I enjoy using my points at McDonald's and this one is very clean

Drove in and saw massive long line but my kid had her heart set on that kids meal so we went through the line. To my surprise, the line went tremendously fast! Like seriously had me impressed LOL I had to sit myself down to write a review. My order was correct so this belly is happpyyyy. Whoever worked night shift after 8pm on 6/24/2022, drive thru crew and cook staff...yall did great getting orders handled in the lines.

We usually go to this location and do curbside, not too bad, just sometimes feel like the parking lot is too small because its always busy. The food is good and the wait time is normal.

Fast services, great employees. I always order through the app and come to pick up in store or drive through. I choose M size for tea all the time and the lady always gives me L size 😂😂 She is so nice. Even M and L is the same $1. I love ordering M because I like the M cup. It looks cute. I appreciate all employees. They are so nice.

1st time using indoor automated system. My 5 & 7 year old granddaughters ordered with it, with no problems at all, until it came to the paying part. Also, there is a double order line outside.

I give this place 5 stars because of Rosa! She is the sweetest employee I’ve encountered so far at this location. She makes sure you’re well taken care of. Give this lady a raise please!

I work close and I usually go at 2 where you expect the experience crew to be working. I honestly never had a problem with my food, it’s always fresh to oder and the customers service is decent. The lobby can be crowded and anxious. I would suggest drive thru.

Nice and clean inside short wait compared to the drive thru. The spicy chicken sandwich was privy and there was nothing in it but 2 measly pickles. Nothing else amd it was not even remotely spicy. Fried were fine the nuggets were fresh.

They would get 5 stars if they managed to get their regular ice coffee correct. We've started tasting it before leaving the window & have them remake it if it's not right. It took 3 separate tries today before it was passable- still not right, but at least it was drinkable. Next time we get some that is correct, we are going to find out exactly how it was made so we can tell the next person who makes it incorrectly how to make it right. We are tired of paying for coffee to not be able to drink it.

I normally have great service here. But today I ordered my morning usual .. sausage Mc Muffin, and I get to work to find out in my bag is sausage and cheese in a hamburger bun!!! Gross😞 I work in Dallas so no going back to exchange, 😞 If they were out of muffins it would have been nice to have been told so I could have the option to choose something else 😞 Breakfast ruined 😞

Went at 11 at night through the 24 hour drive through. The lady who took my order was kind of rude, but the other two were nice. My food was kind of disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for.

I happened to be on a trip and ventured to this location for the 1st time. The drive-thru had a few cars, but the line went nice and fast. The food was consistent with all the other McDonalds. Nice, fresh fries! The cashier showed great customer service. I didn't have to ask for any condiments or napkins because she already had it all in the sack for me. It doesn't seem like much but nowadays, I've learned I have to ask for what use to be included. As a former manager I understand places need to keep food cost down but a few napkins and packs of ketchup for an order of fries should be expected, like it once was. I really liked this location. It is in a small town and it shows by the way the employees treat their customers. I was treated like a regular local even though it was my 1st time there. I highly recommend this location if you happen to be driving through the area. Excellent experience on what was a rainy, gloomy day!

The hours need to be updated. Dining room is open 7am-10pm, the drive thru is open 5am-12pm

This McDonald's always has a line wrapped around the building for drive thru., but on the particular day I was able to get in and out with no problem.

Nice experience.. I took my toddler to play so that I could charge my phone. There are no outlets visible in the play area but in the dining room area I was able to find some. The food was decent.. My fries could've been hotter. The lady that brought my food was a little awkward and had no smile. I ordered my food in the McDonald's app to get my points. 😌 I input my table number so the food was brought to my table very quick I guess because I had happy meal nuggets for my child and fries with a caramel frappe for myself. The play place area was clean and they played music. I heard a couple of gospel songs playing that I was familiar with. The play place itself was pretty big and there were at least 12 kids there. Two of the center tables had light up dots for the kids to touch and a moving smiley face display.

You know, McDonald's use to be one of my favorites. But not so much anymore. They're falling off. Depending on which one you go to & which side of town you're on. The employee's are nonchalant. Not really caring how they're preparing your food (I've watched them). I've even been given the wrong order. Really????

Can’t expect too much from this place. Food is always cold and messy. Service still slow. And they keep screwing orders. Kids may don’t care since a happy meal does not require to much effort, but meals are not even close to the pics they show.

This place stays busy. I've gotten someone else's order occasionally. Also, I've had issues with picking my order up whenever I use the mobile app. I was in there arguing with the manager one day because I paid on the mobile app and they couldn't find my order. I ended up having to pay for the order twice. I was very unhappy

The closest McDs to us but we only go there if it is an utter necessity. Service after several repeated visits is notoriously slow with little apology. Plus the cheeseburger was far too expensive!

I only go this location because it's the closest one to my house, and I don't go often. First of all if you're in a hurry, don't go here. The drive thru line is always long. Second of all, if it's summer time, don't stop here for ice cream because half of the time the machine is broke. Lastly, if it's late at night (after midnight), don't stop here because they will tell you they're card machine is broke and they can only accept cash. Other than those specified times you're good.

They are so rude. If you can go to another location, please do. When I say my order up front, they don’t get it. When I say the items one at a time, they rush my order. Always have attitudes as if the employees hate their job. Just avoid this location if you can

The lady taking our orders had a very bad attitude, was rushing us to take order, and messed up my order. I ordered $3.00 bundle with double cheeseburger with bacon and also used my points to get a 50 cent double cheeseburger no pickles. I received the 50 cent double cheeseburger with bacon, separate small fry and no additional burger. Once I received it and realized it was incorrect, I asked for it to be corrected and that I would pay the additional owed for the bundle which should have been $1.11 for the burger. After sitting for about 10 minutes (long enough for my ice cream I bought to melt) I was told that the manager said I would be charged $2.59 for regular double cheeseburger if wanted another. That's more than the price on the menu and the bundle with fries is only $3. I asked why and was told that's just what the manager said even though the employee knew it was more than should have been. At that point, worrying that they may spit in my food next, I declined and decided won't be coming back. I understand it may be a matter of change to some, but I value all my money and what I spend it on matters. The service matters. This is at least the 2nd time this location has messed up my order and GOT AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. I won't be back a 3rd time. I may have to give McDonald's a break all together or stick with just getting simple breakfast like I used to. Won't be back at this location either way.

Okay, wow! Where do I begin? My son, granddaughter and I stopped here recently. What an experience and not in a good way. At the counter the young lady asked my son what flavor drink he wanted she didn't ask my niece or I each of which ordered before him. He said he wasn't sure and would decide at the dispenser. She says she needs to know to put the order in. That one was new to me. Then she hands him 3 cups so he's like, "Why did you ask me if you were going to give me empty cups anyway?" Funny unless you're having an exhausting day. Then I go to get catsup from the dispenser one comes out red and one comes out this eww orange color. The manager says it's because it wasn't cleaned and as I'm staring at her in astonishment, the same cashier comes over and repeats, "She said it's because it wasn't cleaned." So I said, "That's not the point." My point of course was why not and if someone was going to do it now. After a brief stare off, we went our separate ways. Me to dump this toxic looking mixture and them to go do whatever it is they do. By the way no one answers or responds when you call the complaint number listed on the door. Will I give up on McDonalds? Probably not, but I will use the catsup packs not a dirty dispenser thank you very much.

On Friday July 16 when I was ordering usually I am welcomed and The server is kind but this time they had an attitude rushing me interrupting me saying “is that it?” Before I can even place one order. Today my husband and I go to place an order for a Happy meal for my daughter since she was in the hospital all day Sunday. Absolutely horrible. The drive thru line constantly extends all the way to the busy driveway. This makes it virtually impossible to park in their lot, or get food altogether from this place. The staff don't seem to care at all that this is happening. The wait is constantly longer than 20 minutes from order to food in hand. Isn't this supposed to be FAST food?

Like less than 15 minutes for the whole making and dropping off. The only thing that was decent was the drink. On my crispy chicken I got everything but what I asked for and my fries were cold and old. Called the restaurant explain to them that my order was wrong, they didn’t say anything and hung up in my face. Called back and they ignored my call !! I had a very terrible experience today (07/26) I placed an order and when I got home I noticed my order was missing a burger. So I quickly drove back up there to discuss it was an associate. I didn’t catch her name; however she was very rude to me with their mistake. She looked at me as if I was a liar which I didn’t appreciate! I asked for another fry bc the one at home was already cold. When I asked for that she had an attitude bc of that request. She gave me the fry however it wasn’t the size I had previously order. I ask for an Minecraft movie meal That comes with a medium fry, but then I said, can you change it to a large fry please and then I also said six piece chicken nugget meal with hot mustard. I don't eat there haven't ate there since I was 10 and I am 53 now . Their food is poison to the human body . I don't know why Google thinks I went there but no matter . This is my opinion and is based on facts that can be verified. I am sure the employees are nice I am sure the atmosphere is pleasant service is probably good also , just to be fair.

Establishment has very poor customer service on Saturdays and Sunday’s. Employees are teenagers without a care or concern for customers. They do not greet you upon arrival at the speaker and they won’t acknowledge your presence until you’ve say there for 3 minutes or so; I often times have to order at the window because of this. The service provided and received should be the same on the weekends as it is Monday-Friday. Weekend managers need to be trained over or fired as well as employees that actually want to work and understand what customer is and how it works. No customers no business, no business no paychecks!

My daughter and I just experienced the worst customer service at this establishment. Management was rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. My 14yr old daughter was rudely dismissed & spoken to when sent in for our order that they said we didn't make and even after I went in to prove we ordered and showed the order number we were questioned & looked at as though we're lying. I don't understand how establishments can put young people in management positions who don't know good customer service or even how to manage because one of the managers coworkers followed suit with the rudeness and mockery. Drive through line always takes forever. They prioritize one of the two speakers letting several cars go through on the other side making your wait even longer.

i was there a few minutes ago , and order 2(40) piece chicken nuggets and a meal, i get gome and only had 1(40) piece and my meal, i called the store and explained the situation but Lucia was very unprofessional after i told her i couldn't go back because i had just got back from a long trip, she started saying that if i wanted my food i needed to go back, that she couldnt send a driver to deliver my food(which i never asked for that) i told her that is not the fist time this has happen and she went off on me and started screaming at me and threading me to go to the store that she will be waiting for me with Police there. im a regular costumer of that store and that completely unacceptable .

drive thru (9/22) never took my order after 5 min, pulled fwd to explain but the guy had an attitude. Next, the pickuo window had an attitude as well & advised me to pull fwd to which, I waited over 10 min to rcv cold food. Very poor service & will rather drive 5-10 miles & pay another location than visit this one again.

I was missing an entire burger, and I ordered a large fry and they didn’t fill it.

The workers were more concerned with chatting with their friends instead of doing their jobs. Took me 5-6 minutes to even get anyone’s attention and when I finally did they were dismissive and unfriendly.

I’ve gone twice now in the last month and they have given me cold fries and a lukewarm burger. The last time I went around and asked them to remake it and they did, this time I got all the way home before realize my burger was cold.

It's Saturday,12/20, 12:57am and I got the munchies while wrapping Christmas gifts for my family and I decided to run to the local McDonald's and take advantage of their new late night hours! Horrendous mistake! I drove through using the second lane and was bypassed by three cars that came after me, I should have left then, but my mom wanted a Big Mac. Finally my order is taken; but, I asked for fresh French fries (cooked to order) and was parked with only my drinks. At 1:08, the HF cashier comes to my window and asked me what I'd ordered. I tell her, she laughs as she apologizes and heads back inside. 1:15am, an older HF (Elsa) brings me a bag of lukewarm fries and the 2 burgers I ordered to the car. I am beyond frustrated and tell her the fries are supposed to have been cooked to order and the burgers don't feel hot. She asks for the bag back and heads in. 1.24 am, multiple cars/customers have come & gone, Elsa heads back out. She hands me the bag, fries are hot (not sure about the burgers -were they redone?) I ask if she is the manager and mention how disappointed & frustrated I am that I'd been waiting more than 25 minutes for my McDonald's "fast food" & she shrugs a little, says she is the manager, and half heartedly apologizes for the long delay as she "blames" the cashier for failing to tell her about my waiting order and my desire for hot, fresh fries. She then turns and leaves. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To make matters worse, when I got home I had someone else's burger.

the wait time is ridiculous. I am always being parked. The drive thru line is blocks parking spaces so if someone want to get in or out they either have to wait until the line moves or the drive thru line has to reverse. the worst part is getting out, you either have to wait on people exiting the highway and getting a red light or go down to the homezone parking lot and wait on that light to make a left. everytime i go to this mcdonalds im annoyed and sometimes they get the food wrong.

Very slow and SHALANDREA was VERY RUDE! Shalandrea was at window one when I was there. I wanted to use my points for a free frappe. She entered my code, then told me to hold on and walked away. I heard arguing from her and 2 other workers while I was waiting at the window. After she eventually came back, she asked for my code again, then proceeded to tell me that the code didn’t work and that I needed to wait 14 minutes before I could use the code. I tried explaining to her that this was my first time using the code and that I understand how the McDonald’s rewards system works. She yelled and did not listen to what I was saying. She kept repeating “do you want me to take off the frappe or not?”, in a very rude and angry tone. She did not try to fix it or even understand the issue at all. However, I did speak to the manager and she was very nice and helpful! Overall, the manager is great, but Shalandrea’s customer service is TERRIBLE and I will not be back, because of her!

This establishment is slow, unorganized and is clearly ran by a middle school staff with no senseofurgency. The management is incompetent and needs to be TERMINATED. The parking lot design is even a joke. This is one reason why cooking at home is the Best Option.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!!! Every time we order food from here with any delivery service we either don't get items or the drinks are flat or a myriad of any other issue present. Management has been called but clearly no care is being given. Order from elsewhere and maybe the message will get high enough to actually care to make a change. I'm going elsewhere.

I hot the fish sandwich. Couldn't see the fish. The fires were curly fries I guess they ran out or took some back out. I didn't notice this till 30 minutes later. Ripped me off I need some free food in return or something. Or I won't be going here again.

Word cannot describe the angry and Frustration I have to go the through the trouble of using the app and place an order, pay for it and not get what I ordered. Furthermore, calling to express my concerns to management. Laughable, only because the phone is not answered so much so they did not even set a voicemail.
