Appreciated that the manage was receptive of feedback, however, this location needs to do better. Placed an order online for a curbside pick up. And waited for the food (kids in the car) for 20 min before anyone ever attended to us. That’s unacceptable. 9/25: Yet again, another awful experience. Waited 15 min for the order to be brought out. And they forgot my complete order. Was on the phone with someone who promised to bring it out immediately. Waited another 5. If you can avoid this location, then do! Better yet, please get more people working these shifts.

They messed up my order last time. So this time I asked for the receipt. The lady said here's your food no receipt. I just wanted my receipt so I know I they got my food right. But instead of giving me the receipt they wanted to argue with their customer. This McDonald's need whole new management team or workers because they are rude and slow every single time

Went through drive through and the girl had an attitude didn't listen correctly. Then pulled up to window to pay and she didn't even pay attention. We sat there for a bit and she still didn't acknowledge us. So we left and had to go else where. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else!

August 2025, my 2 year old got E. Coli from this McDonald’s indoor playground. February 2026, my whole family got food poisoning from this McDonald.

The food was cold and the line took forever considering how many people I saw working. Joesph was very disrespectful and dressed unprofessionally hopefully management improves soon and helps this establishment improve.

I ordered a curbside order for a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle. That was all I ordered. Instead, I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage, egg and cheese, mcgriddle receipt.And it was also wrapped as a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. I went back to the restaurant to get the right breakfast.Item and she demanded that I give the sausage egg and cheese biscuit back.I said, no, because I was going to go ahead and give it to a coworker. She gave me an attitude and was like.What do you mean?We have to switch it out.And I said, no, i'm keeping this to give it to a coworker.I want my mcgriddle since you couldn't make it the first time. I asked her how many mistakes needed to be made in order for me to get the wrong order in the first place. She said as many as it takes. I am so disgusted with the customer service that was given at this store.This is not the first time that i've had a run in with the employees here.They all need to have extra training or coaching.Because their customer service skills and their ability to give out proper food is seriously lacking.

Everytime I use the mobile app. I wait at least 45 minutes everytime in the drive thru. The worst location. I'd rather drive to lake jackson or clute before here. Probably would save some time doing so. The worst is when they forget part of the order after waiting such a long time and it takes them another 10 minutes to bring the rest out. By the time I get home the food is always cold.

Bite into my burger it was completely light pink in the middle. I showed the worker he said “yeah that’s raw” and said they would give me a new one. As I’m waiting the cook comes walking out telling me that it wasn’t raw bc all the burgers are cooked at the same temp no matter what, pretty much calling me a liar . Said some lady said the same thing the day prior after eating her whole burger & just wanted a new one. Almost refusing to make me a new one. I told him I gave the entire burger back to the worker and I only bite it and spit it out and he proceeded to get loud shaking his head all aggressive as in I had done something wrong.. never ever ever ever again.. my 3 year old wanted to run around the play space they had there. Was going to eat inside but every single table was dirty. The sweet tea was sour. A homeless guy camping out in the play space , walking back and fourth past us made us feel very uncomfortable.

This is the worst McDonalds around. I can’t comprehend why they are so slow, even with just 1-2 cars in the drive through lane. High chance that they will get your order incorrect and make zero attempt to correct it. To top it all off, most employees and managers have terrible attitudes.

I do not recommend going in to order at night!!! The night shift is extremely slow and the manager for nights is so disrespectful and doesn’t follow their rules he literally got in my face and refused to let me talk… he took my receipt and refused to give me my food and refund and I’ve worked at 5 different fast food restaurants and they all have the same rules and the main rule is that the customer is always right your not supposed to argue with the customers let alone get in they’re face and if it’s a dine in order it goes on a tray not in a bag and you either call the order out or take it to the customers table not leave it on the counter where the pickup or door dash orders go!!! They will be hearing from my lawyer about this and I demand compensation not just for my order but for damages to myself getting in someone’s face and yelling making them feel threatened is an act of assault!!!

This place is usually a hit or miss when it comes to how long the wait is. Well today, there was a line. After waiting for so long, I finally get home and the chicken sandwich I ordered was burnt! You can smell the burnt smell from the bag. Like seriously who thinks this is edible?? I live at least 15 minutes outside city limits from this location, so it was not worth going back to show them the food they decided to give me.
