TEAM RED GREYSTAR . The food and drinks were great, and there was something for everyone. The arcade games added an exciting, competitive edge to the event, making it a perfect mix of teamwork and fun. It was a fantastic way to bond outside of work while letting loose and enjoying some friendly competition. Highly recommend Dave & Buster’s for any corporate event or team-building activity—it’s a guaranteed good time! We’ll definitely be back.

Great place to spend time on any day of the week. Food and drinks were really good, I didn’t expect it from arcade center. I had avocado chicken sandwich and my husband had one of their burgers, price was definitely fair compare to other places in Charlotte. It took quite a bit of a time to prepare but was worth it. Games were fun too. Will be coming back!

Just visoted yesterday for my birthday and it was so busy there last night. We had a 45 minute wait to seat our party of 6. It flew by, I mean we WERE at Dave and Busters so we had plenty to do to pass the time lol. The servers were great, very busy but they did very well under pressure. We had a great time and we appreciated the cake cutter and extra plates that we got for cake! Food was delicous and came out very fast. Cake is from Harris Teeter!

The family really had a good time and they really enjoy this Dave and Busters. We stay longer then expected but it was worth every minute. Food and customer service was good as well

Dave and busters at Carolina Place mall! Can’t believe I spent whole day with the kids here, eat drink and play. My kids haven’t gone out since Covid and this is a big stress reliever. Food was great, forgot to take pictures before we start eating😆, service was exceptional!

We had a large company event there yesterday and everything was fantastic, the food, service and atmosphere was top notch and everyone had a great time!

We stopped in just for the arcade after having dinner elsewhere. The arcade was clean and had plenty of game options, with very few machines out of order. We played for close to two hours and had a great time overall

Went here for my birthday and had so much fun! Fantastic food and drinks, and the least expensive game card gave us plenty of fun for three adults. Our drinks did take a little while at the bar, so hopefully they get more staff to handle orders.

We came in as a team from South Florida playing in popwarner Nationals and walked in with 60 people and had no problem! The staff service and food was great. Highly recommend this spot for your sports team celebration

We purchased a Silver card not knowing it wasn't going to work Friday night. Heidi proactively helped us. She didnt have to but she did. Made my son's (5) night. We'll be back. Thank you!

Always have a great time there, whether its just playing games and or eating food. Went there for my kid birthday.

Set up my son's 12th birthday party at the Pineville location and we couldn't be more pleased! Our server was exceptional and the managers checked in several times to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious too. The boys had a blast so I really appreciate everyone's help!

Stopped by with family to catch a college game, and just enjoy some shareables and drinks. The did was good, service good, but I think the games are rigged to take your money. Each time I tapped it would show amount available, but when I would go to another machine it would be off a few coins from the next tap. We went to an attendant to get help with s game rather than give us coins to play another game, he gave us 1000 tickets, that upset me because that's not what we came for. Ok, place I guess for a quick bite and drinks.

Celebrated my son's 11th birthday here. I had reserved a table 2 months in advance for about 8 people. When we arrived, I could see that we didn't really need to. For a Thursday night, it was fairly empty, but we didn't mind. It did take them a couple of minutes to get a table set for us. Our server Mateo was beyond awesome. He was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone was able to eat and drink in a timely manner, then go and enjoy the games! They had a huge selection of games, and all of them were working!!! It was such a sight to see as most arcade locations, there are always a few games out of order. Since it was not busy, we were able to play as many rounds of our favorite games at our leisure. I definitely enjoyed this location much better and will be back. This is located right beside Carolina Place mall, so there were plenty of parking spaces.

Newly remodeled and it's nice. Food is great! I had the jalapeño burger. Lots of new games, state of the art! Birthday party amenities were pretty good. FYI they have an individual that takes photos of the group and of birthday person. Prints them out and placed 3×4 in a paper folder frame for $20 each..pictures turned out ok but too many obstacles with the big wall tvs and dim lights throughout the place. There is no longer an ATM in the building.

The server Alex was great! We enjoyed our time at Dave & Buster's to Celebrate Paula's Birthday!

Spend Saturday morning with my daughter here. Might be a little bit pricey but worth it. Totally recommended

This is Chuck e Cheese for adults. Great interactive games and fun things to play. You will always have a good time here. Plenty of things for kids and adults to do. The service was pretty slow when I was there. Food came out pretty quick, but had to ask for plates from the bar since we could not find our waitress at all. They were pretty busy, but would expect a little bit better.

Came for my grandsons bday. He had a ball, the food was great (I got the Cobb salad), and the service was awesome. Games were mediocre but like I said he enjoyed it!!

The bartender was really nice and cute. The card we got was unlimited games for an hour. It was a fair price but it didn’t work on everything. A fun arcade to kill an hour or two.

It was OK not as fun as the commercials made it look. The games are mediocre. It would probably be cooler if I was a kid for sure. Still had a good time, though with the wife.

Dave and Busters has to be Started based on food and gaming. Let's start off with food. For context this was at noon on Saturday and not much of a crowd. The menu has several tasty looking options. They are quick to seat you but take 10 minutes to come take drink or food orders. Food takes a good long time to be delivered. In our case, 4 adult meals came and 10 minutes later the kids food was delivered. This didn't make the kids happy and definitely makes a meal not as enjoyable (especially when it's a simple kids burger). Food itself has a good appearance,but rather average / OK taste. Food wasn't bad, but next time I'll eat elsewhere and just come for the games. Service was friendly when you could find them. The real reason you come here....the games. The games area has a huge option of different games. All were clean and in good working order. The price per game was rather reasonable and we enjoyed playing a lot of games over two hours. 5 starts for the game. In summary, go for the games and eat elsewhere. Too many options for food around to not have a great meal.

Nice place for family and friends. You have something for everyone; large screens for sports, games for both kids and adults to enjoy. The food was OK, the service needs improvement, as it took long to get our food, we got it somewhat cold, had to wait for silverware, which they ended up getting us plastic. Friendly staff. Some games were out of order.

Food is really tasty, but on the pricey side. The service is rather slow. Good options of games, but wish there were more retro options. Very loud, so if you want a quiet place to relax, I'd suggest going somewhere else. Some areas have flashing lights, so keep that in mind for people who might come along with you.

We went out for a girls day and enjoyed the games. Anytime a game didnt work a Game Crew would help. But it was frustrating that at least 4 games would mess up, your coins were charged. And either no tickets were given or you were left without coins. Game crew did help by helping you get tickets at another game. But it didnt always compensate for your losses. We ordered a pretzel as a snack and it was HUGE. Nice and fluffy, well seasoned with salt. The cheese had an odd grainy texture. And the honey mustard sauce definitely had a kick. The games vary in cost. Some games were only 3.3 coins ranging to 13.5 coins. The drinks were tasty and the bartender was quick to take your order. And the prizes you can choose from are pretty well rounded allowing everyone to find something they like. Overall a fun couple of hours :) Just wish the games didnt freeze as much.

Very fun and the food and drinks are fine. The service however is pretty awful. We waited half an hour to be brought out sodas. The bar was just as bad. I understand being short staffed but everyone acted like any customer was a burden and you have to wait 20 minutes for anyone at the bar to even acknowledge you.

This is the smallest Dave & Busters I've ever been to but we still had a good time and the food and service was pretty decent so I'm not really complaining. I do wish it was a little bigger though lol.

Meh, we had fun playing games but the atmosphere and everything else for that matter have fallen off dramatically since I last visited over 5 years ago. The last time I was here, drinks were not overly watered down. The last time I was here, it was cost-effective to eat, drink, and play games for hours. They didn't hoard the game cards and constantly were trying to give you more points/chips to keep playing. That makes sense for your business, actually... give away free game cards to keep you playing and drinking. It's not like the games cost you anymore. Plus, if I leave I'm done. Keep my butt there! You do that by giving me more games for free so I pay for the stuff that isn't 🤯 Instead, they didn't even honor the "sign up for the app" deal and I felt the games were a giant ripoff. My drink was poorly made and extremely watered down from too much ice. The food & apps were too salty and pricey for the quantity. Almost no one was there to eat, which explains a lot. I was there with a group and i didnt spent a dime personally and i, STILL, won't be returning. 😬 oh well 🤷🏼‍♂️

I had my son’s 10th birthday out here yesterday, for almost $400 bucks it was NOT worth it. You don’t get unlimited food just unlimited drinks so we got the food and it got cold and I feel like the birthday person should’ve got unlimited game play. It was a waste of my money. Never again. Jim the manager was nice there.

The food is absolute trash and several of the games were down. We spent $20 on the human crane and it broke as my son was on it. The operator brought my son down then just handed him a prize, so the experience we paid for wasnt provided. It was a bummer for him and a waste of money for me. He had a burger and I had boneless wings and fries. The boneless wings were gross. Bad quality chicken nuggets, not crispy at all, with terrible hot sauce. They should have spent less money on new plates and improved the quality of food.

Sorry but this location didn't have anywhere near as good of service as the Concord location. We will definitely not be coming back and going to the Concord one from now on. They need more help we had to wait an extremely long time just to pay our bill then their system wasn't working correctly and had to wait another extremely long time for a manager to come out and fix it correctly. A little bit of a wait is one thing but this was ridiculous. I've been to multiple locations but I've never had one That's ever been this slow before. Not sure who manages this one but they need to get someone here

Went here for a family members birthday in December. The place is very clean with clean bathrooms. The TV setup was great for watching the games. Service was mediocre but they really didn't have enough help. The food was terrible to me and camd out after at least 30 minutes. I ordered the chip and guac and it was not made correctly. It tasted like lemon juice, had chunks of red onion, and had very little real guacamole in it. No one liked it. Someone had a burger with almost raw bacon on it. The chicken wings were good. The spinach dip was decent. The drinks were weak but tasted good. They do not give any birthday perks. Personally I would not return unless I was there to watch a game and drink "juice."

Unfortunately our experience stopped at the host stand. Apparently they only had one person working today when we stopped by. They had only been open for about 40 mins, so there was only one other family in front of us. The host/bartender/waiter took that family to their booth and proceeded for the next 15 minutes to attempt to get that family able to play the games. While I appreciate his commitment to that family, there was zero acknowledgement to us. To add to it, one of the "game crew" members saw us standing that and her colleague struggling and decided to just walk back and forth a few times until she left for good. We were super excited to take our kids their for their first time but this experience put the "bust" in busters for sure!

I go to Dave and Buster's a lot because overall, it is a great place however, games do break a lot and they are a bit delayed to keep everything in at least good enough condition to still be playable. The food is very good, however it is extremely unhealthy, so if you are on a diet I do not recommend it. If you have no food restrictions go for it, just be careful of the sodium! Updated: I am a frequent customer and I lower the rating because the server of most of the staff is extremely poor. The game technicians and some of the servers are the only kind hearted people that help you. Everyone else is rude, either rushing you, ignoring you, or just being rude. Make sure if you go to only ask for help by the ones that actually care. Updated as of September 6th, 2024: I am so disappointed. They changed their menu, again, I had no issues with the person at the bar that was serving, but the kitchen and new menu is horrible. I ordered a the new Chicken sandwich, the one with mango and it was just.... An extremely sad chicken sandwich. The server said that if I did not like it, I can swap it for something else, which I did... And I am so upset with the kitchen, they probably were upset at me for not liking that one menu item. I asked for an avocado club to go, and I was going to give the food to my family, this is what they gave me. Potato bun, pickles, tomato, onions, lettuce, guacamole. I did not order this at all! I appreciate the server giving a discount because the order took a long time for them to bring it out, but then they give me the wrong item that I ordered to go! So this is a photo of what I ordered (the avocado club) and the photos of the to-go box is what the kitchen gave me. It is like they did not even bother to see who ordered, what was ordered, and how to make it. I used to go and eat here weekly, I even would bring a party of 10 people or more to come and join me spending at least $100 at minimum. I am thinking that it is time that we relocate to another place to enjoy our time at an arcade. Spare time entertainment is probably where we will be going from now on.

Loud, dirty, bad service. Fried pickles were soggy. Fish and chips dish was even soggier. Bar drinks taste like juice and water, very diluted with mostly ice. Service was bad, our waiter even spilled soda all over our table and on my son. Everything was dirty and outdated. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Rude service and they do not know how to make drinks. Very rude and unfriendly bartenders w attitudes. Bartender just walked back and forth and ignored me for 20mins and took another persons order that walked up in front of me. I asked another worker to remake my drink because it was not good. The manager came and said someone would remake the drink. No one did. When I asked the lady about if she was remaking it she gave me a nasty attitude and said the manager was suppose to remake it I told her No! Not coming here again.

After a 50 min wait for our to be sent to our table l spoke to the manager (Dom) before the food came out. I asked him about ticket time and his response was 15 to 20min. When l told him that we were waiting 50min. Only 3 table had guest ordering food. Of which a party of 2 came in after our party of 3. They received their food eaten it and went to play games and we still had yet to see our plates. The manger (Dom) then said he only had 2 cooks. The bar was empty a party of 15, us a party of 3 and the couple that came in after us. Oh but I did see 6 orders go out for Doordash while we waited. We were totally disappointed in the service and the way Dom handled it. Incompetence of staff and management...

It’s the top of the New Year and Dave and Buster’s has joined the club of blatant abhorrent behavior that some might consider racist. I went in to order food to go for one of my kids at the bar where the register is like every other location in America. I state “May I get a kids cheeseburger and fries to go” lady interrupts me and says you can’t order that here kids must eat at tables. I say “i know, it’s to go. It’s for my kids not me, I’m grown” yes the bartender is white but that made no difference to me at that time. I waited about 30-35 minutes for food that stated online would take 5-10 hence why I ordered one kid pizza at one place and said I can stop here real quick to get the other the burger she likes. Meanwhile, I’ve been waiting patiently. I see the same bartender. Wave over 3-4 white families to come sit down as soon as they walk in at the table of their choice. Two black families who were in line were walking in behind them. She stopped them and said wait by the kiosk. They stated it was no one there and there wasn’t. She said somebody will be with you shortly. Strike 2. After awhile Tall white guy assuming to be the manager walks out with my Togo back. Bartender whispers something to him, he look confused and walks back with my Togo food. Time has passed. I go to said kiosk and ask to speak to a manager so I can get a refund. It’s taking too long for me. My other child’s pizza is probably cold at the place I ordered by now. No one comes. Bartender returns to area with food for those dining in and my bag. She places the bag down to serve the people their food. Then walks toward me to grab a Red Bull for that table. Walking past said bag whole time. Manager and two staffers are standing at the kiosk watching. I look at them and they “act oblivious” . I ask the bartender is that my Togo food. She says oh yeah. Then walks back to get it…. I gave them a piece of my mind and walked out. I would not go to the Pineville location. It’s always dirty anyway. I know it’s convenient cause it’s by the mall but it’s not worth it. Go to another location or try Frankie’s, or the other numerous gaming locations for kids across Charlotte where you will not have to deal with that shit

The food was cold, I ordered Fish and Chips which were dry and hard. The ice cream had blocks of straight ice. And they claimed that they didn’t have any malt vinegar when the table next to us had it. Horrible waste of money

Worst dave and busters i ever been to. Customer service horrible. Management is a joke. We were charged twice for the same bill and still getting the run around for a refund. Brushed off the second trip we made up here from south carolina to address it. So clearly they steal from their customers. Ridiculous establishment.
