Food is great at this place! This area is extremely busy all the time though and sometimes you may sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The food will be hot and delicious though so no worries.

This was my first time ordering from Chicken Express. The chicken tenders and fries were good, and the price was decent for the amount of food. However, the drive-thru service was a bit off.

Was no waiting. Casher forgot my receipt. The food took a very long time thru the drive through. Prices are extremely high for families. Now there's 5 cars waiting. 😡

Asked for a biscuit and got a roll. Got crinkle cut fries which differ from the photos. They're mediocre. Chicken is great.

Who uses plastic bags as cup holders. 2 large sweet tea spilled all over the place. The rug and carpet in my car was soaking wet and sticky. I had to stop everything I was doing to clean up the mess because I didn't want thousands of ants in my car. Use cardboard cup holders. I went to the manager pissed off and he still gave me plastic cups holder again. Didn't apologize or try to fix the problem. Why give me plastic bag holders again knowing it is an issue

Teeerrible experience tonight. Paid and sat in drive through for 20-30mins with 4 other cars all waiting on our food and assumed they were cooking. Nope. Got a box of cold dried out chicken and burnt/hard cheese sticks.

Purchased 2 pieces of chicken yesterday, it was absolutely disgusting, dripping in grease and tasted like it had been in the freezer for 6 months . It was 8 dollars for 2 pieces and a dried up biscuit, very small as well.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is so inconsistent it's not funny. First off, you'll notice on the reviews, no one person from the company bothers to try to make things right. They are obviously just accepting that this place is a dump & no one actually takes pride in their work. Also, I'd like to make it known that you can't file a formal complaint. If you call, they claim they will take your name and number and forward it on. Lol. Suuuuuure. So today I get what should be the simplest meal. A number 1. The roll, fries, & Cheese sticks were all cold. Got those as my choices, went for dinner option. The chicken strips are laughable. ( see attached pictures ) For a $13 meal, it turned out to be a $13 waste. Take the time and go somewhere that cares about their customers. This is ridiculous.
