Ouuuweeee baby let me tell you!!! If you enjoy fried okra as much as I do this is the spott!! Everyone in this establishment was very welcoming and super nice ! The okra and cobbler was delicious!! I can't wait to go back and try more items!

We shared the pulled pork, chicken and Brisket. It was all very moist, flavorful and seasoned well. My only suggestion would be to provide a side of extra sauce. I would also like to see brewed unsweet ice tea offered.

Great food and atmosphere. Very friendly customer service. I tried the sliced brisket bar b Que sandwich and peach cobbler. I ate the sandwich before I could take a picture but it was tender and juicy. The peach cobbler was fresh out the oven. Tastes like grandma’s cobbler. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me. Recommend if you’re in the Spring/ Northside area and are looking for some smoked bar b que

I loved everything except the ribs. The tasty BBQ sauce helped it, but I hate rubbery ribs. When I say everything else was a 9/10 (peach cobbler was the only 9) I was very impressed and will definitely be back for the moist chopped beef.

10/10 on everything! It’s clean, the staff INCLUDING the chefs are all very friendly and strike up convos with you. I would definitely recommend for catering as well

My wife and I finally had the opportunity to stop in and get some of this barbecue. The food was amazing we got smoked turkey, brisket ribs, fried fish, fried corn on the cob, and various sides. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back.

Came to have lunch, was intrigued with the hospitality, the flavor was flavoring, meat was so flavored & tender was no need for sauce, The establishment is very clean and well kept. I definitely will be returning in the future.

We've been here a few times and absolutely love it. The BBQ is good, you can taste the quality ingredients. My favorite thing is the fish plate, the portions are large so I always have left overs. My favorite side is the fried corn on the cobb, but it's not only offered with the fried fish plate, so my go to's are greens and yams with the BBQ plates.

It's a great place to have some barbecue. I got a turkey sandwich and I thought it was great. People were super nice and it was a good ambience. I recommend it highly but I did not have that brisket.

Customer service was nice ,restaurant was very clean and the music was moderate. I gave it a three out of five because the food as a whole was warm. The potato was on the colder side so that made it kind of hard. The brisket was good. It was also warm. Will I revisit again? I don’t have to. Is it worth $20 for a chop beef baked potato? I’ll say not really being that I didn’t eat it too much of the potato due to it being cold making it hard! However the brisket was tasty as well as the barbecue sauce and the pickles was good too…

I ordered the 2 meat plate with brisket and turkey. The turkey was nice and moist and the candied yams were delicious! My daughter couldn't decide so they offered her something off menu that a child might like which was great. She had loaded fries with chopped sausage and LOVED them!

I am still sitting in the parking lot of this restaurant while I write this. This was my 2nd time at this restaurant. The first time I was picking up an order for someone else and took a to-go menu. I have ben trying to get back by there since. Today I was wanting some bbq and was in the Woodlands, so I decided to stop by. I ordered 1/2lb of brisket and 1/2lb of sausage and a side of beans. It came with a complimentary can of Bud Light. With tax it came to $30, which is about average for a similar meal at other places. I was surprised that it didn't automatically come with bread. This is the 1st time in any bbq places in the state that I ordered a pound of meat and it didn't come with bread or bread wasn't offered. When I asked for some bread the lady who was waiting on me looked a little thrown off by my request. But she did give me two pieces of Texas Toast size bread. The food leaves a lot to be desired. The brisket was dry as shoe leather and lacked flavor. It was so dry that I didn't eat 4 pieces of it. The sausage was just average tasting. The beans were really good. At this point I am disappointed in the visit, but was willing to probably give them a 2nd chance because having worked in restaurants for 23 years I know sometimes things just happen. However, my next encounter turned me off to this place. I'm generally not a big bbq sauce person and often will eat all my bbq with just a small amount of sauce, but that brisket was so dry I had to drown it in the sauce. About halfway thru the brisket I ran out of sauce. I went to the counter and asked for another souffle cup of sauce. I was told it would be .81 cents. (I'm still trying to remember the last time somebody charged me for extra bbq sauce while eating in the dining room.) My 1st thought was to say something, but I tried to keep a neutral facial expression and thought to myself I needed that sauce if I was going to finish that dry meat. So I paid it. I'm just smh at the fact that I bought a pound of meat and all they gave me was one small cup of sauce. Now, I don't need to tell anyone that in the general scheme of things .81 cents isn't a big deal. But nickle and diming a condiment is bad business imo. We used to have a saying when I worked in restaurant marketing. " Stepping over Dollars to pick up Pennies." There are more restaurants per square mile in Houston than any other city in the U.S. Customers have choices and in Texas there are more bbq restaurants than any other state. I also think it says a lot that in the hour and half that I was in the restaurant only one other customer came in. All I can say is "Good Luck."

I was really looking forward to trying Teague BBQ, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The brisket was just okay — nothing memorable. The turkey did not taste fresh and had an off flavor that made it hard to enjoy. The ribs were mostly fat and lacked seasoning, and the sides were bland and tasteless. To add to the experience, the customer service was mediocre and didn’t leave a positive impression. Overall, the visit didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the reputation of Texas BBQ. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it or plan to return.

The brisket and turkey had absolutely no flavor, they taste as if they were boiled in water. Nothing tasted like actual bbq. The owner should be made aware of this. I hate I did not read the reviews before coming. This is unacceptable.
