Best one around. Coffee always tastes better here than at other locations in the RH/FM area. Employees are way friendlier and get the order right every time. Even the price is better.

Place really sucks since the remodel! Probably the only time in history an expensive remodel made a franchise less desirable. Less seating, gone are the high-up stools we really loved (tall people, long legs) + the round tall table in corner. Now they've debuted a long annoying both seat that doubles as an unnecessary wall that sections off the too small dining area even 1/3 smaller. The capacity size now is equal to their teensy-weensy parking lot, yay. The counter area is in mimic of a titleLoan institution and you have to constantly watch the annoying screens to catch the split second glimpse of your desired menu item. Better to just order black coffee and take it with you to some other serene location as the ambiance was carted off with the stools and tables and now resembles a bad version of a pocketIKEA. Fonzarelli says 3 thumbs down (had to get an extra arm surgically attached just to aptly express my dissatisfaction; worth it!).

I don't get where some of these bad reviews are coming from. Whenever I go in, they always are nice and eager to serve me. It is not only a donut shop but also an ice cream shop too, they will be busy so be patient. These people leaving bad reviews probably have attitudes to begin with since I have seen people have attitudes in there multiple times towards the staff. If you don't like this place that much, stop coming! Krispy Kreme is right down the road.

My favorite place for donuts and ice cream 😋. Very good. This is our go-to place with my family and friends we go there together after a fun filled day. We have so much fun there and enjoy our yummy dessert 😋. An amazing must go.

I have been coming here for many years since they opened. The new location across town is nowhere near this good. A larger selection of food, quality service, and best of all, you can sit and relax while you drink a coffe or eat. Plenty of room to sit, my grandaughters pick it everytime.

Use to live off twin lakes..we came through before closing with carload..coffee was on point..although donuts were old tasting..can't complain it was end of night..employees were pleasant!

Great experience! Qua, the very energetic and helpful young lady, helped me to make sure I got my Dunkin perks. She was kind enough to wait for me to download the app and set a profile up. She was even super patient with me as I cracked sarcastic jokes, through my lack of sleep at 6am, while trying to pick out what donuts and coffee I wanted. Great sales associate!

Best Dunkin I've been to in years! Consistent in producing excellent product, service, and cleanliness. I would make the extra effort to purchase from this shop even though it's a little out of my way, presently.

I travel by this Dunkin' Donuts fairly regularly and decided to do a drive through. Service was fast, and friendly. My order was correct. It was such a pleasant experience that I went by many more times, never to be disappointed. Yesterday, I decided to go sit inside. I was greeted warmly and served quickly. My ice coffee, a caramel macchiato decaf, was amazing! I relaxed, sipped my ice coffee and enjoyed the clean comfortable dine in area. Such a nice experience. I recommend this establishment highly.

Long line and a little bit of a wait. However the staff is busting thier butts trying to keep the lines moving. Kudos to the staff! Keep smiling guys, Hopefully it will get better soon!!

This location is good and the employees are usually very respectful and kind. We have had the issue of orders being made incorrectly quite frequently, however they are very prompt and apologetic and remake the order for you.

We actually went here because it was also a Baskin Robbins. Sure they have great donuts and muffins but we wanted ice cream. The flavor of the month was yummy as were the other flavors. Always good!

I'm kinda confused on why they decided to put together an ice cream joint and a coffee/donut joint together but it works. Starbucks has better coffee honestly. WAY too bland for the liking. The donuts are good though. I got an ice cream cake from the freezer in the Baskin-Robbins section of the place and it was really good. It might have been Carvel but I don't know. Never tried the ice cream but a friend of mine said it was good.

These girls have the personality of a gnat. They get your order right so there's that. Management needs to set up a secret shop on them.

I go here once a month to get a Mocha Cappuccino blast, and EVERY single time, it's made differently. It's not bad, just different levels of flavor and type of frozeness.

Just cant get it right. If you order lattes youll get a half a cup of coffee and half foam . Which is ridiculous considering the cost . Dont even think about ordering half and half tea cause even though its on their register they dont have a clue as how to put it in the cup . I go there every day and i always have to hand something back because its not right . 🤔......

I loved this place but the last few times I have been by they cant seem to get my order right. I whent today and ordered my cappuccino blast and when it came to the window it was so runny it looked coffee is waa so runny so when I asked why the guy said it is supposed to be and I said no not that runny he said I will but more ice cream in it. Then it came back with no whip cream and taste like a milk shake.

Staff was friendly but this was the second DD location where they put cold milk for a Hot Latte and you get your drink at best room temperature. Not good Dunkin Donuts, a hot latte is pretty hard to mess up, but......

My coffees were good. The wait was 26 minutes in the drive thru line behind 4 cars when I ordered through the mobile app. When I got to the window she gave a total and requested payment-i paid in the app. Then when I gave her my name and order # again she only gave me one of my 2 drinks and had to "go find" the other. Definitely some organizational issues

I love the nutty coconut ice cream on waffle cone and they are always friendly. My 3 stars is because sometimes you call and no one picks up the phone, and I mean multiple calls. It also says they close at 9pm and sometimes I go there after 8 (before 8:45) and they are closed. Sometimes they close the lobby saying they are short staff but yet the drive through is empty. They need to be a little bit more consistent with their management.

I love Dunkin. Unfortunately when I came to this location and ordered my iced caramel oat milk latte, it tasted like the espresso machine hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. I know this because I used to be a barista back in college and know the taste of when a machine hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Very disappointing since it cost nearly $6 for this drink. The staff were very friendly which is why I am not giving this a one star rating.

Drive thru service was very good but the meal deal wasn't what the commercials hyped it up to be. Coffee type was restricted. Should've just got a Doughnut and coffee.

Bathrooms are very dirty and need attention! The store wasn’t busy at all, actually no customers when I went. I even had to yell out for assistance. After getting help I went to the bathroom and found it very dirty. This isn’t from just a days dirt. They need to pay close attention and clean better.

I’ve gotten sick from their coffee in the past but I always wanna give second chances since the people are normally nice. Well today I went after the doctor who confirmed I have an upper respiratory infection and my voice is gone so I just nodded and mouthed thank you when I came to the window and they asked me to pull around behind another car who also only got coffee after 10 mins of waiting for my single coffee a guy came out with his hand in my whipped cream and before I could even mouth thank you he said have a nice day rolled his eyes and left looking back at me with serious RBF. I wish I could’ve talked cause I wanted to tell him sorry for making him do his job even though it wasn’t in a timely manner.

Ice cream was it's usual of what you come to expect, "Fantastic" Dining, Bathroom, Trash all overflowing and absolutely Filthy. Totally Unexceptable, especially considering their were on 2 customers seated, 2 unbothered employees consumed and overtaken by their cell phones.

A typical dunkin donuts except slower. I love their coffee but this store took forever to make a black medium coffee. I was confused why it took so long as no one was in the parking lot or in front of me. Coffee was good but the service stunk.

I came here and ordered a coffee one sugar got to the drive up and he had an iced coffee. I explained I wanted hot coffee his facial expression was of disgust. I have never had an experience like that I kindly explained it was an honest mistake but his customer service was far from great and having a smile and being accommodating will get him much further. My coffee was extremely too sweet but I wasn't surprised that it was with his customer service.

Went through the drive through this morning. I ordered a LARGE Hot Caramel Macchiato w/an extra shot. When the girl at the window was handed my drink from another employee she lifted it and did a double take. I thought that was odd but I said nothing. I took it and it felt really lite. I opened it to see it was about an inch from the top! This is not the first time I have encountered the cheap business ethics of a Dunkin store but every time a convince myself it’s a fluke. When I said something, the girls in the drive through just giggled. Today was not a good day for me to debate why I should be getting what I paid for and I was in a hurry at the time. Just FYI what I have noticed is that they take a large cup and fill it with a medium amount and then pour in the foam. Check it out the next time you are ordering a large coffee from them (Dunkin).

Well I never complaint about but we stop and get a iced coffee and the was just water with sugar and cream no coffe at all the need to train this people to do better and not serve water instead of coffe.

Ridiculous policy on refilling a travel mug that I bought from Dunkin Donuts..... literally wanted to charge me MORE to fill up my own mug then it would have co at t me to buy an extra large using their styrophom cups.... makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Iced coffee so strong and almost burnt tasting along with too sweet, I couldn't drink it. Sausage biscuit extremely over-cooked. Sausage totally dried out and biscuit on the edge of being burned, it was hard and over toasted. I threw it all out. A waste of money.

The date is May 25th 2016 Food is fine and coffee is fine, but while I used the rest room one of the staff members asked my wife how far along she was (yes she is pregnant) so my wife said o I am due July 3rd (so she is 33 weeks right now). The staff member responded with o (smirked) and said you're awfully big for not being due until July. My wife was so offended and just completely caught off guard by this insult that when I came back from the rest room I couldn't find her. She was sitting in the car upset and humiliated. our service was okay but they had a young girl that did not even know how to operate the cash register when we ask for receipt she could not print it out she was not a trainee and then we told her we had gotten two Donuts she told us no we did not and the guy that was a cook there said yes they did 2 Donuts! Been visiting this place for the last 7 years with a continual decline in service. The last time I was at the location was roughly 4 months ago, secondary to horrible customer service. I attempted again today and there was more of the same. Not that they care but I won't be back. I gave them the benefit of doubt due their historically great service but this no longer the case.

We were in the drive thru, and when we arrived to the window employees were not conscious of their surroundings. When we arrived at the window the girl working was talking unkindly about our purchase. Very unaware and unprofessional.

Why is a hot coffee refill at any other DD in the US around $1.38 but here it’s $2.06 for 20oz and yes size matters to this one shop. Go to any other local DD, or even go to the beach where I was this morning when a large non-refill with tax was only $2.20. Not sure who the branch owner is but even in resort towns like Myrtle Beach or down in the FL Keys a refill of any size in any cup (RTIC, YETI, etc.) is less than $1.50.

Awful customer service tonight. My husband ordered 2 frozen caramel lattes and they made them iced. We told the young man they were supposed to be frozen and he says "We don't make frozen lattes here" and tried to give us the iced ones. I told him I didn't want them. He still had our card, took the drinks, and walked away....not saying a word to us. Another associate came to the window and gave us the card back. I said, "did he charge us for the drinks?" The associate checked the machine and said "it's waiting for me to push credit." The first associate came over saying something to the second associate, who informed us he was fixing our drinks. When we got them, they were so sugary, we couldn't drink them. The first guy never said a word to us about fixing them or anything.

This location has become painfully slow. Takes them about 5 minutes or more per customer in the drive-thru. If you see two-three cars in the drive-thru you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes to order. That’s during morning rush hour traffic.

Ordered an ice cream cake roll for a birthday with a Happy Birthday message on the cake. I was told to pick it up the next day. When I went to pick up the ice cream roll, I was told they didn't have it and someone was suppose to call me. Well no one called and they did not have any explanation as to why no cake. I asked if they could make one for me to pick it up the next day and was told NO. So here I am with no birthday cake that I ordered. This is no way to run a business. I bought a generic cake which they gave me $1.60 off for my inconvenience.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is very very rude and slow most of the time. I come in the mornings at least 3 times a week and they are always rude. They will walk past you and not take your order and then be rude when you ask. I went in Sunday Morning and they had a rush so I understand they are busy and will be slower, that’s fine. But when i finally got to the counter I asked if they had any more chocolate glazed and the girl with gauges (Gabrielle maybe) responded with “What you see is what we have” VERY rudely. They are always out of everything. They ALWAYS mess up my coffee and are rude most of the time. I said Yes ma’am and thank you and never got a you’re welcome or anything. They have lost my business because they are not friendly in the slightest bit and don’t make my coffee right either. Normally I wouldn’t say anything, but this happens everytime I go and most of the employees are just mean.

Went to this dd 4 times total including January 24/2022 at 542 am . Man or woman who came to counter was nasty with greeting us to begin with. Each time I’ve ever been here my husband & I had our order completely messed up and had to give the order back . Yesterday same old thing !! I ordered large iced teas with lemons , extra sugar & no ice but got it with ice ! I said to the male/ female (don’t know wether person was a man or woman , not an insult) if that’s my tea , that’s not how I ordered it and I got more nasty attitude from person & the person began laughing. I think the laughter was because person was embarrassed!!! I did contact the corporate office but BEWARE : this DD is a franchise and the franchisee doesn’t care therefore the service is poor & continues to be poor !!! I am also sick of hearing covid this & that , the limited employee speech etc because of covid ! Close your store then because people are paying for their items even more so as prices skyrocket and we as the public get less and are doing half the job now and not getting paid ! Also DD runs current commercials which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars or even several million for seconds on tv ! No more excuses!! Close your store if customers have to be treated like PURE EXCREMENT and there is no concern for the ones that pay your paycheck !!! PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS DD !!!!!

My daughter's favorite is a donut with sprinkles. It's her treat when its been a great day. The drive through was not an option as I was taking a call on the phone so I sent her in. She was ignored for several minutes (mind you, two cars were in the drive thru). When she placed her order, she also added hash browns. The server dropped them onto the counter, acknowledged that she saw him do it then he shoved them back into the bag and handed them to her. She took the package and left. She came to the car and told me what took place. We immediately threw away the hash browns (which had FIVE small pieces in it). We will no longer give our business to Dunkin Donuts. Ever.

Terrible. Coffee is never consistent. It has gotten to the point where I order a normal ice coffee with cream and sugar only and they still mess that up. Today they handed me my drink pure white so I asked the employee to remake it with less cream and he returned it to me with no cream. I asked if he put any cream in it at all this time and he replied "yeah, there's cream in it" when clearly it was just plain coffee (I'm not blind, and not stupid sir). He seemed annoyed with me he had to remake the drink and to be condescending he gave it back with absolutely no cream in it. Annoyed and knowing I wasn't going to get a correct coffee I drove off. I don't know if it's a lack of training or a lack of care, maybe a combination of both, but buyers beware. This establishment doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give to leave this review. What a joke. Been there 2 times in the past week. Female worker was absolutely snotty and complacent. She handed me my drink with her hand around the lid like shes palming a basketball. Throws it into my hands, then looks at me like she wants to fight me? No words, then slams the window. Uuhhh...okay? Have a good day too! Also maybe learn how to make a coffee if you work at a coffee place.Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Second time there, attendant disregarded my request for light cream, then i waited at the window a full 15 minutes for him to fix it. He did not understand. All for 1 iced coffee. Who is managing these employees??? Make the short drive up the road to Starbucks. Worth it. Needless to say , the last time I'll be here.

I see why there chain is crumbling to Krispy Kreme you go online for a selection and it's like really a maze you have to go through Donut's not fresh just horrible I personally wouldn't recommend people go to Krispy Kreme fresh more varieties

Just drove through, ordered a medium caramel craze signature latte, that's what the sticker on my cup shows also, but upon taking a sip definitely not caramel...they gave me pumpkin! Not everyone wants pumpkin this time of year!

How does this Dunkin Donuts get any good reviews? It seems as a company overall they've gone downhill. They're in the business of ripping off the customer now, and I'm a good judge cause I've been a customer for many decades. The donuts suck now. They're much smaller and filled with nothing. In fact, yesterday was the worst. They don't know the donuts, they all look alike. Remember when the vanilla kreme had the kreme hanging out the end. When I asked for that donut, the employee did not know which was which, in fact he had to with a plastic knife cut one open to tell, what a waste, and it had a drop of kreme inside. Same thing with the bavarian. When I asked for chocolate kreme , this is the 2nd Dunkin I've been to that told me they don't make them. This company's Dunkin in the Rock Hill, Lake Wylie area are all the same. Again, the donuts are smaller with little filling and more expensive. A great company at one time, but not anymore!

I use to drink the ice mocha coffee with cream & sugar daily for about 2 years. The moment I missed a day without it, I experience strong abdominal pain along with nausea as if I was going through a withdrawal that lasted for about 2 weeks. The reason I stop drinking the coffee was due to the effect it would have on me. After an hour or two of having some coffee I would become extremely weak with stomach pains and began to tremble with an immediately desire for food. It could be from the ingredients that’s added to the coffee such as expresso, etc. The coffee tasted great but the effect it presented on me is why I selected 1 star⭐️

Still getting coffee at drive thru recently. Noticed the worker had no gloves and when questioned he said and I quote "Doesn't bother me I'm not worried." Totally incompetent and RUDE the person in charge on this day 12/19 went inside and was waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to take my order when I asked if someone it’s going to help since they were helping other ppl and didn’t even acknowledge me she stated with attitude that they been busy I told her that I am a customer too if you can avoid this place go somewhere else . There were more ppl in the line and end up leaving the place too.

A very simple task of giving me exact change could not go correctly at this place. My bill was $7.60 and I gave the lady $12.60 expecting a $5 bill or at the very least five single one dollar bills. I don't know if she did not actually put the money in the drawer exactly as I handed it to her however she tried to hand me back my $2.60 as change. I corrected her very politely and said I would like my $5 exact change that I am owed. At that point she got nasty with me and basically gave me four singles and four quarters in change. I do understand that this is a very small grape in the grand scheme of the world however the attitude with which this was dealt with was very poor and if you expect to have excellent customer service this fell well short. Food has also been exceedingly average every single time I've been to this place. Honestly do not recommend unless you have no other options.

Not going back to this location. You should not either. Horrible service and this is not the first time. Went to counter. Not acknowledged by the gal standing there at the register. Also no instruction to act as an employee an input my own order. Guy behind the ice cream was doing nothing. Later saw him sipping tea and swiping right on his phone. Donut order was pulled wrong but didn't find out until I bit into it. And the hot order was not matched up with the donuts. Took 3 people to figure it out and had to ask me for the order again. There was zero service until multiple people came in due to a 12 car back up in drive thru. At that time the guy that was standing around finally came to the register.

Coffee is always half full for what you are paying for. I got a latte with a dirty lid and cup. It seemed like it fell on the floor; they picked it up and still used it. First time I went back to complain. I am not the type to do so, but its been back-to-back now. Cleanliness in this place is a concern. One of the employees was preparing food after she used her phone. Didn't wash her hands nor changed her gloves. Come on guys, these are things that should be common sense when it comes to safety and sanitation. Not coming here again.

Pretend this location doesn't exist.. I know it sucks they are in a very convenient spot but they are whole heartedly bad at everything which is the only thing they are consistent with. I'm not even gonna talk about today's experience because I'm just over it and done with this store but if anyone wants to know my opinion of which ones to go to my order is Heckle, Dave Lyle, and then Cherry. I love to go inside at the Dave Lyle store the lady at the counter is very sweet and consistent and bonus the price is cheaper.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I’ve seen the service at this location on the decline here the past few years but today was the icing on the cake. Save yourself the time, energy and money and just go to Starbucks. I come here at very minimum 4 times per week because I love DD coffee but I will NEVER go to this location again. The cashier, “Alyssa W,” should be fired. Customer service is clearly not for her.

Honestly, I’m pretty sure the three people working were all super stoned. In short, I didn’t get most of my order that I paid for. They decided to close early. They claimed to be short staffed and too busy. But there were only 2 people in the dining room, no drive thru line.

Absolute worst dunkin to go to. I do not leave reviews, but EVERY time I go here it is a complete disappointment and nothing short of that. They cannot make a simple drink that is on their menu. Their coffee taste bad. Their service is terrible. They take their longest possible time and give you serve you sloppy made drinks and food. Again, I must reiterate that the drinks are always bad. I will not waste money here again.

This Dunkin’ Donuts employees always have a Nasty attitude anytime I come through the drive thru. They never want to accept my QR code or rewards through the app. I love Dunkin Donuts but this location is horrible and employees talk to customers like trash. I’ve had three bad experiences this week and don’t plan to go back to this location.

I used to frequent this dunkin 3-4 times a week and got to know many of the employees.. but it has gone severely down hill in the last several months. The drinks are never made right and very inconsistent. The staff turnover rate is insane. Ive sat in the drive through for 25 minutes for a coffee... this is now typically how long it takes -completely unacceptable. This morning there was NO ONE in the drive through so I thought it would be a quick run. NOPE! it took almost 10 minutes and I was the only person there. When I got to the window 5 of the staff were standing around- no one ever came to the drive-through window to acknowledge me, and I watched them sit my drinks on the little mat beside the computer and I had to FLAG THEM DOWN THROUGH THE WINDOW to get my drinks. I am done. I will happily go to cherry road or wait until I get into Charlotte closer to work.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. Service was unusually slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized. There was no explanation for the delay, which made the wait more frustrating. Dunkin’ is typically reliable, so this was surprising. I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and workflow at this location.

Twice this week they have changed my app order. I get that they run out of stuff, that isn't the problem their reaction to not having what was ordered is the problem. On Tues we ordered a large hot coffee, they were out of the large cups, so instead of upgrading it to an XL, they downgraded, offered no refund for the difference, nor did they offer anything else. Also, they put the SAME amount of creamer and sweetener in the drink, instead of waiting until we got there to find out how we wanted it adjusted, so the drink was overly sweetened and creamy, my husband couldn't even enjoy his SMALLER coffee. Today, they were out of large ice coffees, I understand that they had no option but to downgrade it, but again offered no refund. When I specifically asked for a refund, she did try to process it, however, couldn't because I didn't have the card. My kid put the order in with their virtual card, so even if they were the one to pick it up there wouldn't have been a card. And yet again, she offered no alternative compensation. If you're going to downgrade something, you should at least automatically refund the difference OR offer some type of compensation.

My famil and Iy like to get milkshakes every once in a while as a treat, and Baskin is our favorite. For the last several months, however, this place is out of something every single time we go. Apparently, one of their ice cream freezers broke and they're not interested in having it fixed or buying a new one. As a result, they're down from 31 flavors to around half. It's disappointing, to say the least. Nevermind it takes them 15 minutes to make a milkshake when there's nobody else in the restaurant. I'm not sure if the manager is incompetent or just not present, but quality and availability make it not worth it to even try. The staff themselves are pleasant and respectful, they just need more training and attention, and they need the equipment necessary to do their jobs well.

need to get better employees I know they're hard to find but it's better to suffer a little bit than to hire just the body very poor customer service I will not recommend this place to anyone with the current employees they have working at night it's better to close it down at night than to have employees just fill the spot

I have visted this dunkin for over 2 yrs, but today was my last!!! Burning the food to where it feels like your gonna pull teeth trying to get a bite, and to see 4-5 different employees walking around while you sit at the window waiting for service.. they should have never taken Lynn away from that location.

We saw the line of the drive tru was long so we decided to come on down so we ordered one simple drink, and it took 30 minutes. I guess they forgot they had to make the drink because we had to tell them the drive-through was already was empty. They are just focusing on drive try people instead of inside people and when we told them they were like “there’s only so much we can do” 30 min for 1 drink is crazy

Imagine standing in line for several minutes because the one and only kiosk is confusing someone. Then the young lady behind the counter tells the next person to use the kiosk where she states " I'm paying cash and have a request"..... employee response "please use the kiosk and download the app, I'm helping customers"...... 4 of us just walked out......

Super sad that employees think THIS is servable to a customer that wanted a TOASTED bagel. this is obviously burnt, i’ve never had a bagel be so burnt from dunkin before. why would this be acceptable to serve? i would’ve happily waited an extra few minutes for an unburnt one if i would’ve known! don’t serve something you wouldn’t eat yourself! this is BURNT!

I have to say that the quality of service and mindfulness in making things to order has really gone down at this location. I asked for a medium iced coffee, but I didn't want any ice, just cold coffee - the online order sticker on the cup even says "No Ice", yet I got ice. I also asked for a large dark roast - I had to remind them. There were coffee grounds all in the coffee. I asked for three food items. When the bag arrived, it seemed a little light for those three things. I asked about it; they said everything was in the bag, yet when I checked while I was still there, the carrot cake muffin was missing.... I had to ask for it... The muffins used to be much bigger... So yeah, not happy...
