This place was very busy tonight and the team was awesome. They were organized, worked together, and we're getting orders out as fast as customers were placing them. The lead was a great coach helping to teach the team members and correct issues on the fly.

I walked in on a busy Friday night and explained that I had some food allergies, and I understand about cross contamination, however the order ahead of me had bananas which I'm deathly allergic to. I told the young woman working and she immediately understood my concerns. She washed her hands as I asked to alleviate if she had any bananas on her. She then started a new order and used the sanitized machine in the back. I had no issues and didn't get sick. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We loved the employees that helped us today. Both were extremely funny we enjoyed talking to them. They made us laugh and we were able to crack jokes with them. Very helpful and quick with our orders.

They made "THE BEST" Blizzard cake for my hubby's Sept. 3rd birthday. It's was great tasting, but, the graphics and and cacti and flowers done by hand were spectacular, so much attention to detail! Love their cakes out of freezer cakes too!

He Enjoyed His Favorite Vanilla Soft Cone. Service Was Quick And Fast. Inside Was Simple And Clean.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. The ice cream cone...awesome as always. my daughter's decision to get the sundae was wise. That thing was great. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars (from my humble point of view) is the price. A little high.

The place could use some updating or a deep clean maybe? Good spot for a quick fix for sweet tooth. Parking was easy enough. Please update the place because floors and fixtures look rundown. No complaints about the ice cream, always delicious!

Not sure who manages it or owns it however, by far the worst Dairy Queen I have been to. Floors dirty as soon as you walk and floors behind the counter were dirty with ice cream and food. In addition, ice cream machines were dirty as well as counters. Not many selection of ice cream to buy in the stand alone freezers. The girl in the front was nice. Was looking forward to eating ice cream however, bit into the cone and it was stale! Not sure how individuals give this Dairy Queen good reviews. The ice cream didn't even have the signature swirl at the top! Cash registers are out of date and should be upgraded to the 21st Century.

The girl attending me was pleasant. Its the other girl with long curly hair that failed to communicate with her coworker that she was going to run my card. What she failed to notice EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT printed was that my card was already run. So my card was charged twice. I said something to the gal attending me. She apologized and resolved the issue. However the other girl gave me nothing but dirty looks. They where so bad I actually said something. The original attendant short haired with glasses again apologized for her behavior.

Blizzards should be filled with toppings. I want some in every bite. That's what they used to be. Now it's a cup of ice cream with a few mashed bits at the bottom. I will never go there again. I ordered one of the new ones that was supposed to have salted caramel candies and chocolate shavings... there were none. Just a few clumps of PB cups at the bottom. Not worth $8

Avoid this ice cream shop at all costs! I've been a patron for years, hoping for improvement, but it's always the same disappointing experience. The owner's stinginess is evident in the stifling 76-degree heat year-round, making it an unbearable place to enjoy a treat, especially during the summer months. The soft ice cream is a testament to their penny-pinching ways, barely holding its shape on the cone before melting into a sticky mess. And don't even get me started on the so-called "new management" rumor —they probably made that up as a desperate business tactic to lure unsuspecting customers through the door. Don't fall for it! Spare yourself the disappointment and find a place that actually cares about its customers. Save your money and sanity; steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy disappointment dripping down your hands.

Will never go to this location again. We've dropped in only occasionally over the past 6 or 7 years, but it's the same every time. It has always had a horrible smell. The employees seem like they are all depressed and being forced to work there. No smiles or polite greetings. I feel like I've totally inconvenienced them by asking them to serve me ice cream. It always takes so long for my ice cream to be served. One time we were trying to go to celebrate after my son's baseball game. We were so excited after a great game and there was still plenty of time to stop by before they closed, but when we got there they had already locked the doors and had the chairs up on the tables, 20 minutes before closing time! Now we only go to the one on Cal Oaks. The staff at the Cal Oaks DQ seem almost unnaturally happy to be there. They are always incredibly helpful. The location is clean and the service is fast.

Wife decided to give them a second chance but using door dash. Instead of informing that the machine was broken. They waited until the poor door dash driver was there TO TELL HIM TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THEIR MACHINE WAS DOWN ALL DAY. Don't waste your time here. It's Icecream in an apocalypse, it's not like the machine is that used. Lazy workers, "bad equipment", poor service. Won't attempt to go here again.

Went in here today and got a simple order and it got messed up not a big deal but they refused to make it right and said I have to pay extra for the topping? If an establishment messes up your order they should just say “sorry” and make it right not try to charger you more money. Stupid and waste of time, just go across the street to McDonald’s and get a ice cream that is a lot cheaper, and better.
