The lobster is my friend. And Lola is the best server. Such a sweet young lady. Thank you for making my birthday special for our family. I had an amazing night.

Had dinner with my family and it was delicious. Our server Dia was super nice and attentive. The meal was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to be back!

Wonder food! I had the Cajun chicken and Alfredo noodles and the chocolate wave dessert. For starters, I had the lobster qeuso which was good...but the chips were pretty fragile for the dip. Bella was my server and she was awesome!!

Our server was Camille and very attentive to us (party of 5 women). Refilled our drinks before we even asked and just an overall top notch server. Red Lobster is lucky to have her as an employee.

Celebrated our dad’s birthday and in top of great food and drinks, we got lucky enough to have Louis as our server. He was so kind, helpful and on top of everything. He went out of his way to make our dad’s night feel special. Thanks so much Louis!

First time at red lobster and happy to say I will be coming back! Kim took care of my table and she did amazing. And her drinks are amazing too! She recommended some food as well and she did not disappoint!

Our server Daya was super nice and attentive. Food came quickly and tasted great. Calming environment, perfect for family dinners. Highly recommend the seafood boil and chocolate wave cake, we look forward to our next visit!

Jennifer was our server and was great. She was on top of our groups order of 10+. Was on top of additional needs such as refills. Great attitude and very friendly.

Went here as dinner date, the service was impeccable, food was excellent and hot and fresh, free biscuits were good as always, and the feel of the restaurant was like something out of a movie. WHAT STANDS OUT: Today I saw not one, but two servers (Kaylee and Bryan) handle two impolite customers who weren’t satisfied with their dinner. They handled the situation with ease and perfection, and had the couple go home happy.

I had a really fun experience here thanks to Joseph! He was attentive, always checking in, and made sure the biscuits were never missing from the table. Great service all around.

Louis was amazing. His speed and accuracy combined with his friendly charisma was perfect for our dining service. Also he made it fun for our party as there were two individuals being celebrated.

We did a Togo order it was made exactly how we ordered it. My other half is a little picky and they made it perfect for them. While the little wait for my food I was asked by 3 different staff if I had been helped. Very nice and friendly staff.

Our server, Camilla, was excellent. She anticipated out needs and brought things before we asked. She was pleasant, upbeat, professional, and outgoing.

Lauricia and Louis were great! Great service and the food never disappoints. Love the seafood boil and the new butter options were great.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Cannot beat that, the lobster fest is to die for. Camila was very attentive and always made sure we were ok, thank you for the smile and for the hospitality.

Had a great experience at this red lobster location! Came to eat lunch with my mom, and the host was very welcoming, Daya gave amazing service, and Julia, the supervisor, checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Great team and great vibes all around!

Larry gave us a wonderful needful evening. Service was prompt and continuous. Food was made just right and the atmosphere was inviting.

My experience at Red Lobster was beautiful! My waiter Ti Jai was very sweet, polite and gave speedy service. He was very accommodating and I’ll definitely be back!

My pal, Peter King said hoist the main sails next port is Red Lobster for Lobster Fest! Peter said that this is his superbowl event of the year. He trains extra cross fit just so he can slam some more tails. He said that there is no place else that serves Lobster as authentic as the Boston area. No need to travel to far when you can just head to Red Lobster. It's magical how his Boston accent emerges this time of year and as he says "Time for some lobsta". Amazing how spot on Peter was with this recommendation. Thanks Peter! P.S. The biscuits are good too.

Service was friendly and fast, had the Monday special, was good and great value for the money

The food is incredible if you're patient enough to wait for it. The place feels a little crowded with the way the restaurant is laid out so having intimate dinners here is not ideal. I rated the service a 3 due to the fact that the appetizers got there before the silverware or napkins so my group of 8 shared the forced fingerfood. The host seemed distracted, thankfully there was another guy who seemed to be more attentive to us even though we weren't his table . Sadly I didn't catch his name...

We had a wonderful seafood meal together at the Red Lobster in Federal Way, WA. It was not very busy when we arrived, and were seated right away. Our server was very attentive to our needs and was quite friendly. Being a Sunday Lunchtime (after 1:00 pm) it not too busy at all. Our seafood was prepared very well and looked delicious and was very! We were quite pleased about our experience there!

We went to Red Lobster this evening for a late lunch/early dinner since no one felt like cooking on Christmas, and overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the environment was comfortable and familiar. The look and feel of the restaurant made sense for what it is and felt easy and relaxed. The food was decent and everyone at our table was able to find something they liked, which honestly made the whole thing stress-free. It was nice having options that worked for everyone. The only confusing part was the reservation process. I got two voicemails the night before asking me to call back to confirm, which I did, but when I called, the person I spoke with seemed unsure about why I was calling. It wasn't a big deal, just a little strange. All in all, a solid spot for a holiday meal when you want something simple, familiar, and don't want to cook.

I have ordered the shrimp feast, the food was very good and tasty) and there is many options but there is other problem. The wait time . I waited 39 minutes for my food to arrive first and the refill took another 30 minutes. I could eat more but honestly I wasn’t ready to wait more…. The server was very nice but yet to long waiting time . I won’t come back to this location anymore. The timer shows how long it took to the food to arrive, the 5 minute is when I ordered the refill

It's been a while since we ate at Red Lobster and it was good. Large portions and tasty. Drinks were good too. Very good ood service too. We shared a platter and had leftovers.

The service was friendly. The food was okay in general. Shrimp and lobster was a bit salty. The lemonade also tasted like powder lemonade. If you have to have it go for the strawberry flavor. Fish and chips was pretty good (and mot salty). The steaks were also pretty reasonable as well.

First off the servers and front house associates were all exceptional. However, the food was very salty, and it's probably some of the worst seafood I've ever had. I see why it's been over a decade since I've been to red lobster... The exceptional customer service can't make up for how terrible the food was. And the decor is very dated, 1994 called and want it's fish patterned booths back. Not to mention it's also so expensive. If you want to spend $125 on two plates of mediocre shrimp and a lobster tail or steak, a couple of drinks, and an appetizer, by all means have at it. I'd rather go to black Angus, or Salty's if I want pricey seafood that's at least a fair quality for the price. Hell, I'd even rather eat at a Chinese buffet to get some seafood before here.

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years and we decided to go after work to celebrate a special occasion. The food is good, a little pricey for what it is but they do have some good deals occasionally. The drinks are not very strong but I did order a sweet one. The biscuits are always a hit though.

Slow service. Seaside shrimp trio was ok. The shrimp were pretty small. Pasta could use more cheese. I didn't even get the biscuits with my meal. The servers kept on saying it's still in the oven. I had to asked for it after I saw the people next to me got some. Caesar salad was good.

Overall Rating: 3 of 5 (7 of 10) We went here in the beginning of August to celebrate my partners birthday. There were four of us in total, we were seated promptly and had a very nice energetic waitress. The service was a 10/10. Atmosphere was ranked low as unfortunately we were sat between two tables with multiple crying children, just kind of soiled the night. Not saying thats against the company, just not amazing. Parents deserve to eat out as well, I understand that. As for the food. We ordered a number of apps, and then each of the four of us ordered one of the new seafood boil bags, as this was the main reason we went! The apps were okay, we got the crab queso and chips, not alot of crab, more queso. Butterfly coconut shrimp, 6 shrimp for $20 was kind of steep. They were okay, not amazing. Also ordered popcorn shrimp, those were excellent. My mother ordered the lobster bisque, it was basically tomato soup. Disappointing. After all of that, we move to the boil bags. All in all not bad, but just lacked flavor unfortunately. Dinner after tip was roughly $370. Unfortunately after the flavor profiles I dont think we would return, we had high hopes for the seafood boil bags but it fell short.

I ordered the surf and turf. The sirloin was overcooked and had a mealy texture, I couldn't finish it. The lobster was very chewy. Both were flavorless. The mushroom appetizer was very good. I normally don't do reviews but this was a birthday dinner that I was looking forward to and I was pretty disappointed. Maybe it was an off day for the chef.

It was not really clean, and the food wasn't that good. The staff were really nice but it took ages for the food to come. The food was also really expensive for no reason.

Me and my husband went the other night and the service was terrible, they were slow, it took almost about an hour and a half for us to get our food but the food is always good I can't sleep on Red Lobster when it comes to the food. The food was awesome the service was just completely slow so I'm going to give them three instead of five and pictures will follow, and my husband always orders a margarita with no salt unfortunately it looks like they dipped the glass in the salt refinery

The food was good but the service wasn’t great at all! We went their with my friends and we ordered soup for the sides and we were expecting that they are going to serve it first so that we have something to eat while waiting for the food but it was all served together at the same time and the worse part is that they served mine first! So I was eating while my friends are still waiting for theirs! And one more thing the server took her like half an hour to give the bills after hunting her because we were done eating like 15 mins. Ago But she didn’t check on us!

Came here at 4:45 on a Sunday for a quick snack and drink. Unfortunately they were super understaffed and it snowballed into a terrible experience for everyone. The staff was super nice. We Sat and waited about 20 min for a menu and I asked if there was a server in the bar. We ordered our drinks and food from our server. Drinks took another 10 min and then our bowl of soup and flatbread appetizers took another 45 min to an hour. We didn't order a main entre. We didnt get asked if we needed any additional drinks until we were a little over an hour into our "quick stop". The lobster bisque 🦞 didn't have any lobster chunks 😢. The flatbread was tasty. Left at 6pm. Service is marked down due to time, the staff was stressed but pleasant to interact with.

This location is such a disappointment. The crab biscuits are a Red Lobster staple and are offered in every location except for this one apparently. After over an hour at this restaurant, they finally served 3 biscuits along with my check. The biscuits are supposed to be served while I'm waiting as a snack. Not when I'm full and ready to pay. I have a strong suspicion that thos location is trying to save money by not offering biscuits unless you specifically ask for them, and then still takes over an hour to prepare. Would strongly not recommend this location

Our family of three came here on New Year’s Eve. We were quickly sat waited about 20 minutes for our waiter to arrive with water but didn’t take our drink order even though he had already looked at the menus and knew what we wanted. She came back 20 minutes later and took our drink order, but it still wouldn’t take our food order. We’ve now been there 40 minutes. We had been sitting there an hour and 20 minutes and still no food had arrived when we finally ordered the food finally came, it appeared to have been microwaved as my husband‘s rice was cold, and the rest of his food was hot. The people sat behind us, and the people sat next to us, came in at least a half an hour after we did and had their food prior to us. We suspect Kathy had forgotten completely to send in our orders and realized later she had actually walked around the corner saw us went oh my gosh and walked back to the kitchen. We also were handed a dirty napkin with lipstick on it and silverware, but we were told that it was just juice on the napkin. She never checked on us once. Our visit to the restaurant was over two hours which was unacceptable given there was nearly no one in there. We wish we could’ve had better service and will not return.

Pur reservation for a party of 14 ordered around 2:15 pm. We waited an hour for our food. Sadly, our waiter wasn't around much to check on us I had to go look for her. She was really nice but wasn't around much. Had to wait a long time for our check to come after waiting for boxes. Restaurant wasn't even super busy. Very strange and frustrating that we had to be at a restaurant for kids for over 2 hours
