Do I really have to explain how good kfc is. It's KFC it's perfect. The biscuits are soft, the Chicken is delicious, the sides are more than just an accessory to the meal and just as delicious as the rest of the food. And if you just get desperate for a diabetic coma while you are there just order a KFC bowl or two they are pretty good as well.

I haven't been here in months but stopped by today for lunch around 12:30 and was extremely impressed with the food, timelyness and customer service!!! The woman working the drive through window was very friendly as well. Keep up the good work!

Ordered an 8 piece bucket. I said I wanted all white. It was supposed to be 4 breasts and 4 wings. Get home and the breast pieces I specifically asked for were thighs. I paid more because I don't like thighs. Apparently chicken piece identification isn't something they teach their employees.

The employees were kind and patient with me since I rarely go there and took a while to order. But I did not enjoy the order of tenders with the Nashville sauce. At all!! Tasted like I was dipping my chicken in spicy grease. Ugh! Is that what it was supposed to be? Needless to say I will NOT be ordering that again.

There was one lady employee that was trying to do her best to help everybody. The rest of the staff needs to be replaced. I don't need to say anymore cuz it took me over 8 minutes to even get them to acknowledge me!

I don't know the chicken wasn't good must have been old and it upset it my husband and my stomach after we ate there we haven't ate there since.

They took my order they took my money then said they didn't have anything no coleslaw and no mashed potatoes no gravy they offered me peas and carrots. They should have turn the light off and went home

The chicken is great usually but they never have any chicken. Three times in a row there was either no chicken at all or there was a thirty minute wait time. Even now I’ve been waiting 20 minutes with no end in sight. Terrible.

KFC should be aware that their drumsticks look like they are cut from the chicken wings. They are so small for the price you are for. That should be two drumsticks for the price of one. We want our money's worth when the customers come in. I did mention it to the manager. She said that she couldn't do anything about it.

They were out of several drinks, tenders, and white meat when I went. The lady who helped me was friendly. I got the #12, which was a zinger, a leg, two sides, and a biscuit. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes were in the picture and was what I wanted so I didn't specify sides. What I got was a leg that was very dry, two sides of mashed potatoes for some reason, no biscuit, and a zinger. The highlight of the meal was definitely the zinger, which is the only reason I'm giving this place even two stars, because that was an amazing sandwich. If I ever come back, it'll be just for that, but chances are, they'll be out of them.

We ordered an 8 piece chicken strip meal and for the sides I got coleslaw and mash potatoes, it's been 15 minutes and the employee comes out and says that ther out of coleslaw, seriously, I said green beans for the replacement, we've been waiting for awhile now and come to find out the employee had given our order to someone else, after waiting for awhile again we finally got our order and when we got home there was no green beans instead they put macaroni and cheese, the tenders tasted like they had been sitting around the whole time we were waiting for our order, not worth 30 dollars.

Staff was very friendly, but I asked for unsweet tea, he asked at the window if I had sweet tea. I said no unsweet tea. He gave me the one he had fixed anyway which was sweet tea. I ordered a 3 piece strip combo, did not get any gravy and got a 5 piece with fries. Really would have liked to have my UNsweet tea and my gravy...

Got the bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and chicken. For the price it was horrible. I’m pretty sure the chicken was just one chicken strip torn into pieces. The corn & gravy maybe a tablespoon. For over 8 dollars it should have been more. For 5 dollars more I could buy a 3 lbs of Tyson strips from Sam’s. Chicken sandwich was not as good as chic or Popeyes

I went into the KFC to get some chicken and a drink. I went inside, used my credit card to pay, then was told they had no soda. So I asked for my money back neither of the managers working, spoke English. They had to get a young lady from the back who could translate. I’m all for immigration, but come on man at least have one person who can speak our native tongue, and what kind of a manager runs out of soda.

The remodelling looks really good. However they are not so family friendly. They do not have any high chairs and I did not see a changing table in the bathroom.

Went today, Easter, at NOON and ordered the 8 piece meal. First thing they said was that they had no coleslaw. The chicken was horrible and there was no white meat which they did not tell us about. $28 for dark meat and and mashed potatoes. Wouldn’t bother with this KFC.

I don't know what's going on with a chicken places in our town but the chickens pc.look like Wingstop's chicken as far as size. Also this location was very slow at the drive-thru repeating my order more than once and then getting the order completely wrong. I have never had complaints KFC but I guess there's always a first time not happy

Horrible customer service . I went through the drive thru with a friend so we were going to have separate orders. When I got to the window they only let me pay for one order, they told me that I had to drive around to get the second order. What kind of restaurant can’t separate your order? Never come back here again. Not about to drive all the way around just to get my other order.

I attempted to go through the drive thru today. There was a nest of Wasp on the menu. I am allergic to wasp and explained to the cashier that I wanted to just place my order and pull up for fear of being stung. Instead of allowing me to move up she questioned everything I said. I was absolutely distraught and disgusted over this KFC in lufkin. Rude isn't even the word I sat at the speaker for 18 minutes I couldn't move because there were cars behind me and in front of me and no one acknowledged me for almost 20 minutes when I got up to the window I spoke to the manager and told him how pathetic his crew was. When we got our food the order was completely wrong the chicken was raw the potatoes were terrible they were like water it was the worst experience of any KFC I have ever been to I will never never go back to that KFC y'all need to clean your restaurant y'all need to get some good customer service in there and you all need to care about what you're feeding your public

My visit to the Conroe Texas K.F.C was almost as bad as the visit to the Lufkin Texas K.F.C 1st and foremost the workers are rude and the restaurant was dirty so after standing in line for about 15 minutes , which was unbelievable to me. There are only 2 in front of me, but there were several people working when i came in and they all seemed to have disappeared. They certainly weren't cleaning anything , so maybe they were at a mandatory meeting on " how to treat customers" nope that wasn't it either. Then i seen them come through the door blowing smoke (I'm a smoker myself ) however when I go back to work I wash my hands, which not one of them did. needless to say I cant tell you how the food was because i went somewhere else.

This KFC left a lot to be desired. The young man, jamarion, didn't get the order clear and we kept repeating it. We had to wait for some of our order. Didn't give me a receipt until I asked. They had no Pepsi so I ordered Mt dew and it was flat. No honey butter just honey. I didn't like the fact that my full name was on the receipt... It could have gotten into the wrong hands. I probably will not go back.

Dont waste your time or your money. I went by after a bible study and had to pull to the window after honking several times to get the attention drive through attendent. Food was old and not at all what was asked for. Biscuits hard a brick, tenders also just as hard. Just pass on by

ordered Mac and cheese wraps. Got to the drive thru and they told us they didn't have tortillas to make them. Offered to make them in buns. Which we said ok. When we finally got the order in the buns, no Mac and cheese just a chicken strips in a dry buns. Never gonna visit this KFC again.

Was told they were not going to make anymore mashed potatoes because they closed in 45 minutes. I did the mobile order for first time yesterday. Went through the drive thru to pickup my mobile order and was informed you can’t pick it up there, you have to park and come inside only to pick up the online mobile order to go. Stupid setup they have for the mobile order. Next time I will just order at the drive thru and won’t preorder no more. Food is the same as it always is. Went because it was close and thought it would be quick grab and go but nope. I got the pot pie and to be honest the pot pie at KFC needs some work. Brookshire Brothers on Frank Street has way better pot pies in their deli than KFC has. Down side is it’s on the west side of town and there is no drive thru, but hey with this KFC making everyone come inside to pickup their mobile order guess it’s not much different if you want better quality food.

They were out of half the things we ordered, asked us what we wanted instead and then still didn't give us what we'd ordered. The rest of the order was wrong too, so my daughter is on her way to pick up something else. Never again.

Just ordered a 3 wing combo 2 original and 1 crispy with mash and gravy with Sierra mist no ice. To begin with the wait in line was entirely too long and to get home after the wait to an hard old biscuit and not fresh chicken is unbelievable. My first time going to this KFC and I'm disappointed

It was 8pm when we went to kfc drive thru, and asked for chicken tenders and they said they had no tenders then asked for a famous bowl and they said they had no nuggets. Then asked what they had and person said I’m just chicken. Then we asked for #14 and they said it would be a 4 minute wait so if they had ti cook the chicken sandwhich they could of drop some chicken tenders just think they shouldn’t be able to decided what and when they want to cook.

Went to get a bowl with no corn,chicken sandwich and a large dp.... started off with complaining about me not wanting corn in my bowl.. then told me they had no lids or large cups.... the only thing that was good about my experience was when I left.... people seem like none of them want to be at work!! I would give a zero if possible. Ordered for delivery. Chicken sandwiches were old and cold. Received 4 containers of gravy, zero potatoes. Ordered diet Pepsi & rec'd regular pepsi (can't have the sugar). First time ever eating at KFC since moving to Lufkin. Will never order again. Tried calling the location at least a dozen times and nobody answers the phone. With the prices you charge, shame on you for lousy customer service snd outright laziness with getting a simple order correct. Ridiculous. Delivery driver was the only positive part as very nice. My mom and I work in nacogdoches Texas had a hard day at work. My mom decided she had enough energy to go order us some to go food from our very favorite chicken place which is already on the expensive end. In our opinions. Felt it was worth it. Not this time. After three or four mistakes here are there we let it go. Don't want to make a big deal or big think about it. However this was a very pathetic order. So insane that we worked very hard today drove all the way from nacogdoches and decided to go to KFC in Lufkin Texas. Where we reside. A little further out from in town. I called speak with the manager. I explained it was not the correct order to begin with. Then further explained that a little further out than Town worked very hard did not even have the energy to go back. I was informed that I had to return the food as it was. In the box before being compensated at a later date. As if I were a perpetual complainer or something. And I get that they may not know that. However given the circumstances I feel that they could have gone an extra mile with that and documented the person the name to Father assure themselves that I am not a person that does that. Which I am also a person that works in the food industry and totally understand. To a certain degree. But being hung up on by the person in charge is above and beyond disrespectful. And I am completely appalled. By the manner of which they handled a complaint at all. So now I am going to go back up there. And provide photos and all the food. But that is extra gas. An energy I didn't want to have. Because it was outright disrespectful. Not great your customer service whatsoever. If she was unable to provide that. I feel she should have been able to provide information to contact someone above her concerning that direct store. 4 hours that I can come into the store where I could speak to them directly someone that was obligated and allowed that leisure to handle that entire situation and their opinion and their ability to be better. That didn't happen I was hung up on. So so disrespectful. No apologies. Literally no respect at all.

Went through drive thru placed my order all white meat got home 35 miles away just to see it was all dark meat! Took it back and they was very rude with no apology the girl at window snatched the bag and when she came back 5 minutes later she shoved it out the window rudely and shut the window! If I can give KFC drive thru a zero star I would, I just drove up to the drive thru and I ordered two piece meal with macaroni and cheese, cole slaw and drink, I get home, openrd the box instead of cole slaw, there was potatoes and grave in the box

Horrible service , rude staff and food almost always either very undercooked or dried out old not fresh and order frequently incorrect. Size of chicken is very small. Over all very disappointing compared to other KFC locations like Splendora Tx which is fabulous in both food and service . In fairness this Lufkin location gets it right every once in about 10 orders or at least that has been my experience. The only consistent thing about them is the poor quality .

I was in the drive-thru so I didn't go inside. An hour before closing there was no tea made, sweet or unsweetened. They had to check and see if they had any white meat left. Of the two combos ordered, they got one right. The 2 piece had a wing and a breast, which was correct. On the 3 piece, I asked for a wing, a leg, and a breast. I got home and it had 3 thighs inside. I don't eat dark meat, so much for eating the chicken tonight. Tried to call the number at the location no person answered, and the voicemail is full so no messages can be left. Also whenever I picked up the chicken in the box to check my hand was covered in grease.

Placed and PAID for an online order only to arrive to the store to be told that they were out of most of the items ordered. Tried to speak with manager at store, but she couldn't speak any english! Called customer service to process refund and talked to 2 ladies from the PHILLIPINES who could not process the refund because the store had not closed out the order. Was asked to call back in 30 minutes to try again. I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow. This has been the absolute most ridiculous experience we have ever had at any establishment.

First and unfortunately, the last time I will eat here. We were excited to try the new sauced nuggets, and they were terrible. I truly believe we were given microwaved chicken(leftover from lunch it was 3 pm).It was cold inside and soggy. Do not recommend this location. I hate to give negative reviews, but this place was truly pitiful.

So each time I go here it seems the quality of chicken is decreasing. This time the big box chicken tenders were not edible. The batter was soggy and the chicken was like biting into rubber. It wasn't warm. It was room temperature again. To top it off, the bathroom is clean but there is no cold water on sink and the mens restroom smells of reoderizer and swamp gas. I am done. No more chances... Time to go to another chicken vendor because everybody in town makes better chicken.

Asked for a large and received medium. Also asked for sauce and didn’t receive any. Chicken was terribly dry. Just too many things wrong in one visit. Management needs to review their program and make some changes.

If I had taken a bite out of a brick it would have been softer and tastier. 3rd piece was a meatless wing?!!! The longest wait ever, at least 30 mins of what it would have been an 8 minute wait. Sorry, but nothing was good at all.
