Calistoga Roastery

We had the blueberry cream cheese scone, and it was exactly what you'd expect (in a good way). The texture was really great, and the taste was not too overwhelmingly sweet for having blueberry and cream cheese. The coffees were really strong, but the taste was good (and not overroasted). Definitely recommend going to this spot!

Popped in here for a coffee and a quick bite. Egg sandwich is simple but super tasty. Coffee is fantastic. Lots of choices on this Main Street, but this was a great stop for something quality in a hurry. So glad I came in!

We are visiting the area for a few days and see all the locals and tourists stopping in for their morning coffee fix. Super nice “kid” at the register - he repeated all orders back with a genuine smile. My matcha with oat milk was perfectly prepared! My husband had a fresh berry smoothie - all good!

Where the local goes. Can get unlimited refills for coffee for $3.50. Medium and dark roast available (but the medium was better). They offer breakfast sandwiches, BLT and bagels. The bagels came with a huge portion of cream cheese. Scones were tasty. The owner was friendly and recognized me every time. There may be a line but the service was fast.

Cool vibes. Stopped by for caffeine and breakfast and takeaway lunch on the way to rock climbing with my son. Quick and quirky and fun spot. Good americano (I'm a bit of a snob who roasts his own beans etc etc), great pastries, will be back.

This place was so good that we had to go back twice in a day. We had just a regular coffee and it was the perfect cup. We went back for a scone and they were so good, especially the cherry. Everyone there was friendly, even funny early in the morning. Seems like they knew all of the customers coming in and treated us the same. Definitely put this on my list of places to return to!

It's a cute place with food you would expect. I can't say anything that stands out as particularly good nor bad, from the food to the coffee to even the pricing. It was quite busy on a sunday morning when I went, and after getting a brewed coffee I noticed at the self-serve station there is no non-dairy milk alternative. It was such a rush and I'm OK with black coffee so I just had that, but it's disappointing to see no non-dairy options at an upscale coffee shop in 2024. Maybe they just happened to be out, or maybe you have to ask and pay extra, but the fact that there was extra friction and you find out after buying it being told there's a self-serve station seems lame to me.

Absolutely beautiful coffee shot and roastery. The coffee is top-notch. The vibe is cool in a tastefully decorated space with an open feel.

I got an iced tea and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich is your usual English muffin and sausage and egg - but it tasted really good. The egg wrapped around the sausage and there were onions as well.

Great place to have a quick morning breakfast. Would definitely suggest walking to the shop instead driving to it due to the limit parking.

The only real coffeeshop in this historic little town. Really good coffee. My wife did not like the chai. It took a long time from when we got to the counter to get served but when we finally did, the coffee was good. They have gluten free toast but I didn’t see any gluten free pastries.

If you want to spend $8 on a chocolate eclair then it's the place for you!! Prices are way to high!!

Worst cappuccino I’ve had in a long time. Coffee taste burnt. Milk wasn’t foamed properly. They charge you 3.99% for using your credit card. Have to be better places. I roast my own coffee in AZ. If I had done a roast like this it would have gone in the trash.

Went in here for the first time this morning during a 4 day stay in Calistoga. The town is amazing. We had seen this coffee shop upon our arrival, and were excited to drop in and experience the "coffee that Napa Valley wakes up to". Unfortunately the service is well below expectation. When you enter a coffee bar, there is an expectation of smiles & feeling welcome. Not here. The people are apathetic, obviously desensitized to a tourist crowd, lacking courtesy and gratitude for your business. The Americanos were reasonable, the BLT sandwich was flavorful and filling, and an almond croissant quite good, but the service ruined it for us. When we returned our glassware to the counter I asked if this was the proper place to put them, I received a curt "yeah". No "thank you", no "have a nice day". Zero gratitude. Will not go again, and unfortunately, would not recommend. There are many other coffee shops that offer a better retail experience.
