Ordered a Barbacoa bowl and a build your own kids meal. The bowl was loaded with ingredients and tasted pretty good…except there wasn’t much rice (less than usual) so the rice that was there was liquidy. The corn in the kids meal was extremely salty so it was inedible. Overall, it was pretty good.

The burritos are tasty, but it seems like they've gotten stingy with the portions. For $10, I'd like to see a burrito that's a decent size. Used to give you a full scoop of rice on the burrito. lately, they'll give you about half of that unless you say something. Guac, $2.50 extra, and same thing. You're lucky to get a couple of tablespoons worth unless you speak up. I understand that everyone is in business to make some money, but I think $10 for $2 worth of food is over doing it.

Average experience every time I've gone. Be sure to ask for what you want as you move through the options because there are some things that don't cost extra but they won't offer unless you ask. For example, every time I go they don't ask if I want veggies and I have to mention it otherwise they don't ask. The veggies are yummy btw!

Sloppy service - My clumpy rice bowl was swamped with sour cream which made a hot meal cold. The exterior of my fountain soda was given to me messy. It had soda along the exterior sides of the cup. The server seemed upset that I wanted another cup. Just pass on this. No quality controls. There are plenty of options at the mall.

Every last person was rude I had ordered a burrito and the lady had guacamole on her hand trying to wrap my burrito. I nicely told her to change her gloves and she caught an attitude but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito but it was falling apart I asked her can I have an extra tortilla on the side she told me 27cents I come here all the time I never get charged extra!!!! I was willing to pay but the Al cashier Maria started to be rude telling me I need to pay right now! The employees are disgusting and ibwill never come back!

I put in a complaint about how there were practically no chips in my bag. I told them I would pay for more and she told me all they had was a small baby chip portion. The lady Jan was very rude and I'm shocked that they have this lady as a cashier. Needless to say I won't be eating at this restaurant ever again.

The worker have nasty attitude!! I did an online order and it specifically said that certain item will be added if I order this . Lady try to tell me I need to pay for it after I already did online . How are you guys over charging people when they already paid . Do better an hire new employee because once the manger came out she claims she didn’t charge me for the item but made a whole issue out of it .

I took my lunch here every day,they have good food and good staff but because I keep finding double and triple charges on my card.I went to ask them why they said, "It is just you no one else complained." I am sad to loose my favorite spot!

This is the second time I had the really bad experience with the same Spanish lady with the glasses Who refused to give her name after she provide horrible service and rude, disrespectful behavior, She’s the one who make her own rules only in this chipotle, I got 4 kids meal for my kids and she refused to give guacamole and kids cheese quesadillas, She said kids meal only comes with rice, beans, soft small tortilla, kids juice and kids chips, Evan there was another customer who corrected her but she still didn’t listen and told us to go to another chipotle because this chipotle in Montgomery mall have different rules and this what their manager told them and that’s all they know. I ask her name and her manager to talk she refuses to give the information, for that rude behavior there were two other customers with the kids who left. I would like to get her name and complaint to CEO of the chipotle. I will request a Maryland State Government to visit that place to see the behavior of these criminals, so they can close this place

I wish I could give them zero. Staffs are very rude, never smile or thank you customer. I know you get minimum wage but at lease love what you are doing, Management should get in charge for that rude behavior.

Even the server gives me half a spoon of chicken, I ask for the regular amount and he says it will cost more. The burrito is the size of the small juice box and full of rice. What a rip off. Good bye.
