This is such a great addition to the area! Coming from where Starbucks is the only chain inside a Safeway, having this option a sorry drive away is so nice. Everyone here has been so very friendly on top of providing top notch service. The place is always spotless as well. The staff really take great care of the facilities as well as their customers. I've yet to have a complaint. Very convenient location and also very nice that this location is dual Baskin Robbins and Dunkin!

The only good thing I can say about this place is the Worker Angel who provides excellent service, everyone else is by far some of the rudest people I’ve ever met with the worst service. Most of the workers will treat you as if you are below them and have a bad attitude, it very unfortunate that they are the only Dunkin nearby in Lake County.

Rudest customer service I’ve experienced in a while. My sisters politely asked a question and the girl at the front counter, who I’m assuming may have been a manager, had an attitude and was being rude when they asked a question.

We got to Dunkin' around 4 in the afternoon, and there were no donuts of any kind. They were completely sold out. The menu board said they were serving a specific type of dark roast coffee, but they didn't have that either. We were pretty disappointed.

The coffee smelled and tasted a lot like plastic and no one finished the breakfast sandwich (also tasted like plastic). Again, expectations were already low but this somehow didn’t even live up to them.

Convenient location and quick, friendly service. Nice that a BR and Dunkin' are in the same location. Updated review as the last time I went they were closed except for drive-thru. When you're making a pit stop on a highway journey, drive-thru only doesn't work for a bathroom break.

They have been opening late I go there the same time every morning and instead of putting up a sign that says running late or not opening on time, they just stare at you and let you sit there ignoring you. The least you can do is let people know your not open, your poor staff probably got cussed out so many times and it's your fault. Be smarter

I was really let down going here last week. I'd looked forward to it bc 2 yr ago I went and ordered the same thing and it was the best drink I'd ever had. This time though, people working were were giving me the impression that I was bothering them. I asked for a frozen mocha drink and a shot of espresso. I got to my car and took a sip, it tasted so horrible. I kept hoping it'd improve, but no. Tasted something like dirt water and garbage, or water that someone soaked their feet in before making the drink. I had maybe 6 sips and was so repulsed by the taste and also the way we were treated, I threw it away and decided never go there again.

They do not open at 6:00 like Google Maps says. Bad service.

Visited around 6pm today . The clerks were so incredibly rude, we left . We stood there for several minutes and nobody would help, even after we asked if we could order. Saw 4 employees, only 2 couples/customers in the store . Younger “gentleman” yelled that he would take our order , I ordered and instead of responding , he got on his headset and a female employee came up to the counter ,giggling . Just a very awful experience . I hope a manager sees this .

Me and my freinds drove all the way from Willits to lake county to get the Sabrina carpenter drink and called 4 times to ask if it was open cause there was a wildfire so we asked to be sure if they will be open and they said yes till 8.00 4 times this is outrages and the employee inside were acting like they were making drinks and staying in there longer to get more money and they were so rude

If you want melted ice-cream, this is your place! Every single time I have ordered a milkshake it has been less than ice-cream level of cold or thick. None of my friends ever go there anymore.

Idk what this junk is but it’s not a blended Chai Tea Latte… it’s closer to Chunky Chai Water. This is the second attempt at what I ordered after I took the first back. After trying to explain what the issue was and being cut off mid sentence by whom ever was “handling” the issue watching her remeasure ice and add more flavoring telling me that she was having to “eyeball”what ever I was asking for. I was out of time during my lunch break and my choices were take this with the hope that it didn’t taste like dog water or spend more time trying to get my money back. The concept appears lost on the Dunkin’ employees that a blended Chai Tea Latte is simply an Ice Chai Tea Latte put in a blender…. Don’t bother trying to call either, the phone will just ring, same with every other number from the businesses at that round about. $6.42 to have my time money and lunch break wasted 👎
