As I walked in, I was impressed by the decor. Service was immediate and accomodating. I wanted vegetables with shrimp. This wasn't on the menu but the owner/waiter/cook said it was no problem. He produced it in astonishing speed, it tasted good, and the price was very reasonable. What more could I ask for?

The food was a very large portion. Be sure to bring your appetite. The only down for us, is that they don't serve Coke in their fountain drinks. But the tea was a refreshing change.

Our family with 5 of us visited to Ukiah, CA early this month Sept 2023. We dined in The Lotus restaurant and all of us were pleased with the friendly & great service, so delicious foods and awesome Sushi which we did order. The total cost was not expensive at all, only almost $100 for about 5 dishes & 2 Sushi orders. The restaurant is not a big place, but it looks very nice, clean and cozy environment. We strongly & highly recommend this place to everyone.

Food is good, but make sure your food is fully cooked. I ordered grilled yellowtail and it was still uncooked inside. Something else was off too because 20 minutes after I ate I had a very unpleasant experience with my bodily functions.

Was ok. Definitely a different experience. Fried stuff was crispy but the old oil taste wasnt the greatest. Rice was good and so was the hot and sour soup. Want to try their sushi one of these days. Service was good.

Giving more stars than I normally would because the service wasn't bad. The food was not up to par with the 4.2 rating it had though. I'm not sure if this area just has lower standards for sushi/hot and sour soup but I wouldn't reccomend this. Slimy ginger, rolls tasted really bland and just off somehow. Fish was okay by itself but rolls fell apart and were difficult to eat. Hot and sour soup was not good. Cups were very dirty, didn't end up drinking more than one sip of water. Also, the smell when you first walk in is a bit alarming. Wish we would have gone somewhere else. Service was definitely good though, I will say that. They made sure we were taken care of and the timing of food delivery and water refills for my boyfriend were constantly on par.

I get seated and start looking over the menu. the waitress walks off and takes a call. A group of 3 arrive all the while, they are greeted and another call comes over. I have decided what I want but I am patiently waiting for her to return to my table when she goes directly to the group the just walked in and begins taking their order. I want to hope this is not because I'm African American but I honestly don't see any other reason why I wasn't addressed first. I got up and left. No attempt was made nor was anything said to me. Pretty Crap experience for a place that looks like it could really use some business

Definitely won't be eating here again.

I thought a 4.3 star restaurant will taste beter. The manager doesn't communicate well, he doesn't know how to introduce his dishes at all, and the meat did not taste like real meat...it's thick and hopefully the chow mien only gave us 2 price of tiny meat. Overall it was disappointing.

If I could give it a zero star I would but that's not even an option... the waitress was super rude , she didn't bring us water or make us feel welcome at all..she kept forgetting our orders...the miso soup was way too salty and not to mention that the restroom was gross !!! I went there with my baby son and my partner and would never go back there ! Awfull experience ...and the place has a very bad odor.

I ordered the orange chicken and the sweet and sour chicken and it was awful. I paid 22 dollars for over fried, dry, and un-mixed with the sauce which was clumped up at the bottom. Sorry lady I really expected better :/
