Too expensive for low-quality food. Went in with 2 kids and me walked out paying almost $60 for a buffet. Not a oh my God good buffet, a West Texas-only thing you can find buffet. The food was par, sweet tea was horrible, and wait staff was too busy talking in the back. Good food but staff has bad attitude and rude Togo boxes have shrank and went up in price. One side of my Togo box was broke on the clasps box was full but not heaping full man yell at me as I approached the counter and said it was 2.00 more for over filled box I had prepaid for lunch Togo and 6.00 for soup was 18.00 then yelling at me for 2.00 more been coming there for years but this was my last visit! Rude! No reason to yell at me! Other customers who heard agreed with me and we’re not happy!

Came for Grand ReOpening after health dept closure hoping the owner made improvements. Besides the fresh paint everything was still the same sadly. Food on the floors, poor cleaning, improper food rotation on the buffet, the women's bathroom is unsanitary (have to dip your hand into the soap dispenser to get soap) desperate need of a thorough cleaning. On top of everything the price has gone up!

The waitress literally took my Plate away from me while I was eating Over something simple as lunch and dinner menu price twice something that could have been easily resolved Embarrassing me in front of a whole restaurant they got flies everywhere. They charge me $2.99 for a toddler to eat ketchup. If you ask me I think the health department need to come in and Do a inspection. Because they too busy Worrying about what on you're plate than cleaning in the restaurant And don't get me started on the bathroom STAY FAR AWAY

This place does not have clean food, it’s old and stale, the cucumbers are dry and tomatoes are left out too long, they taste sour. The chicken was rubbery, the one pan of chicken looked grey. The sushi was dry n did not taste like Shosho the place smelled like fish. You can smell rotting fish from the outside also. The waitress is very snobby, I have a feeling this place is one that just changed the name n reopened. Health department must need employees because they are not doing their job. The only food safe was maybe lemons n the soda. The staff was also blowing his nose in front and looked sickly! The guys in back looked like this is just a job they have to sacrifice themselves for. Nothing is labeled correctly.

Dirty. The waiter washed his hands and then cleaned his dirty face, then served food. The cashier can’t stop coughing into his hands and then never washes them. The environment looks old and dusty. The food was awful and terrible customer service.

My experience was so bad I don't even have any stars to give. Cost $90 for my family to eat and the food taste like it came out of a box or overcooked even spoiled tasting. Not much choice of food and terrible service. The waitress kept reaching over people at the table while they were eating. What happened to this place? It used to be so good.

My family and I were dining here when all of a sudden I turned around and saw the biggest cockroach known to man on the wall behind me. We then contacted management, and he said oh he'll be gone in a week or two. We just exterminated. As my family and I got up and left. And he still charged full price, of course.

This place is terrible. The food was disgusting. I Told them the food was not fresh and was nasty that I did not want the food and they still made me pay. I did not eat the food and left. I told the guy I was going to leave him a review and he would get a bad rating and he still didn’t care and still charge me the money. I would not eat at this restaurant

First of all I just want to say that the owner the man who runs the register is VERY VERY RUDE. The womens restroom is disgusting and the food quality is disgusting and definitely not worth the price... the health department really needs to do an investigation and check into this place because I would not be surprised if someone has gotten food poisoning from here...I wish I could give this place minus star rating.
