Because it was awesome. Muchie's meals come clutch in the middle of night. Get ranch for the burger and buffalo spicy nacho sandwich. Hot sauce for the tacos. Ketchup for the 1/2 curly fries, 1/2 french fries, and 32 oz. Cup of beverage.
Went here for lunch on way back from San Francisco and had 2 Jr Jack's, probably the best I've ever had at a Jack in a Box. Highly recommend.

Food is cooked after ordering. It is usually warmer than most restaurants. Check your bag before leaving. Sometimes they repeat your order before giving it to you but not always. At home, I discovered that I was given someone else's order once.

I made another tiny step to the tech era .by signing up for the Jack in the box app . Took me 5 minutes so probably 2 minutes for most. But I got a free milkshake for the effort . Basically a walk inside after the order in app. And the shakes were waiting for me . Very quick and easy!
Unfortunately they always seem to mess my order up. Maybe it's them not paying attention or maybe it's might be a lauangue barrier with staff. Im thinking they might not be able to read English to well. Its hard enough to learn to speak a second language and reading and writing in a second language is im assuming even more difficult. I'm not mad dont blame them. Just my observation/ opinion . Im still going to eat there i just need to remember to check my order before I get all the way home):( :)

I had a huge order to pick up for my family new years day. We put it in in advanced through the app and the payment went through but not the order. Everyone working was really nice and went out of their way to help me carry boxes to the car, re take & triple check my orders etc. I wish I could have tipped them, it's not their fault the app sucked. I will def be complaining to corporate about the app but everyone working at the location did what they could. :)

Very speedy service (I went in around noon), Everything was done promptly, from order-taking to getting the food into my hands.
Really like that this place has drive through late at night for midnight snacks and cravings! But make sure to double check your bag before you leave the window...

Love the Supreme Croissant: I always get 2, take one side of the croissant off of each and put the 2 sandwiches together. Husband gets the 2 empty halves to make his sandwich with at home! 😁😁😁
Well maintained Jack in the box location. Good and quick service. Spicy Chicken Sandwich and curly fries were very good. There is ample parking available.
This location has unusually friendly service, and noticeably higher quality food compared to other Jack in the Box locations (and by extension, other fast food restaurants).
Wait in drive in lane was aweful. Mostly fault of car ahead of me. Meal was good. I did think the onion rings were too bland.

The workers here are very polite. I go to a summer school nearby, and me and my friends always go here. One time as an accident, I spilled my regular large fries, and when I told them about it, they refiled my container with CURLY fries for NO CHARGE! That's service! Its good here.

The lobby was clean with only minor issues which were from very recent customers. My one issue was the restroom. It was sloppy and the sink was gross. I came here because there are no Jack In The Box restaurants from where I am from. I also chose here because I refuse to pay an 18% surcharge like at "The Counter" which is a burger place where a burger would be $25 plus. Overall, I enjoyed this visit and would return.

I had a Bacon Swiss breakfast sandwich which was luke warm. Nothing like a cold egg, barely warm sausage and a cold slice of cheese on cold toast.

What can I say. The Jack is the Jack. Not a lot of diversity in settings. Order from the Value Meal. 2 tacos for $1.29. Two of us ate 6 for $3, plus value fries, and value drink. Will return, to any Jack, whereevert

This location over the years, has developed a serious problem of both having people following customers into the drive thru, and also employees calling their "friends" to assist them with anyone they don't like. Stalling them when ordering, while allowing others to go through without hassle. Targeting certain people; it will never end. I know.

I dropped by for curly fries. Customer service is slow. Very slow. And the person making fries didn't look hygienic at all.. after waiting 5 min for service and seeing no one is coming by to take my order at the cash register, I left without buying
I've been here before and they're usually very good but this time around when I paid for a double jack with cheese meal the sandwich I got was a jack Jr without cheese....huge downgrade for what I paid for
This is review is somewhat pointless because the employee who took my order will likely be gone in 3-6 months(or earlier), but still. Pulled up in the drive thru. Wanted some Chorizo Fries. I said " One Chorizo Fries, that is all." He responded: "One number one with fries?" NO, that is no what I said. Clearly he was effing with me; ostensibly because of my Asian' ness. Just putting this out there because workers think they can get away with deception. Not that it matters, he'll be gone soon like all the other young punk who have worked there. 10/2021: The new thing now is to change your order as soon as the customer leaves the order is placed. Dispicable.
This location is temporary close. It has been in remodeled since September. Costumer lost a lot of time driving to this location, 😕😕😕 This is sad because we have limited lunch Time.. Please change the status of this location

Twice already, my order of two jumbo jacks has come with one of them with a tomato, and one without a tomato, after the owner of the store replied to my comment. very disappointing, it's not just that I have to pick the tomatoes out, I am placing an order here for food to be made in a specific way through the customization in their app, and their workers repeatedly and consistently cannot follow the simplest instruction. I am not being provided what I'm paying for here. Will continue to edit my review in a few weeks to see if there is any sort of process improvement, or if there's just no care at this store. Giving the store a three out of five stars for now. I love to eat burgers, I hate tomatoes. I always make my orders without tomatoes, and I say a majority of the time, this store cannot even get it correctly. I place it two for five jumbo Jack no tomato order because of a deal, and it's not even like they consistently put tomatoes in, or they consistently leave them out. In the same order of only two burgers, they will put tomatoes in one Burger, and have no tomatoes in the other Burger, it's like these people are so confused about how to use their hands and their eyes I have no clue what the heck is going on in their kitchen. Soda flat, chicken sandwich dry, only got a few packets of ketchup. Won't be coming back. Didn't get salsa for my tacos.

Feb 17, 2021 I placed an mobile order to Jack in the Box in Cupertino. I ordered 2 Spicy Jack chicken sandwiches (not cheese), a side of Large fries and a large drink. Before submitting the mobile order in the app I opted to customized my 2 spicy Jack's ONLY adding (not subtracting anything) extra swiss cheese, extra mayo, ketchup,mustard and pickles. Picked up my order and on my way back home I looked inside the sandwiches and noticed that NEITHER sandwiches had ANY LETTUCE or TOMATOES on them. When I got home I called the restaurant and spoke to them calmly about the problem and instead of showing HUMILITY they accused me of being the problem because I complained a few days prior because of missing ingredients. Instead of DOING THE RIGHT THING, shouldering the blame (rightfully so) and fix the concern they send me through an ordeal of neverending disputable lies trying to defend themselves (in pride) telling me that they correctly made the order how I placed it. I knew they were lying because if ANYONE customizes a burger or sandwich and chooses to REMOVE a particular ingredient (lettuce and tomatoes) that ORIGINALLY comes with the item your mobile order history AND RECEIPT is going to read; "No lettuce" "No tomatoes" under the items name and price. All spicy Jack's are made with lettuce and tomatoes whether original or with cheese, so you SHOULD ALWAYS receive lettuce and tomatoes unless you MANUELLY REMOVE it yourself. So finally the manager accepts to refund my money back but told me I had to come get my refund since the order I placed was through the app. I drive to the restaurant and theirs 5 cops waiting, signaling me to pull to the side. The cops tells me the restaurant reported me trespassing even though the manager told me to come pickup my refund! Not only did they renege on my refund but they wouldnt even let me replace the bad order THAT I STILL HAD (untouched) for 2 new Jack's made correctly. They owe me $12.40. The employees are rude, extremely arrogant and will deflect and play innocent even though your the customer that paid for services that weren't met!!!!
I really hope the owners of this franchise please take note. Last week around 11 pm, we ordered an order of their jalapeño poppers and a large French fries at their takeout drive through. When we reached home, we discovered that they gave us two orders of their French fries, no jalapeño poppers. Called them at 11.15 pm, no answer. I drove back to their location and arrived at 11.30 pm and they were closed ! No lights on. The same thing happened tonight. We went there at 11.35 pm and they were closed. What kind of place is this that they say they are open until 12 midnight and close 30 minutes early ? So this is very typical of the California liberal thing where entitlement is the way of life ? This sucks. I have seen better service elsewhere.
NOT open til 3 AM. We just attempted to go there and all the lights were off. There were 2 cars in the drive thru but no one taking their order. Looked like they were waiting to see what was going on. Info posted states they are open til 3. We drove all the way there after I had been in the hospital for 12 hours and I was starving. And now we have to drive all the way to Campbell. Either way, they either need to change the info online, or if they are in fact supposed to be open, have employees that do their damn job. This location lost a lot of business tonight.
I ordered a combo for myself, and a few other items for my wife for dinner. I came home to find that my fries were missing. Then I tried calling to see if I can go back to pick up my fries and nobody answered after multiple calls. Disappointing.
I stood at the front of the line like an idiot expecting some one to take my order but they were all to busy stocking shelves to even acknowledge my presence ... Tho they all made eye contact and continue to ignore... Not even serving anyone else just ignoring me

I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl and the food was not in the bowl it was in a box. By the time I got home in like 10 minutes food was cold. They didn’t even put enough teriyaki sauce. Never going to this store.
Please answer my question: Does JIB have any requirement about how soon a customer MUST show up after clicking on "Prepare Now" in the app??? For me, I don't mind food hot or cold. Yesterday I showed up 30 minutes after clicking on "Prepare Now". After telling the manager/owner my name, he glared and SCOLDED me "That's too long time!" Has any customer including me ever shouted at you when we wait too LONG for our "FAST" food during your busy hours? We don't even complain. Then how dare you be so mean and rude to a customer, when I already paid and you didn't lose anything? BTW, this is not my first same experience with the same person. This uncivilized guy has been here since about 1 year ago. I love JIB's food, just feeling ashamed for JIB to allow such a manger/owner who has disappointed JIB's lovers and destroyed JIB's reputation.
Was really bad service. I order #3 combo and I had a coupon for free meal and they didn't want to accept it because they said it was for another restaurant not there's the coupon said any jack in the box you can redeem it they just didn't want to take it very disappointed never had this experience at other jib
They made mistakes with my order and then accused me of their mistake. I ordered through the app 6 sandwiches and 2 tacos. I got my bag through drive through and didn't check inside until after I got home. They give me only 2 out of the 6 sandwiches I ordered and another wrong one (and the two tacos), so they owe me 4 sandwiches. I went back and told them they made mistakes with my order, that guy at the window insisted they put those in. I confronted "are you accusing me of lying for two sandwiches?" He said "we have cameras". I said "then don't give me sandwiches, go check your footage now". He then insisted they put them in with a smear on his face and said they have customers behind and asked me to pull forward and added "it happens all the time" implying he's seen liars like this all the time. It was extremely humiliating but i don't want to make a big scene so I just waited. They did hand me those sandwiches in the end but this is customer service 101 how can you assume and accuse someone of lying without any evidence. This just shows the character of this guy and the level of training he's got from the management. So I wasted time, got the wrong order, and got humiliation from the employees. 11/3/2024, Lunch time. If the owner or manager of this store is seeing this, check your footage and talk to your employee.
I have been to this place twice - both times it didn't go well. The waiter either doesn't speak English or doesn't know what he was doing. We ordered 2 chicken burgers but got 2 beef burgers this time. Every time we had a question, the waiter said "one second" and had us wait for a few minutes. In summary if you insist on going to this restaurant, be ready for 1. Non-english speaking waiter with little understanding of what you ordered and what you asked 2. Heavy accent that's extremely difficult to understand as a native English speaker 3. Order multiple times or have wrong orders 4. Very impatient waiter

I got my bag through drive through and didn't check inside until after I got home. They give me only 2 out of the 6 sandwiches I ordered and another wrong one (and the two tacos), so they owe me 4 sandwiches. I went back and told them they made mistakes with my order, that guy at the window insisted they put those in. I confronted "are you accusing me of lying for two sandwiches?" He said "we have cameras". I said "then don't give me sandwiches, go check your footage now". He then insisted they put them in with a smear on his face and said they have customers behind and asked me to pull forward and added "it happens all the time" implying he's seen liars like this all the time. It was extremely humiliating but i don't want to make a big scene so I just waited. They did hand me those sandwiches in the end but this is customer service 101 how can you assume and accuse someone of lying without any evidence. This just shows the character of this guy and the level of training he's got from the management. So I wasted time, got the wrong order, and got humiliation from the employees. 11/3/2024, Lunch time. If the owner or manager of this store is seeing this, check your footage and talk to your employee.
I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl and the food was not in the bowl it was in a box. By the time I got home in like 10 minutes food was cold. They didn’t even put enough teriyaki sauce. Never going to this store.
I have been to this place twice - both times it didn't go well. The waiter either doesn't speak English or doesn't know what he was doing. We ordered 2 chicken burgers but got 2 beef burgers this time. Every time we had a question, the waiter said "one second" and had us wait for a few minutes. In summary if you insist on going to this restaurant, be ready for 1. Non-english speaking waiter with little understanding of what you ordered and what you asked 2. Heavy accent that's extremely difficult to understand as a native English speaker 3. Order multiple times or have wrong orders 4. Very impatient waiter
Please answer my question: Does JIB have any requirement about how soon a customer MUST show up after clicking on "Prepare Now" in the app??? For me, I don't mind food hot or cold. Yesterday I showed up 30 minutes after clicking on "Prepare Now". After telling the manager/owner my name, he glared and SCOLDED me "That's too long time!" Has any customer including me ever shouted at you when we wait too LONG for our "FAST" food during your busy hours? We don't even complain. Then how dare you be so mean and rude to a customer, when I already paid and you didn't lose anything? BTW, this is not my first same experience with the same person. This uncivilized guy has been here since about 1 year ago. I love JIB's food, just feeling ashamed for JIB to allow such a manger/owner who has disappointed JIB's lovers and destroyed JIB's reputation.
