I haven't seen. Try the Mee Krob, a crispy stack of fried noodles, my favorite tonight. The lychee tea was also a big hit, as was the curry and pineapple fried rice. Recommend!!
Very small place so we ate at the bar, but enjoyed great conversation with others and the food was flavorful. Good menu selection and very attentive and polite staff.
This is a great place! The papaya salad was delicious, doesn’t have that fishy aftertaste that some papaya salads do. We had the soft shell crab curry (medium) which was creamy and the perfect amount of spice .
Ok so this place is AMAZING! My friend and I just tried it and LOVED IT! The customer service was really refreshing. Malinda and Som are sweethearts. They were very welcoming and made us feel like family. Melinda is very knowledgeable of the menu and offered great suggestions for my vegan friend. She even told us about their lunch specials so we will definitely come back for sure!
The thai iced tea was delicious! If you don't know what that is, it's basically tea with condensed milk. It might sound... interesting at first but I promise you, it is absolutely delicious! They don't have boba though, it's fine. Their food is served in large portions so make sure not to order too much! But, the food is still soooo delicious 🤤🤤🤤! It really brightened up my day and I hope your day will get better too!
My Uber driver recommended this place. He was from Thailand and he said this was the best place around and close to Thai food in Thailand. Absolutely fantastic! I am here on business and I have eaten here two nights in a row. I had the Pad Thai and the Naree Pad Tai. Both were phenomenal. You gotta check this place out.
The crowd is a little light but use that to your advantage! The food here is fantastic. I love Thai and fortunately in the area the are some good Thai options but this one is my favorite. I get the Pineapple Curry, a must. Their soups are a bit smaller than I'd like and the bar is limited but go here for the food. You'll thank me later.
I always go to this restaurant and loved everything that they have in the menu, including the drinks. Must try spicy Thai basil rice.
Sitting by the front door in Naree Thai, I feel like I'm in a space farther from the main street outside than I really am: I like the interior setting. I experience good customer service: during my visit, I ask for a Vegan meal, and the employee creates a suitable order. The vegetables are good all around and taste better with the brothy type sauce. Even so, I think the meal can use a bit more of the brothy type sauce as much as a part of me feels there is just the right portion in my meal. With this type of meal, I don't mind tofu being a bit softer. I think the rice tastes good with the meal though clashes with the tofu. The meal is filling though cools kind of quickly.
Awesome Thai place in downtown long beach! The food is excellent, the staff are super friendly and all around this is a great experience!
This place was delicious! Reasonably priced, (except the wings. Those were overpriced for what we got.) We got the yellow curry, which is my favorite. The only downside is, it does not come with rice. You buy that separate. We also got the steamed dim sum, which was yummy, and the pineapple chicken fried rice. All the dishes were good! Overall, it was really good! I would come back!
Naree is one of the most favorite Thai place in the downtown area. My family has been visiting here since 2017! We usually take a walk as we live pretty close and hence we there is very little of parking. There are handful of street parking spots, if you miss it, the next option is the 555 valet. It's a medium sized place and often can get crowded during peak hours. The interior, bar, ambience and warm welcome by staff and ever consistent tasty food will make you come back here again and again and again. I have dined in, taken out and got delivered as well(several times), they are pretty quick in everything and no regrets so far. Steamed veggie dumplings, Spring roll are a must try. The spicy basil fried rice, pad kee mao and all types of curries are our favorites.
Walked into this quaint spot from Ocean blvd. I was immediately welcomed by staff and ushered to seating. Started with Mai Tai cocktail, then on to the Lychee Roasted Duck, accompanied by shrimp fried rice. Desert was sticky rice & mango with pineaple martini to wash down those sweet, pungent, and tangy flavors. Cheers!
My favorite restaurant in Long Beach. Still the Best lunch special in all of LA county. I have their lunch special 2-3 times a week. They actually make the food the way you ask for it unlike the other local Thai spots. Finally a Thai place that understands what I mean when I say I want my food spicy. Kinda odd that other spots dont since Thai food is traditionally spicy but hey thanks Naree Thai. Their lunch specials are absolutely unbeatable….. If you like Thai food your doing yourself a disservice by eating anywhere else.
I must have driven by this place 100 times, but when I saw they had vegan options, I had to go in! Really delicious red curry with perfectly silky yet firm tofu and really excellent Thai tea. The golden tofu was a little over-fried, but the delicious spicy-sweet peanut dip more than made up for it. The staff was warm and attentive. The place is clean, open, and soothing. I’ll definitely go back soon!!
Service was nice and food was tasty. Pretty standard thai food nothing too crazy. We came here last year for dinner which I remember enjoying but this time we had the lunch special. I ordered the eggplant with side of broccoli. The eggplant was flavorful and a good portion for lunch. I tried my friend's pad thai and enjoyed it as well.
I visited Long Beach for the conference and I was looking for a Thai restaurant nearby. This place came up so I checked it out. I was very happy with the food, service, and the price. It was only $15 for a lunch special - a drink, an appetizer, a filling portion or pad Thai with pork, and a cup of white rice. The food was good. Pad thai was tasty. I got fried tofu for appetizer and they were crispy outside and soft inside. I got lychee ice tea for the drink. It was very nice.
Food was good nice variety of options we ordered pineapple fried rice it was good , veggie steam dumplings was also fresh and nice
This is the first time I've been here after living in Long Beach for several years. We had the Fresh Siamese Roll, the Panang Curry, and the Spicy Eggplant. Panang is one of my favorite dishes and it was well prepared at Naree. The Fresh Siamese Roll was well prepared and fresh. For the ones that like spicy I do recommend the Spicy Eggplants. The dishes were on point. Very friendly staff.
Have been to this place multiple times but I forgot to review it earlier. Their food and its presentation are very nice. This place is a good choice for both date nights and casual evenings. Pretty chandelier that they have got! Their staff is courteous and nice. I recently ordered Spicy basil fried rice with their spicy version, phew it was very spicy for me. I am ordering mild next time, lol. This place is my husband’s favorite to go place. I love their sticky rice with mango.
Deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. Naree deviates from the everyday menu items one sees at Thai restaurants by adding creative twists and tastes. Singha Thai lager on draft (rarely offered anywhere)is an added bonus to their full bar. Wait staff were pleasant and professional. Central location one block from Westin Hotel.
I like the places and their menu provides lots of thai food which re not in other Thai restaurants. The taste s pretty good flavor. They also make their own spring rolls and curry puffs (very rare). I came back for lunch specials on weekday, it s more than worth it..i give them 5stars.
i had the pad thai with fried tofu and it was really good. service was excellent
We had dinner at this restaurant located in the downtown. The food and service was great. It’s becoming in every restaurant menu same price for most dishes. Have lots of choices for the Vegetarian and Vegan. Must visit if you’re hungry for the Thai food.
I had the Seafood Spicy Basil that was excellent. The seafood was shrimp, scallops, fish and squid. The meal was very tasty and a generous portion. The staff was attentive. Overall a great dinner!
the place is great, with a good selection of food. The prices are reasonable and the amount is more than enough. however, they must improve on service. I ordered a side of rice, which was not brought out with the rest of the food. I had to ask for it again. Not a huge deal but some attention to detail and to what people ask would be great. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for a nice dinner.
As soon as we walked in you can feel the pleasant atmosphere. Not just the waitress, but all the staff made the effort to make us feel welcomed and happy. The food was not just delicious. It was mouth watering, scrumptious and fit for royalty because that's how they made us feel. They really care for the customers, their food and drinks. All the drinks and food were elegantly arranged and made to look beautiful and yummy. The servings were just right to fill you up and the prices were worth it. Definitely my favorite Thai place or restaurant in general
Yummy, yum, Yum! Gratitude for this spot, right downtown LB! Service is always incredible and they provide exceptional recommendations, which I try everytime I dine. I love the intimate atmosphere. I have to say the ambiance is what keeps me coming back..... Stellar! Today I ordered steamed dim sum, curry potato balls, Tom Kha, garlic rice noodle and butterfly trout! Exceptional! Oh my goodness, so happy I finally tried this! I will definitely be ordering this again. Many thanks to you for being local and right up the street, you're my favorite local Thai spot... blessings
I love this place! It’s a must any time I am in Los Angeles. I really like the pad Thai and its curries (green specially). You have veggy options with Tofu as a main protein source. And! During the week you have a very nice lunch menu for 13$ (appetizer + main dish + rice + drink -try Thai ice tea-). I really recommend this place.
For someone who has lived in Thailand this is by far the most authentic Thai cuisine I’ve had in California. All dishes tried were excellently blended flavors and done to perfection. The place has a nice clean ambience with extremely attentive and friendly service. Will come back again soon.

I am in Long Beach for a few days and stopped in at Naree for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend anyone wanting great Thai food to check it out.
Had the soft shell crab curry with rice, which was great. Dirty Thai tea cocktail was tasty too. Others at my table were very happy with their orders as well & we all enjoyed the Thai dim sum & fires shrimp appetizers. It was busy when we were there so the service wasn’t perfect, but still very very good. Would definitely recommend
I’ve been coming to this place for a few years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are always very nice and attentive, the food is solid, and the vibe is calm and trendy. I usually come for lunch bc it’s such a great deal but the times I’ve come for dinner or ordered out, the food was delicious. Great date spot since it’s so close to the beach, shoreline village, and DTLB bars.

Amazing food and incredible price! This is one of the best shrimp pad thai I ever had. You can really taste the tamarind and it wasn’t too salty! The amount of protein on this dish is great for protein lovers. The food was fresh and I had everything on the picture (thai iced tea, pad thai with appetizer) for only $13 There was only one lady serving the entire restaurant and her speed and efficiency was very impressive. She does not like smiling though lol
The drinks were the highlight of the meal, with beautiful presentation and perfect blend of flavor I was really impressed. The food was good, not my favorite Thai restaurant in town but pretty good none the less. Great vibe with the out door seating. Overall would come again for drinks and appetizers just maybe not a full meal.
Staying at the Courtyard hotel, and stopped here for dinner with my sister. I ordered the Pad Thai and she ordered the Pineapple Curry. The restaurant was not very busy and we were greeted immediately when we walked in. Seating was open and we chose to sit at the bar. I also ordered the Spicy Thai alcoholic beverage, not too sweet and the glass rim was trimmed with sugar and Thai spices which really compliments the flavor. Food came quickly and was piping hot. I really liked the Pad Thai, medium spicy, not very "medium " by my taste, but still delicious. My sister enjoyed the curry, but it was not served with rice, which we found odd. She still enjoyed the dish as it was. Overall we had a nice experience and if you're in the area looking for Thai, this is a good choice.

The food here is ok but the service and atmosphere is really great. They have a pretty nice bar setup to get some drinks.

The service was great. The staff was great. The food I’ve noticed is much much smaller portions less of the protein items such as chicken and the pad.Se eww. The wine I ordered was even less than the beaker to fill the glass. It looks like less than a 4oz pour. I mentioned something to the waitress/bartender and she giggled and said that’s how they want it now so they’re looking to take advantage of people it seems I will think twice about going back here unless they change back to the way they used to be.
Seemed good, but waay overpriced!! Over $30 for green curry shrimp, rice, and a coke ($3 extra for rice with curry?? $5 for a coke). With tip almost $40, seems excessive for a bowl of curry. Very small portion, only 4 shrimp total and 1 cup of curry! Much smaller portions than usual for a Thai place. Curry was decent despite being small portion, tasted like Maesri. I was only one there at 3:50pm on a Wednesday. Nice atmosphere and bar overlooking Ocean blvd. Staff was pleasant. Just overpriced.
1. Lunch set is so so; 2. Curry taste is ok but chicken is too dry, rice is also too dry; BBQ is super dry; 3. Ice tea is great
