A friend and I stopped in right before closing Wednesday January 15th on our way to Fairfield from visiting some friends in North Fork. We were greeted warmly by Hannah who seated us and took our drink order. She returned promptly with our drinks a mocha cold brew iced coffee and an iced tea then took our order. She checked on us multiple times while we waited for our order. She brought out our order and my meal was absolutely perfect I had the cheesecake pancakes with eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon while my friend had all you can eat pancakes with ham, sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns, he did say the ham was a bit dry and the bacon was a bit too crisp however we were both happy with our meal overall. Hannah continued to make sure we didn't need anything and even asked if we wanted to-go drinks and the end of our visit. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in or passing through the area...

Chicken & Bacon Cheddar Waffles....THE BEST!! Plus the cheddar is mixed into the waffles!!! Great service and there was no wait time. Will come back again.

Food was fine, it was more about the service I got, first time being there, I'm assuming the manager was the one who helped us and seated us, 30 mins past by and we barely got our drinks ordered I really didn't understand why it took forever for a server to take our drinks should have been at that moment to take our drinks, it seemed like the servers were busy or short of staff but the manager could have helped us with our drinks but no she just sits across from us being on her phone like how is that allowed and shows her being unprofessional. The manager should have been checking up on tables if her servers were being swamped. First time where 30 mins past being there and our drinks weren't being placed. Our server was nice. But this establishment I will never come back to. Manager seemed really like she didn't care enough since she wants to be on her phone on the clock sitting down. She should have helped with our drinks, the other Ihop I went to the manager helped take orders and such because she wanted to help out her staff when they were busy.

So let me start by saying the food is good but when it comes to the service in this place it needs help I was sitting with out a drink for 20 mins because the server took my drink to refill it then when I got my food my mom then reminded the server of the drink that I had been waiting for and then when I asked for more of the bottom less fries I waited for another 30 mins before a different server who was not our server came and asked if we needed anything like refills and I said I was waiting on my fries and he was kind enough to go get them for me and there was another family in there who waited an hour for them to get water and there food order they where going to leave and I sent the server to their table I do not know where our server had went but its people like that who make us not want to go back to a restaurant like IHOP (IHOB) so therefore I am rating it a 2 star restaurant until the service gets better. This was the BBQ BURGER I think there should of been more fries on the plate

My 75 year old mother came in just a little while ago after walking miles and was taken to a table. After 20 mins the waitress never appeared. My mom watched her figure up the tabs for others and chit chat with other employees. Never once came to ask her for her drink order. She ended up leaving.

This place sucks the cooks dnt do a good job on cooking the food and the servers no compredo when taking the order cuz they dont bring back what the order was

I ordered a Happy Face Pancake Combo for my son on July 3rd, 2024. I ordered it with sausage, but received bacon. I called the restaurant to try to fix it with them, but was greeted with rude and disrespect. I was transfered to manager who was also disrespectful! I was told I can come pick up ONLY 2 sausage. The audacity! Madera IHOP ruined my son's meal and I didn't even get an apology or we're sorry for the mistake. It's an implied I'm wrong response that was given. I'm really thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

My wife wanted to get me my birthday dinner at IHOP and told me to place the order. I ordered a Cowboy BBQ Steak burger with fries. She picked up the order via curbside and brought it back home. I was excited to dig into the burger until I saw that there was no BBQ sauce or onion rings on the burger (as you can see from the photos). I double checked to make sure that I ordered correctly. Come to find out, THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!! I called to speak with the manager on duty, but the phone kept ringing and ringing; no one ever picked up. I wasn't going to wait forever on hold while my food was getting cold. Hopefully corporate will see this review and reach out to me for a resolution. If so, I'll update the review.
