Best Dunkin I've been to in years! Consistent in producing excellent product, service, and cleanliness. I would make the extra effort to purchase from this shop even though it's a little out of my way, presently.
I am a newbie. I usually go to Starbucks but my friend picked me up an iced coffee from here and I fell in love. I've been going to Dunkin more than my usual now and they aren't so pricey!
Fantastic place!! Went today and they were extremely busy with only 2 girls there but they were working as hard as they could. I really wanted to jump in and help them! Maybe they could use 1 extra person working. But I gave them the grace they deserved!
I travel by this Dunkin' Donuts fairly regularly and decided to do a drive through. Service was fast, and friendly. My order was correct. It was such a pleasant experience that I went by many more times, never to be disappointed. Yesterday, I decided to go sit inside. I was greeted warmly and served quickly. My ice coffee, a caramel macchiato decaf, was amazing! I relaxed, sipped my ice coffee and enjoyed the clean comfortable dine in area. Such a nice experience. I recommend this establishment highly.
Bathrooms are very dirty and need attention! The store wasn’t busy at all, actually no customers when I went. I even had to yell out for assistance. After getting help I went to the bathroom and found it very dirty. This isn’t from just a days dirt. They need to pay close attention and clean better.
Toilets and Urinal we nasty!!! Doesn't look like they ever been cleaned 🤮 Toilet seat had feces on it!!!! Mens bathroom had personal waste products visible in trash. Not posting pics blaaaa
Went through the drive through this morning. I ordered a LARGE Hot Caramel Macchiato w/an extra shot. When the girl at the window was handed my drink from another employee she lifted it and did a double take. I thought that was odd but I said nothing. I took it and it felt really lite. I opened it to see it was about an inch from the top! This is not the first time I have encountered the cheap business ethics of a Dunkin store but every time a convince myself it’s a fluke. When I said something, the girls in the drive through just giggled. Today was not a good day for me to debate why I should be getting what I paid for and I was in a hurry at the time. Just FYI what I have noticed is that they take a large cup and fill it with a medium amount and then pour in the foam. Check it out the next time you are ordering a large coffee from them (Dunkin).
Haven't been to Dunkin in a while so this morning I decided to stop and get a pepper bacon croissant waited for a while so get home and discovered wrong burnt sandwich so I checked my receipt there it was in black and white but someone missed the assignment 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
This Dunkin’ Donuts employees always have a Nasty attitude anytime I come through the drive thru. They never want to accept my QR code or rewards through the app. I love Dunkin Donuts but this location is horrible and employees talk to customers like trash. I’ve had three bad experiences this week and don’t plan to go back to this location.
I used to frequent this dunkin 3-4 times a week and got to know many of the employees.. but it has gone severely down hill in the last several months. The drinks are never made right and very inconsistent. The staff turnover rate is insane. Ive sat in the drive through for 25 minutes for a coffee... this is now typically how long it takes -completely unacceptable. This morning there was NO ONE in the drive through so I thought it would be a quick run. NOPE! it took almost 10 minutes and I was the only person there. When I got to the window 5 of the staff were standing around- no one ever came to the drive-through window to acknowledge me, and I watched them sit my drinks on the little mat beside the computer and I had to FLAG THEM DOWN THROUGH THE WINDOW to get my drinks. I am done. I will happily go to cherry road or wait until I get into Charlotte closer to work.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. Service was unusually slow, and the overall experience felt disorganized. There was no explanation for the delay, which made the wait more frustrating. Dunkin’ is typically reliable, so this was surprising. I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and workflow at this location.
Wish I could give 0 stars....how does an ice cream place have no ice cream???? Very disappointing
Twice this week they have changed my app order. I get that they run out of stuff, that isn't the problem their reaction to not having what was ordered is the problem. On Tues we ordered a large hot coffee, they were out of the large cups, so instead of upgrading it to an XL, they downgraded, offered no refund for the difference, nor did they offer anything else. Also, they put the SAME amount of creamer and sweetener in the drink, instead of waiting until we got there to find out how we wanted it adjusted, so the drink was overly sweetened and creamy, my husband couldn't even enjoy his SMALLER coffee. Today, they were out of large ice coffees, I understand that they had no option but to downgrade it, but again offered no refund. When I specifically asked for a refund, she did try to process it, however, couldn't because I didn't have the card. My kid put the order in with their virtual card, so even if they were the one to pick it up there wouldn't have been a card. And yet again, she offered no alternative compensation. If you're going to downgrade something, you should at least automatically refund the difference OR offer some type of compensation.
Horrible customer service. Stood there for 8min. And no one ever said anything to me. Totally ignored me the entire time I was the only one at the counter.
My famil and Iy like to get milkshakes every once in a while as a treat, and Baskin is our favorite. For the last several months, however, this place is out of something every single time we go. Apparently, one of their ice cream freezers broke and they're not interested in having it fixed or buying a new one. As a result, they're down from 31 flavors to around half. It's disappointing, to say the least. Nevermind it takes them 15 minutes to make a milkshake when there's nobody else in the restaurant. I'm not sure if the manager is incompetent or just not present, but quality and availability make it not worth it to even try. The staff themselves are pleasant and respectful, they just need more training and attention, and they need the equipment necessary to do their jobs well.
need to get better employees I know they're hard to find but it's better to suffer a little bit than to hire just the body very poor customer service I will not recommend this place to anyone with the current employees they have working at night it's better to close it down at night than to have employees just fill the spot
I have visted this dunkin for over 2 yrs, but today was my last!!! Burning the food to where it feels like your gonna pull teeth trying to get a bite, and to see 4-5 different employees walking around while you sit at the window waiting for service.. they should have never taken Lynn away from that location.
We saw the line of the drive tru was long so we decided to come on down so we ordered one simple drink, and it took 30 minutes. I guess they forgot they had to make the drink because we had to tell them the drive-through was already was empty. They are just focusing on drive try people instead of inside people and when we told them they were like “there’s only so much we can do” 30 min for 1 drink is crazy
Imagine standing in line for several minutes because the one and only kiosk is confusing someone. Then the young lady behind the counter tells the next person to use the kiosk where she states " I'm paying cash and have a request"..... employee response "please use the kiosk and download the app, I'm helping customers"...... 4 of us just walked out......
Super sad that employees think THIS is servable to a customer that wanted a TOASTED bagel. this is obviously burnt, i’ve never had a bagel be so burnt from dunkin before. why would this be acceptable to serve? i would’ve happily waited an extra few minutes for an unburnt one if i would’ve known! don’t serve something you wouldn’t eat yourself! this is BURNT!
I have to say that the quality of service and mindfulness in making things to order has really gone down at this location. I asked for a medium iced coffee, but I didn't want any ice, just cold coffee - the online order sticker on the cup even says "No Ice", yet I got ice. I also asked for a large dark roast - I had to remind them. There were coffee grounds all in the coffee. I asked for three food items. When the bag arrived, it seemed a little light for those three things. I asked about it; they said everything was in the bag, yet when I checked while I was still there, the carrot cake muffin was missing.... I had to ask for it... The muffins used to be much bigger... So yeah, not happy...
