When I visited the Whataburger in Canton Texas I was treated very nice. I wish they didn't have a problem shake machine I guess McDonald's is rubbing off on some people but all in all good food good service we'll go back again and again and again and again

Stopped by here today around 7pm and received exemplary service from the staff here. The manager was great, I didn’t catch her name but she was a short brunette woman who helped me right away when she saw me carrying my 12 month old son. She brought the high chair to my table and showed genuine customer service to all the guests. The staff was just as friendly and professional, could tell they had a good leader, which is hard to come by. Food was fresh and portioning was great. Restaurant was clean even though it wasn’t empty. What-a-staff lol

I order here more frequently than I should. This is one of the better Whataburger around. After 2 years of going here consistently, they have only messed up an order once and it wasn’t even a big deal. Unlike another Whataburger I know. Wait time is a little longer than others. It’s normal fairly crowded. But dang good food.

Plenty of parking fast service. The food was plentiful & of good taste.The bun has a unique flavor & so soft. The meat was seasoned perfect combined with the fresh fries was a great dinner for the road. First time here from Chicago. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was my first time eating at a Whataburger, I’d say that it lived up to the hype. The burger was great, the fries were good, but the Dr. Pepper shake was definitely the highlight.

Really fantastic service here, and extremely clean. The burger was made carefully and superbly put together. Got stuck here due to ice, they were short staffed, but let me in to get a meal. Came through later and they made me a special request (my favorite whataburger the 'monteray melt').

I only go by this Whataburger for breakfast, and I only go through the drive through. The morning service people are always very professional, and friendly. My one complaint is they are under staffed for the time slot I arrive which is approximately 4:30AM. If you are the only car in the drive it is no problem, but if you get as few as two vehicles in front of you, then the wait could be 20 minutes to get you food.

Whataburger Canton cares more about their pickup orders than customers that come in to their store. To my surprise today they have moved their now "1" handicap spot to the back of the building by the trash can. They have replaced their handicap spots at the front door with pick up orders spots. Shame on you Whataburger Canton. I will take my business to Dairy Palace from now on. I'm not sure but I think this is bending the ADA rules and regulations... Businesses must provide ADA-compliant handicap parking spaces by meeting size and accessibility requirements, such as specific widths for car and van spots, adjacent access aisles, and stable surfaces. The number of required spots depends on the total number of parking spaces, and they must be located on the shortest accessible route to the entrance.
