Great service and good food. They had a great happy hour when we arrived so we took advantage of that and got some tasty drinks. We also got the 2 for $25 and enjoyed every bite.

Clean and friendly restaurant and staff. Appetizers took awhile to get to us and food came out almost immediately after our appetizers. Our pretzels were pretty dark but tasted good and our pasta was very over done but everything else was great. We loved the half off deals for happy hour and overall had a good experience.

Good to go most of the time. Service was great, beer on tap was flat, but server brought me two bottles to make up for it. Food was good, hot amd came in an acceptable amount of time. Will definitely return.

My Applebee's experience today was spot-on. The food tasted great, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking. But where the experience truly shined was the staff. From the host's genuine, warm smile to our server's knowledgeable and friendly demeanor, everyone was exceptional. Even the food runner, who kept my 'all-you-can-eat' chicken, shrimp, and riblets coming, was super friendly. What really stood out was how they treated each other with the same respect, truly embodying the spirit of a team. It was refreshing to witness, and it brought a genuine smile to my face!

I live at a distance, but I did have a great dining experience in person several years ago. However my recent delivery contained a completely charred hamburger to the point of being dried and burned, to which my patient could not even take a bite out of and he was very disappointed, saying it was awful. Other than that, I love the quesadillas and the artichoke dip, always a hit.

This is a review for the Applebee's grill at Eureka, CA. I went to dinner there with my wife on a Saturday busy night. The restaurant was clean, and there were plenty of parking available. We ordered two steaks (top sirloin, and a ribeye). The steaks were good. The problem was that ordered the ribeye medium well, and it came red. And we ordered the normal top sirloin, and it came the shrimp parmesan sirloin. They fixed ribeye, and it came cooked well. For desert we ordered the lava cake, it was delicious. In general, I would recommend this Applebee's, and give 4 starts. I believe if come in a less busy day it will be a great experience.

The remodel is nice but this Applebee's has not gotten any better with the wait staff. Had to wait for a table while the restaurant itself was had only 4 tables occupied. The bartender and 3 other waitstaff carried on a conversation while ignoring me and the other tables occupied. The food,when finally served, was good.

Worst service ever. Save your time. Friends and I came and we spent about 2 hours or more here. (About 20 mins to be sat, once we were sat, 25 mins to get our drinks, and an hour to get our food. When we received it, most of it was COLD. Had to get up and ask for refills(only one person needed a refill the whole time) and utensils. Most of us work at a restaurant and we understand, but it was genuinely slow enough to be getting slow service.

Was seated at a really sticky table, we had to wipe the table down ourselves, im 20 and ordered a non alcoholic drink and they gave me an alcoholic drink, the food was ok it was really over cooked the flavors were so mid, the chicken was more breading than anything else, the stake was almost all fat very little of it was actually meat, we asked for substitutes on one of the sides and instead gave us 2 sides of what we didn't want and over charged us for it, the pasta was literal mush, and they gave us this small cup of sauce smelt rancid didn't even try it, had to ask for silver wear 3 times and lastly we asked for refills I don't even know how many times and we didn't get a single refill, almost walked out and didn't pay it was that bad

Service was good, food quality definitely needs work. All of our sides were half filled and Luke warm. Brand new Applebee’s, same old problems, change has to start at the very top or you’re gonna have the same issues every single time. Even with a new building.

I just first of all want to say thank you to THE COOK who took the time to serve our food and refilled our drinks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We didn’t get greeted right away, we saw servers wedged near the bar talking it up to the bar tender. Our server was nice she was a little red head with glasses but like I said the cook brought everything. He was a Caucasian fellow with a beard heavy guy but not “big” The carpets need to get shampooed..if it is possible… I’d come do it if you’d like(no joke)

We have eaten here a few times and have had take-out from here. However, this time dining in the food was not that great wings were not fully cooked and the buffalo sauce they used was different from previous times it was just not good and did not look like no buffalo sauce, and I usually loove their wings!! Fries were over salted as well, and my daughters Tomato soup was watery and did not look like no tomato soup she even had to ask what it was. Not sure who was cooking the food that day, but I do know it does matter who does the cooking!

Always try to go to Applebees for a local eat with the family but they never seem to satisfy us. Especially with the way they cook their steaks. You can never get a good steak from here. My partner asked for medium rare and they gave him well done, then I asked for rare, which it was but then it was like chewing gum. A rare steak shouldn’t have you chewing forever. Also wanted to try the Alex’s lemonade they’re promoting but it just tasted like a lot of syrup in lemonade.. another thing was that our server barely checked on us, only came to hand drinks/food. You even saw her other table had someone raising their hand. The tvs don’t show family friendly shows or movies. The vibe could be better. I love the giants gear! & We do appreciate the discount our waitress gave for the mess ups.

My husband and I went after the Kinetic race for dinner. I had a birthday coupon for a free appetizer. We chose chicken nachos and the quesadilla burger. We waited for 20’ or more, trying to distract our baby. Then the waitress brought the appetizer and he entree at the same time. But they were beef nachos :/ so we had to wait 15’ more. The quesadilla was messy, too greasy, nothing at all like in the picture of the menu. Fries were soggy. It lacks cleanliness and competent staff, in my opinion. Some of them seemed they didn’t wanna be there. First and last time I come to this location.

Ordered carbide to go. Waited an additional 10 min, but no one came out. I had to go in to get my salad. Extremely disappointed. No only were some of the ingredients missing, but the portion was tiny filling only half of the bowl and consisting of mostly lettuce.

My wife ordered a ceasar salad with chicken breast and when it was served by the surly waitress, the lettuce was old and about half rotten. The manager got involved and removed the salad from the bill, but we won't be going back to the Applebee's in Eureka for sure.

First we walked into a dirty booth. Hostess said he would clean it. Cleaned the table but there was food all over the floor and old fries in the cushions. We bought spinach dip and it was brought out cold with stale chips. Brought our food out and my sons and husbands Mac & cheese looked like a white butter sauce. No cheese anywhere in the plate and noodles were dry. Next was my food and it was cold. The restaurant itself was cold so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it or not. I paid and left.

I got a lil stoned at the crisp lounge down the road and decided to walk to Applebees for dinner after and the waiter was nice food was decent but my eyes were a little red and one of the waitresses or whatever just kept watching us like we were committing a crime so we just took out food payed and left. Next time I come here on vacation I definitely won’t be eating at this establishment!
