Went through drive thru. Quiet for 4th of July. Needed to eat for low blood sugar. Was naturally quiet because most were having BBQs. I was traveling. Instead of soda had delicious chocolate shake. The young lady was very nice.

Every time I come to Burger King and get breakfast, the food is always hot and fresh. Customer Service at this establishment is always amazing. I come in the morning and they never complain about making fries for me in the morning. The Lady at the drive-thru is truly amazing and I truly appreciate her hard work.

I ordered food at the drive thru window, was kindly asked to pull up further because my food had not been ready yet. The place wasn't crowded, I didn't understand why. I patiently wait for my food, as did the car in front of me. I should have checked the bag because even after the wait I didn't receive what I had ordered in total, an entire sandwich was completely forgotten but still paid for. Things happen and I probably will return but this was poor service for the day.

When I arrived in the drive thru there was only one car in front of me. They sat there for at least 10-15 minutes before someone came to take their order. By the time I pulled up to the window, they asked for my order and then asked me to wait and disappeared for about 5 minutes. If it was busy then I'd totally understand but it was pretty empty. I gave them 2 stars because their shake machine was working and they actually got my order right

Horrible service. Went twice in the last month idk why because the food is disgusting but convenience right? Both time there were 1-2 cars in front of me at driveway and waited 10+ minutes for our food (fries and nuggets)

Arrived 640 Signs states it should be open Person takes my order at the intercom Then after 10 minutes of waiting someone else proceeds to tell me they are closed

I have lived in this area for 56 years of my life and have been coming to Burger King for many years. I have never seen the quality of an establishment go down so bad as I’ve seen in this Burger King on Hempstead turnpike in Bethpage. We waited over 35 minutes with no help after ordering, they clearly cannot handle the workload no disrespect to the poll workers that were trying to make it work. The Burger King should get their act together. This is about the third or fourth time we’ve come here and waited a long time to work. Is it doing the best they can but I highly recommend that you stay away from this place to avoid aggravation

Wish I could give it zero stars! Place an order through the app. When food was delivered food was ice cold. Onion rings looked like they had been sitting out for 3 days. Whopper was gross and inedible, as the tomatoes and lettuce in it were rotten. When I put in a complaint I was offered a $10 coupon for our $70 order!! Never again. Worst customer service!
