Just had an awesome experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken! 🔥🍗 The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sliders and fries were amazing, and the spice level was exactly what I was craving. Huge shoutout to Josh who was working there — he was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit even better. Great customer service that really stands out. We had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. Ms. V was the manager on duty and also took our order herself, which I absolutely loved and appreciated. She was very welcoming and friendly from the start. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the service made the visit even better. We felt genuinely welcomed the entire time.

Daves hot chicken is the best chicken place ever. I first discovered Daves after going home from a camping trip and getting hungry so i decided to stop at Daves, it was amazing. I forgot about it for a while until i figured out there was one near my house so i went there and it was magical. A nice employee helped show me the menu and had amazing service. the atmosphere is fantastic having cool stickers and patterns on the wall. The food is so good it always fills me up with happiness. If you like spicy chicken go to Daves.

Went to this location as a first-timer and I have to tell you, I have never had a fast food experience as awesome as this one, ever! The food was incredibly fresh and hot...like straight out of the fryer hot. I had to let mine cool down a bit before eating it, but you can't get fresher than that! The chicken was crispy, juicy and very well seasoned. (Note: The Carolina Reaper is not for the faint of heart. Unlike other places that simply name a mild or watered down sauce 'Reaper,' Hot Dave's uses ACTUAL Carolina Reaper powder. I have to admit, it caught me off guard so much, that I had to take it down a notch to the 'Extra Hot' flavor, which was absolutely perfectly SPICY, spicy and flavorful.) You can tell that the GM, Rodney, really cares about his restaurant, employees and level of service because the restaurant was spotless, bathroom was super clean, the employees especially the cashier (Marley) was incredibly friendly, welcoming and patient (for us 1st-timers.) I was also surprised to see Rodney wiping down tables and checking on the customers, asking, 'How is everything? Everything good so far?' You only see that at VERY few fast food restaurants. (You better watch out, Chic-fil-A...Rodney's coming for you!) HIGHLY Recommend this location and they've definitely gained a new, weekly customer of me. :)

My visit to Dave's Hot Chicken was great, but Victor truly made the experience exceptional. He was working the counter and demonstrated what outstanding customer service looks like. From the moment I walked up, Victor was incredibly welcoming and had a genuine smile. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, he handled the line efficiently and made sure every customer felt acknowledged. When it was my turn, he quickly took my order (I got the #3 and a side of Fries) and even offered a great recommendation for the spice level—which turned out to be perfect! What impressed me most was his attention to detail and speed. My order was prepared quickly and was completely accurate. He even made a point to ask if I needed extra sauce before I walked away. Victor is a rock star and a huge asset to this location. His positive energy is infectious, and it's clear he takes pride in his work. Five stars for the food, and ten stars for Victor! I'll definitely be back soon

Dietrich and Vielisha were 10/10 - quick, kind, welcoming and accommodating. The entire staff went above and beyond for multiple customers and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Cannot say enough about the staff. The food came out within 20 seconds of ordering hot and phenomenal. I got the Dave’s 3 and loved every bite. Do not hesitate to get some chicken at Dave’s on Bryson Rd in Irving.

I traveled from Puerto Rico to Dallas to visit family and they took me to this Dave’s chicken location and man was it such a good time. Good food ,good atmosphere and excellent service! It was my first time visiting and trying the food and I have to say they definitely get a 10 out of 10 from me. And it’s hard now a days to give that kind of rating in today’s world especially in regards to customer service. I wished I would have gotten the guys name in drive thru who took our order. He was very respectful, patient, and kind and he even recommended mixing sauces for an even better taste with the food. Love love love! Will definitely recommend. Please give that young man a raise! Tried Dave’s Hot Chicken and wow, Dave’s 2 sliders beat Dave’s 1 tenders any day! The bun in the sliders soaks up that tangy, smoky sauce perfectly and super tasty. As an Indian, I’d say go medium or hot for a nice kick without losing the flavor. Extra hot? Too much, skip it. Fries were crispy, service was quick, and I’m already craving more sliders!

Hello! I went to this location and was treated like an idiot by one employee wearing a red bandana. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF VEGITARIAN! Go to any other location for your own sanity if you are. It's not worth the disrespect. A week prior we had ordered a cauliflower sandwich (Pictured). And it was flat and sad, it happens sometimes. Had only a little cauliflower through half of it. I go to get it replaced. The cashier clicked her tongue at me and acted like I was trying to get free food! I told her it was flat and had almost no cauliflower and she said "Sir, that isn't how frying works" and preceded to tell me how frying food works. I showed her the pictures and then she told me AGAIN how frying food works. I had to threaten to go to corporate to get the sandwich replaced. She kept eying me up and down, judging me with her eyes like I was an idiot white boy. When she put it in she looked up and said "And you want ALLLLLLLLL this?", like I was trying to replace the whole order. I said no I don't want freebees I just want the sandwich remade. Then she looked at me like she was going to SPIT ON MY FOOD! Like I picked the cauliflower out and I'm faking it! I just want to get the amazing sandwich how its supposed to come!😭 Anyhow the manager later gave me the new sandwich, giving me some spin on how the recipe changes here and there. He was very polite but I know when I've been profiled and mistreated. (Regardless +1 star for being professional you're cool) I used to love this location but this interaction has changed my opinion about this Dave's. I did also include a pic of the full size cauliflower sandwich which is an amazing option. But with employees like that I will never go to this location again. (Btw I make an amazing Louisiana style fry on my own chicken <3, been to NOLa 3 times and counting just to figure it out and nail it) Tldr: I wanted a replacement sandwich and got treated like I don't know how food works. Dave's is worth it but maybe not this one.
