If you've never been to Bahama Buck's you're missing out. They make snow cones that would silence Gordon Ramsey. Add to that a host of smoothies, drinks, etc. Loved them since 1996!

Was in on Oct 26th drove up 1 min before closing without us even realizing thought they closed at 1030. We still got great customer service not turned away. Lemonade was on point and shaved ice was perfact. Thank you

EVERYTIME I visit family in Lubbock we stop by bahama bucks. Ugh it's so refreshing.. especially when it's crazy hot out. The flavor combinations are endless. My favorite is strawberry mango margarita 🥰. I could eat one daily and be a very happy woman!

The service was super fast and my fiance tried the frozen hot coco.... he said it was the best ever!!! I had the pickle snow cone and mmmmhmmm it was delicious.

Always a delicious spot for a nice treat. I highly recommend trying their sugar free selection, it's sweetened with stevia so have the biggest one they offer without any guilt!

The service was amazing and quick. The employees that work here are very friendly. The only downside is the parking and the drive through spacing on hot days but I won't mark them down for that considering that is out of their control.

I loved it! Very refreshing and tasty at a reasonable price. I literally waited for them to open at 12 and I was visiting out of town from Georgia. I will definitely go back and the softness of the ice reminds me of the snoball stand where I'm from Mississippi. They're awesome and I will return once I'm back in Lubbock TX.

Bahama Bucks is always a great choice especially on a hot day! The only drawback to our visit today to the 4th Street location was that none of the employees tended to the dining room and all the tables had trash on them and they were sticky. There was also little bits of scattered trash on the floor as well. It was a little disappointing because this is the 2nd time this has happened at this location in the last month. Update: They read your reviews and make adjustments if needed! Thank you for listening to your customers! We visited again today and the dining room was clean, not sticky, and had no trash on the floor! As always, the sno cones are phenomenal!

Came here to try their drinks as I had been craving an Eegee’s but they do not have any here in Texas. I can’t believe how good they are, the cheesecake shaved ice and the cheesecake Freezecake was so good. Highly recommend if you are from Arizona like myself and want something like Eegee’s.

I must say this store has the best customer service! I had ordered 4 party packs to be initially picked up on Saturday evening knowing they aren't open on Sunday. When the manager found out the event was on Sunday night she offered to open the store and give the party packs to me on Sunday evening so we didn't have any issues with the ice. She was super sweet and kind to go out of her way.

It's A good place to cool down and hang out when the sun is beating down or you're in need of a sweet treat.

I love how Baham Buck's shaved ices taste, but it's hard to swallow paying for bucks for some frozen water with simple syrup poured on top. I do love the little umbrellas they stick on top though, and on a hot day there is no comparison.

Went through the drive thru yesterday. Drive thru was fast, service was friendly, & the price was just a tad high. The snow cone & smoothies we got were really good. The shaved ice was so fine, it really made other snow cone stands look bad. Would definitely come back!

Normally, I really like Bahama Bucks' shaved ice; however, my last was uncharacteristically poorly done. The syrup made it about half way to the bottom, which left me with half of a cup of flavorless ice. Nine times out of ten, these are excellent, but just not this time.

I have to say unfortunately they seem to have cut down on the amount of syrup they put on sno cones. 2 out of the last 3 visits I have hit dry patches in the sno cone that were just ice, no syrup.

Accurate order, but the service was definitely lacking. We ordered online, and they didn't even start it until we were sitting at the window. As we watched, they goofed around and finally got our order ready. One drink was missing because the app showed it was in the order, when it wasn't. When mentioned, they said, "It wasn't in the order." Which is fine, but there was zero offer to make it and have us pay for it separately from the app order. While this is not a huge deal, it would just be common sense to offer to make the sale after the fact.

Bahama Buck's makes the best snow cone on earth it's true. If my review was solely based on that they would get 5 stars hands down no doubt about it. However the only two times Ive been through the drive thru my order was incorrect, when your paying 8+ dollars for one snow cone you want to get what you order. It seems the employees aren't focused and are rushing thru orderers (it wasn't busy). We had to ask 4 times for a second spoon and they seemed like they really didn't want to give it to us 🙄 for those reasons I give it a three star review.

The drink was delicious but I ordered online and it ask if you want the top on or flat, if flat they would upsize it, I said with the top but when I got there they made it flat and they didn’t upsize either I asked them about they just sorry but they do it every time I order online and ask for the top it’s so frustrating

Every time I go here they always get something wrong. They have a guy taking orders outside then you get to the window just to have to repeat your order again. The girl at the window charged me all wrong and charged me for orders I did not have. Terrible terrible! I will never go to this location again. 50th and Slide is the best!

Lots of "white" ice (not enough syrup used). Next to no "crackles" added. Waited 15 minutes for it. I will not reurn.

They have 5-6 people working and only 1 person making snow cones. Waited 45 mins. Makes sense

7 tries at speaker...person never got our 2 orders right so went to window...5 repeats at window....simple order. Sent order back once. Second time, took orders and found my order was sugar free....specifically told them 12 times...mine is NOT sugar free. Kid at window clearly not sure what he was doing...supervisor watched but never stepped in. I go daily to Bucks after work and on Saturdays...NEVER again to one at 4th and Frankford.

45 minutes for two snow cones. Insanity. I understand being busy, but the drive thru is not the only priority.

If you love stupidity and getting 4/5 of the snow cones wrong then this is the place for you. If you dont order cream and they give it too dont worry they will just scrape the top off because they truly are stupid they cannot multi task if they had a more difficult job im 10/10 sure that they would go home crying to their “mommy”

Probably one of the worst experiences i’ve had. Went through the drive thru THREE times for a basic order. The third time the little girl at the window wanted to argue with me about my order continuously. All i asked for was to get my correct order, it wasn’t sour like i had asked for THREE TIMES. All she would have had to do is take the sno cone and spray warhead spray on it.. but she wanted to continue to argue with me having an attitude and giggling to the other girls the entire time.

I guess I was the last person to show up tonight right before they closed and my snow cone only had syrup on top, literally more than half of my cup was just ice. This happens almost every time I get one. If it look dry, add more syrup 😒

Apparently the workers can't hear or they were not trained on the sizes correctly. We've gone recently about two times and both times have asked for regular sized smoothies and end up paying for a small. Then are rude when we tell them what we asked for.

The shake I got The Kokomo was terrible. I don't know if they don't clean their coffee machine, but I've had it at a different location. And it did not taste terrible like burnt coffee..

The acai bowl is beyond amazing!!!! However, online order was placed, stand in line to get it, this girl asked what we needed....stated what we needed then 10 minutes later.....can I help yall. Ummm yes! Still waiting on our online order! Maybe if you quit staring & did your job we could eat & leave & not bother you. She was so annoyed we were even there. Lauren needs so customer service training or training just in general. Soon as she left even the young man working there eased up & seemed happier. So, Lauren, sweetie, be nicer!!!!!

I told the people taking my order that I was there for the $2 Tuesday to see if they still did it, and she said, “YEAH, what can I get for you?” When I went to pay, my total was double what I expected and was told that they do not do the $2 Tuesday, which they did not make me aware of previously. Not very happy with this location as I went to another later and they answered honestly saying that they do not offer that anymore.

Yesterday March 1st we joined the drive through line about 9:40pm after waiting in line for about 15 mins we called to ask what time they closed and they stated 10pm at which time I specifically asked if they were going to finish the line even if it was past 10 so we didnt just continue to sit if not, I was assured they would finish the cars in the line that had been waiting. Another 15- 20 mins passed and the truck in front of us got out and went and knocked on the window and they were told they would not be taking any additional orders. We waited in line for close to 40 mins and well before close to not even be able to order. Felt poorly staffed and very annoying to have spent so much time waiting and still walk away with nothing.
