The wings were good. The drinks are strong and TVs are all around. If you are a lover of sports, you will love this place.

I think they're still understaffed. If you come here now, you'll need to be patient. The timing of when the food comes out isn't synced well. Some of the food came out piping hot, while some had cooled considerably. Also my sons order came out quite awhile after mine, even though we ordered the same thing. I want to emphasize that I don't consider this their fault. It will take awhile for staffing issues to recover from covid. Just be realistic and know what to expect. Staff was still rather friendly.

Got there after 7 pm on a Saturday night. Did not wait long to get a table, about 20 minutes, and it was pretty full. I like the fact the bar area is separated by a wall divider. I had an attentive waiter, although I had to yell my order because the music was so loud😅. The wings were reliably good and I got my order pretty quickly.

We went here to celebrate grandson's 16th b'day 🎈. It was our first time and the food was pretty good, and the prices reasonable and the staff were good. There were a total of 12 of us in our party and we had a wonderful celebration and didn't have to wait to be seated as it wasn't very crowded. I enjoyed the mushroom 🍄 burger, hold the mayo and a side of ranch to dip my fries😋. The mozzarella sticks were yummy and everyone else got the two for $20 meals with plenty of "to go" boxes afterwards 👍🏼

Great place for food drink and plenty of TV to watch sports. I wish happy hour started earlier.

This is my favorite wing spot in CA. I have visited many locations. The food is awesome; their lemon pepper wings are scrumptious and their Patron Margarita is amazing. They do have a long wait sometimes. You can do self seating and grab a drink while you wait!

The food, as always is great. No doubt about it. The new flavor (until May 1) is very delicious. Enough spice to it without overpowering the other flavors. That being said, their customer service is lacking, greatly. Took our server 20 min to ask for our order after he asked us for our drinks, which also took 15 min after we sat down. Then, he only came 1 on his own to see how we were doing. The other 4 times, we had to flag him down, as he would pass us by, make eye contact, but keep going. Atrocious customer service. I've never been to a BWW with bad customer service. Not the best location.

Only reason I rate this three stars is simply because I was getting charged double on items we didn't receive. Definitely have to check your recipe everywhere! Guy bringing food was excellent quick and committed fellow!

What in the actual …? We showed up to the restaurant. No one greeted us for about 5 minutes. They didn’t have the UFC fights on and said they weren’t allowed to show them. It wasn’t pay-per-view; it was Fox. Pretty sure that’s allowed. So we went home and ordered through GrubHub. Received our order and it was missing the large order of cheese curds. Called to get them. We had to drive there to pick them up because no managers were available to run them out to us. We get there and they “can’t find our order.” I show them the order on my phone. We finally get the bag and start driving away. You’ll never guess … no cheese curds in the bag. Instead, a hamburger and fries! We go back in. Then they bring out a regular order of cheese curds, not large. We demanded and received our large order and a free cheesecake, but seriously: What in the actual …??? Haven’t even gotten to eat anything yet. Hopefully I don’t have to reduce to one star once I finally do. UPDATE: Been meaning to update for a while. The manager contacted me, heard my concerns, and did his best to try to make things right. I appreciated his follow-up. Adding one star for his response.

I love bww, but we recieved bad service at this location. Partially, the servers fault & the restaurant... they were short staffed during Thurs. Night football. Our server messed up our order, would forget things, and she would take long to get to our table. Another thing I didn't like, was that we weren't allowed to order drinks from the bar. Since, our server would take long to check on us, we went to the bar to order our drinks & the bar backs tried denying us saying we had to tell our server. Once we expressed that she hasn't came by the table & was taking too long, they served us.

Food ok but service was lacking. It wasn't very busy and we were left waiting for plates and silverware while our food sat getting cold. TVs were the only thing we could really enjoy.

Waiter was super nice and this comment is not a reflection of his service. The other staff should’ve stepped in to assist. He was overwhelmed, the manager would walk around seeing he was assisting other tables and did not step in to assist tables waiting to cash out or needing assistance. Overall the location needs to do better.

Service was great but the food was awful. I ordered the house sampler, and the mozarella sticks were cold, the nachos had a measley amount of shredded cheese sprinkled instead of being melted (first time I've experienced this), and it usually comes with onion rings, but I didn't get any. I'm not sure if they were out, but a heads up would have been nice. Overall, the environment and staff were cool, but the food could have been better for what we paid. The drinks are good though.

The service was ATROCIOUS... As soon as we walked in the hostesses were no where to be found and when they finally emerged they both came out the bathroom together and were not friendly... We had to ask several times when the waiter was going to take our order and the mojito we ordered came until we were done eating... Sad part is that place was EMPTY...Three stars was because the food was actually good... If we go back it will be a phone take out order...

Service manager Alex is not helpful at all my order was done wrong, wings had been waiting for a while. Spent over an hour waiting had the hostess help and still got the order wrong. Instead of remaking them he suggested redound as they were going to take the already made wings and reheat them to be regiven back to me “correctly” made. Truly disappointing service and experience.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Have to wait two days for refund to be processed so I’m out of that money and an hour of my life waiting on horrible service. Raising Canes is out front had to go there instead.

We were amazed that for once we didn't have to wait long to be seated or served at a BWW location. The server was amazing, attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, my pepper lemon bone-in wings were cold and over sauced. My daughter had already started grubbing on the wings by the time I got back and tasted them for myself, so I did not let my server know of my unsatisfaction of the wings and ate them after all. Just would've enjoyed them more if they tasted more like freshly fried wings.

I've visited this location twice. Once for lunch and most recently for happy hour. It wasn't very busy and there was plenty of seating available. Service is a bit slow and the staff was a little forgetful about bringing waters and side plates when requested. The wings are good. I did like the BOGO special that was on the menu for boneless wings. Their lemon pepper seasoning is my favorite. Happy hour prices are decent. The atmosphere is relaxed. Music playing in the background. Lots of big screen TVs throughout the restaurant. Good place to catch the games. Family friendly too.

I was quite disappointed when my wings arrived at the table. They were not hot, but rather at room temperature, which really diminished the overall experience. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed, and the staff appeared to be very busy and tied up with other customers. Unfortunately, no one came by to check if I needed refills on my drinks, which was particularly frustrating since the wings were extremely spicy and I could have used a cold beverage to help tame the heat. To make matters worse, the onion rings and fries that accompanied my meal were also cold. It felt like they had been prepared in advance and left sitting out until someone placed an order. The lack of attention to detail and the lukewarm food left me feeling unsatisfied, and I wished for a better dining experience.

I want to start off by saying I normally don't post negative reviews unless I see it's needed. The food was okay, but the lunch special was a good value. It was $14 for 10 traditional wings with fries and a drink if you order online. You can upgrade your side so i did the fries and added some queso and shredded cheese which was pretty good, AFTER I reheated them in the microwave at home after picking up my order. The food was just lukewarm upon receiving it. Maybe it would've been hotter if I was attended to quickly once I walked in the door but nobody was in sight despite it being pretty slow and on a weekday. The ranch was solid, and the flavors of the wings i ordered were great, but my main complaint is that there were still feathers on some of the wings that i took photos of. It was a bit disappointing. The service was mid, and could've been significantly better despite it being takeout. Most of the workers were in the back and I had to practically chase someone down before they disappeared around the corner. I'm not really sure if I would return. It was my first time trying buffalo wild wings and my experience was disappointing. Perhaps I may try another location with better reviews, service, and quality control. Maybe the food is better when you dine in, but I don't think I'll be doing that any time soon.

This location in Lakewood is average due to poor customer service when you are greeted. We asked for a table in the patio and were told they didn't have a server just to hear another party being called to the patio area. Restrooms are not taken care of and in a scale from1 to 10 they are around 6.8. They did not have a long Island Ice tea which is rare in a sports bar so I substituted with a Michelada which was poorly made (twice). Food was ok and pricing is reasonable but this would be my last choice. Plenty of parking and also plenty of restaurant choices around to choose from.

First time here and I didn't like it. The wait time was around 30mins, the waiter was ok but could've been better. We waited an extra 15 minutes for the food after we sat down and it was cold, I order a brisket burger and wasn't feeling it could even finish it and the fries were hard I didn't even try eating them. The only thing that was alright but not so good was the wings and the Pepsi. The restroom was disgusting I couldn't even use it, I recommend ordering to takeout and only wings period. What I enjoy was the music.

Was there on Fri., 5/12/2023 to watch the Lakers-game 6. Not surprised it was crowded, however, the staff was definitely not on the same page. We were told of a lengthy wait & asked if we could do seating in bar. Looked & nothing open. An employee suggested we go to the outdoor patio. We did & realized the staff was not serving us. Finally got a waitress’s attention & advised they couldn’t serve us-since a hostess didn’t seat us out there. Went back to the hostess table & was told we could order “to-go” and take our food outside. We would also have to go to the bar for our drinks. Will never return to this hot mess of a Lakewood location…the Marina one, possibly. Were they short staffed on a Friday night during the NBA playoffs…possibly, but that’s bad scheduling & this customer wasn’t in the mood for the shenanigans. This location had us a bit confused & we went to Red Robin, had great cocktails, food & enjoyed the Lakers advance in the playoffs.

Christopher was a terrible server. For 1, he took 15 minutes to greet us after being sat. 2, he didn't bring out our food other people brought it out for him. 3, he never came to check on us, other servers were helping us out. 4, when it came time to pay, he didn't use our gift cards and it seemed like he was trying to pocket them.

I’m leaving 2 instead of 1 star due to the friendliness of our server, Debbie. However, the experience was kind of awful. Our nachos weren’t even heated (see how the shredded cheese is still unmelted?) and pretty bare. My Buffalo ranch chicken wrap was tiny. Debbie acknowledged this when she sat the entree down and said if I didn’t like the size she could take some off the price. Which was odd, because they should’ve done that anyway without me making the decision. They did take off 50% ultimately. Also, there was no sauce at all in the wrap. It’s like cmon people! And why serve an item on a smaller than normal tortilla? Either 86 it or double it up! My Arnold Palmer had old tea in it as well. This is why chain restaurants are generally trashy. Staff/cooks don’t care.

Extremely disappointed. After waiting for 43 minutes, I was handed this box of leftover dried chicken. I spoke tot the manager and he didn't care at all.

I gave this place one more chance and again the experience was bad. The food is not good, the wings are soggy and so are the fries. We ordered a burger and that was bad as well. A "side" of carrots and celery is only 2 baby carrots with 2 small slices of celery. Not sure how the other items on menu are but the customer service here made it worse. Yea they have the sport channels on different T.Vs, but what good is that with bad food and bad customer service. The restroom for woman were dirty and had no toilet paper. Garbage buffalo wild wings. Ruined my experience in watching UFC Fight Night, tell me how when the main event of fights just started they changed all channels to basketball ! Keep in mind this isn't even a ppv event, just a regular event happening live on ESPN+ which, they do have. I was able to watch all other fights on the card but for whatever reason they changed the channels when the main card started. I went to this specific location because I knew that they were airing the event live. I asked the waiter 2 times if they can please change at least one TV back to ESPN+ but nope, the manager on duty changed it to another freaking basketball game. I won't be back to this location. Other than them ruining my experience the food was decent and server was nice BUT because they messed up my sport experience of watching UFC live, I will not be back to this location. Manager on duty this day failed me and the others watching that event specifically.

Worst service I've ever experienced, tables were extremely dirty and no one cared to clean the table after seeing us sitting, moved to a booth and asked a waiter if we could and all they said was "go to the front and tell them". Seated for 10 minutes with no one in the front to help us even after making contact with the employees, go on your own discretion but be aware of horrible service.

Went in for bogo tuesdays which is for dine-in, upon arrival im told dining area is unavailable only bar ( i have 1 toddler and 1 infant) There were families dining in, I asked about them and was told they were the last ones. It was 7 pm.

My friends and I got to the restaurant looking forward to eat some wings. But it was the worse service I ever had in this brand. We waited for about 10 min in the front desk [that was empty] and nobody give us any assistance or even look at us. So we decided to go directly to the bar where a waiter ask us to sit in a table and wait for the waiter of that area for service. After another 10 minutes no waiter was on sight. We even tried to scan the QR on the table and it had an open check and when we asked about it we got ignored. So in the end we decided to leave. When we where outside we realized that the waiters where smoking in the parking lot.

Long story short, my girlfriend and I came in a party of 4 and ordered food. 2 of us received food fairly fast while the other couple waited for their order. 40 mins passed by and still nothing. My girlfriend and I were waiting for the all the food to come out together so we could all eat together but the other couples food never came. At this point our food was cold , other tables were being served before us while we had arrived before them, and we were receiving no service so we decided to cancel the food we never received. I specifically told Edgar, the unprofessional server to only charge me the food we ate. Mind you my girlfriend and I ordered 20 wings and I only ate 4 wings waiting for the food that never came. Edgar decided to take it upon himself and charge us the full 20 wings when we explained what happened and we no longer wanted them. Once he charged us for the uneaten food , he claimed there was nothing he can do and that we needed to speak to a manager but there were none available. He was beating around the bush not trying to get us help , it took us 50 mins to speak to someone in charge and on top of that he was not trying to help the situation! He kept repeating “there’s nothing I can do, I’m just doing my job.” Instead of trying to help our dilemma, he kept taking peoples orders and dismissing us.He was being very disrespectful and honestly is lucky I had patience this night because someone else would have popped him for being so disrespectful! Him and a couple of employees were being rude and saying stuff behind our back. Unprofessional night staff and Edgar needs to watch how he talks to customers because his rudeness and disrespect can get him into all types of trouble.

Went to check this place out for the first time. Went to the bar for food and service today 6/1 @ 3:30 and was finally recognized by the lady server at the bar. She ask what would you like to drink and I put my order in. At that time was looking at the online menu which is not accurate compared to the actual menu that our server finally provided, after a quick review of the menu I start mentioning what we wanted as her back faced us. Guess she wasn’t listening because she just took off! Waited for 15 min still no drinks. After waiting for that and to put an order in we decided to leave. I see a lot of reviews about the poor customer service and it is true. This place is to be avoided. Want a nice and friendly atmosphere and service go to apple bees or somewhere else.

I dont know who the hell be seasoning the food but they gotta chill with them overly seasoned fries the cheese on my fries weren’t even melted and it was on the side instead of bieng melted on top the wings were just not satisfying at all and the vegies were just thrown in a small litle dealer bagie anyways nothing was tasty at all luckily i only spent 25 buks

I went with a party of 11 and we sat down and ordered our drinks. They came out pretty quickly but when we ordered our food, it took about an 1 1/2 hours to get our food, mind you the place wasn't super packed and every table around us had either left, or got their food before we were even served at all. I saw our waitress about 3 times the entire time (1. To order food and drinks 2. To serve us and 3. To ask us if we want refills after we got our food) we were there which was about 2 hours or so. And I became fed up with the wait, so I asked another waiter to see if our food was ready and he said it'll be out in a minute. It took another 15-20 minutes to get our food after I asked the waiter. When the food finally came ( I ordered the ultimate nachos) my food was terrible, the tortilla chips were somewhat stale, the nacho cheese tasted weird and it was just plain gross. Our waitress told us "since you guys are a big party it takes a little longer." Almost everyone besides me and another friend at our table had wings or fries. I doubt it would take 1 1/2 hours to make and serve our food to us. I would definitely not recommend this place. Very terrible service.

Came to bww for the Bogo free wings Tuesday. Waited almost half an hr for me to pay since the manager was on the phone & ended up paying the full amount instead of the buy one get one free wings. TERRIBLE service got here at 11:00am when they just had opened didn’t leave till 2:00pm. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Definitely will NOT be coming back again. I guess i shouldn't have high expectations going to buffalo wild wings, as their service is never that great, but some kind of service would have been nice. The worst service ever from the moment we sat down to when we left. The waitress was non existent, never bringing things we asked like a glass of water and disappearing never coming to check up on our table. Every time we needed something she was nowhere to be found. Getting the check was a whole other ordeal. We could have easily dined and dashed based on where we were sitting and no one would have even known but being honest people we didnt. After waiting quite a good amount of time my boyfriend had to walk over to the waitress and ask for the bill. The waitress was extremely inappropriate constantly touching my boyfriend on the shoulder and arm to the point where I actually asked him if he knew her. The manager was even there and did nothing to compensate the bad service. Another table in this same server's section got up and walked out mid meal because the service was so bad. Neither the waitress or the manager went after them either. I enjoy the wings but sad to say that was probably our last time at buffalo.

I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me order a cheeseburger along with another meal. So I tried calling in the order. I was asked if I could hold, which I said sure. After 2 1/2 minutes, the phone sent me to a random voicemail. I called back. The person answering the phone asked me what I wanted. When I told her that I wanted to order some food for pick up, she wanted to place me on hold. I explained that I was on hold but that my call went to a voicemail after several minutes. I told her nicely that I wouldn't be trying a third time if it happened again. She responded that she wasn't responsible for how the phone works. Since this establishment didn't want my business, I said goodbye. (They must be raking in the $$$ to care so little about good customer service.)

Waiter edgar was super rude and inconsiderate. Waited over 45 min for 20 wings and the place was dead. People seated after us received their food before us. When approached waiter edgar , he said its not his fault but the cooks fault and refused to removed previously ordered wings from bill (friends did not eat because they were waiting for us to get our order) we told him not to charge the wings he said he wouldnt and charged anyway . When asked for manager he said she was on “break”Never again!

Says they close at 2am, walked in at 10:15, ordered then at 10:30 were told that they were closing .. as we eat fast, never once were we asked if everything was ok .. meanwhile doordash is there to pick up an order because yes you can still order for pick up or delivery because the app closes till 2am .. people walked in that had ordered pick up and were told it was closed already, hopefully they all can get their money back .. never coming back to this location.

I recently visited your lakewood location and wanted to share my disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the food arrived lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for a while. Plates were left uncleared, and it seemed like servers were overwhelmed, taking on multiple roles without sufficient support. Given the high prices, I expected much better service and quality. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning to this establishment. I also plan to file a formal complaint with corporate to ensure these issues are addressed.

Ordered a ten piece buffalo wing with mild sauce and ended up receiving a ten piece with absolutely no sauce or spices.....🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered the 20 boneless wings deal and it took over 40 minutes to get my food. Staff doesn't greet you when you walk in. And to insult to injury I found a hair in my fries 🤢

I went here with my family and had to wait to be seated which was fine but the wait estimate was 15 minutes, after 25 minutes I checked on a update and that’s when my family and I where seated on a table that had been open since our arrival. We were ready to order right there and then but the waiter just left after we were seated. It took another ten minutes to be check on for drinks. We all felt the staff was in a bad mood. Not once where we check on and my son had order the all you can eat wings and had to wait for his second round till I got the attention of a server. I felt this was very bad service here and won’t return to this location and possibly to any other Buffalo Wild Wings.

So upset at how long our order took to make. To preface, the store looked practically empty with only a few patrons at the bar area. Ordered online at 3:46 and arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled pick up time at 4:15. I ordered 12 wings, fries, and a mac and cheese. They stated that 6 of my wings were not yet ready but that they would be out soon. I ended up waiting 27 minutes after this to receive said wings. My husband decided to order a drink during the wait and he received a heavily watered down drink of plain soda water. It was replaced when he brought it to the take out person's attention, but ridiculous it wasn't free given the huge delay on a TWELVE wing order. Please SKIP the mac and cheese. The portion is the size of a small you could probably pick up at any other drive thru spot and it tastes like plain boiled pasta with the saddest amount of cheese I've ever seen. 6 of the wings in my order were obviously room temp because of the wait, but definitely never coming back. I can see why this chain of stores is closing in Cali.

This is by far one the worse places to dine in. Their customer service is just so inefficient, it took waaaay too long for our food to be ready and served. the server that took our order kept saying the food would be ready in 1 or 2 more mimutes, and it actually took 10 + more minutes , she wouldn't care whether we were hungry or not. Also, they messed up my order, because they gave me an order I didn't ask for. Don't go to this place!

Food quality is so bad. Yesterday I order for the first time in this location. My wings were cover of multiple feders, it was disgusting. If they don’t care about this what else can be happening in their kitchen. No wonder why their rating is so bad. Management needs to do some work at your location.

Ordered an online at 10:39pm order for pickup to avoid seating cause we know Friday nights can be crazy. The ready time said 11pm. Arrived at 10:56pm. The server/host kept assuring us (about 3 times) that our order was on the way only to find out our order never registered into their system. He then offered us drinks to maintain some ease with us...only to find out no to go cups. So not only did he kept lying about checking on our order we waited nearly an hr. I would appreciate honesty and proper acknowledgement for compensation but none of that was given.

If you've ever seen Nation Lampoons Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase where the sister in law makes the Christmas turkey and it's like a dry empty carcass and all the family is like crunching and cracking on it...that's exactly how my bone-in wings were. I don't even know how you would get them like that. Fryer, then sit for 2 days, then freeze, then microwave on high for 8 minutes? Fryer, sit for a week, fryer again? I have no idea. I basically picked off the entire outside of each wing and got like half a bite of meat that wasn't also totally dry and crunchy from each wing, but there were probably like 3 out of 10 wings that I just couldn't eat. Also we sat in a booth for like 10 minutes and there were no servers in sight. We saw two other tables in the same situation get up and leave. We went to the bar to eat because there was a bartender there.

Food is 2/10. The guacamole is gross! Overall cleanliness 0/10 never coming back. They need more servers because our server had to many tables to attend so she forgot to bring us items we asked for.

I love Baffalo wild wings but tonight my chicken was ready to fly it had so many feathers on Them I was picking feathers off each wing so many feathers I lost my appetite then the manager Allen had the worst attitude then act like he wanted to fight he started yelling get out of my Restaurant and don't ever come back...I think that was the best advice...I will never return to Lakewood BWW Cerritos is better and service is better...

Alex the manager has awful customer service. Our order was cold sitting there with no one at the front to attend arriving customers. When Alex is told about the service issue, he ignores it sarcastically. You need a new manager Buffalo Wild Wings.

My family and I went to Lakewood Mall location. Wasn't even busy and plenty of tables were available. The hostess took our name and put it on the list. No proper communication with us on how long the wait was. The hostess left us and went to go do something and he never came back. We waited 10 minutes with no one acknowledged us of being there. Multiple employees saw us waiting and ignored our presence. Didn't see the hostess until we were leaving out the door.

Never even got to try the food. I've tried eating here twice and both times we were told they had only two servers and the place was packed with people. Decided to go elsewhere both times. Staff is not very welcoming or friendly either.

Dine in bad service , food was late, could not even find the waiter when choking on food , wait for everhthing no staff to to help you . And I over expend on food

This is the food quality I was served on a to go order, it was hot and mango habanero. Really disappointed on the fact that the 2 times I've came to grab food It has never been good. This was just plain disgusting and i lived to far to truly complain about it. Before you leave double check your wings, it's sad to even have to do that on something really straight forward. And whoever is managing this place really needs to retrain on food quality this was just unacceptable at every level. Fix it for others because I wont be visiting.

Server who works lunch shift today Thursday 10/09/2025 didn’t let us sit a few tables out of his “area.” We have an infant and wanted to sit away from people out of common courtesy in case he started crying or being fussy. Server refused. He was too lazy to walk a couple extra steps.

Food came out cold. Got part of our order;when asked how long it'll take and was just told we dont have a time to bring it out kitchen is behind. Couldn't get refills waiter hardly passed

Worse experience ever as we ordered our food where they charged $1 extra for potato wedges and $.60 for extra blue cheese without telling us nor does it say anywhere on the menu. We ordered a beer and liked our soda in a take out cup but never received our drinks. The food was mid as burger was dried and salty. We'll never come back again even it's free food

Very disappointing experience. Upon being seated, no one provided us with menus or came by to take our order. We were left waiting for an extended period of time without any acknowledgment or customer service. We just got up and left.

Not even one star upon ordering the waitress asked us for a card to start a tab.. kind of unusual because i’ve been to several locations before but whatever i let it go and put a card down because we were seated as a group of 3 at the bar area one minor 2 adults. then haley who waited on us was kind enough to let us know they were short staff so of course the bartender who could’ve backed her up when we waved him down gave us the finger to wait and never got back to us when we already waiting 20-30 minutes waiting to get our check and head out. we had to wave down a supervisor or who we assumed was one due to him having a collared shirt and he kindly put in our last beer order. other than that it still took long for our server to get to us. then we had to leave chugging our drinks because we waited so long we no longer were able to enjoy them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.Our food was ICE COLD and it even took 1 hour to get our food just for it to be COLD so it had to be sitting there waiting in the kitchen. Me and my family all were served cold food and still payed full price nothing was done about it. We were told the whole kitchen staff/ busser staff/ food runners was drinking on the job and that’s why they were lagging it with our food. Totally unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend going to this Buffalo Wild Wings to many occurrences like this happen over the stretch of 3 years I been going there.

I ordered the traditional wing value bundle online. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:30pm. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I am highly disappointed because I have enjoyed ordering the bundle since the start of the NFL season. Do better BWW!!! I won't be returning.

Order still not ready. Been seating here waiting. The recipe said 1230pm. Been asking about it. All I get is it will be ready soon. But they have not gone to go check on my order. Could not even tell me when it will be ready. It be best is they could communicate with you on what is going on. I just received my order 12:50pm. Unprofessional. Unsatisfied. I walked in at 10:32pm and was told by the server I couldn’t be served because they did last call. I asked when was last call and she told me 10:30. I asked for a manager, whom followed up with refusing to serve me because I walked in 2mins after last call. She told me everything had JUST been turned off. Grease doesn’t cool down in 2minutes. Also, buffalo wild wings policy is “The kitchen doesn’t close until the store closes”… which should’ve been 11pm. I will be reporting the refusal of service to their corporate office!

11:16am atmosphere was calm only two tables taken. Waiter (male) Did not show any type of acknowledgement or interest for customers (DoorDash) Waiting in dining area for more than 5 min without anyone asking or updating me with ETA. I had to try and find someone, caught the cooks attention. Waiter Handed me the order without sauce and only one drink. I had to remind him about the sauce. Maybe he was hungover? When waiter handed me the sauce he said “ oh and don’t walk in to the kitchen “! I was so startled, his attitude, no name tag, and to top it off when I asked for his name he gave me the wrong name and claimed to be the manager. I called the store and a female manager stated she was the only manager (Candace) which was strange because the male stated “I am the manager”? Point being I went back and the manager didn’t even have a name tag herself. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It’s like if he wanted to have an altercation with someone. I advised him to find something he likes, maybe people isn’t his cup of tea!

Food came out at a decent time but I’m giving this place 1 star because it was cold. In addition to my nachos tasting a bit stale, I asked for no jalapeños since I don’t eat spicy. My order came out incorrect and the server was taking forever to check on us. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

I recently experienced a disappointing visit to this restaurant. After waiting for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, our party felt neglected and frustrated. Despite being ready to place our orders, no one approached our table, and we were unable to even request water. I strongly recommend that management consider retraining their staff to improve customer service. In a competitive dining environment, providing attentive service is crucial. It is essential for customers to feel valued and recognized, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. Ultimately, we left the restaurant without being able to order any food, which is regrettable. I hope future diners have a more positive experience.

Another BWW that has decided to put the customer and service in last place. No one works the dinning room, you cant sit there. You must self seat in the bar, no one can be bothered to work the front desk. Oh now that your in the bar - where there are ZERO employees you can scan the QR code, download the App that is forced on you, you can order in no other way. NO ONE will take your order there in the restaurant or except your payment , you must use the app. Why are you bothering them with your patronage, get out , we don't want you here.

Me and my husband went in for a quick bite after visiting the next door lights event and I wish we didn’t. Service was on point but the food was awful. We ordered wings and boneless wings and a chicken taco. All 3 were overly seasoned with salt which was inedible. On top of that, me and my husband got sick that day and the next with diarrhea. NEVER AGAIN!!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 So glad we didn’t have the kids eat anything from there besides the fries.
