This is my go-to for texmex in the area. Tacobell is okay but offers nothing vegetarian and it's annoying having to sub all the meat for beans. Staff also prepare food far quicker than Taco Bell on Erie Blvd. Usually tidy but can be a bit messy when they get hit with a rush. Overall I will always recommend Moe's over TB of Chipotle. Prices are fair and selection is far better.

This is my favorite Moe's out of the ones I've been to. Manager Anthony is incredible, friendly and fun to talk to during waits. Everything is always clean and he makes sure he doesn't run out of stuff he's pretty on top of staying prepped.

Food is BOMB and the people at this location are the real MVPs. Made an online order and due to a personal hiccup, I wasnt able to make it there before close. They held onto it til I got there and ran it out to me and not a single mistake to be found 🤩😍 15/10 burrito is life.

Great food. Usually busy on Monday's (burrito deal) and Tuesday's (kids eat free). Their burritos are huge for the price. Chips and salsa are free, as are refills from their two coca cola freestyle machines.

Great value compared to the comparable Chipotle, sans the free norovirus you get at the latter. Guac included with your bowls, and discounts on Monday. Friendly service and clean restaurant, will be returning!

I have always had a great experience at this Moe's location. The food is fresh and well prepared, and the salsas are kept full. A couple times I saw the manager come through the dining area to provide customers with fresh, hot chip refills. The line gets really long around lunch time -- you can skip the line by using the Moe's app. Otherwise, expect a long wait during the lunch rush. The only things they need to work on are getting the tables wiped down more frequently during high-turnover times of day and keeping all their televisions functional.

Moe's is fantastic. Their burritos are great and there's a lot of options for ingredients. I'm always left happy with my food. It's also very quick and the employees are very friendly. It's in a good location so if you're looking for a quick bite to eat while you're doing errands, I would definitely recommend Moe's.

I came into this Moe’s on Monday at 7:57 because I was craving it (after my workout class of course) I felt horrible for going in 3 minutes before closing time but Alveda and staff were so upbeat and kind! They were out of a lot of things from supply chain shortages but that’s the world we live in right now. My stack was taking a few minutes to cook on the grill and she gave me a free drink for waiting. Super friendly people and made my night! Thank you queens!!!!

Moe's is a go-to for our family. Tonight, we ordered through the app for delivery as we couldn't pick up. Somehow a couple of the items got deleted from the order rather than modified, there were a few inaccuracies on the app,, and our delivery person forgot the drinks. BUT...I called, and talked with an incredibly polite young man (Bruce?) who put me on the line with his manager, Anthony. Anthony went out of his way to make *everything* right, taking extra time out of the craziness of Moe's Monday to edit the order as needed, process a refund, and place a new order for the missed items and attached the drinks to it. We all make mistakes sometimes, but I was VERY impressed by the way these folks handled it. 👏 👏 👏

Not only was I greeted with a smile, the gentleman who made my burrito was pleasant as well. Anthony, who I believe was the manager, went above and beyond for me by making flour chips instead of corn chips for me due to a corn allergy. I’m extremely happy! Thank you!

Been to several Moe's over the years. They're franchaises so the conditions can vary from store to store. I've seen good. I've seen bad. This once is a good one. The place is clean. The employees are clean and courteous.

Food was excellent! Busy around the 12-1 lunch hour rush, but the staff was quick, precise, accurate and friendly during the process. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food you receive. The free chips and salsa are a nice touch, as well as the Freestyle Coke machine if you're indecisive with your drink order and the option to purchase alcoholic beverages. Overall, a great place to eat with competitive prices.

I'm very familiar with Moe's and have eaten at a few different locations. I was very impressed with this particular one. The staff was super friendly and polite. We had lunch on a Monday for Moe Monday , which is a great deal where you get a burrito or burrito bowl with chips, salsa, and a drink all for around $5.99 (prices due vary by location though). The portions are generous and the food is fantastic and filling.

I have been going here for years and it never disappoints! I love the semi recent redesign! The employees were very kind and welcoming. And when there weren't any lids they quickly replenished them and apologized! Overall it was very welcoming!

My first time there. I met a wonderful employee of Moe's Southwest Grill, Camillus, (Tavares.) He convinced me to come back in a hr. Once they opened, I was greeted with the loud and happy... "Welcome to MOE'S! 🎶 " Staff was welcoming, inviting and was truly my pleasure to meet!! 😊 The food was DELICIOUS 😋 😍.... STOP 🛑 SERIOUS.... DELICIOUS!! Down to the last bite! Great Food, Great Atmosphere the only issue was that one worker (who appeared to be on break) walked behind the counter and was having a conversation with another employee all while NOT having a mask on at all.. almost had to reconsider getting our takeout.

Love moes! Queso is a must for me! But cashier with glasses is not pleasant. Enough to leave a review about it in hopes she knows it bothered me. I get you guys are fast paced, but there was no one but me in here. And she was very pushy as if I was bothersome. But I will be back because I like it.

It’s Moe’s they are all about the same.. this location seems to have more issues with the soda station than others I have been to.. the app scanning for the coupons is not the best.. I was going to use 20$ treating my husband.. and they said it wouldn’t work so we paid for them with our credit card and a few weeks later I noticed that they took the 20$ and I emailed and they said basically they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me once they are gone..

Everytime I come here the food is great but the service is so slow because they are always understaffed. 2 Employees on the line is not enough, especially at rush hour. Hire enough employees to actually run your business properly. So tired of seeing business understaff and overwork their employees. Customer facing employees here are great! Management needs work.

Store was crowded and staff was rushed on the day I visited. I think the chicken could have used 5 more min on the grill. Staff was pleasant and helpful. And the tables needed to be cleaner during covid. And no drinks were available due to a water shortage and paying $2.50 for a water was irritating. But I eat my food so. 🤷‍♀️

I have mixed feelings about the staff shouting welcome to every person who enters the door... it gets kind of annoying. That said, this is a typical Moe's. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and they have the awesome coke machine with the mix-your-own flavor options...

Fairly good after spicing it up once I got home. Salsa was completely bland and underwhelming. Coming from Colorado where Mexican food is thriving, this is slightly expected. The beans didn't have much flavor either. The staff was nice enough and the manager did a good job with me as it was my first time. The crunch wrap item was grilled well and kind of saved it overall. I really enjoyed their chips which tasted fresh and made in house, but the salsa could really have used some more garlic and lime at the very least - this may just be a restaurant safety net? It could have been worse. On Mondays you get a free drink with a burrito purchase, which was nice. The booth we sat at was clean as were the bathrooms. The music selection seemed personal to one person and not aimed at entertaining a larger audience, which I feel if changed thoughtfully would enhance the atmosphere and the dynamic between the staff, who didn't seem so happy to be there. Anyway, strange background aside, we were pretty happy with the results. Try a little of their Chipotle sauce next time, it was delicious!

We were treated well and the line moved quickly for being at a busy time. The loud greeting when people come in is part of their service, but was a little distracting when trying to have a conversation. Also, there was a bit of confusion about what went onto our bill (multiple orders in one), and about what kind of drink was ordered. But, it was taken care of promptly, and the food was good!

Food is as expected for a Moe’s. Slow prep, however. Ordered online and showed up at time on app, and the order wasn’t even started. Not busy at the time but still had to wait 15 minutes as food was made.

Moe's is alright for something quick, definitely will not be my first choice when it comes to Ameri-Mex. I stopped by during lunch, so it was pretty busy. There was probably a 10 minute wait for my food. Tried to switch it up and try something new, bad idea. I don't recommend the queso 😭😭 or the quesadilla.

So slow. Its Moes so you know what you're getting did wise and that stays consistent but this location is always busy and always takes forever to get your order. For some reason they rarely have ice and the machine always seems to be down.

They were very busy. Only two employees working with no help and they were so backed up. I felt bad for the two ladies. Management needs to do better with staffing and not only have two people working. I was there at 3:30pm after getting my kids from school and I was honestly shocked how busy it was.

It’s not the moe’s you knew. Ever since the rebrand it’s been disappointing. The ingredients have changed in quality and there’s less ingredients as a whole to choose from. For example. The grilled onions are now mixed with the peppers. The tomatoes are now pico de gallo style. It’s just so cut and dry now, you can see they’re trying to be like chipotle. The bowls are smaller now. Of course inflation has hit big here as well. Moe’s Monday is now 9.99. (Used to be $5) I know a lot of this is out of the employees control and is probably bad corporate/owner decision making. Overall it’s still not a bad place to eat but it’s certainly not the moe’s I knew.

This Moe’s is ran terribly. Staff is disorganized and slow. They have no idea who is doing what. They waste time with mobile orders with a line out the door. The cashier is too busy chitchatting with customers waiting rather than moving the line along. They gave customers wrong orders and messed up almost every order out the door.

I ordered the Home Wrecker to go on Moe's Monday. The black beans were really waxy and made the burrito inedible. I guess when you jam a bunch of mediocre ingredients together you don't get great, you just get a lot more mediocre. I'll try them again but this one was pretty bad guys...

Hands down worst Moe's ever we waited in line for 2 hours and the bathroom was absolutely the worst smelling bathroom I've ever encountered... I understand they were busy but there's no reason why a restroom should smell like whales jizzzz... it was truly that bad 👎

I have to say i love this place... When i walked in no one said welcome to Moes like usual, the tables were dirty, the employees hurried me through the line, the rice was hard, the mushrooms weren't cooked and i had to pay $26? I don't think i will be returning for another 8 months.

The pork was WAY over salted. It was inedible. There were actual crunchy salt crystals in the pork. My chicken was under salted and lacked any flavor. The chipotle ranch cups were 1/3 full and no knives? Just out or? Disappointed overall.

Moe's used to be so much better in quality, offerings and price. Now their "Moe's Monday" isn't really much of a savings unless you routinely get drinks with your meal. I don't so it ends up costing the same as any other day. I know inflation drives everything up and they have to compensate, I just wish it didn't mean a decline in quality as well. Paying more for less.

Usually, I love Moe's, but the last couple of visits have been major disappointments. No sour cream, no black beans, no tofu, no calorie-free drinks. Additionally, their orders were all kinds of messed up. They made my niece a burrito instead of a stack and tried to give me (and charge me for) someone else's burrito. Not ok.

Usually have no issue here but the past few visits have been different. I had placed my usual order for pickup before walking to moes on my lunch break, walked back just to find out they had given me guacamole and sour cream in my burrito bowl (which I did not order) as well as forget my queso. I understand mistakes happen but I have health conditions that require me to not eat certain foods and being on a time crunch, there was no way to go back and fix the issue. I ended up tossing out the food I payed for because I couldn’t eat it. Just really disappointing.

This Moes stinks on a level that is almost impressive. So far I have ordered for Door Dash delivery here 4 times, because apparently I like misery. 3 of the 4 times I have ordered a cup of queso and not received it once. Two separate times I ordered a home wrecker, and a stacker but received a bowl instead — however, one of those times they managed to get the cup of queso in the bag. I guess I thought I was rooting for the underdog to pull off this impossible task I was asking of them to make food remotely properly, or at least put food into a bag. I can’t even blame the Door Dash driver because it turns out the receipt is correct with what I ordered, they just purposely ignore it. I can highly recommend this place if you enjoy food service that excels at being terrible.

Updated! Last week we convinced our family to go to our favorite Moe's instead of Chipotle...…There were tons of staff now but they gave ONE THIRD of the amount and when we requested the standard that is listed on the wall they missed a few items. Needless to say our extend family was not impressed. Original post: Understaffed and out of soda and felt rushed even though no one was behind me. Food was tasty though and the one younger man was very kind.

Went there last night. Place was empty, and def not the Moe's vibe you usually get when you walk in. No one said the infamous "Welcome to Moe's". Ordered the Homewrecker burrito. The thing was as small as a regular burrito. They skimped on everything. I have gone here several times and NEVER had such a small burrito. When asked why the server was skimping, he just shrugged it off. If it wasn't for the queso, i wouldn't be going back. Not worth what you pay.

Asked for a homewrecker burrito (a menu item) and the people making the food looked at me like I was an idiot. You have to tell them how to make everything on the menu, not sure why they have one. Service is always rude. One or two people say welcone to moes when you come in, feels more like they mean GO AWAY. Chipotle across the street is a better experience for the same money.

Just left this restaurant. The customer service is terrible. You will walk up to the counter and the employees will not greet you, instead they look away. Then they point you in the direction where to pick up your mobile order without using their words... almost as if though you are bothering them on their JOB.. Terrible customer service. Stick to the one in Camillus NY. The one on Erie is ghetto

Ordered through the Moe's app. Make sure you check your food. Order was wrong, 10$ wasted, the burrito they sent had everything i wouldnt want on a burrito. Bad experience, wasted a lunch break and a drive to get the wrong food. Not the first time it has happened. Would not and will not return.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order well there was a small line. Ignored all of us without even saying I’ll be with you in a minute. Didn’t ask if I wanted any vegetables and started wrapping my burrito had to stop her and ask for veggies. When I went to sit down tables were all dirty.

No drinks what so ever, bathrooms were absolutely trashed, dining room was disgusting, every table was unclean, you'd think for being in the middle of a pandemic things would be A LOT more clean than this. I wouldn't come back to this location ever again until they get their act together

Both Google and the phone message for the Erie Blvd location say it's open till 9pm, but it was locked at 8pm today. For the second time in under a week. Google was purportedly updated five days ago. Less than pleased with the false advertising.

The customer service was really bad. We waited in line for 10 minutes and then the lady who took our order, was really hostile towards me and my family. Not a good experience. I used to go there when I was a little kid and now it sucks.

Whats the point of ordering ahead if they don't make it until you get there. Staff was trying to clean for closing at 745 when they close at 9. Like TVs off, chairs up, most stuff put away. Other locations are WAY better!

Stopped in for lunch and our free 2/7tee shirts and with much hemming and hawking we each (3) got our shirts. Another customer asked for hers and was told they where gone. After giving out 3? The restaurant opened at 11 so at 11:30 and 3 shirts they're gone? We where the first ones in so I know they didn't give away a bunch. Just BULLSHIT

They are too busy completing online orders to serve people at the counter. Order a burrito, and you get through the rice beans and protein promptly. Then you wait for >10 minutes for salsa/cheese/lettuce, and to cash out. Meanwhile the staff is hustling with the online orders. Helpful staff, just bad online order priorities.

Worst Moes in the area! Wife and I ordered our meals on their app 1 hour ahead of pickup time. I showed up and they were doing the online orders as people came in. They then proceeded to give me and my wife rice, beans, and lettuce. Nothing else we ordered was put on them. I was charged for extra meat and got 0 meat and no veggies I requested. I called them the next day because they were ignoring their phone and spoke to the manager. He said he was going to refund my order. It's now been 30 days and it hasn't shown up on my credit card. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I recommend the Liverpool location instead. All the workers are miserable here in the E.Syracuse location and I’ve given them a good 4-5 visits/chances at various times to redeem themselves. They are SCIMPY as all hell unlike other Moe’s I have been to, especially with the guacamole in your burrito. I’ve watched on multiple occasions it’s one half baby teaspoon for a burrito (again multiple visits, different servers). They give you like 5 tortilla chips on the side. Today I watched one of the cashiers ignore my mother standing at the counter there waiting to ask for a to-go bag, while he proceeded to help 2 people AFTER her AND restock AFTER she arrived at the counter, not even acknowledging her until she waved at him to get his attention. So I think that is enough for this location. Every other Moe’s I’ve been to has been better, in fact excellent, throughout Central NY and western NY and one location in northern NY and even Virginia. This one is literally #1 worst so far.

Moe's is one of my favorite places to eat at but this place was dirty overall. Kitchen area in view was dirty, the soda machine had water all over the floor and nobody working seemed to care. And the trash area looked like bomb went off. Possibly won't return to that location anytime soon.

I bought a few burritos here recently. They forgot the ingredients that come with it,and it tasted as if it's been sitting for hours. I think they gave me someone else's order that maybe sat for a while because it was cancelled? I shouldn't be given cold and old food in order for your business to make up for lost revenue because someone else cancelled. I called to complain about this, but management,whom the manager i spoke with sounded like he was a 12 year old boy, was of no assistance. I won't be returning to this restaurant that's for sure.

Absolutely a disaster to say the least … after walking and hearing “ she’s touched my food with bare hands “ I knew it was going to be bad , but i was hungry and decided to stay after watching her wash her hands and put gloves on . Anyway to start off my personal bad experience, I had went to pay for my meal and they COULD NOT FIND MY FOOD!!! And to top off my friend that I came with ended up finding out he actually got my food and not his . I just find it absurd that it’s so hard to keep track of order seeing that they are made in order of the line …

Roughly 3/27/22, first time here and will never be back! Older lady with tattoos was wiping her running nose and then immediately picking through the fresh chips and other food eating it no gloves! Another bigger girl was using a very nasty wet food covered rag to wipe down the counter the food was being prepared on! our food was made and left on counter while everyone went out back to stand around laughing making a whole line of people wait! So gross and not the least bit professional! Something should be done and the higher ups should review any camera footage !

extremely slow, waited over half an hour to get an okay burrito and a mediocre side. staff was rude, specifically the black lady on the cold side. everyone else was nice and friendly but she was rude. asked if I could get a side and told me to get back in line since that wasn’t her job.

When i called I was told this wasn't a curbside order and had to go inside to pick up. The receipt clearly says curbside. The man the answered was condescending and referred to me as "sweetie". I didn't even receive the queso I ordered nor the sour cream. I regret coming to this location heavily and I hope in the future you do better for your customers.

Terrible experience! We ordered online and when I got there to pick up the food it was sitting on a table in an opened bag, unprotected with other orders. Then when I looked in and did not see all that I ordered I asked for help and got it from one of the workers, but she had no gloves on and asks if it's "OK to look in the bag", no it is not ok. I will never order from here again.

I'm just gonna say a couple of things.. This happen about a couple days ago I would like to say, but regardless, For a place that values "hospitality" but the distract manager is full on making another possible new hire feel bad and put through all the effort to make a scene in the restaurant all because she got offended over the poor girl calling her sweetheart said enough about this place... I never have rolled my eyes more to hear that. Restaurants will act high and mighty about hospitality and promote it but will treat their staff or possible staff like garbage . Very unfortunate I had to be in that booth behind that and having to hear the distract manager be condescending with this young lady all because she felt some type of way when the young lady was trying to be nice, by the tone and smile you can see her intent clearly and the distract manager comes back all snippy to her same booth to boast about how she owns 12 stores and she doesn't need someone like her calling her sweetheart and that she has a name, and if any of you were seeing this situation, You'd possibly be, bewildered too. Shame on yall. Sucks that you guys have good food, but it's clear your distract manager does not care for other people or has the empathy trait, so good luck. I hope that poor girl gets a job elsewhere. I am 50 years old and not once when a young person called me sweetheart who clearly has worked in food service prior, they don't mean anything bad by it, If you all are super controlling about basic kindness. I can only imagine how you treat your workers in that kitchen:

This location of moes was pretty gross. The customer service was non-existent. Staff was really rude and short with us. She didn't even listen to us and had to ask what we wanted several times. The pans of food were dirty and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. The grill also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We got our food and sat down at the cleanest table we could find, which isnt saying much because it still hadn't been wiped down and the chairs were old and gross. The food was incredibly bland and tasted old- not fresh at all. The chips were bland and even the salsa wasn't good. Honestly felt sick to my stomach after eating, and I definitely couldn't finish it. What a waste of 25+ dollars. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and this was completely unacceptable. Super disappointing considering I've been to other moes locations and it was really good.

this place is pretty nasty. the lady that took my order was very rude and barely put any meat in my burrito. then when i asked her to put more she ended up charging me extra, even though it was a regular portion. the worker also was yelling at the other staff and took a phone call in the middle of checking out my family?? like can’t you wait three seconds so we can get out of this disgusting place?

Out of chicken, black beans, stale chips, out of salsa verede, out of almost everything on a Monday afternoon. Up charged me for white meat chicken since they were out of the other one lol. Place is disgustingly dirty, it’s like people are eating on the floors they’re so dirty! This place has tragically went down hill.

Ordered online at a not so busy time. The food wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the expected time and only started once they saw me waiting for w while, completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. The bowl was also a little skimpy on portioning.

I am visiting for the holidays and was really itching for some Moe's. Decided to do their value meal which includes chips, burrito, queso and drink. They were out of chips, charged me extra for chicken after I asked if the white chicken was extra they said no, fountain machine was out of 75% of the options. I'm not one who leaves bad reviews but this was a flat out terrible experience. When I'm back in town will not be going to this location.

The shift lead ( I’m assuming ) has a severe attitude problem. Got upset I didn’t specifically say I wanted queso on my stack (it comes on the item). Just make the food bro. Their press for the stacks is gross, left gross black burnt food on my food. Won’t be coming back place sucks

Wow shockingly bad customer service today. No wonder the place was completely empty at 12:30pm on a weekday when the rest of the businesses/restaurants in the shopping complex were quite busy. The owner/manager of this location should have a sit-down with their crew. The employee taking orders couldn’t be bothered to even say hello or anything before putting barely any chicken in the quesadilla. The employee doing check-out was speaking so fast you’d think they were in some kind of rush. But there were no other customers. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. When a couple other customers came in after us, I noticed the same treatment. No welcome, no level of attention - just treating everyone like they were a nuisance. Where’s the “welcome to Moe’s” energy? Or at least SOME amount of customer service. Yikes.

This restaurant is awesome and has amazing food, but the reason I put one star was because I ordered a rice bowl with white chicken in it and some salsa. It's one of my favorite meals but what I DIDN'T know was that that particular batch of chicken was not properly cooked. So when I got home, I proceeded to throw up NINE TIMES in a row due to food poisoning from the chicken. I'll try coming here again some other day. It was no doubt a mistake on the restaurant's part🙏

Very disappointed in our last visit. The staff couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear them as some machine was making an awful noise behind the food area. Our orders got messed up but they ddi rectify the issue. Hardly any sauce on our stacks. Chips were covered in oil and our stacks were hardly wrapped when we got home. I baked the chips in the oven and grease was still present. I get you’re about to encounter some grease but this was over the top.

Place was dirty , smelled unclean and the food gave my son food poisoning on his school break. The guacamole was crusted over dark brown. The salsa was warm and smelled off, two bites and we packed up and left after a visit to the bathroom! We Threw the food in the trash . $33 down the drain. Ps I didn’t ask for a refund because I have anxiety about confrontation ! And my son needed to leave quickly he was so sick . 🤢

Every time I have come to this location, I have been disappointed. The food is never as good as the one in my home town, and I always have to triple check to make sure I am being charged correctly, as the staff has never been paying attention while ringing me up. Today I was incredibly disappointed, as I went for the BOGO free burrito promotion for National Burrito Day. I went an hour before closing and was met with locked doors, but no sign saying that they closed early. The restaurant still had a full line of people, so it was confusing and upsetting to myself and several other customers who approached to enter at the same time.

Years ago, I rated this place 5 stars. They were fast, the food was pretty good, and the staff friendly. Now, though the remodel has improved the aesthetics, the speed of service has reached truly abysmal levels. A few weeks ago I waited 20 minutes for a meal that was ordered ahead. Busy night, not the end of the world. Now I'm presently waiting for a small meal originally estimated to be ready 50 minutes ago, that they've only just started making. It's not a terribly busy night, but they appear to just be incredibly disorganized. I quite enjoy Moe's burritos, but the small-step-above-fast-food is simply not worth the ridiculous wait.

Literally the most disgusting Moe's we have EVER been in, with the rudest staff. Does the manager ever walk in here??? The staff could be on their phones and gossiping, but could not be bothered to even wipe the tables.....which explains why it is the only Moe's we have ever been in that is practically empty....on a Friday at lunch time. And the rude staff told us, when asked for onions, "we ain't got none".....but 10 minutes later when an older black woman came in they made some for her. Huh. If we could give this Moe's a zero, we would. Disgusting.

The food is good. However the service is the problem. We ordered our food online so we didn't have to wait in line. Then we ended up waiting for the food. The bad part is that if you look at the picture you can see our food sitting on the tray. All made up and ready to go. Yet instead it sat on their production table as they made other orders around and stacked on top of ours. I get being busy but there were 5 staff making the food like that. This went on for over 10 minutes as we realized it wasn't for a different order and was just sitting there getting cold. PLUS if your touching food such as the chips, staff should be WEARING GLOVES As much as we may enjoy Moe's l, we will not be going back to that location again

Horrible. The hand soap was out in the men's room. I told a member of the staff, 30 minutes later nobody refilled the soap. (Don't employees use this restroom then go prep your food?) Cleaning supplies on the same counter as the sweet tea prep. Interior of the restaurant was shabby and worn. The food was good but the thought of employees not washing makes me want to vomit. I won't be back to this one.
