I came here for dinner yesterday (Feb.21) 10 minutes before 6pm . While they were out of grilled items that day I was still happy with my food and experience here. First I must say this place is under staffed 3 people working dinner while the place is slammed inside and at the drive thru so EXPECT long wait times PEOPLE if you are doing dinner. I was lucky to just got in before the rush. I had the fish sandwich meal with hush puppies with add-a- piece of clams strips, and a crab cake. The building overall could use an upgrade as well as new ventilation. I'm pretty sure the drive thru speaker doesn't work as I heard no outdoors orders being placed only inside so you will have to order at the window. Inside ceiling and some seats need replacing. Ventilation while this place had plenty of it, dinner time cooking was steaming up the kitchen and some of the seating area. Don't hate on this place that much as it was actually clean (like spotless) inside even with those issues. Now the food wait time was about 10 minutes after placement which ain't that bad as was hot and fresh taste (NO old oil here) the sandwich was delicious although I should have asked for more tartar sauce and it comes with dill pickles and no cheese if your the type of person that dislikes cheese on fish (like me). Hush puppies were good but were too dense for me. Clams were a first for me, there were in strips and were very yummy in fact it was my favorite side out of the 3 I got. The only negative about them is while I was able to taste the clam with every bite I must say they were batter heavy. Crab cake was Ok it was my first time while fine it has the most negatives out of my meal. First the positive, they are MADE TO ORDER at this location as the person who took my inside order did say "1 crab cake" out loud for the kitchen staff to hear while the rest of my order didn't receive that treatment. It had that perfect ratio of breading to filling inside, was on the thick side, and it even came with free crumbles along inside. Now the negatives for $2.59 it was the size of a slider pattie I would have liked it to be a bit bigger with less of those crumbs or removed them over all and just lower the price down a bit although I know crab is more of a luxury nowadays. The filling I was iffy as it seems to have some type of cheese like strand in it which if it was cheese I wish it was just not in it overall, also the crab was somewhat lacking in it. Now with all that done I will be back for sure especially since they were out of grilled food at the time. Food was still hot when I got home and I know what to expect next time with all the problems they are having there right now.
Update** Went yesterday 6/29/23 and it was so good. The drive through is busted, but going in and ordering was not a problem. The guys working before 3pm did a fabulous job. Wish I would have gotten their names. The guy working the register was polite and the food was hot. I will be back!!

I know what you're thinking, cause I can't believe it myself. 5 Stars! I came here a handful of times on Friday during Lent. The young lady at the drive thru was great. She was nice to me and my dogs! Food was fresh! Looks like they have new management and crew.
Leaving this review on behalf of my mother who has the same level of discernment on food as myself. She said she was there around 1pm 3/22/2025 and that the food, for the first time in a long time, was cooked to perfection. She had fish and shrimp and French fries, Cole slaw. She told me that the recipe seems to have changed and that the fries were waffle fries which she wasn’t too fond of. However, the fish and shrimp were cooked perfectly and were flavorful. She also said the Cole slaw was also fresh tasting. And the person at the window was also super nice. So, 10/10 and I will be joining her next time. We hope that the staff that was here this day will be well compensated. Oh also she said that they updated the speaker system and sign in the drive thru and that she thinks that was a great investment on part of the owner too.
Watched as an older gentlemen came in around 12:30pm. He had fit over ketchup then decided to harass your workers. Regardless of his behavior - they did their best to help him. He then apologized only to continue harassing them. They offered a refund if he was not pleased with the service - he rejected the refund then walked out. He made a scene over the workers doing their job. They did not deserve that. Please let the staff know they're doing a great job. Service is always great when I come and everyone is always helpful.
The one on 4th St. is very nice. Prompt service, hot food.
My Family and I dined in Sunday evening. The lobby was full as well as the drive thru. Keshia was the employee who took our order! She was Super Sweet and Kind! She was very Professional and Courteous!! Keshia made our dining experience Wonderful!! Thank you to Keshia and the Long John Silver Crew for Great Food and a Wonderful Visit!!
Came Sunday morning 12/7/25 and the team here was welcoming and in amazing moods! The last time we were here the back of house was loud and obnoxious just complaining about everything BUT this team definitely makes me wanna come back! They all thanked us and everyone else on the way out which might seem like such a little think but you rlly don’t get that anymore these days. Thank yall and see yall soon!
Tonight, December 6, 2025, the owners or supervisors of this store need to applaud., give bonuses, and/or pay raises to the team there. They were obviously short staffed and had no official team lead yet they were doing their best to keep up with the onslot of customers. You could see the stress but yet they did not give up. The team didn't have time to sip water let alone go to the bathroom. Your team needs to be praised for not giving up because I know they probably took off ton of crap tonight.I understand retail and team members not showing up and for those that do praise and appreciation go a long way.
It was very good great service and fast food freshly made and very good except tartar sauce ask for some coz ask for a plate that had fish and chicken and only got 2 packages of tartar sauce at least 6 would of been good but other then that everything was great
The food was hot and fresh. The service was worth 4 stars because the cashier decided to take some bets for the days college bowl games as we were standing in front of him, ready to give him my order. So, we had to briefly pause for him and his bookie activities. The atmosphere was great as there were only 2 more people eating inside. I really enjoy being nice and quiet at times. The place is a bit grungy, but don't let the grunge look overshadow the quality of the food. I will definitely be back.
It was clean but they were missing utensils and napkins so we had to ask the front. Stopped because they had some non fried options the grilled salmon and shrimp bowls but only shrimp was available. The food was good and didn't take forever.
Always friendly staff never too busy. Food has really great flavor decent prices some recent remodeling done which makes the place look better than it did.... If you like basic decent good seafood that's not too pricey this is the place to go.
The chairs and table we sat at were off balance . I had to keep my foot on the foot of the table to keep it from moving. It was off balance. The floor was dirty. Had not been swept and floor looked so greasy. There weee foot prints . Almost asked for a broom and a mop so we can enjoy the atmosphere. We could here the staff talking. They were loud. Yet the food was GREAT!!!
I'm not sure what changes u guys made but they were great changes!! ..the food my family and I had today was Great!.... I say this because a few weeks ago we went and ordered the exact same thing 4 #7's and it was horrible..Keep up the Good Ladies and Gentlemen!
I've eaten here several times over the last 8 months and have never been dissatisfied. The food quality and employee service have ALWAYS been surprisingly good for a FF restaurant. Frankly, I'm impressed every time I walk through the door. Now, do I wish the atmosphere was updated? Yeah, for sure. But the 60s retro nautical vibe is somehow kitschy and fun in a good way. The place is clean which is more than can be said for other FF restaurants.
Food was ok. There were no Condiments available such as ketchup, malt vinegar, salt pepper. Tables were dirty. Customer service was poor.
Long John silvers used to be the best place in town for quick and affordable fish. Their quality used to be pretty good. I'm not sure what happened but they fell off. Food isn't what it used to be at all and is inconsistent. Very overpriced for what you're getting. Building is in serious disrepair. $12 for a meal then another $2.50 for a medium drink plus taxes.
Hadn't eaten at Long Johns in a very long time and it's no where good like it used to be. No wonder they shut most of them down! This store handed our order to another customer that left with it and I'm sure was upset when they found out it was wrong! We had to wait a long time to get our food and the store was filthy! Never go to this store again! Food was greasy greasy!
I mean, if you're willingly going to Long John Silvers in Lubbock, you've already shown you make questionable decisions, so perhaps you shouldn't trust my review. However, I wanted to see just how bad it has gotten, so I put my health at risk for your benefit. The place is rundown to the point that even much of the menu board is broken/missing. It looks like the owner has not only spent zero money on upkeep, but is actively trying to make the place look condemned. The service was slow, but the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was okay, but we'll see if I still feel that way about it tomorrow.
They lost our order. We waited 20 minutes then asked about it so we had to wait some more for them to make out plates. Then they shorted my MIL plate half the food. But they got it taken care of. However, the employees were always gracious and helpful. The food was LJS good!
I'm one of those hanger-ons that's keeping LJS going. That said, this location needs a serious deep clean and a remodel. Faded counters and tables, old grease and cobwebs in the corners and walls. I still eat here though. 🤷
The fish was excellent but the chicken strips were tough seems to be overcooked, fly's were bad at window setting. First time here was a lot better.
The price is in league with other fish eateries without the freshness. We still enjoy it every now and then for nostalgia purposes. This establishment was nice and clean on the inside. Well stocked. People were friendly, although not so professional. An argument broke out while we were there & upon our arrival, what I took to believe was the mgr was right outside the door smoking. 1. Pretty sure that's not in compliance with smoking laws needing to be X amount of feet from any establishment entrance 2. It was the guest entrance, not the back. Now given its frigid cold here today, there wasn't any more "protection" from the elements in the front vs the back. Just my opinion. Anyway, food was delicious & made to order. I believe the hush puppies recipe got revamped. They're bigger and not as crunchy or brown as before. Nothing bad, just different. It was a great lunch!
Friendly staff, but vents above in the ceiling sure could use a good cleaning and the tables could use a good cleansing as well. Fish was fairly hard to eat, same as the chicken. Fries were luke warm at best
The bathrooms are gross. The kitchen needs to be deep cleaned. The walls are smoker’s yellow. I have heard that corporate has purchased the Lubbock Stores back? When? When are we going to see some remodeling? Upgrades ? Better service ? This once was one of my favorite places to eat. 🤔

Food was toooo greasy. Cooked in old grease and recooked again. Can barely see the menu so I got dirty popcorn shrimp. Stay too far away to even bother driving back. You wait so long and the food is hot so you think you have waited so long for FRESH food!
Sign says they open at 10am as well as google went to drive thru no one answered and to the door and it was locked. Staff were inside but not open and I arrived at 10:40 am 🤷🏻♀️

They were all I'm walking around. Like they were tortoises. I might say, the tortoise, it would be faster than what they were moving and 2 pieces of fish and 2 pieces of chicken and 1 order of fried clams should not have cost almost $25.
Overcooked and greasy. Fish is now super thin and my piece of chicken was as well. They now have waffle fries which were okay. Long drive through lane since they decided to close up the dining room at 6:30pm for one reason or another.
The hush puppies were so hard could hardly bite into them. Fries were over done.
I don't know how this place is still open. Today they only had two workers. The lady was nice but completely overwhelmed. I placed an online order and tried to go to through the dining room to pick it up but the dining room was closed. So I had to wait 25 minutes in line before I even got to the window even though there was only one car ahead of me. And when I got to the window I had to wait another 20 minutes before I got my food. The whole purpose of ordering online is so you don't have wait 45 minutes for food.
Their drive thru is the slowest ever!!! 30 minutes. The dine in customers can’t even get out. Not worth the wait.
Came inside to dine in, waited at front counter about 20 mins before I was able to order. Assuming older lady is the manager here, I stood and watched her work by herself to get the long drive thru line taken care of as 5 other employees just watched her like they had absolutely nothing to do. Dining room was filthy, every single table, the floors greasy and trashed. Nobody wore gloves except the manager, no hair nets, the work area was greasy and gross..food being stored lids off (corn, green beans, rice) overheard young girl in the back having a argument on her phone 🤦🏽♀️ ive never had issues with the food from this location but I don't think a health inspector has visited this location in years! Everything is filthy...I just don't understand with everyone standing around why nobody has time to sweep or clean tables in dining area or why the manager isn't disbursing work out to the other employees.
Ordered on the app, picked it up. Got home and they gave me an add a piece shrimp instead of the share size I had ordered. Due to the time of day, they would be closed soon, and the fact I live across town from this location, LJS offered to let me pick it up the next day. The one on 50th is so much better.
The food is the only reason to come but the place hasn't been cleaned in years. The tile is slippery with grease all the way to the front door. They no longer take your order by person inside its all through a touch screen. Since they no longer take orders its like they also dont have to have any customer service either. Not worth going in. Cleaner and safer to just pick it up through the drive thru.
The food was good, hot, and fast. But!!! One of the staff was eating in front of the customers (even leaning against the front counter top and eat on it) she was on her phone the whole time. The dinning room need an upgrade and cleaned. The celling tiles are very dirty! 🤢
So I went there today March 31,2025, only to be let down after I had raved to my daughter about the last time I was there. Don’t remember the day but it was around noon and one o’clock on that particular day. The first thing I noticed was the new speaker and ordering sign. That day the fish, shrimp and fries were cooked to a perfect golden crisp. The slaw tasted as fresh as could be expected and the service was also exceptional. Hoping to get struck with the same luck as that day was just too much to ask for. Today I was there about 8:50p.m. (8:50 was when I first took notice because I had already been waiting) and didn’t get my order until about 9:15p.m. Only to receive burnt fish, burnt fries and burnt shrimp. (Did not notice until I got home.)The excuse for the delay was that the person cooking took too long to drop the fish. Ok, so what is the excuse for the burning of all the meal? The young man had asked if I wanted any sauces and I only requested for vinegar. Only vinegar and even that was too much to ask for. As you can see on the pictures I got everything else except vinegar. Last time I was there I did not notice a tip jar and since I noticed it I tipped $1.04 then an extra dollar when he handed me my order. You might laugh at the amount or even see it as an insult, but when you consider that it’s extra money after the hourly wage it can add up quickly. As someone that worked as a waitress in the past. I won’t be tipping window service again. For the first time in my life I actually wished for robots and buttons to make my meal. Incompetence is not okay! Customers should receive what they ordered in a timely manner and to the best quality possible!
It shouldn't take 30 minutes for one kids meal. I've tried this place 3 times already. Workers are too busy talking to eachother than prepping and getting the food out st a reasonable time.
Okay, so I went to this location to get a bite to eat. I pull up at the drive through speaker and I'm told, "We are not talking orders right now". I replied ok and as I'm leaving I see an employee taking a smoke break. Another car pulls up and hmmmm..... they were able to place their order. Poor service, call before you go because someone may be on a smoke break, electricity may be off or the system is not working.
*FOOD POISONING** Worst experience ever. If I could do zero I would! My 2 small kids and myself ALL got FOOD POISONING on Saturday night the 3rd of May. The inside of this place is FILTHY. Do NOT eat here!
Place always has issues. Broken fryer out of batter changing oil. Haven't been able to eat there an a couple of years because of these issues. Happened again tonight. Smh bad local and regional management if they can't fix the problems and the lose another store
We placed an order online and they said they didn't get it even though we already paid. When the order was called in instead: they claimed our person waiting for the meal was rude (being very rude to me) and claimed that the meal was over $50 and we had to pay before we ordered (which makes no sense when how are we supposed to pay when you don't know what we are getting!) even though online the total was only $37. He then hung up on me!
TERRIBLE SERVICE, told us to pull up and had us and others waiting about 15-20 minutes. Take forever to take your order when it's not even close to busy. You can see them messing around through the window. Whoever is in charge GET AHOLD OF IT. How hard is it for them to do their job they were hired to do.
Today was my third attempt to get food at this location through the drive thru. My 2 previous visits I sat and waited for awhile and finally left. This visit I waited then finally drove to the window and waited some more. An employee finally opened the window and informed me it was lobby only. There was no sign. Clearly the window wasn’t broken so there was no reason he could not take my order. So once again I left with no food. I will not go back. How is this place still open?
Our fish was tiny. I noticed people ordering order ing plateres got large fish while people with the box got smaller fish. They didn't give us our cheese curds. They were left in the fryer basket. When the gave them to us they were burnt and cold. This ljs is the worst. I want my $25 back
Got food to go and asked for extra tartar sauce and they tried to charge us almost $9 for extra sauce. Just totally nuts. They told us they were $.20 each when we first asked. Will not be back!!
We have been waiting in store for more than 30 minutes just to place our order. This man waited on half of his order for the whole time I stood there. It was him and his wife so they had two meals. They had his whole plate sitting to the side for 15 minutes getting cold while they took the other 15 minutes for his wife’s plate. The workers were visibly frustrated. Floors and tables were very dirty. There was no ice in the soda machine. It was very dysfunctional. This is a regular occurrence.

Decided to come inside after being parked at the drive thru atleast 20mins. When I decide to come inside the person with the headset was interactiong which seems to be family more then guest who came to order and eat. Seems to be ignoring the drive to entertain family. Restaurants have drive thrus for reasons like people for in a hurry to get on with their own business/life.
Lite waited over an hour in the drive thru line to pick up my order I ordered online. Ask for tarter sauce for 2 fish dinners and got 4. Employee was to worried about talking to the other employees who were all just standing there looking at each other. Need better management
This is by far the worst Long Johns I've ever eaten. You have to be starving to eat at this location. Customer service was good, it wasn't busy. Hush puppies and the fish batter was hard as a ROCK! The food was in no way fresh! Period!

Called on Dec 30 to verify if place was open on New Year’s Day. The lady verified they would open at noon. I drove from Amarillo and arrived at 12:15 only to discover they weren’t open. The sign on the door even stated noon. The inside was dark and door was locked. One car was in drive thru and pulled away. Disappointing to drive 2 hours and had to eat at Burger King next door. Could have stayed home and did that.
I went there for dinner, tried to go inside, but their dinning room was closed due to being short staff. So I went through the drive through, and ordered a three chicken platter. When I received my order. I pulled over and checked my order just to make sure everything was in the bag. That’s when I noticed that make chicken strips were very dark and looked very old. I walked to the drive thru window and asked if they could make my order fresh. Christy stated “yes”, I left and waited almost ten minutes before I walked up to the drive thru window. I received my order. I checked my order, nothing was made fresh. All that was done is that the double dipped my chicken. They never made my order fresh as I requested. This is unacceptable. I should not have to beg and beg just to get fresh chicken. I will never return to these location ever again.
Went thru the drive thru to get food. Got back to work literally 4 minutes away. Warm coleslaw, cold chicken and RUBBER fish. Called the Lubbock 4th street where I got this and no answer. I just paid for a meal and got junk I'm not gonna eat and wasted my lunch break for it. Shameful

My wife and I got done working about 9:15 last night and I got in touch with this little place and ordered a 16-piece family meal from them and they said that somebody ordered one in the Drive-Thru and drove off so they had one cooked I said okay this is what I was given it was burnt and nasty and when I tried to get in touch with them about it they told me they wouldn't replace it ridiculous would not recommend. the lady argued with me that it was fresh cooked and nothing wrong with it yet when bitten into all you could taste was burnt and hard. will never go back
Sucked! Because of LAZY people! We got there about 9:30 this evening. We waited until about 9:45 before they finally gave us our drinks and then we waited another 15 minutes for our food. When we received the food, we drove all the way back home and opened it up, waiting to eat and everything was hard, and the rice wasn't even cooked...crunchy.I had to cook it myself add water and put it in the microwave and then no ketchup, no shrimp sauce, no tartar sauce, no vinegar, no nothing but just a bad attitude! This is May 10th Saturday. They just wanted to get off work and the hell with the customers
If I could give a zero I would. My mom and I went and picked up food, she ordered a number 11 and 2 number 12s. The number 11 has shrimp, I can't have shrimp. So she ordered a number 12 for me and my dad, we get home and mine had shrimp in it!! I'm highly allergic to shrimp. Y'all have got to do better, Im sure there's several people who eat there with a shellfish allergy. I get mistakes happen,but that mistake can end someone life!! Do better!!
Tried to order a family pack online twice. After the first time my order was canceled through LJS, I called and she said they were taking orders so I ordered again and the order was canceled through LJS again!
We ordered 2 three piece chicken with waffle fries and hush puppies. I am here to tell you this was the worst food I have ever had. We had to put the chicken and fries in the oven to finish cooking. I will NEVER order slop from this place again. SO SO DISAPPOINTED. I hope that the people that see this knows to never eat here.
I went to the location one hour prior to closing and the car infront of me drove off from the speaker, instead of moving around to pick up their order. I pulled up and waited for a long time and nobody ever greeted me. Drove around and they were standing in the kitchen area. Tried calling and couldn't get an answer.
We decided to purchase a lobster bite platter yesterday for dinner and hardly anything could be eaten. Some of the fish was cold and overcooked, the chicken was smaller than usual and had a bad taste, the lobster bites were ok but cold, the waffle fries were old and cold and they forgot the hush puppies. Only thing I liked really were the green beans. Please check the food before you simply hand it to someone. Have pride in your work so people will want to come back to your establishment.
I should have known when I drove up for drive thru to see a sign that was closed and it was front counter only. Since I haven’t had Long John Silvers in a while, I chose to walk in. The line was fairly long but I waited along with everybody else to place an order in the filthy restaurant. When the family in front of me was told it would be a 20 minute wait, that was too much so I went next door to get a burger at a fast food restaurant.
Lobby was filthy we had to clean our own table, this place is VERY unsanitary. Nobody is wearing a hairnet/gloves. The hand washing sink clearly is not being used. There are 5+ people working with more coming from the back but yet the drive thru was line up around the building & inside it took at least 15 minutes for me to even be addressed at the counter. (Not even order being taken but just a simple I'll be with shortly). The back was absolutely filthy. As a customer you should never see the back being unkept. This place NEEDS a visit from the health inspector, new management and crew! Also nobody was matching/ in uniform. Nobody looked kept and dressed appropriately for work. Everybody was unprofessional. They have jewelry on the wrists, dirty ordering station. As a person who just got finished working at taco bell, I can notice how UNSATISFACTORY the entire store is.
Service was slow the food was not what I expected but barely edible and the atmosphere was dull and boring lightning was barely adequate just not what was expected for it being a long john silvers
Wow! Can't believe what I saw. My wife and I were sitting waiting on our order and witnessed an employee eat a piece of food off a customers plate as the customer watched him do it. The employee was confronted and he tried to deny it happened. On top of all that the place was dirty and no one was cleaning behind the customers after eating. The staff were confused on orders and the place was not even busy. What really topped it off is the employee that ate the piece off the plate and one other employee with long blond hair laugh about what happened.
Came through the drive thru about almost 2 hrs ago Ang have been sick for the last 40 min 1/2 of the shrimp and good and the other half looked like it had been sitting there all damn day green beans were good coleslaw on the other hand was not!
If I could give zero stars I would. They switched the fries to waffle fries and the fries were bigger than the chicken planks. It looks like they took one plank and cut it on half to make two. The shrimp was so small compared to what it used to be. I understand inflation is killing everybody right now but it's not ok to raise the price on the menu and skimp on the product. We asked for Pepsi and was told they were out, but my cousin went inside to use the bathroom and asked for a Pepsi and they gave her one. When she came back to the car she said it was so smokey in the restaurant you could barely breathe in there. Then we could hear one male employee cussing loud on the phone walking back and forth. Overall I understand it's a fast food restaurant but it's way over priced for the portion size and the atmosphere is not great.
Worst experience in dine in,, from when we walked in it was filthy dirty, we finally ordered and was waiting everyone was mad on the wait, then a customer said he wasn't eating cause the worker grabbed a chicken off his plate and ate it, it was a big scene, we waited another 25 mins for our food and the workers were mixing up the orders and another thing once the customer that left about complaining on the worker that ate there chicken the manager put him back on the cash register once they left like nothing happened I'm like heck no, they were not using gloves didn't notice that till we were leaving I'm like never again my suggestion is get a whole new crew and manager that will get that place going right it was so dirty, we drove from plainview to this location just to eat here and never again.... they just put a roll of brown paper towels that go in the restroom on the counter for us to use it was just a mess!!!!!!
We haven’t been to Long John Silvers in quite a while. But we were craving it so we went. Unfortunately, we chose this location. There was no ice in either fountain machines for your drinks. The staff was literally on their cell phones while they’re taking orders and plating orders. Whole restaurant is just nasty. The floor wasn’t swept. There’s trash on the floor. The ceiling has dirt or dust hanging from it. There was no tartar sauce or ketchup. It was just a very gross environment to eat in. And when you have the staff on their phones, taking orders, and plating the orders that’s just crazy. Would not recommend
Don't ever eat here they nasty they rude the hire people who do not give A damn about nothing or your food. The drive threw us rude the service is slow and the food is not good. And when you complain get ready to be met with threats of violence
My experience wasn’t good at all!!!! The girls there were talking mess because how late we went and making smart comments but we ignored it. However i get home to eat my fish and it was not cooked through all the way!!! Which had me thinking that this was not by accident since they were already upset at the time we went!! Never will i go there again!!!
The food is good but the wait the last three time I have been here was horrible over thirty minutes in the drive threw if they even take your order in that time. Very disappointed
I overall had a good experience. Crew was friendly and helpful. I'm afraid that after I ate there I was sick the next day. All day. I hope this is just a fluke. I couldn't eat or drink anything for a whole day.
The last time we came we had the best experience! We came back tonight 11/12/2025 at 8:15 spent $50 had to wait 45 mins. Was missing 3 sides and when asked about them one of the girls with braids had a nasty attitude she tossed my cheese bites on the counter and never once apologized for the inconvenience. She got verbally abusive towards 1 customer due to her missing some items and walked off mumbling stuff. All she was doing was just standing around and talked about people. The restrooms were sooo nasty. She was not willing to help anyone. She would have been useful cleaning the restroom instead of talking about everyone.
This is definitely a place to threaten a child if they are acting up. I went here and the entire time I was nauseous and when I took a sip of my drink it made my stomach hurt. My son's chicken was raw never again.
Ngl this place is buns, took 20 minutes to get a doordash order, keep in mind its 7 they close at 10 there is one family inside the restaurant, the doors are closed so we had to use drive thru and 4 people left the line before they could even get their orders taken, absolutely diabolical. Never again
Out of three items that I ordered. Cashier did not even offer a sorry we are out! I love this food but they better get it together or they can close down.
No idea how this place still runs. Service has always been abysmal, today I was there 25 past opening, door was still locked, and when looking at the guy putting food in the fryer through the drivethru, he just shook his head. When I pointed at my watch, he shrugged and shook his head again.
Good luck getting them to acknowledge or take an order at the drive thru. Multiple times it takes over 10-20 minutes for them to respond at the order box. The owner needs to hire people and hold them to a standard or close this location. Dining room is always filthy and when you get food, it’s almost always bad.
I ordered a #12, I believe is what it was 3 pieces chicken, 2 fish and added clams. So where in the hell is my chicken, got fish, fries, hush puppies but No chicken for $16.22. I call no one answers, says their busy, when I left only one car in drive thru is all, cook standing around. I’ll NEVER go back AGAIN, OWNER needs to get his restaurant straightened out
Sad, just sad. The cashier was polite and professional. The kitchen staff, not so much. Yelling and profanity coming from the kitchen, not good for business. The fish and chicken was so salty it was not edible. The corn and green beans had been sitting in a warmer for so long they tasted burnt. Hush puppies are my favorite. Not from here. Big nasty blobs of batter. Overall, I feel this place should do the area a favor and close their doors. This is one of the. Closest locations to Amarillo and we are sorry we made the trip.
