Sat in line for 20 minutes just for a cheeseburger then I get it and it looks like someone let their 2 year old make the orders and everything is cold.

Curbside takes forever! I dont know what changed, but for the past few months, I've had to wait 30+ minutes when waiting at curbside...every time! Tonight was no exception. Needed a quick meal for someone and the drive thru was very long, so I took a chance at curbside. Wrong choice.

This was my first time having an issue with this place. I had bad customer service before, but I've never had food issues. Especially when I find a long nail at the bottom of my iced coffee. I am very upset and this is very disgusting. The food industry should not have employees with long nails due to bacterial growth under the nails and especially press ons that may fall off in food or drinks, like it did with my drink. If they do, they need gloves.

Heidi is so rude. Talking under her breath and calling customers liars. I was eating in the restaurant and saw two instances of her causing issues and the managers did nothing when confronted. Pathetic.

TERRIBLE service. girls on night shift would rather TALK than get orders out. I always hear the main manager being rude to the employees, I consistently wait 25+ minutes for my food, ALWAYS understaffed, and all the work ends up falling on one or 2 people. No WONDER this McDonald’s has a 3.4 star rating, and no WONDER there’s always new employees every 3 months. I wouldn’t eat here again if I had free food for LIFE

Worse service all the girls just talking not doing there job while the manager taking orders because there was a big line outside and inside to be honest put of does 8 girls that look young apparently have no interest in working because out 8 they couldn’t make one they need to separate there work and personal business I really didn’t need to hear there issues with there boyfriend my food order wasn’t correct at all the manager hands down working harder.

Lines are extremely long, usually waiting 10-20 minutes for mobile orders. Food is never fresh, fries taste like cardboard all the time. Tried the chicken nuggets two different days in the past week and both times had to throw them away because it had metallic taste. I will not be returning to this location.

Service absolutely horrible! There’s no one at the front counter to take your order. We were the second people that submitted our order and the lobby got full quickly and they took forever to get our order out as they proceeded and made everyone else. Definitely won’t be back.

This McDonald's is the worst I have ever been to. It always has lines wrapped around because wait times are horrible. Not only that, their inventory is always lacking. I drove by during the week and ordered a Coca Cola and they said they were out. I never give them my business anymore, I either drive to Crandall, Tx where service is fantastic or go to Whataburger in town.

This is THE slowest and most awful place to get food in town. I've lived here for years and in the last 3-4 years this location has gone so down hill. Never able to get service, when you do it takes 20-30 mins tops. Nobody ever at the register. Took us 10 mins to get a sauce we had ordered. I never leave a bad review but goossshh, this place earns it.

They get orders wrong all the time, take forever to clear a line, and the food is usually messily made even if they do get it right. Legit one of the worst McDonald's I've been to, and that's saying a lot. How did I end up with a sausage mcmuffin when I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel?

This is by far the worst McDonalds, can’t get orders rite, the food is horrible , and they aren’t even busy when all the mistakes are made , I’ve had better tv dinners! Just horrible !!!! And the employees just stand there and look at you and don’t say can I help you or anything very very rude! Very unprofessional

Stood at the register for 10 min the works turned and looked at me 5 times like they were expecting me to use the kiosk to order. Eventually she came to the register and just stared at me until I said my order. Very unprofessional.

Food was okay but it took to long. Plenty of staff that I saw but 30minutes for a meal and a fry is to long, I waited because I needed to pass time. Customers behind me got their orders first, they worked on 1 order for like 15-20 minutes.
