Often busy as all get out, but don't worry. They are always on their toes and get people a seat as soon as possible. Excellent common breakfast meals. Excellent price. But the best part is the staff. Sit at the bar and watch the cooks speed away to make meals in artistic fury. Spinning around one another to prepare plates in amazing speed. It's oddly satisfying to watch. Ramble over. Go get a waffle.

How do they do it ? These people are running around like crazy taking orders , cleaning tables, serving food .. always busy but always worth the trip. The food ( especially breakfast )!is awesome . Try a waffle bowl. You'll be hooked . The service is good no matter how busy they get .

Food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The staff as a whole seemed to work as a well oiled machine except one thing. I was sitting at the bar and was able to hear a couple female workers making fun of another worker due to the orange juice machine coming apart. That in my opinion, was inappropriate.

This place has a very home like feel to it. It's very great for people that don't want to deal with large crowds. The food is great and is offered at such a great price. I can eat a lot and the all Star breakfast is the closest to filling me up and quite a bit under $10. Definitely a must for anyone wanting to enjoy a good breakfast 😊

It's a waffle house. You won't get much "atmosphere" unless you go around 2 am on weekends. But the food here is good, and the service is quick. I usually order mine online and it's ready within 10 minutes when I get there. Only complaint is some of the menu items are getting expensive, which I suppose I can say that about every restaurant. The less than $10 per person era is gone

Large new large format Waffle House with the normal WH menu. As always their hashbrowns are the star of the meal. Like most WH, this location does good job of cooking eggs to order. Over lite is really over lite not over medium like so many other places do. Great coffee and the waitress does not let it get empty.

99% of my family refuses to eat at breakfast joints, but l tend to find at least one person, hopefully per month, to accompany me the Waffle House. Never disappointed. I always order the All-Star and can't finish it to save my life, but it's still on point and scrumptious EVERY TIME! I last went on Friday (7/7/23) between lunch n dinner rush. Every table was dirty (although the place was EMPTY) but our waitress cleaned us off a table immediately, and the food and service was on par as usual.

My husband stops in for breakfast every couple weeks, likes the friendly & engaging employees & always enjoys their exceptional hash browns. We stopped in after Doctor Appt & each had hash browns. They were delicious!

New Years Eve 10pm It was freezing in the restaurant, they said corporate has control of air conditioner. The so called Patty's Melt was sloopy made , vegetables on side not fresh looking. Ask for onions, didn't get any. Told to take it back, and wanted it taken of ticket. Ordered waffle 🧇, it was very thin. Chicken cheese hash brown bowl. The chicken was very spicy, couldn't eat the chicken. Ask for gravy. Had to ask for it, it wasn't brought with meal. Waitress went back after we told her about the food, very disappointed in it. We could hear he whisping to her coworker. She did finally went to a office and talked to someone, they had her to take patty melt plate off. They were not busy at all so service & food shouldn't have been that bad

Came in for eggs & hashbrowns after the club closed. Somehow left with a black eye & a new girlfriend. I dont remember exactly what happened between 2:30 and 3 am that Saturday morning, but the waitress said: " I held my own against the 3 of them ".

I am giving 5 stars to the young man, Dillon, who was our server tonight. Not only did he do a fantastic job waiting on us, but he also cooked our meal perfectly. He explained the reason why was because "the cook" did not show up for his scheduled shift so Dillon was doing all the cooking and waiting tables. He was very polite and respectful, he did not show any frustration and did an exceptional job!! He told us that he's only been working there about a month and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the menu and also his expertise on the grill. I've been coming to the Waffle House for years but this is the first review I've given. I would give Dillon more stars if I could. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was serene. I will be asking for Dillon to be our server in the future!!! What an awesome young man!! Thank you Dillon for your exquisite hospitality!!

If y'all have never been to a Waffle House you are definitely missing out. Love the old school greasy spoone Diner vibes. Best seat in the house is at the counter so you can watch the cooks work their magic. As for the food it's great American comfort food. We ordered the patty melt bowl with hash browns and onions. Steak with eggs, the eggs were cooked perfectly Sunny Side up. and a cheeseburger with hash browns. All the food was amazing and served fresh. It was cool watching them cook our food right in front of us. Our waiter John Paul was amazing and gave us everything we needed accordingly. They made one small mistake and he corrected it immediately and didn't even charge us for it so that was a plus in my book.

The food and service was fine but I just don’t get why so many people love it. It’s small and really busy so you almost want to rush to give someone a seat. Just not my place but there was nothing horrible about it.

This is a favorite breakfast spot. Service is unsteady. Sometimes excellent and sometimes flaky. Owners are great and wish they could hold a more consistent staff. But the food is as good as the cooks are. That too comes and goes but we keep going back. Do love their waffles.

With the right employees these little diners can be a very rewarding treat. I always like to go late at night when I get that craving for a late night meal. Very few people if any are there so you get that quite, relaxing atmosphere with hardly any wait for Service or the food. The food is amazing! I usually get the Hash browns smothered, covered, diced, capped, covered, and country. Believe me I know it sounds very odd to put chili on hash browns, but if you haven't tried them before your only missing out. They are amazing. This time I was able to treat two good friends of mine and they were skeptical about it, but soon found out why I was so excited to share with them. Another one of my favorites if you don't like hash browns is the Texas Bacon Cheese Melt. You can't go wrong with either. Keep in mind that the large order of hash browns with all the fixins is only $5.00 and it's more than enough for 3 people. The portions are humongous. Go check them out for yourself and respond with your favorites.

I went in for crispy biscuits and gravy that is been dying to have again after visiting a different waffle house in Burlington a year ago. I was really let down. Not even a bit crispy and the gravy tasted burnt so it all went in the trash🥺. My waffle was good but I spent $16 and barely ate anything.

I LOVE this place. The staff was very sweet, though a little busy at times. Another complaint would be how sticky things are. It's not horrible, just a bit of syrup here and there. Was my 1st time my boyfriend recremend it. I got the bacon grilled chicken burger it was so good the chicken was nice and juicy and had a great flavor. I had gotten the hashbrowns with cheese and mushrooms. The mushrooms had no flavor kinda tasted like they were boiled not a fan and the hashbrowns were soggy. But Gale I think was her name was our waitress she was so nice and performed outstanding service extremely pleasant. When I give this place another chance I hope she is out waitress next time she was on top of everything very efficient.

I was reluctant to try waffle house because it's just not my preference but I will say the food was good the service was really good, the only hang up I had was the building itself. Its definitely and old style diner type of restaurant. I went with my husband, 3 kids, and my father and we barley fit in the booth. The waitress did help by clearing plates as soon as they were empty. Over all it was a good experience, but due the size of our party compared to the size they can accommodate we might not be back.

Haven't been to Waffle House in years and decided to stop here on a road trip in town. JP was our server and that man is absolutely amazing. Our drinks never stayed empty, our food was served warm …

As far as the atmosphere, I went at the wrong time. Completely forgot what's it like to be in a Waffle House at bar closing time. Young adults filled the room, with loudness. I'm too old for all that noise. LoL But that's not on the establishment or staff. Good food, good service, fair pricing.

Food came out quick and the server was attentive and efficient but the place wasn't clean. Every window I looked out of had hand prints upon hand prints. Same with the front door. Syrup dispenser we had was sticky everywhere but there wasn't a bathroom to wash our hands. We didn't feel the cleanest leaving there.

This is a relatively new restaurant and as such they are still getting their rhythm. Staff are friendly. To go order wait times have been lengthy. Pricing is not bad. Breakfast food is good with the exception of the bacon, which I felt was think and had an "off" taste". Blueberry pancakes-delish!

So I do love Waffle House but it’s all in the “location, location, location!.” My last visit was about 2 months ago and it was very unpleasant I actually left hungry still. My husband had to wait to eat ( I insisted he start eating so it wasn’t cold) but he refused. As to why they brought his plate before there was even a glimpse of mine I have no idea which I thought was bizarre without confirming that it was ok with him first. Finally my food is done but completely not even the right dish at all So more waiting….. Waiting on more coffee…. Waiting on more cream for the coffee after coffee was brought… Waiting on the check so we could pay and leave….. Waiting for a correction on the check because the total wasn’t right….. Then waiting for my to-go waffle…. which was a long time just to receive a very disproportional burnt waffle which was our last ditch effort to satisfy what we came to cure.. OUR HUNGER!! Left very disappointed and still hungry unfortunately.

Everytime I come to this place it's always freezing cold. It's 44° outside and it literally feels exactly the same inside as outside. It was so cold that my fresh hot waffle was freezer cold by the time that I ate it after eating my eggs and hashbrowns. And when I told the employees they said that they didn't have access to change the temperature. All of the customers literally were complaining

I've been here a few times completely aware of how waffle house adventures play out, but I went after work the other night and was straight up ignored. All the tables were dirty and there were barely any customers in there. The workers literally looked at me and then ignored me. I eventually just walked out. The customer service is terrible and the employees are tacky, lazy and not worth the effort to go in and put up with their B.S. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!

One does not go to waffle house for the five star rating. One does go to waffle house for a decent meal, however, don’t go at shift change because nobody will wait on you until they are done changing the shift. Then when you get your food it will be cold. The restaurant is so cold you can’t stand it and your hot food will be cold because of it. It took 15 minutes to even get a glass of tea because they were too busy changing shifts. The off going chef was very rude to customers telling them that they don’t have time to wait on customers that they have to clean the syrup containers and refill salt and “you’re just gonna have to wait until somebody else comes in to wait on you”

Roaches were really bad to where one was crawling on my dad after we sat down. Noticed several in the empty booth behind us when we got up to leave. Cook didn’t wear a hairnet, complained of feeling sick, and used a plastic straw to light a burner. The smell of the burning plastic was awful and burned my eyes for several minutes. I mean, it’s a Waffle House so I’m not expecting fine dining, but this was definitely a disappointment. On a positive note, their restroom was really clean!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I will never come here again due to the blatant racism displayed to my friend and I just trying to get some breakfast. There was no waiting line so we came in and patiently waited for about 5 minutes despite the obviously open seating in case there was a wait or some system we had not yet noticed. Finally one of the guys addresses us as another couple is coming in and tells us he is going to clean a table and we can be seated. Before we can be seated however one of the ladies motions for us to go back outside with her while yet another group came in and was immediately seated. If there was a wait we didn't know about any of the ladies who saw us standing there could have asked us if we were on the wait list or that there even was a wait list. Never have I received such dismissive treatment from a business. Lifelong customer no more. Good riddance.

This was, by far, the worst Waffle Houses that I have ever been to! My husband normally loves Waffle Houses and we drove in from an hour away because he wanted to have dinner after a hard day at work. From the moment we sat down, there was issue. Some little teeny bopper came up and straight up complained about the cook. Our actual waitress then came and took our drink order. A coffee, a Diet Coke, and a lemonade. She brings everything back including a Simply Lemonade in a bottle (Minute Maid lemonade of the fountain was what was offered on the menu). Then we watched as the teeny bopper and the cook started screaming at each other and the teeny bopper left to go outside. We decided to leave. Our drinks totaled $8(!) and I left a $2 tip because our waitress, a girl with purple and blue hair had tried to stay out of everything. I thought that was the end of it. Suddenly, I get a charge for $18 from Waffle House. I tried to call this location no fewer than 6 times. My husband tried to call 3 times. No one answered the phone. We even tried to call corporate. I had to dispute the charge and it eventually got returned. I hate Waffle House normally because of the drama and food quality, but I was there for my husband that night so I kept my mouth shut. After this though, I will never go to a Waffle House again. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this specific location at all.

Only give active duty military discount, there are only like 30 around here, but many many retired military. They have signs about loving military but I guess not the retired who spent at least 20 years in the service. They don't even give a senior discount. Food was almost cold. Won't be going back. 10 percent is not much but it's the point of appreciation.

I am a travel nurse and have dined at many Waffle House restaurants across the country. I must say this this the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The waiter barely said two words to us and acted like serving us was an inconvenience. The coffee was horrible and burned. Lastly, the restaurant floor was dirty and looked like it had not been swept in days. I tripped over forks and half and half wrappers as I went to leave. Waffle House is known for its friendly service and delicious food, this was not the case today.

It is currently 3:10, we have sat at the table for 30 minutes now while server is talking to her friend and has yet came back and checked on us. Our drinks have been empty now for 20 minutes. Usually good service last night asked for hot syrup with my order and the cook and waitress chose to bring me this. I felt disrespected! Totally inattentive staff from last night! What happened to the pan?

The worse Waffle House I have ever been into. The grilled cheese was not even cooked properly (cheese not melted) and the has brown was only cooked on top. Aside from that the waiters tried to charge us 32$ more for nothing. When corrected her mistake she didn’t even apologized or acknowledged that she was on the wrong. Total disappointment. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately the cook working tonight was extremely bad at his job and made the experience awful. He made our order incorrect the first time, and the replacement dish took forever to be made. When the replacement dish was eventually served, it was overcooked into oblivion and was a serious disappointment and we left hungry. Scrambled eggs should not be dark brown and crispy. Please hire a more competent cook.

The cook was slamming plates and anything else he could get ahold of. Didn't make the plates properly nor cook it correctly. Argued with the waitress when she tried to let him know the plates he was putting together were not correct. Not a good atmosphere to eat in or eat period. We will not return.

The security guard they have doesn’t understand the law when it comes to open or concealed firearms in a place of business with no properly posted signage Anywhere near the doorway, how are people to know that they don’t want firearms in the business? He was incredibly rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be working as a security guard if he doesn’t know basic laws. 1. The sign must be posted on or near the doorway within invisible means 2. The Statute Must be posted with 1 inch size letters. I.e. 30.6 For concealed carry And 30.7 For open carry. I was sitting at the booth waiting for my order, not bothering anyone. And I have a concealed carry license. If management doesn’t want their patrons to be armedthey should have the signs properly posted. I’ve been a customer of this location for as long As it has existed And I’ve never had an issue until now. They need to rectify this immediately or they going to start losing a lot of Business for discriminating against law, abiding citizens.

It is so hot inside this store that the chocolate chips are melting. Employee’s said the A/C has been half broken for over a week and management isn’t calling the A/C guy because they forget or they’re incompetent. It’s barely cooler in the store than it is outside! We walked in, and it smelled awful like poop. The floors were sticky and the tables too. Had a great server but we where so overwhelmed with the smell we decided not to order food. Not to mention a friend of my fiances had a roach crawl on her.
