Marks is always good and I can't say enough about the staff. They are always so friendly, accomodating and hard-working! The restaurant and restrooms are always immaculate as well. Kudos guys!!

Ok pizza. The service was excellent though. I'm a trucker that was passing through late night, just before closing. Web order tonight. Very friendly service and the manager was amazing. No issues, just wanted my calzone a little warmer because I load it up. He showed it to me and asked if it looked ok. Just good customer service all around. Calzone was awesome!

I myself live in Dallas. I come home to Sodus to visit my mother once a year at least and whether I come home once or three times a year, Mark's is always, and I do mean always, on my list of things to do as far as a meal. Extra cheese and pepperoni is my favorite, I enjoy the crust, it's a quality Pizza. I look forward to it on every trip. I just ate there on Friday and I'm already back in Dallas, but I'm already looking forward to coming back and having another couple slices

There calzones are to die for, we live 1 half hours away and Def would drive just for here. We happened to be passing by and ya, just great staff and food. So nice it's rare these days to find a place that makes you feel not.kust important but family thank you guys

I'm one of those people that read all the reviews and tried Mark's Pizzeria anyway I ordered pizza and sides over the phone and in spite of the fact that my dumbass got there an hour late they still made sure that my food was hot and fresh!!! Don't pay attention to all the negative reviews that you see and read, Go there and try it for yourself you will be surprised the food is great the People Are Awesome don't believe everything you read people are more apt to leave bad reviews than they are good!!! I don't normally give a review good or bad but this is the second time I have stopped in the last couple months. Ordered a slice and and a drink the girl waited on me very nice and I believe the same person from my first visit. Pizza was great service was great 👍. Keep up the good job

Love coming here, even if just to pickup on my way home. Web ordering is hassle free and order is always ready on time. Staff here are some of the best. I've lived all over the upstate N.Y. region and these folks are some of the best Mark's staff I have encountered. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile, even when you can clearly see they are swamped. My order us always right and we order non standard (crust changes, cooking instructions, etc). Store manager is the nicest guy and I fell terrible I can't remember his name, but he will take care of you if there's an issue. 10/10, will Mark's again.

We ate in for the first time in a while. We’ve ordered take out plenty from this location but this time we were out biking and decided to stop here for lunch. They have a spacious dining room and when the weather is nice there are also picnic tables outside. We sat inside. We ordered a medium pizza and some mini tacos for lunch and only had to wait about 25 mins for everything to come out to our table. It was nice having a piping hot pizza, definitely different than when it’s cooled off a little when you wait for delivery. We had a nice time eating in and the pizza was delicious as always. So were the mini tacos (so happy to see those back on the menu!).

Returned to one of my favorite pizza places on a return trip to see family and the pizza was amazing. I know they can be hit or miss and thankfully this visit was a hit. Ordered just a classic pepperoni pizza 🍕 and mom said it was the best she's had in a long time. When it was all said and done I polished off 2/3 of a large pizza. I can't believe you took the Garlic knots off the menu! I bought them 3-4 times a week with other items, but now since they are gone, I may go there once a month now...Those Garlic Knots were what kept me going there...the bread sticks aren't as good as the Knots... please bring them back!

What great service! I brought my eager-reader kids with "free slice" coupons from our local library and received extra-mile service. And delicious buffalo chicken pizza. I would pass on the fried dough, though...

Competitive prices and a good selection of sides, salads, combos, pizza, wings calzones, desserts and more. Speedy delivery and good in store service. They really do treat you like family! Well, maybe not like my family but that's only because I ordered more pizza and I share. 🍕

We placed our order online, arrived 15 minutes later to be told our food was just going in the oven. Ok, maybe they're short handed like the rest of businesses, but I arrive home to find my pizza is made wrong and my family won't eat it because it has mushrooms. What irks me is the tag was made out right the employees just failed to read it correctly but there is quite a difference between the word pepperoni and the word mushroom.

Ordered on the phone for pick up. The staff was short on the phone and was not inviting when picking up my order. $28 for a garden salad and a buffalo chicken salad. Although the salads were good and large in size a bit pricey for the two items.

Thought it was a no brainer, asked for 2 blue cheese packs, received zero ! Pizza was good though. Kinda surprised when I got the bill, and 4bucks was changed for delivery, Doesn’t include tip.

The sub I had was excellent. A little pricey. When I got home a mistake was done on the order had to go back. They fixed it. But should not have been wrong to begin with. Especially when they read me back the order that I ordered.

Wings are always hit or miss. Too done, not done enough. Tonight they happened to be overcooked. I called to let them know. I was offered a new order or a credit to my account. I chose to have them remade, as my son was looking forward to eating them. When they arrived (a little over an hour from my call) they were cold, not cooked any better, and they were the wrong flavor. Kinda disappointing. I think this was the last wing order I’ll be placing. Pan pizza was delicious though.

This pizzeria is very hit and miss. last night we ordered a pizza and wings (a "couple's combo") and the pizza was cold, the wings were soggy. Last week we ordered the exact same meal and the wings were hot, crisp, tasty and the pizza hot and gooey with cheese. You never know exactly which you'll get. Also the management has instituted a $3 delivery charge across the board; we live less than a quarter of a mile away---delivery should be free.

Food wasnt bad at all. The experience with staff not so much. A guy was clearly upset for some reason and was talking down to other employees and dropping the f bomb a lot. Not sure the fryer guy had a clue what was going on. I ordered 2 pizzas and mozz stix. Watched both pies come out of the oven then waited another 10 min for the stix. Usually much better then this.

Food is usually good. Last couple of times though, I ordered wings and they were horrible! My husband ended up throwing up after eating them. Wings weren't fried hard enough like requested and the wings were HUGE! Damned near were drumsticks. Hoping things will turn around and go back to how they used to be when I ordered wings there.

My daughter brought home a slice of pepperoni pizza. It was way too greasy. About 30 mins after eating it, I got a very bad upset stomach and had to run to the bathroom. Usually we never get from Mark's pizza and I will never get another slice from that location.

Wings we "little to be desired" has been a while since I ordered from them....wings were dry and had freezer burn. Some wings were very small, must have come from baby chicks. Celery was slimy as well. Guess it will be a long time again before ordering again, if ever.!

They had the order I placed ready but they quickly cut the pizza because they couldn't figure out which one it was, the girls were just talking and laughing the entire time. Not really a professional environment

While Marks makes a decent pizza, they're considering more expensive than most national chains. My biggest issue with their pizza is the crust. Unless it's eaten fresh and hot the crust gets extremely hard and dense and really doesn't reheat well at all. Make sure to double check your order before you leave because this particular location seems to have a lot of issues with subs and sandwiches being made right.

Ordered boneless wings . Was told there would be a wait . 25 minutes later got handed traditional wings. Figured it wasn't worth the hassle to get them swapped out since my lunch break was almost over , and they tasted mediocre at best. Staff was nice enough , and apologetic for the wait . They just got the order wrong and it wasn't good. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Great place when the oder is correct. I have gone back too many times hoping for a change but came back negative. Was hoping for a good fish fry Friday, came back without my lemon and tarter sauce. Unfortunately not the first time my order was incorrect. Also no wing special anymore? You guys had it forever. A slice and 4 wings. Whatta deal, bring it back?

Williamson Marks doesn’t seem to understand crispy wings. I tell them every time extra crispy and I get rubbery. I’m done with there wings. Which means there pizza also.

We paid $30 for 10 boneless wings and a Meatball Sub. The wings were OK, a little cold but good flavor. But here is the real story, When I opend the meatball sub the bread was burnt and it was almost charcoal. When I asked for it to be re-made the lady who look like a 15yro that has never had a job was all snobby and was like OKKKKAAYYY. In a grumpy and annoyed voice even after showing them just how bad it was. DONT RECOMMEND THE MEATBALL SUB

They changed the type of steak the use for they’re subs , I used to love the steak this steak is weird like groundbeeef , avoid the steak I guess .

Poor service went to get my pizza walked in and asked for a blue cheese and was told it’s a dollar extra I said can’t you charge it with the credit card number because I just bought the pizza from you and they said no and I said you could have called my parents to get the blue cheese and they said is it really a big deal and I said sorta and they walked away from me and ignored me very rude better off buying pizza from another place

My family and I usually have zero issues, but today was the worst pizza I have ever received from Marks. Whoever was making the pizza today should probably never make a pizza ever again. It was very very sloppy!

I HATE Mark's! Was only there because my kids eat one style pizza from there and our favorite pizza place was closed. Go to the Pizza Stop in Pultneyville! Love the pizza, people and atmosphere.

Seriously? The chicken wings are about 2lbs each. Undercooked and pumped full of hormones. Pizza was under cooked too. We order from Marks in Webster all the time but figured on the way home from work I’d pick up from Williamson. Big mistake. Send your staff to Webster for proper training.

last 2 times I've ordered it took over an hr to get food delivered and when i called to see what where it was the people who answered the phone were very rude and just said its in route. when it did arrive it was cold. wont be ordering from them or recommending them. for what it cost I could go to store by frozen pizza and wings,bring it home ,cook it and have it eaten by the time it would have taken Mark's to deliver it and it would be warm and I'd have money left.

For over 1 1/2 years we have been ordering from the Williamson store because Walworth stops delivery at my neighbors house. We have had no problems and actually order quite a bit and I tip very well. Called tonight and they said they don’t deliver to my house. Umm you delivered a pizza to my son and his friend last week. Could someone tell me why my house is not in the delivering zone for 2 marks which are both within 10-15 minutes from me? I live in Ontario.. who do I order from ??

Absolutely disgusting, let’s just start with that. Me and my boyfriend got a slice of pizza each and both slices were soggy, undercooked, EXTREMELY greasy and most of all a waste of money. The slices were also really small, it looked like they took a “normal” bigger slice of mark’s pizza and cut it in half. Also the blue cheese containers are very small and overcharge that as well. They use to be twice the size of that and 25 cents each. It’s such a scam for disgusting food. I really wouldn’t recommend eating at the Williamson marks, the Palmyra marks is SO much better and way way cheaper. Palmyras pizza will also not make you throw up a half an hour later after eating the pizza there.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!! Ordered a bunch of food and they can’t even make a cold sub sandwich! The ingredients are even printed on the order and they can’t get it right. They left out the cheese, banana peppers and the dressing all specified on the order that was well over $100.00. Straight garbage stay away from the place! The kicker was the day old chips everyone got as well.

Ordered a chef salad with Italian and garlic knots..... They had the whole bottom of the head of lettuce in the salad (the part you throw away) and sent creamy Italian (there's a difference... Also no sauce with the garlic knots..... A $30 disappointment

Can't get an order right. The food is not bad. Unfortunately, they can't seem to make even a simple pizza order correctly. The last time, we ordered a large cheese pizza, half (the same half) with sausage and onions. It was made with onions on the entire pizza and only 3 slices without sausage...so frustrating! It's really my fault for ordering from them again. Not sure why I thought they couldn't possibly screw up such an easy request.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever received. I usually order from the Webster location, but thought I would give the Williamson location a try. Pizza arrived cold and very greasy. Somehow even found a way to make a pizza with just spinach and mushrooms greasy. Both pizzas were way over cooked. Was like eating rubber. Very disappointed.

I ordered the meat lovers pizza. It came fast but it was the worst pizza I've had in a long time. The crust was rock hard. The sauce was watered down. The middle of the pizza was slimey it was horrible.. I hate when I pay almost $30 for a medium pizza and it comes to me like it was dropped in the sink of dirty dish water. Will probably never order there again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Over the past few months I've given this location a few tries. Every couple months we say, " hey lets give Marks another shot" we're always disappointed. The last 3 orders they just "forget" pizzas, like an entire pizza just not there. Yesterday I felt like a fat lazy american and decided to order a pizza. Unfortunately couldn't get it from Pizza Stop (which I highly recommend) so I decided to order from Marks, got a couple pizzas and and order of wings. They brought one pizza and the side, wings were something you'd see come from a pizza hut buffet after sitting for 12 hrs. I called the store, they said they'd bring the pizza back out and just never did. There are plenty of other quality pizza joints around Williamson, do not give this place anymore business.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Staff is rude and they don’t know how to read a ticket. The last 3 or 4 times we have gotten food there our food has been wrong. Today when we went to get out food we checked it before we got home and noticed it was wrong. We ordered BUFFALO wings and got BBQ. We said something the the girl who was cashing us out and she offered to re toss the wings in buffalo sauce. No mention to re make them or refund them. On top of that the pizza is undercooked and soggy. Absolutely horrible customer service and food. I would rather drive to Ontario to get pizza than order this garbage.

Food was ok but the girl that took my order messed it up and over charged me. When asked to correct my order she played like it was my fault even though I was at the shop, had the menu open, and pointed to what I wanted. They tried to correct it but didn't feel the needed to correct the price because it was to much of a hassle for them. They thought it was ok to change me $16 for a $7 plate of pasta. I rarely go here and will most likely not go back.

For the life of me I'll never understand it. Kudos to you guys, you seem to be doing a pretty banging business over the last 20 years or so but every time I try it again, I kick myself for thinking maybe it'll be better this time. Flavorless dough, flavorless sauce, low quality cheese, mediocre toppings. And maybe I could tolerate all of that if they used a Stone deck oven, but on top of the wayyy too much dough and way wayyy too much sauce, and both of them being flavorless and then the toppings being not even average, it gets cooked in a conveyor belt oven(sort of like a convection that is moving) which is actually great for some products but terrible for pizza. Sorry to bang on you guys like this, I don't necessarily have a problem with the business, I just don't like the products and Google asked me so I'm just being honest.

Beside the pizza being flavorless we recently were going to order the 2 medium pizza which included 2 toppings each. We only wanted to order 1 extra topping per pizza. Don't understand how it went from $17.99 to 29.73 when toppings for medium pizza is 1.59 extra each. Again, another reason Salvatores is our choice for pizza. We may have to drive a little further, but the flavor is great

The last 4 times I have stopped there, workers are grumpy, no slices, and with more workers then customers in the building they claim they are to busy to make slices. Been at 1130/12/1/4 on different days. How do you not have slices ready at lunch time at a pizza shop? The one girl there has a big attitude as well, blonde.

Don't waste your time and money with this place. I will never order here again after my last experience. The person on the phone sounded intoxicated. After going over the order SEVERAL times the food came and was wrong/missing. Missing an order of wings and veggies on a white veggie specialty pizza. Literally not one veggie. Called back to let them know and they offered nothing in return to correct the situation. After spending 130.00 they lost customers.

We are regular customers here since we live fairly close. Today I ordered a pizza online and wanted the cup pepperonis, I had no idea it was a specialty pizza. When we called to have them switch the toppings you can hear in the background they were upset because they already started it. When I went to go pick it up they canceled my card payment and charged me more without telling me it would be an additional charge over the phone when I originally called. So I had to pay more, which I would have never switched the toppings. I asked to speak to a manager or for them provide me with a number to call corporate and the girl laughed at me and called the manager over. I explained I didn't care about paying the extra at this point but why wasn't I told in the first place. He apologized. The girl who laughed came back and threw the plates on the pizza box and said "you have a two liter too" and just walked away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will not be returning and will be contacting whoever I need to to make sure the employee is taken care of properly for her rudeness. Best advice, just go to a pizza place in Ontario. They are cheaper, quality is just as good or better and they don't have bad employees. Good job Marks!
