Very quiet this evening. Customer service was quick and efficient. Pleasant ladies behind the counter. Store could use a quick once over to make it presentable.
After going to the other Dunkin nearby the day before, this one was by far faster and more friendly service. The guy at the drive through window went over and above to be genuinely helpful and friendly. Service matters and these folks do it right.
The kids love the drive through tunnel! We wish they'd do more with it!
the employees don't care what YOU want...they make YOUR order the way THEY want to do it...you ask for a hot coffee with just ceeam...they put sugar in it and sometime not the cream...and they like to sit outside and not clean up messes...did an online order...it was put in in plenty of time...but when we got there...had to wait for the 3 employees there to come inside and then make my order...not fair to your customers that you have lazy employees and you don't do nothing about it...DUNKIN INSIDE MIRABITO ON RT 23...SO SO MUCH BETTER...update...the customer service has really improved...5 star now...
I love dunkin anyway, but it's always nice when the place is clean, the donuts are fresh, and the employees are really nice. Plus it's pretty centrally located considering how small our town is.
99% of the time I go thru the drive thru, and a majority of the time they get my order right, but sometimes they forget the flavor swirl and I dont realize until I've already pulled off. The staff working the drive thru are always super friendly though.
4 stars for service, the employees at this place always seem to be unhappy and unfriendly. It's a 50/50 chance on my order being right I've been a Dunkin person my entire adult life and I've never had so many problems with any location
White everyone here is very nice. It would be great if they could get orders correct as well. I've never been a fan of D&D did but their code and pastries are decent
2nd Update: Increasing my review from 2 stars to 4. Have been going to this location fairly frequently now and there has been a very noticeable improvement. When I do visit it is very early in the morning on my way to work, so I cannot speak to how things are later in the day. Update: If you walk in and it's the all guy crew, turn around and run or expect to be late to work. Extremely long wait times. Original: Specifically asked for sausage instead of bacon on the sandwich I got. Still put bacon on it and this isn't the first time they've done this. Pay attention.
I order avocado toast with bacon in thr morning and I always have to check it because they forget the bacon. Times I trust they did it right I pull out of the lot to find no bacon and dont have tome to go back because I will be late to work. Any other order is usually fine. But if you order the toast with bacon....check for bacon!
The staff is always so friendly. However, this is by far the slowest Dunkin’ I have ever seen. At any given point in the day you’ll sit in the drive thru for at least 15 mins.
The latte was too sweet and a bit cold. The Dunkin in Sidney has better lattes... So do most places. There is something about a well crafted latte... maybe it's the expresso. This latte tasted something that was prepackaged and poured out of a cardboard box. It happens, but I really hate when I get a bad latte. I mean they cost a few bucks, and the whole process of the drive-thru.... and then ugh, the dissapointment. Hashtag first world problems.
This is by far the busiest dunkin in oneonta. However, the set up for them is slowing them down. I feel bad but I sat in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes for 3 donuts and a coffee. Everyone is friendly
I have been a Dunkin Donuts fan for all of my adult life. I am beginning to find myself more attractive to Starbucks now. Most of what Dunkin Donuts sells in the line of specialty coffees is loaded with artificial flavors and has a lousy aftertaste. I absolutely loved there chai tea latte which then became a vanilla spice Adele is some chemical drink they make out of the hot chocolate machine. It's disgusting. For me, unless I'm just going for a regular coffee I am not interested in their fancy beverages because they taste lousy.
we usually have a great expiernce here, but today was very upsetting. our food was cold and we went in to tell the workers around 1pm and there was a worker in blue saying “i’m going to lose my job because people think they’re entitled to things” and yelling at us to throw our cold food out and just complaining about us, literally yelling about us. we weren’t the only customers in there who had an order wrong or messed up.
Drive-thru was busy but the main restaurant was quiet. My order was taken promptly, but was error-filled. Ordered a latte but was prepared a coffee, to other drinks never were made. Only the donuts were correctly served. Staff of 5 was busy but not overwhelmed, so it was disappointing that I had to wait over 10 minutes for the correct drinks.
Coffee good as usual. Wait is way to long. Understand there is a pandemic but if people order sandwiches have them park then bring order to them. Its usually lunch time when I go to bring my wife coffee. Spend whole lunch in drive thru
Its Dunkin, cant really go wrong with the coffee but the drive through is the worst and morons will literally back up traffic down chestnut street waiting to pull into the drive through line rather than park in back and walk the 10 feet. The drive through speaker is also set in volume 1 so good luck trying to understand anything they tell you. I usually just shout my order at them and hope for the best. Been that way for 6 months now, kinda figured Dunkin corporate would spring the 10 bucks for a decent speaker in their drive through.
I don’t go to dunkin often. I used to go at least once per week. Lately, just haven’t had time to make it at home. The last few times, I was not satisfied. Last time, Coffee was very watered down and had no flavor. Time before, I received french vanilla when I asked for regular with only cream, no sugar. They did fix this with the correct order. Time before that, had a ton of sugar. I asked for regular, cream only, no sugar. Unfortunately, didn’t know until I left. They used to be really great…0
Well, sometimes you just need some caffeine in the bathroom and Dunkin qualifies for both of these. This Dunkin’ Donuts looks to be in desperate need of renovation. Given the Spackle in several places on the walls maybe this is imminent ? The employees are friendly and helpful and I stopped in at a busy time but I’m sure there is plenty of downtime where someone could grab a mop or a clean, rag and make some improvements. A lot of the surface is a scrungy which is not outweighed by the attempt at cheerful seasonal decorations. It’s Dunkin 🤷🏼♀️
Took the drive-up window if Dunkin' on Chestnut Street, Oneonta & we waited 20 minutes for your coffee. The personnel were not very friendly mot compared to other Dunkin' locations.
My issue with this location isn't the food or the staff. In the past, the staff have been polite and the food has been good. No, my issue is with the wait time. With the drive thru, it feels like it takes *forever* to order my food and get out of there. The last time I went, it took something like fifteen minutes to get through the drive thru--and there was only one car ahead of me. Jesus, what, were they growing the coffee beans in the back with Juan Valdez or something? Why does it take a year and a day to get a simple order of coffee and snackin bacon done? It didn't look like they were understaffed either. So what's the deal, man? The walk in was better, but now with the coronavirus pandemic we're stuck with the drive thru. Take my word for it. If you go to this location, be sure you have plenty of time to spare. Because by the time they get done filling your order, the next ice age will have occurred and Chernobyl will be habitable again. Or better still, go to the location at Main St. because at least the workers there can hustle.
Tired of walking into this location to only be ignored for several minutes as staff walks around in pairs doing little to no work. Today's comedy theater was watching two people clean a printer while another employee operated the drive through and a 4th took several minutes to chat with the drive through operator before coming over to take my order. I guess I'm at fault, I keep coming back. I could pick one of the other three Dunkin Donuts in town, but this one is by far the closest.
Most convenient for me on my commute to work however the quality and service have gone way down hill recently. While I understand that many places are short staffed that should not cause the food and service to be sub par. Sausage sandwiches on bagels are being made with sausage patties that are about half the size of the bagel and always over cooked, service is extremely slow and this morning when i stopped one of the workers was spewing profanities and not quietly. Personally I don't want to hear that at a place of business or anywhere for that matter. Four vehicles pulled into the drive-thru and backed back out and left because the line wasn't moving.
Sometimes they get my order right…. This time they over charged me for a small latte and added on additional charges for cold foam and said they have always done this. 1.50 for cold foam? That’s nuts. And then the cashier (Raeanne?) dismissed me and clapped in my face. They have lost my business
Absolutely awful. Always try to avoid this branch whenever possible unless ordering prepackaged food. Literally just poured out a cup of ice coffee because it tasted like they had re-used the same grounds, or possibly used stale coffee from previous day? It tasted dirty like something hadn't been washed. Edit: made the mistake of going back. In 5 years, this place has never improved. What an absolute madhouse. I tried ordering egg bites (I guess they called omelet bites) and no one could understand what I wanted. I tried explaining that they were eggs, and they said I could only order in 6 or 8? I figured we were on different planets, so I ordered hashbrowns instead. Paid for them, ended up driving off after 10 minutes when they didn't come back to window lol.
I work at a restaurant right near the chestnut street location in Oneonta, and we order there often…..fortunately for you, you have very little competition. My order is constantly wrong, this morning, I was checking it when the clerk turned and said, “what do you need, I handed it to you that means it’s complete” - I left, and was missing one wrap, the wrap I had, had the wrong cheese, no napkins or straws……the lack of customer service at this location is amazing. Being branded Dunkin is the only thing keeping this location alive!
Drive through window is a joke. The speaker doesn't work. Then I drove to the window to place the order and they could not make 2 cups of coffee. I had to ask if this was a joke? And I drove away. I'll never go back.
Placed a mobile order and showed up nearly 45 minutes before closing to be told they aren't serving food the rest of the night.
Very slow and unprofessional. Probably one of if not the worst and uncleanly Dunkin donuts I've EVER been to. I saw a roach run across the floor. After that I threw my food in the waste bin and left. If you care about your health and time stay away.
We were there at 7a.m. for coffee. Now there is a extremely large baseball tournament going on at Cooperstown all star tournament. They had 2 people working, a third walks in and sits down as it's not time for her to start. The poor girl working was going crazy to take everyone's orders and there she said. Needless to say, knowing what was going on in town, they definitely should of had more help, actually working and not sitting waiting for her time to start.. So many people were just leaving and going elsewhere..
Ordered a large iced coffe and sausage egg and cheese sandwhich. Sat in the drive though line for 28 minutes to be charged for someone elses food. Then given a hot coffe. And an egg and cheese sandwhich with no sausage.
Was very slow at drive thru. Ordered 2 coffees and it took 10 minutes. Workers need to stop talking when they know there is a line forming. Also need to stop trying to guess my order even if I am there every week.

Insanely slow, one worker was on their cell phone, one was making things for their own kids that were hanging out. The other was swearing....was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes
Seth is a hard worker with no support, from what appears to be his superiors, that keep hiding in the back. We've witnessed 3 people come back in after going through the drive thru. Operations & management need work here.
On 11/08/2020 at 8:35am me and my husband went through the drive through to ask for some thing extremely simple. Carmal drizzle latte breve and chai latte breve. Can you believe the morning staff told us they can not steam half and half because it will break their coffee machine?! They honestly said making a breve will curdle the milk, break their machine and that no Dunkin Donuts will ever make a breve. If you do not know a breve is a latte using half and half. I have been a barista for 3 years, 1 year in a family owned cafe chain in Manhattan NY and 2 years in Starbucks in Yonkers NY. I have never heard of such incompetence and hope somebody trains the staff in this disappointing location. If you want an experienced staff, go to the Dunkin in Walmart. They at least know how to steam milks
Workers need a full attitude adjustment. They are rude and disgusting toward customers. It’s sad that in this area and at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts this is a come trend. I spoke to the manager which made the situation worse. These people are incompetent and do not know how to deal with people.
This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. Lazy and slow workers. There are multiple others ones close by, go to them instead. Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Never again
Worst dunkin ever... Pretty sad you can get a delivery package faster than getting served through the drive thru. Waiting 20 minutes for 3 drinks is unheard of!!!!! Only one employee working rest on the phone and talking to each other!!!
God help whoever finds themselves waiting in the drive through line for this Dunkin. If you’re stopping in before work, make sure to call ahead to tell them you’ll be late. Patience is a virtue, and this Dunkin really tests one’s limits.
Placed my order at 12:15 on November 28th 2021 didn’t even get out of the drive through until 12:50 with only two cars in front of me!! Upon getting to the window my drink was not made right had to have them remake it once brought back to me the cup was covered in creamer and coffee which then made my hand and brand new car all sticky horrible service unacceptably long wait spent 5.17 for my coffee with the worst experience I’ve ever had!! I called corporate and told them the situation that lady was very nice she is contacting the owner of 433 chestnut street Oneonta New York location to give me a refund because the service was absolutely unacceptable!! I will never go back to this location again!! Only gave one star because I couldn’t give negative 100 stars they don’t deserve a star at all they should fire all the staff and get new people who actually want to work and enjoy their job!! SHUT IT DOWN HORRIBLE PLACE DON’t GO THERE!!!!

Walk up counter is ignored by staff. I can understand that when the drive thru is backed up to have as many of the staff helping drive thru. But when there is 2-3 cars in the drive thru and 4 people at the walk-up counter maybe they could show a little more interest in the inside customers.
Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts ever. This place should be shut down. The staff ignores you and are rude when they talk to you. Went there on June 19 at 2:30 PM, the heavy set girl working is the rudest and most anti-customer service person I have ever met. Hates her job and it is obvious. 1/2 hour wait for some donuts and an iced coffee.
Trashhhhhhhhhhh. Wanted an extra large midnight coffee but they did not have any made… again. Female employee said she can make a regular coffee and throw in a expresso shot and i said “ok”. Then she rang me up and it said $6 and some change... I was confused because i thought that because they didn’t have midnight coffee [AGAIN] that the expresso shot was free. I wouldn’t have gotten any coffee at all if it wasn’t midnight or another kind of coffee with free expresso shot. Ended up being a huge waste of time. And there was no toilet paper in the mens bathroom. Horrible customer service. All 3 females working were snobs. This happened January 28, 2026 at aprrox. 1:15pm-1:20pm
Slow service wait times of more then 20 minutes on drive thru. Just to get orders incorrect or just not drinkable . Have more then once gotten adititude from girl taking orders on drive thru. The worst experience I’ve EVER had on 2/19/23 around 4:40pm in the drive through with a work named Sarah! This has been my favorite location for years, I’ve spent way too much money there and have NEVER been treated so awful! Sarah had my child crying! I wish it’d let me post the video!!! I can promise I’ll never go back until she’s gone! I LOVED the old manger and hers great things about the new male manger but god awful employee he has!
bought 50 munchkins yesterday. the 30 jellky filled didnt have enough jelly in them to taste, many didnt have any jelly. never patronize or recommend anyone to use this store.
We went to Dunkin Donuts for a carry out order. We arrived at 10:03am and did not receive our food until 10:37am. 37 minutes we waited for just a few things. That is too long! Perhaps there needs to be more staffing on the weekends!
Sign says "open 24hrs". That's not true. Google says it opens at 4:30am. Also not true. I guess they just open when they want. Better off going to Southside although I hate the fact that Mirabito makes any money of me.
Bad experience! First of all after I ordered $15 worth of drinks and food for three people I forget to mention senior citizens discount. My bad for not mentioning it soon enough, so they could not give it to me because I already paid. I get that.....but then we kept waiting and waiting for our breakfast sandwich only to find out they put it in the mobile app pick up area. Got ready to leave and never got hot vanilla chai, had to ask for it . Didn't feel they were very accommodating at all. Hopefully they will restore my faith in this location by contacting me .
30 min wait in drive thru the other day. I get told to pull to the window because she couldn’t hear me. I get to the window and she repeats an order that wasn’t mine. I told her she told me to come forward and order, and she put her head down in the screen and started to get frustrated with the computer… I decide to give it another chance and come a couple days later, the line was quicker, but she literally pulls down her mask and COUGHS INTO HER HAND! Before coming to the window. The name on my receipt says Megan was the cashier. I’m frustrated because there is a point of using these masks, and she had it under her nose to begin with and then HACKS INTO HER HAND! I clearly saw her. She didn’t hide it either. There is no way any food service should be run this way. I’m really DISTURBED!!!!
Seems like every time we visit this location, customer service is terrible. Almost 20 minutes to get two iced coffees. We waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged at the drive up window and it may have been longer if I had not spoken up. The response was a not so nice "Be right with you"and more waiting. We waited more at the window and they couldn't even get both coffees out at the same time. On a different occasion we waited in line for 20 minutes and ended up walking out. There were hardly any doughnuts and the staff were not working as a team. Other customers were very irrate that day.

After waiting 5 minutes without even be acknowledged at the front counter I decided to use the bathroom witch to great dissatisfaction was a sty. It looked like Sasquatch shaved his nether regions and didn’t clean up. Needless to say I’ll never return to this location.
Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts my iced coffee tastes burnt. Today was the worst. I bought 2 iced coffees. One for me and one for my husband. As soon as I pulled up to the window you can smell the burnt coffee. Had no choice but to wait on the long line in the drive thru ( if I was inside I would have sent it back ) because for some reason they aren’t letting people inside even though the other two Dunkins are letting people in. Makes no sense. These iced coffees aren’t cheap and I had no time to sit on that line for another 15 minutes to get a new coffee which would probably be burnt as well. So there goes another $7+ wasted on two coffees that we couldn’t drink. Employees need more training, there should always be a manager on shift and if there is and they are ok with this than they need new management! Definitely won’t be going back after today.
Hard no on going here again. You're inconveniencing the people "working" as a walk in customer. Stood at the counter as the only customer, at 9:50 AM, waited 4 minutes without any acknowledgement or "someone will be with you shortly", while the girls paced back and forth, then we're having a fun little group discussion. No desire to work or help customers. When I inquired if anyone was going to be helping customers after waiting, I was informed I was a liar and wasn't waiting - I had just walked in. Unacceptable - not a way to treat customers, and if that's the type of help you hire, then you should just close this store.
I went to Dunkin' this past Saturday and pulled into the completely empty drive-thru. After waiting at the speaker for about 5 minutes, I politely greeted the person on the headset. To my surprise, she rudely responded, "I can hear the beeping, I don't need you to say hello to me." When I got to the window, I mentioned to the woman there that the person on the headset was rude. She then turned around and told the woman on the headset (a blonde woman with glasses). The rude worker looked at me through the window and sarcastically said, “Boohoo, go cry about it,” while making a crying face. It was honestly one of the most absurd interactions I've ever had. I genuinely feel sorry for the manager because this is the staff they have to work with.
Workers were Karen’s and they didn’t have enough. Also it took 30 minutes to order and they forgot to give me a donut and forgot the hash browns in the snack wrap!!!! Don’t go to this dunkin or get karened
We travel the country and this was one of the WORST experiences I’ve had. The girl was super sweet but machines were down (coolata) out of Large cups so I overpaid, the bathrooms were gross and both out of toilet paper. Do not even go here. Terrible
Went through the drive thru and after leaving noticed I was shorted a bagel. Turned around and went inside only to stand there for 10 minutes and repeat myself 3 times that I was shorted a bagel. Staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. I watched staff throw my bagel in the toaster as if she was annoyed. Once made, she tossed my bagel at me and turned around. No apology or anything. When I went to eat my bagel, I noticed the cream cheese was lightly slapped on. Had to add my own cream cheese. Next time, I will drive the extra 5 minutes to Dunkin on 23 just for the better service.
We went to this dunkin this morning, having had a high opinion of this particular establishment. However this time around all staff were either in their phone or ignoring customers to dance behind the counter to the music that was far too loud for an eatery. We also weren’t informed that the specialty doughnuts were an up charge. Instead of taking our acknowledgment of our mistake and attempted correction for what it was the (I assume) manager on duty came over and very rudely cut us off and told us we’d have to pay for those ones separately. Again, not an issue but there was no indicators on the products on the ‘specialty shelf’. The associate boxing our donuts also ignored us the use his phone, only asking what product we wanted after staring at the displays for an extended period of time. When we pointed out that the specialty shelf was not labeled, we were told “everyone knows”. Clearly not. We have no doubt that other people have been confused about the pricing of the specialty shelf, and not a single worker there treated the situation like an adult. None of the typical clarification questions were presented to us as customers and every single employee treated us as if we were an inconvenience for having come inside.
Our family ordered from the App for a walk in pick up. My son wanted Dunkin for his Birthday. We ordered and hour and half ahead of time. Our pick up time was 7:15. We showed up at 7:25. They locked the lobby and wouldn't let anyone in. The drive through had an extra long line out into the street that was not moving. So, a little boys birthday breakfast ruined, 3 days wait for a refund and a family hungry.
Walked in, straight up to counter, no one in front of me. Male employee wearing a knit cap is behind counter, asking two co-workers how much trouble he'll be in for not turning in license plates. They continue talking as I stand at the register, waiting to be acknowledged. Male employee finally comes up to register, while continuing his conversation. One girl walks behind him and puts her hand on his shoulder - I think she's going to quietly suggest he take my order. NOPE! She tells him she drove without a license for a long time. Finally I say, "Can I place an order please?" To which he acts a bit irritated. I ask if they have any of a particular item, and he just says, "Nope." Obviously they don't want my business, so I left and spent my money elsewhere.
I'm picking up a doordash and I just witnessed your employee be insanely rude to someone for absolutely no reason. Your employee was in a rush which was not that customer's fault and trying to get a picture of your donuts, when the woman proceeded to ask the person behind the counter for something and moved in the way of her photo... She said in a really irritated voice, "can you move?? You can ask your question from over there" in the nastiest tone. I apologized to the woman for her being so unnecessarily rude, because I felt so bad that she did this in front of all of her other employees and all the other employees acted like it was an okay way to act that way towards a customer. I'm glad I was just picking up a doordash, I would never come here.... Wait now I just witnessed your other employee in the camo be rude as hell to another different customer!!! This just happened as I was typing this. The customer said to her don't act like I didn't see you roll your eyes... To which you're employee responded "what are you going to do about it". What is going on with this location?!?! I don't understand how anyone in here can think it's okay to act that way. The original employee that was nasty to the woman about the picture is now laughing and joking how "we're all getting fired today." I really hope they are. DON'T GO HERE.
Dunkin' donuts is absolute trash, but the oneonta stores are the lowest of the low.
The drink I got was good. The customer service, however, was pathetic. First I had to wait forever because staff was talking to each other and not paying attention. Then they wouldn't honor a deal on my app that ALL other Dunkin I go to has no problem with. The lady wouldn't even try scanning my rewards ID for the deal. Not only that, but then the lady started cursing and using foul language. I'll never come back to this location ever again. The wait was too long. And the service was lousy!!!!
I buy 2/3 ice coffee drinks a day all around the region, the oneonta store is terrible, I asked for my drink to be remade and it was still terrible I asked are you out of Carmel an they replied no, I left in discuss.. my drink is a large ice coffee with 4 milk, 4 blueberry, 7 carmel.. as u should know that's a Carmel sweet drink, and it was 5 bucks here! Tasteless!
I have informed the LLC owner of the situation. There is one toxic individual who is wrecking this place singlehandedly. It's a shame, such potential.
The last time we came here they messed up our order and gave us 3 coffees instead of a coffee and a hot chocolate and they couldn't refund us so the tried giving us 1 donut to make up the difference and we had to tell them a coffee cost more than 1 donut! This time we ordered the new grilled cheese sandwich and it was just slapped together and the cheese not even melted. The quality of these fast food chains has gone down hill, nobody cares about the product and quality and appearance of food anymore it's sad 😥
I’ve had problems with the same girl over and over again and she needs to be removed from the store. She is blonde and wears glasses, and the first time she refused to make me and my mom an iced coffee in the refill cups claiming she was manager and that they do not do that. They most def do btw. Went in next day and another worker who had saw had came up to us to say she was sorry for her co worker and how her boss had actually yelled at her after. Well today, same worker, go in through the drive-through and order my coffee as usual, but she had put in French vanilla swirl instead of vanilla bean, so I question and asked I wanted vanilla bean. I was just wondering if you accidentally put French vanilla., “ If you had said vanilla bean then maybe I would’ve put vanilla bean”, Then was incredibly rude to me when I got hand in my coffee I heard no words whatsoever not have a good day or nothing.
If I could give no stars I would. They were out of 3 of the donuts I asked for. I asked what donuts they do have in stock. The girl on the speaker then accused me of giving her and attitude and that I can leave if I need to. I explained that I am asking what donuts are in stock bc my 6 year old was in the car. She then accused me of cursing at her. Which I didn’t do bc my child was in the car. When I pulled up to the window a brunette with tattoos came to the window extremely rude. When I asked if I had spoken to her on the speaker she said “obviously not I clearly do not have a headset on” I explained I’d like to apologize to whomever I spoke with for the misunderstanding the brunette said “yea not happening she’s busy” I then asked what her problem was she refused to answer, refused to give me my total, once I paid she realized she didn’t charge me for my drink and then got angry when I asked for a receipt to show that she didn’t charge not charge me for my drink. When I asked for a manager she said no. When I asked why she said they have no one there managing. Then proceeded to slam the window in my face. So no stars for this dunkin. Rude inconsiderate staff, the place is filthy too. I called corporate and complained I will be emailing corporate as well with the copy of the receipt that shows her cashier code. I tried calling the number on the receipt but they just let it ring and ring. Disgusted at how rude this person was
1. Every surface is dirty every time we stop here, tables, floors and counters. Milk machine and visible equipment behind the counter are covered in milk and other filth. ( We go during non peak times, so they are not busy.) 2. On more than one occasion I can literally hear the manager cursing and using petty and inappropriate language (Blond hair about 5.5 feet tall. 3. Team is not attentive. We can walk in there and there will be no one in the drive through or the lobby and still wait 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Food is mid, management is bad. The team could be good if they had a better example from their leadership.
Be wary of the blonde girl with glasses working drive thru. Rude every single time. Does not greet you and rushes you to take your order. Food/ coffee is a hit and miss depending who is working that day. Awful service!
Today, April 2,2025, My friends and I ordered 3 drinks at 7:33. When we walked in the workers were all working on food and drinks but the only lady, was incredibly rude and were not treated guests with warmth. She spilled my drink and instead of making it again she just added wiped cream to it. So now I have a small coffee with wiped cream not what I wanted and my friends coffee doesn't have any wiped cream. I hate complaining about places but today was not a good experience at this Dunkin and I just spent all.this money and everything is wrong.
First off the manager is by far one of the rudest people I have ever met. Never greets you acts like your an inconvenience for her never have a good day nothing. Also you can never get a frozen drink from this dunkin supposedly the machine is always down. And gosh forbid they mess up your order or don't have something you ordered there will be no refund either you go without or get something you don't want. When I worked here years ago this would not fly. The time it takes them to answer the drive through is insane. Just completely failing here. If I could give negative stars I would
I’m a diabetic and ordered unsweetened almond and unsweetened coconut with cream and 4 Splenda iced coffee. Label on container was correct, but what a surprise when I took a drink it was pure sugar. Lesson to myself and whoever reads this try your drink before pulling away 🙁
Trashhhhhhhhhhh. My friend Wanted an extra large midnight coffee but they did not have any made… again. Female employee said she can make my friend a regular coffee and throw in a expresso shot and i said “ok”. Then she rang my friend up and it said $6 and some change... my friend was confused because he thought that because they didn’t have midnight coffee [AGAIN] that the expresso shot was free. My friend wouldn’t have gotten any coffee at all if it wasn’t midnight or another kind of coffee with free expresso shot. Ended up being a huge waste of time. And there was no toilet paper in the mens bathroom. Horrible customer service. All 3 females working were snobs. This happened January 28, 2026 at aprrox. 1:15pm-1:20pm
Stale donuts that don’t taste right and colored water passing as ice tea. I left the area before trying the donuts. Big mistake or I would have had them refund that too!! This is consistent with their product being below standard even! Don’t go there!
The drive thru order system didn’t work. When I got to the window, they refused service. They didn’t even suggest I come in to get the large black coffee I wanted. Then I was asked to move on because a real order was in the car behind me. We said nothing and left. Poor service, poorly trained staff. Won’t be back.
I just sat in line for 10 minutes. Watched the kid scratch his head with gloves on and continue making my food then forgot to put the bacon on my sandwich. I had to walk in the girl at the window was very rude.
Waited in drive thru for about 10min no one in front no orders goin out. me thinking the speaker is broken after saying hello 3 times. I pull to window. Get told I have to go to the back of line. Then I try to explain i been waiting at the speaker with a line behind me they shut the window on me. Very rude. I come here every day and always nice. Well i guess ill go to one the other 2 dunkins from now on.
If I could give 0 stars that would be the correct rating. Staff is rude beyond compare.i went through drive through to pick up an order for a passenger in my car. Service person refused to give me the order for my passenger until she was able to say that I needed an attitude adjustment. After she couldn't hear and then blamed me for spelling my passengers name out. She then refused to let go of the drink and caused me to spill some before getting it I to my vehicle. My passenger then took a sip and said the drink tasted salty. As if it was tampered with. Poor show. All of this could have been avoided if service person just allowed to us to come to window and speak in person if intercom wasn't working properly. I rarely give any reviews publicly but, no one answers the store phone and their corporate phone number does not accept calls either. I will never go that chestnut location.
Inconsistent quality, horrendous wait times, and employees are so rude and disrespectful it’s *almost* a talent. Bring your business elsewhere! Maybe this establishment will close and the employees will be forced to get jobs they actually like ❤️
Drive through is supposed to be fast not a turtle race. Lots of mental gymnastics at this location. I don’t know who runs this place but should be fired.
Karen like worker started yelling at the customers and threatened to not take peoples orders DONT GO TO THIS DUNKINS. THE FOOD IS TRASH. My English muffin is burnt and they forgot to give my friend his hash browns. I would give zero stars if I could
I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The workers were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting customers or showing basic courtesy, they acted like serving people was an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about my order, the employee responded with attitude and made me feel like I was bothering them. The tone, body language, and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to be about quick service and friendly vibes, but this location completely missed the mark. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected — not exactly the way you want to start your day with a cup of coffee. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve better.
If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone who works here has the worst attitude. I went through the drive through and they didn’t have my order. Instead of just making it they told me to go around again. I instead went in and despite me giving my coffee order again they got it wrong. The place was swarming with flies and filthy. Never again.
Went in with my granddaughter. Waited for 15 minutes behind a gentleman then a lady came in behind me. We were all ignored by the 3 staff members. When asked if someone could take our order the staff member screamed that they were busy. Then preceded to yell incoherently at us, also threatened to call the police. Needless to say we all left do to her irrational behavior! My granddaughter was frightened. Never will we go there again.
I want to give a ZERO star to this one! The manager is insane. Four groups walked in, and waited for 5 minutes or more and she ignored us. When I asked her if we can place the orders, she said she’s too busy and cannot serve us. If we don’t like it, we can leave. OMG What a joke! DD can do better! Such a shame restaurant and worse management I have ever seen. Walk in customers are treated as trash. If you don’t serve the customers, why do you open this place????????????????? Why ? If you don’t wanna be a manager, you can leave too.
The little girl at the drive-through window, who took our order with braids and acne, was very rude straight up disrespectful and definitely has no customer service experience. She shouldn’t even have a job there. Then the manager came over to see what the problem was and was even ruder. What a joke any other Dunkin is better than this one!!
It’s not fair that people pay their money/ waited in a long line, only to have you give them a water down drink/not even what I ordered, early in the morning, first of you guys alway burn the food now you giving a drink you made at 7:46 to someone who placed an order at 9:11am. This is so not right.
Today it took about 25 minutes to get from the entrance til our food came at the drive through . Staff didn’t know how to operate the register. The order was wrong all three items were not what I asked for . I was given an attitude because I asked for the correct drink instead of what they gave me .
Terrible service! 20 min wait! Avocado toast was not toasted and then they didn't put the topping on it if anybody's ever had the avocado toast the avocado is truly gross without the topping. Young lady was obviously new and rude even though she had 6 other employees backing her up. 7 staff, it took 20 minutes and still messed up the order!
Waited for at least a half hour, they messed up my drink and I asked them to fix it, which they did. Then I realize after I left I never looked to make sure I had the right food. I ordered the grilled ham and cheese melt… there was no ham on it and the bread was rock hard. The cheese was also not even on the sandwich, it was along the entire outside. Absolutely terrible wait and not the first time my food has came out horrible. Will not be going there again.
