I just got an ultimate cheeseburger which comes with condiments like ketchup mustard and mayo and 2 types of cheese. There were green spots in my burger meat.. last time I got it my friend ended up sick but I still decided to try again so maybe that’s my bad but I would not recommend.

To this restaurant today just to have my order wrong (made me paid extra for the wrong deal) the guy who took my order didn't give my receipt and they refuse to correct it when we went through the drive thru again. so we decided to go around and go through the front door just for the dude who gave me the wrong order to lock it in front of my face! they even had homeless people inside and they decided to lock the door right in front of me because they didn't want to correct my order. Never again and I hope that dude loses his job.

Ordered through the mobile app, went to go pick up, when I got there, they told me “they don’t do online orders” and that I would need to cancel the order. When I asked how to cancel the order, they told me I’d need to call my bank and dispute the charges. So they’re saying that their systems let you order, but wont let you get the order. So now I have call my bank to dispute the charge. Terrible service. Avoid this place, especially if trying to order online.

The teriyaki bowl is not edible. They must have microwaved the teriyaki bowl way too long. I drove all the way back to Ferndale just to realize that I don't have dinner for tonight.

Order a breakfast sandwich combo paid extra for a specific drink w/ said meal, I got a chicken sandwich and not my drink but hey at least they remembered my hash brown.

The middle age gentleman working in the Drive-Thru were so very rude , I simply only asked them a question about something on my receipt I did not understand. After asking the question he argue with me saying do you want your food or not then they proceeded to take forever to bring out the food . That made me very uncomfortable because I have three children and so when they came back to the window I gave them receipt and the change and told them to give me my money back. They said I wouldn't be able to come back. I'm totally fine with that because I've had too many bad experiences with that drive-thru people . I was very nice and polite and my kids didn't understand why they were so rude to their mother when their mother only asked a simple question because she didn't understand something. I ended up getting a free milkshake and soda out of it because they didn't ask for it back ....

Ordered online through doordash and the 1st order never showed up, then the 2nd time the food came but was all screwed up, like no bun for the burger, the taco's were just refried beans ontop of sliced cheese, lettuce, and KETCHUP!!!??? The coffee was hot, but I asked for cream and there wasn't any. Just weird and kinda gross! Just a bad experience from start to finish!!!

My power went out due to the storm, so I went through the drive through. My order was wrong. I ordered 3 meals. A #4 which comes with the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink. The fries were missing. I also ordered two munchie boxes. One ultimate cheese burger box and one double jack box. I received two double jacks boxes. I don’t understand how hard it is to read an order. We as customers are paying for our orders. We should get what we payed for. The drive through attendant read my correct order back to me and still my order was wrong.

Thes guys have the worst customer service and the manager refused to help me when I had a complaint about my experience these guys are terrible and I definitely won’t be returning here ever again

I'm only able to make purchases at night, and the night crew absolutely cannot get my order correct. I ask for no tomatoes because my wife has an ALLERGY, and the redheaded guy ADDS tomatoes to the burger, or I've been handed the entirely wrong order. When confronted about it, the night shift manager refused to even try to listen and refused to remake or refund my order. I'm overall highly disappointed in the level of service here.
