Came here to get an order for 4 of us. Girl named Vanessa was huffing and puffing that she had to punch in an order for a family of 4. Even asked her if the order was too much for her to handle(I mean, it IS her job to put in the order, or she wouldn't be working here)... she replied "no, I'm just looking at something". Yeah, bs. Teach employees not to get mad that they're at work, or let them go home so they don't have to worry about having to work and actually do their job. Was prepared to give a 20 dollar tip for it, and now I won't unless it's any other employee but her.

The staff are nice, but my order is never right and it takes a really long time (20 minutes to get one drink and breakfast burrito on an app order. Got home, pulled out my breakfast burrito and it had NO sausage, only egg and cheese. $3.99 seems steep if this is what their breakfast burrito looks like now.

Staff friendly, but breakfast burritos were disgusting! ! WAY too much egg & the amount of sausage & cheese was like a bad joke.

Went for takeout this afternoon and they took forever to get to our order we saw them through the window on their phones laughing and talking. Gave me an unfinished blast that wasn’t blended with nothing but ice cream and few chocolate shavings when that’s not what I ordered. Disappointed.

I went for a cherry limeade and a sonic blast. The sonic blast was melted and I let them and the employee said she’ll make me another one. After about 5-7 minutes I press the red button once again and told them I was still waiting and she said she had forgot but she’ll be right out. Few more minutes passed and once again she said she had forgotten AGAIN! I told her I just wanted a refund and she said ok. I had also left a tip at the beginning! I will never go again to this location and I don’t recommend anyone else to go there!

Ordered a bacon stack burger and it had no bacon. Asked for mustard and no mayo. Still had mayo. Ordered chili cheese tots with extra chili and extra cheese. Barely had any. Certainly not extra. Poor food quality as of late.

Ordered a simple drink, on the app, with estimated pick up time of 6:07pm. It's now 6:20pm and still no drink brought to my car. Absolutely ridiculous and you can ask for a refund due to app ordering rules!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Sonic used to be the best place to get good fast food. This one is the worst so far. Ordered cheese sticks salt for ranch and marinara they said they didn’t have ranch and said marinara was fine. 30 minutes later food brought out. Coke was flat, sprite had horrible taste, cheese sticks were cold and no sauce of any kind. Lady stated they were out of everything . They had nothing . Walked off and that was that

I’m not sure if it’s just me but their Dr.pepper always taste like carbonated water. I get it from other places and it taste just fine. Idk if maybe the syrup to carbonation ratio is off or what. And this location takes forever even if you only order a couple items.
