Little bitty baby Ceasars is the best. They make a great pizza pie! They have the best price! They have the best deals and coupons! They have great service options! They are ahead of the other chains with ways to order, pick up, app, online etc Yo! Get some Lil Lil baby boo Ceasars!
Ordered a vegetable pizza. Limited veggies on the pizza. Super disappointed. Taste is ok. Went again for deep dish cheese pizza and it taste real good. Gentleman at the counter was very curtious. Place looked clean. New update September 2025 Ordered the new cheesteak pizza and pizza cups. The pizza is good but the vegetables overpower the overall cheesteak flavor. The cups were on point as far as cheesteak flavor.
Have had one too many experiences where the food I order takes too long, whether they’re understaffed but the place isn’t accurate with when the app tells me it will be ready and when the food is in my hands. Especially on game days, something isn’t right here.
Had to wait 15 minutes for our pizza and I refuse to let my granddaughter use the bathroom
i like coming here for a nice yummy pizza and i tend to always order ahead today i placed an order at 3:00 and i come by at 3:30 and they said its half way done and i go to the store and come back and they said they mixed some orders up and mine was one of them. i literally only ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas turns out they ran out of pepperoni. i asked if they had any cheese pizzas and they said no. whole hour later and i still didnt get them. shame shame shame.
Placed a order to go through the app. Waited over a hour past when it said it would be ready. Plus the old guy behind the counter was being rude to most of the guests.
I am genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of the guy who works the cash register at the deer park little ceasers last night on 10/10/25. It took 16 minutes for him to even acknowledge my existence after just 1 person ahead of me in line. I don’t know why it took so long for him to ask me “what do you want” but he gave me vibes like he’s ready to “end it all.” I mean the guy was miserable. No hello, hi how can I help you, what can I get you. When he finally made eye contact with me, he said at a near 0 octave “what do you want” and then walks away for 5 minutes and comes back saying I’d be waiting even longer than I was to get a second item of my order. I said no to the wait. But my god. The guy was clearly incredibly depressed. Crap service aside, I hope little ceasars takes notice of the wellbeing of their employees.
I ordered (4) items for delivery, and received only 3 out of the 4 items. I then proceeded to try and talk with the manager but ended up having to talking with someone from a call center. The person on the phone told me that they can only Refund me for the missing item, not have it delivered (even though we needed it for the amount of people we needed to feed). Simple order completely botched by incompetent people. I will not be using Little Cesar’s delivery service again!
Past experiences have been mediocre at best but this last experience was horrible. I can understand ordering pizza on a Saturday night may take a little while but at least provide a quality product if we have to wait for almost 2 hours. Actually ended up throwing the pizzas out after taking the first bit. Poorly made and tasted old and cold and salty for some reason. Ifntheybwere hot and ready sitting it the warmer for a while I could understand it but these were create your own pizzas. Don't think I'll be back in a long while if ever.
Says they will make it one way charge me extra for it then give me some shit I didnt want and arguing with me about it.
We order the food at 8 and the workers said it would take max 10 minutes we ended up waiting till 9 a whole hour for just one Damm pizza if you want food but want it extremely late I would recommend this place but if you dont migth as well go to McDonald's they faster workers

Ordered online, showed up early to pick up, waited until the order was ready, got home and had a dried out old pizza that had been sitting around the store. Never ordering from Center St. again!!!
Very rude people on the phone I called today and i was speaking ti a gentlement who i could vearly hear and understand and he transferred me to the operator again with no warning!! The i call back and all the lady that answered sais is Were not taking online orders at the moment And hangs up! Customer service out the window!
My wife had gotten severely sick after eating their pepperoni pizza. She started throwing up 1hr after eating the pizza and no nothing else caused her to feel this sick only after eating a pizza here she gets sick. I will be contacting the Texas Health Department and Jerry Mouton to have this place investigated. DO NOT GO HERE! You might get that one pizza that will have your insides start to turn.
This is legit the worst lil ceasers place ever, nothing but bad experiences here. 3x before ordered on the app, went for my pickup time and was told it would be another 45 min to an hour for my order of 2 basic pepperoni pizzas. Never ever again coming to this location or ordering ahead on the app. They don't even deserve 1 star.
I asked how long ago the pizza was made. The cashier said 7-8 min. The pizza was hard and just warmed up. Don't buy already made. I would spend the extra to get fresh pizza. This has happened twice. We have had a good experience when we wait and they make it fresh.
My son went in and ordered 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas. He was told they only had l pepperoni and l cheese. My son accepted them. The cheese pizza was as hard as cardboard and the pepperoni was not that good either. We threw away the cheese pizza cause l think it had been there all day , cause he pulled it out from a bottom shelf. No one acknowledged him coming in or thanked when he left. That is poor service and we will never come in there again. We will travel to LaPorte
This Little Cesar's used to be awesome ,lately it's been horrible! Went in yesterday for an online order I placed, 2 pizzas 1 crazy bread, and an hour later, we were still waiting for our pizza to be ready! My app said they had received the order, gave me an approximate time it would be ready, and after 30 minutes it finally said my order was barely in the oven, mind you, it's should be almost ready, went to the drive thru and asked if my order was ready because it was almost an hour of us waiting, and still no pizza. The young lady starts to say that I have to wait 5 more minutes for my crazy bread, at this point it's been over an hour!! When we finally got our food, the thin crust was beyond burnt, the stuffed crust was dripping in oil, and the bread sticks were not fresh at all!! Very disappointed, I was too tired and upset to go back abd complain. I'll count my loses, and never go there again!!
Since they've opened back up and a months before it got damaged they have hired nothing but lazy slow employees. Everytime I go, and this is at different times & days of the week, they never have any pizzas ready. They want you to wait 15-20 minutes so they can make it. Why do they still have signs up about the pizzas being "Hot and Ready" when they're never even cooked. The employees don't care that a crowd or line starts to form because everyone has to go park and wait for them to actually start doing their job. On top of that the pizzas are dry and all bread now. This place use to be good but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
