I change my order after paying and there were no problems. Staff was very courteous; bathroom was clean. I got the beyond famous star, and they asked if I still wanted mayonnaise (vegan option).

Great service, fast service! 3 adults and 3 kids ate for $23 and some change... 👀we used coupons! The burgers were hot and delicious the chicken strips were juicy. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant itself was really clean. Employees were polite and helpful. Its a rainy night and there was a water leak I told one of the employees and he immediately attended to it. It shows me he cares about his customers safety.

We stop here whenever we travel. The floors could be cleaner but there is a nice area inside to walk around to stretch legs if the weather is ick. If the weather is nice, there is a nice outside area as well. We like to let the kids loose because the area is gated.

I went to McDonald's in Gorman, CA, because it was a Friday and I was hoping the Filet 0'Fish deal was available (2 for $5). I went to wash my hands in their bathroom, and it was filthy--toilet paper all over the floors and no hand soap in either of the two dispensers. I looked around for a place to sit and the empty tables were all dirty. The soda station, needless to say, was a sticky mess. I ran away! This Carl's Jr. is just around the corner. I went straight to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was SPOTLESS! The wonderful smell of cleaner, no papers on the floor, hand soap galore! I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I didn't want to scare the cashier (Leonardo) so I told him it was good news. He went and got her, and her name is Samantha. I complimented her on the condition of the store and thanked her for her hard work. I hope I made her happy. Managers usually only hear bad news. I was going to take my order to go, but I sat at a SPOTLESS table and enjoyed my combo. Thank you, Samantha. It was actually she who had cleaned the bathroom herself.

They were clean and very quick. We were on a long trip that day and wanted to make eat something while stopping to stretch out legs. The parking lot was pretty clean in comparison to others we stopped at earlier in the day. From ordering to receiving our order we spent maybe 5 minutes waiting which to be honest is reasonable in my opinion. The staff was nice and were seeming to mostly be focused on work. All in all a great experience overall.

I stopped by this morning February 25 2021, I was immediately greeted by the front cashier who was also working the drive-thru. What a pleasure she was, professional, polite and efficient, sorry I didn’t get her name. I ordered a steak and egg burrito with a orange juice. You have to get your food to go. There were others inside waiting for their food along with a few cars in drive-thru . My order was ready in less than 5 minutes... Great job. Burrito was excellent.

Good spot to rest. The only urinal in the men's restroom was broken on my latest visit. Very big parking lot with plenty of parking, but be careful entering and exiting as the dip is very deep and can scrape the bottom of your car is going too fast.

Nothing special at all. While the staff was nice and all, they didn't really do anything that was above and beyond what was expected. We ate in and while we did have to wait about 10 minutes for our food (not complaining, we did have three hefty burgers), the person who brought our food out forgot to bring out the third sandwich.

The food on the Green Burrito side is tasty! Taco salad and Nachos is yummy 😋. Burgers are great as well. Not sure why the men's bathroom smells but the ventilation needs work. Urine smell was strong enough for my eyes to water.

Nothing special, nothing bad, just another fast food burgers joint along the highway. Tables and bathrooms were clean. Curious to see signs on the wall telling people they are only allowed to use the table for 30 min. Maybe they get too many travelers lingering in their "highly desirable" restaurant!?!

The real people were great but I did not like the robot AI taking my order it took far too long and asked me too many questions. It felt odd ordering and uncomfortable.

I wanted a quick snack heading over the grapevine on I5. This is not the best Carl's Jr, by a long shot. They got my burger wrong. I ordered a Famous Star, no cheese and no onions. It came with both and I got charged for the cheese.. Lady's room was filthy and out of TP and towels.

Food was standard good. Dining area is air conditioned and clean. Bathroom is decent. I was in the bathroom twice (when I got there, before I left) and the second time a family had gone through and didn't bother to flush .. the staff were quick to clean up and fix it all. ☺️

Served me a stale double Western burger. Dried out buns from sitting around and cold flavorless patties. They were not even busy there. Paid top dollar 16.50 for the combo.

Staff was not friendly. Waited inline behind one other person for about 5 minutes before anyone came to take orders. Other staff saw a line form and didn’t say anything to let us know someone would be with us anytime soon. And then to get the food was really slow as well.

Wasn't very impressed. Old and Needs some serious updating and deep cleaning. Ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich. Bbq sauce on western bacon cheeseburger was funky. $35. For 2 meals and a kids meal just to throw most of it away. Because driving down highway before realized they had messed up.

Polite and prompt service, but... The restroom. It was terrible. A lot can be said about a restaurant by the condition of its restroom. It smelled awful and it was is poor condition. After I left Carl's I had the smell stuck in my nostrils for the next 30 minutes.

AI drive through sucks. I kept ordering my food and it kept inputting the wrong order. I then pulled up next to the paying window so I can hopefully order with a LIVE person but once I pulled up the staff member looked confused and didn’t come up to us.

Have been here twice and both times the dining room has been dirty: trash on the floor, garbage cans full and bathroom in great need of cleaning. Bathrooms are not only dirty but also smelly. I write this in hopes that things will improve. Customer service was good and the food was hot, except for the french fries but the manager quickly replaced them. Based on the lack of cleanliness I will no longer be returning to this location.

The Gorman Carl's Jr facility is wonderful so are the employees, they are quick, courteous, and efficient. The automated I.A however sucks. It added on my order things I didn't want, had trouble fixing it and then added on combos I did not order. I have been coming to this Carl's for over 20 years, never had a problem till you replace people with A.I. dump the computer and get back proper customer service. Your review would have been a 5 if not for A.I.

Standing there to order for several minutes while manager bickered about pricing to co worker etc. Woman taking order seemed like she's still listening to convo behind her rather than us. Making us have to repeat everything mote than once. Bread on burgers was hard and old tasting. Fries was stale. Western bacon cheese burger one of the onion rings size of a quarter. Soda was good tho. Not recommended. Drive a little father and eat at the el tejon outlets food places.

Restrooms are definitely not up to par ! I brought it to their attention and they said they would get to them . I spent about 30-45 minutes there on my visit and they were the same when I left 🤮🤢. The urinal is literally about to overflow with piss . Out of toilet paper , trash everywhere.

This place is sketchy as hell and not worth coming by. The drive thru lady purposely stole some of my change by not giving me the proper change back. She wrapped the change up in a weird way and had an attitude when handed me my change and rushed me out of the drive thru! If she stole from me, think how much she’s stealing from other customers ! That adds up if you do it to multiple customers a day!! Thieves all around !!

Carl's Jr. Do you support your employee? As I walk through the parking lot into Carl's Jr, I noticed one of the employees get out of their Honda and walk inside seem to be a cook. That same Honda drove through the drive-thru and ordered food as I got inside that car was at the window and the lady who was serving the window turned around and looked at me and rolled her eyes. I thought she was getting ready to have a seizure. that's how bad it was and then turned back around and proceeded to continue her conversation. I said okay so I stood there for about 3 minutes then she said oh, do you need help with your order? I said yes. I would like to order nine piece jalapeno poppers . I paid with my debit card. She the gathered everyone else who order and passed them out. After a few more minutes she call my number and hands me a bag with the jalapeno poppers. I then asked for some ranch dressing and she tossed one in the bag, I asked may I have another she tossed it in the bag and I said Thank you and walked back out into the parking lot. I got to my vehicle and was ready to eat my poppers and notice there was only 6 instead of 9 Jalapeno poppers. So I walked back inside the store and I said excuse me. you only gave me six instead of nine jalapeno poppers. she takes the bag looks inside. she's oh you ate three of them. I said. excuse me. no, I did not. then she said I'll just give you your money back. Now why would you give me my money back in full if you thought I ate three poppers? I didn't even ask for my money back. I asked for the other three poppers. so she gives me my money back and tries to hand me the nastiest coins that she has in her register. I took them and dropped them on the counter and I walked outside. now tell me why did she not want to serve me? Was it because of the color of my skin? Was it the tone of my voice? Did I remind her of someone she didn't like? I was a paying customer and she had accused me of eating three jalapeno poppers when I just paid for nine. She wanted me to get upset and act a fool. I paid with my debit card not with cash. I will wait your response.

The Cashier was very inconsiderate while Me and my service animal walked in she denied my service dog access and told me I need to show proof or have his vest on then told me I would have to put him away in the truck before I could be served All she could do is laugh at me when I told her everything she’s asking for is against the law. I wish more establishments would actually train their employees on customer service.

I recently visited Carl's Jr. and had a frustrating experience with their new drive-thru machine. It seems they tried to replace human service with this machine, but it is incredibly slow and inefficient. The machine did not take our order correctly, which added to our frustration. However, I must commend Bertha, who assisted us on July 28, 2024, at 11:03 PM. Despite the poor service from the machine, Bertha was very kind and provided excellent customer service. She managed to turn our negative experience into a more positive one with her helpfulness and professionalism. Carl's Jr. needs to address the issues with their drive-thru machine, but they are lucky to have employees like Bertha who can make up for these shortcomings.
