Food was delicious and correct even though my order was a bit unconventional and had a bit of customization. Drive thru worker (I didn't get his name) was friendly and fast. Honestly this Taco Bell has more correct portions than 99 percent of other Taco Bells I have visited. I used to be a GM of Taco Bells in Indiana and you can absolutely tell this is a well run store

Perfectly made food extremely fast. I ordered on the app and went through the drive through maybe a minute later, afraid I was too early - but they already had it. I wish the manager of this location could go to the Blairsville store to teach the employees there how it’s done.

My Beef Supreme Chalupa looked like someone had taken a piece off of it. They're about 1/2 the size of when they 1st came out. This one looks like a part of it is missing. I wouldn't have served that. I've worked in fast food several times and I never sent out low quality food.

The first restaurant I've been to to get a 100% rating for health and safety. The food was very good, with appropriate portions. The staff in the drive thru were very friendly and quick. I highly recommend.

The eating area was filthy. If they expect customers to clean the tables they should offer sanitation wipes. Standard Taco Bell food.

The having to use that dirty screen to order and then having to go pay the cashier is really stupid. Why not just have someone taking the orders.

As a nightshift worker at another fast food restaurant after getting off work this is my go-to. The only other options are McDonald’s or Wendy’s if I’m looking to not have to cook. Sometimes they are fast and get my food to me at the window in a decent time. But recently they have been asking me to pull around, I always order ahead to try and make it easier on all of us ( ik that’s not always the case). But the amount of time I’ve sat in the parking lot watching the drive through cashier just stand there while nobody is in line doing nothing while I set waiting for my small 1 person order is insane. It’s either they get it to you easily and get my order totally wrong or they make you wait sometimes 10 minutes. And the morning-shift has a very unsavory Dt cashier lady as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taco Bell has always been a go-to for a quick bite, but lately the experience has been pretty mid at best. The food is okay — nothing to rave about, but it gets the job done when you're craving tacos or a crunchwrap. What’s really been frustrating is the service. The last few times I’ve gone, they’ve asked me to pull around to a front parking spot after ordering — not because the food wasn’t ready, but just so they don’t "mess up their drive-thru times." I get that it’s a system thing, but it feels like it puts the customer last. One time I pulled around and waited, and when they finally brought out the food, they forgot all my sauce — which, let’s be honest, is kind of the best part of Taco Bell. No hot sauce, no fire, no diablo. Just dry food and disappointment. Taco Bell really needs to tighten things up — both in consistency and customer care. I’m still a fan overall, but they’ve got some work to do to get back to being that late-night go-to I used to count on.

Edit to say I've visited since the original review and the drive through is super fast!! Original review below. If you're in a hurry, either use the drive through or use mobile order. The drivethrough is pretty fast but if you order inside the store it takes forever. This is my 3rd time over the last few years of my in store order taking forever

Yall need to work on customer service. My husband ordered 4 quesadillas. Ordered the first time on the pointless kiosk. The sauces were meant to be on the side. I go in to get the sides of quesadilla sauce that my husband RIGHTFULLY paid for. I go back in to get the sauces and the lady running back and forth said you will have to pay for it well we did already on the kiosk . Then I nicely said so you are telling me I can not get one side of sauce. And the manager mumbled sure if you pay for it. We can’t even order in person any more what a joke. I worked in restaurants for ten years and I have never treated a customer in that way. Sorry Taco Bell you have lost my business! I finally got ONE side of sauce after waiting 15 minutes for the lady to keep walking back and forth between the line and the front register. Not everybody is equipped to use those stupid kiosks. I feel sorry for an elderly person to try to use your system because y’all refuse to take orders at the front.

This place hates people. Only kiosks. Not even one register now. And their kiosks are awful and not user friendly. STOP IT. Serve your customers. Also, tiny portions and no good values any longer

So I tried calling yall several times i understand you’re busy at times but I called and called and no answer. Im making it aware that the Mexican pizza you g gave me was very stale, expired and had a weird taste and that’s possible food poisoning and I was trying to make yall aware to check the tortillas so u can throw them out because if a parent like me were to order that for thier children and they got sick that would be a big liability but you’re not answering your phones so that you can be aware of this. Edit: down to 1 star now, after the phone call they never offered to remake, not only that she justified by saying they get friend everyday. That dosent dismiss that the tortillas they friend were old and expired.
