Williamson Marks doesn’t seem to understand crispy wings. I tell them every time extra crispy and I get rubbery. I’m done with there wings. Which means there pizza also.

We paid $30 for 10 boneless wings and a Meatball Sub. The wings were OK, a little cold but good flavor. But here is the real story, When I opend the meatball sub the bread was burnt and it was almost charcoal. When I asked for it to be re-made the lady who look like a 15yro that has never had a job was all snobby and was like OKKKKAAYYY. In a grumpy and annoyed voice even after showing them just how bad it was. DONT RECOMMEND THE MEATBALL SUB

Pizza has been terrible lately. We order take out and it might be good 1 out of 4 pizzas. This last time they hardly had any cheese or pepperoni on it. A lot of dough instead. We are done with this pizza shop. They lost us as a customer

The last 4 times I have stopped there, workers are grumpy, no slices, and with more workers then customers in the building they claim they are to busy to make slices. Been at 1130/12/1/4 on different days. How do you not have slices ready at lunch time at a pizza shop? The one girl there has a big attitude as well, blonde.

Don't waste your time and money with this place. I will never order here again after my last experience. The person on the phone sounded intoxicated. After going over the order SEVERAL times the food came and was wrong/missing. Missing an order of wings and veggies on a white veggie specialty pizza. Literally not one veggie. Called back to let them know and they offered nothing in return to correct the situation. After spending 130.00 they lost customers.

Williamson location consistently burns their pizza. Even when requesting it “lightly baked”, it’s still made as shown below. How you serve food to a customer made like this is disgraceful.

We are regular customers here since we live fairly close. Today I ordered a pizza online and wanted the cup pepperonis, I had no idea it was a specialty pizza. When we called to have them switch the toppings you can hear in the background they were upset because they already started it. When I went to go pick it up they canceled my card payment and charged me more without telling me it would be an additional charge over the phone when I originally called. So I had to pay more, which I would have never switched the toppings. I asked to speak to a manager or for them provide me with a number to call corporate and the girl laughed at me and called the manager over. I explained I didn't care about paying the extra at this point but why wasn't I told in the first place. He apologized. The girl who laughed came back and threw the plates on the pizza box and said "you have a two liter too" and just walked away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will not be returning and will be contacting whoever I need to to make sure the employee is taken care of properly for her rudeness. Best advice, just go to a pizza place in Ontario. They are cheaper, quality is just as good or better and they don't have bad employees. Good job Marks!
