Wow! The best burger in town, HANDS DOWN! The cheese/hamburgers complimented their fries! These burgers almost taste like the ones made in my own home!!! If the burgers and fries were so delicious I’d say that this place is over priced for a burger and fries…but I’d pay theor prices for another taste of that delicious burger and ketchup dipped fries! I tried them for the first time in Pflugerville and had to go back for second today in Georgetown! Thank you Five Guys! Your food satisfied my hunger pains for the past few day(s)!!!

When I'm craving a burger and to nom on some french fries, five guys is my go-to spot. Staff is always super friendly, You know your burger is going to be made on the spot and it's going to be fresh, And how can you say no to Cajun fries.

This location is fantastic! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The manager here interacts wonderfully with his staff and customers and he actually works and doesn't just bark orders. The burgers are a little pricey but that are delicious! You get a TON of fries, so well worth the money. They are fast and friendly here. The shakes are the bomb! The double stuffed oreo shake taste just like a double stuffed oreo!! Delicious!

Food is as usual tasty. But the prices have gone up 100% in last 10 years. Sucks to pay that premium price now on burgers. Fries were a lil soggy even for dine in. Should have waited before bagging too soon. Peanuts have tasted a little weird as well.

The ingredients were fresh, and wholesome. The price was a little high, but what do you expect from a company with Californian origins. The bun to meat ratio could use an adjustment as well an additional 30 seconds of toasting (bottom bun became soggy). The climate was unpleasant due to the strong fan speed on the a/c. I would recommend having a go at it.

Good costumer service and great burgers. The fries were amazing,I wished they would have extra condiments for the fries like cheese dip or chili,but they were still awesome!! I liked the free peanuts while we were waiting, and the smell of the burgers all over the place. Loved the variety of the drinks. We also liked the chairs and tables outside, however, it was too hot to try them. Overall we had a good experience and we'll definitely be back!!

Okay I'm going to be honest with you this place is not cheap whatsoever I went there and ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink and it came out to nearly $16 and I am not joking what you have to do going there is split the double cheeseburger and half if you going with somebody else otherwise be prepared to dish out some cash for these Burgers because they are the type of natural burgers that people like to go and eat I think they don't have any hormones and things like that that's why I there somewhat more than everybody else their french fries are also natural and pretty taste you to be honest with you but again if you're going to go here be ready to dish out the cash

Rating 3 1/2 STARS This is a fairly large location. We lost the location that is closer to our home so decided to take the drive to the Georgetown. The staff was very pleasant. The ordering process was not difficult. They have quite a large board that takes up the entire wall above the ordering and cooking area. It explained in detail every item you could possibly want put on your burger or little burger. (2patties vs 1) I ordered my husband’s burger with nothing but ketchup and relish as that is his preference . I ordered my burger with bacon, mushrooms, and grilled onions, ketchup and mayo . Their French Fry orders are massive, so we went ahead and ordered a regular fry to share between the two of us (it was still massive. Next time we will get a small.) we had way more french fries than we could eat. My husband declared his 🍔 burger “Good”. I rated mine “Mediocre”. I’m not sure what it was that caused a rather unpleasant taste. I couldn’t tell if it was the condiments I had ordered but that’s my guess-something was off possibly the Mayo. The actual burger itself and the top bun were good. I left the condiments and the mayo which were attached to the bottom bun. The fries were good. Service at the ordering station and paying for the order was no problem. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and entered it correctly as everything came out to our specification. There were a couple of people waiting for to-go orders when we arrived. We planned to eat in. It took about 15 minutes to be called up to obtain the order. Everything is cooked fresh so that was not unexpected. I felt like it was a little long, but it really wasn’t a point of contention . Now for the ambiance…… it was another warm fall day -about 91’ outside. It was uncomfortably cold inside. The air conditioning was absolutely blasting constantly. There was no on and off to it. We were so uncomfortable. We moved from an inside table to an outside table - that wasn’t-wasn’t perfect but being a little bit warm seemed better than freezing to us. The second thing that drove us outside was extremely loud “heavy metal” music. I took away one entire star for those two items that caused us to be miserable and unable to dine in. I would’ve only taken away a half a star for my burger. $40 for two burgers, one regular fry and two fountain soda pops and tax/tip.

I hadn’t been to five guys in a long time. I ended up finding a hair in my Togo order. Wont be back again.

Never in my life have I been so upset. How hard is a regular burger, small fry and large drink to put in? Because the guy at the register kept putting in the little combo and even after correcting him several times, instead of fixing it, stood there arguing with me. Then when I asked for the large drink, he said it's not part of the combo I DID NOT WANT!!!! He still put the order in wrong. At that point I just got a refund and left. Even the lady behind me piped in saying to just put in the order correctly. Could not PAY ME to go back. I'd rather spend half the money at McDonald's

Mediocre burgers at a large price. Music so loud in the building you can’t hear the soft spoken order taker. Then when they call the order number it is so loud your food gets cold because you can hear. I don’t recommend this burger place in Georgetown. I have visited other 5Guys and enjoyed their food and service. I do not recommend the Georgetown location for 5Guys.

really surprised about a couple of things. First off usually really tasty flavor full burger. When I got it I had ordered it with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. They forgot the mushrooms I had to go back and ask him to put them on. cashier asked if it would be okay if they just gave them to me on the side? I'm sorry that's lazy no I did not order a burger with mushrooms to hand feed the mushrooms to myself so no please remake it. Which they did. when I actually ate it the mushrooms tasted like rubber I don't think they were grilled they seem like a canned variety and on top of that there was no flavor to the patty whatsoever. Absolutely no seasoning. Extremely disappointed in the quality which is usually very good
