For me it just recently started but it used to be so good but since last week I got a burger asked for no cheese and they put everything except these to day they did chicken tenders instead of the steak finger basket we asked for

Great service. Clean dining room. If you like Creamsicles, try the Orange Dream shake, it's delicious! 5***** but negative -1* for the chicken strips, soo over processed. DQ can do better.

It’s not just butter & what happened to effective problem solving? Toast is my comfort food, that’s why I chose Dairy Queen before my surgery to calm my nerves. Things happen so I asked for butter to do it myself, with no fussing. The young girl turned to the manager and asked and the manager told us right in front of us they don’t what I mean by butter, and that they don’t have butter to give. I waited holding the bread out for a minute showing her this bread was very dry, and limp, not toasty. She looked back at me, with the manager offering no resolution of any variety. Needless to say I did not get to enjoy toast on my hour drive to the hospital..

They really should get their intercom fixed because they couldn't hear our order at all. I ordered a simple treat such as a cherry dipped cone. Which they did not carry they only had chocolate. I'm old school I ordered a Mr Misty float which they did not carry. it's been years since I came to a dairy Queen not knowing that they changed it to a Mr Misty freeze for a Mister freeze. Obviously the girl at the checkout had no idea what I was talking about. Working for dairy Queen you should at least know the basics. I will not be returning. Especially to this one we had to repeat our very small order of three items about six times. Their intercom was clearly not working.

Lobby was closed due to staff shortage but that's a different topic all together. Drive through service was horrible. I expected to wait due to staff issues but the problem was the attitude of the drive through employee. She was blunt and rude from the beginning of the order process all the way until I drove off. No thank you for waiting, thank you for your business, enjoy your food or anything! She handed me my chili cheese fries and said be careful with the bottom because it was evident the paper container was collapsing and could blow out. Didn't offer me anything to help with the situation. The bag it was sticking out of was already ripping from how wet it was as well. I know those that are actually working right now are filling the shoes of several employees, not only here but everywhere. However, you still have a responsibility to your employer to do a good job and give service as you would want to be given. Thankfully I was going home and managed to dump my food into a bowl otherwise it would have made a horrible mess in my vehicle and lap. By then I had to rewarm it in the microwave. Best part of the experience was at least it tasted ok. Update: My debit card has now been compromised after using it here today. Someone attempted to make a purchase without the card. Luckily my bank was on top of this and declined the fraud attempt. Hummm....

Purchased a large chocolate sundae ice cream tasted like ice milk, and the ice cream was barely past the rim and I also purchased a medium strawberry sundae, strawberry were very frozen and no syrup. Again ice milk not ice cream.

Frys were totally cold. I threw them away. I ended up trying this place again. Waited at the counter for almost 10 min. Ended up leaving & going to Whataburger. No more future tries at Dairy Queen

Our blizzard was half melted. We got a malt and they didn’t make it right we asked for chocolate. We gave up on waiting so we told them we would just take the vanilla one. There were chunks of who knows what in there with brown stuff at the bottom that made it look old. The cashier is always rude to us and never helps us when we ask questions. She dropped the tray on the table and walked away like we weren’t even there. Another girl was yelling in the back where the whole dining room could hear, very unprofessional!

Our Blizzards are gross today. The whipped cream used to be thick and creamy, but this was milky and thin. Our ice cream wasn't thick and creamy either. It was partially melted. I can only imagine what would've happened if she had attempted to flip it upside down. 😬 Not good at all. We can't even eat them. (Photos are with the whipped cream scraped off.)

Came here through the drive thru for a caramel brownie cupfection and a blizzard. The lady who handed us the blizzard barely even tilted it before handing it to us. We discovered that both items were already half melted by the time we got them. No wonder she did not want to flip it upside down!! Also in my brownie cupfection, the vanilla ice cream had no flavor or creaminess whatsoever-tasted watery! Dairy Queen used to be my go-to whenever I wanted a sweet treat. This was a huge disappointment and should have went to Sonic instead..

Terrible service, girl in drive through window rude and had attitude, We come all the time and my husband orders the same thing just vanilla ice cream in a large cup and this time the serving size was extremely small compared to every other time. Especially for almost 5 dollars each you’d expect more ice cream…
